Ulemper: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!
Fordeler: The crew was polite and we arrived safely.
Ulemper: The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace.
Fordeler: Food was great, creww was very nice
Ulemper: Following our request, such has being seated next to each other and not only having one person being upgraded when we're two.
Fordeler: The crew was polite and helpful. The wine was free and each seat had it's own screen with a good assortment of movies and TV shows.
Ulemper: The food could be much better. Although coming from Sicily it's tough to compare.
Fordeler: This new c-series was fantastic, what a nice aircraft!...feels very airy, clean & modern! Wow! Thumbs up! Looking to fly again on this plane.

Fordeler: I paid to go with Lufthansa airways not with United Airways. And I came to know the day of the flight that I was to board United airways. Really disappointed.
Ulemper: In the international flight United Airways charge for the Wiskey liquor. And that is ridiculous.
Fordeler: Seat 16 B was great
Ulemper: They lost my luggage during the tranfer in Frankfurt. They did return it however within 24 hours.
Fordeler: Horrible seating, boarding was a mess, not sure what flight to get on!!
Ulemper: Don't fly United
Fordeler: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!
Ulemper: Pay attention to passengers.
Ulemper: The plane was very hot
Fordeler: Everything was smooth and effortless.
Ulemper: Can’t think of anything.
Fordeler: KLM staff is great
Fordeler: Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!
Fordeler: The price.
Ulemper: Everything. The service overall is terrible. Experience was nothing to write home about. The attitude of the cabin crew / flight attendants have to be one of the worst in the industry. You get what you pay for.
Ulemper: Pretty good cheap filthy on the 787 Dreamliner!
Fordeler: I really liked that the boarding process was seamless and easy to get the on the plane.
Ulemper: Not having to pay for water
Ulemper: None of the staff could tell me which gate number it the flight was due to an error in number switching, causing me to go through security check 3 TIMES over 3 HOURS which ruined my experience and put me in an aggravated mood! Crew spoke without empathy & redirected their anger of gate errors at me!
Fordeler: longest wait time, so many crowds, so much chaos
Fordeler: There was room available.
Ulemper: This was not business class!
Ulemper: 2 н in plane, then tecnicans search and fix problems
Ulemper: My headphones didn’t work
Fordeler: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Ulemper: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Fordeler: Smooth flight
Ulemper: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow
Fordeler: Like the overall KLM experience
Ulemper: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.
Fordeler: My seat
Ulemper: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor
Fordeler: Just the cabin crew being nice
Ulemper: Punctuality KLM is always late
Ulemper: Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.
Fordeler: Cabin facilities
Ulemper: They didn’t bring one of my bags
