Fordeler: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Ulemper: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Fordeler: Flight crew was on top of things. Flight was smooth and ontime.

Ulemper: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets

Ulemper: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Fordeler: Crew were great

Ulemper: Cabin kept very hot, very difficult to sleep. Seats were so-so comfortable

Ulemper: Did my check-in 24 hours before to make sure I would have an aisle seat ... Lufthansa changed my seat at last minute to a window seat!!! What a poor customer experience.

Fordeler: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Ulemper: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Ulemper: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Fordeler: A380 with extra legroom is great comfort

Ulemper: Connection at Frankfurt airport very poor We had to run for 15 minutes to get our Singapore flight with no assistance from Lufthansa

Fordeler: Tv, food, blanket with pillow

Ulemper: Everything was wonderful

Fordeler: Cabin crews are kindley attended.

Ulemper: It's O.K. with good price.

Fordeler: The seat was comfortable.

Ulemper: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Ulemper: The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue.

Ulemper: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Fordeler: Planes were on time and connections made.

Ulemper: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Fordeler: Flight arrived on time

Ulemper: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Ulemper: Incoming Delayed & outbound delayed 2 hrs as a result

Fordeler: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Ulemper: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.

Ulemper: Seats sucked. Screaming kids. Wouldn’t let us bring our carry-on for the last leg: Lisbon to Barcelona even though there was room.

Fordeler: Boarding was quick and flight was calm

Fordeler: Staff were professional and polite.

Ulemper: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Fordeler: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Ulemper: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Fordeler: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Fordeler: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Fordeler: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Ulemper: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Ulemper: Real time information about departure and gate info for delayed flight would have been helpful

Fordeler: Nothing, I tried to cancel the reservation 3 days after I made it and couldn’t even get a percentage back. What a waste.

Ulemper: Let me cancel the flight for a percentage back so I didn’t have to waste the entire price of the flight for a ticket I couldn’t use.

Ulemper: EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS

Ulemper: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Fordeler: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Fordeler: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Ulemper: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Fordeler: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Ulemper: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Fordeler: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Ulemper: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Fordeler: The food served was really good (bacalhau), and the crew very friendly.

Ulemper: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Fordeler: Only the on board crew lived up to Tap's normal standard

Ulemper: Boarding chaotic in Copenhagen. Food very poor this time
