I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."

Ulemper: "they did not put our special meal request for the 1st leg of our journey .. it was only 2.5 hours flight.. so its okay,.. but generally not a good thing...experience at the Zurich airport was not good. They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."
Fordeler: "My partner and I loved our first flight with Swiss from JFK to Zurich the chairs was amazing, we enjoyed the full bed and the entertainmnet screen was amazing to enjoy. The food was delicious and the service was amazing."
Ulemper: "My Partner and I was dissatisfied with our connecting from Zurich to Cairo. We expected the same flight but we were in basically in coach with little more leg room. The chairs barely reclined to a comfortable position. There was no entertainment, just a three and a half hour flight at the flight plan on a small tv hanging over. their was no differentiation between the economy behind us. just the food that was brought to us, other felt the same as well who were traveling in business with us."

Ulemper: "I bought economy class ticket! (I have a printout ticket as proof!) When I went to the airport i had a VERY UNPLEASANT surprise. I had a 23kg bag. Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Fordeler: "Crew was professional and attentive. 55 minute flight so food was ice cream, beverages, and a piece of Swiss chocolate. Plane's entertainment system in my section did not work. I had to check my carry-on!"

Fordeler: "There was a half hour delay due to some no-show passengers. The flight was delayed while their bags were removed. The problem was explained well. The flight crew seemed to made up for much of the delay by flying faster or more directly so the total flight time did not increase by 30 minutes. Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem."

Ulemper: "Movie and TV choices were so limited. You really need to add more options. I found only 1 movie I liked."

Ulemper: "1) my seat was broken (didn't recline) 2) my USB charger... Broken.. 3) my food was in a metal container that was stamped and the ink from the stamp leaked and was pressed across my food. I was literally not about to eat the alphabet... (luckily, a nice attendant came by and apologized, as I know it was not her fault the food came out like this. 4) Rude attendant came over 25 mins after I had turned on my attendant button to ask for a bottle of water. (I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."

Fordeler: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Fordeler: "The crew was very good--attentive and helpful. The food was excellent too, as they offered regular liquid refreshments and several snacks plus a meal. The chocolate was a special treat."
Ulemper: "My seat had been given to someone else also, and they boarded before me, so I had no seat for some time. I was told to stand in the back, which I did for a long time. Eventually I sat down on the edge of a place and a stewardess snapped at me. I've had back surgery recently, so all of this was very difficult. Finally given a seat. No internet--big drawback on overseas flights. On our trip there, one bathroom was a mess, plus out of toilet paper. Told the stewardess, and they closed it for a while--took some time for it to be attended to. The entertainment choices are VERY slim--don't know why a more extensive list of choices could not be made available."
Ulemper: "They lost my luggage, had a problem with my connecting flight to Ottawa. I arrived 4 hours later at the end."
Ulemper: "The flight crew was horrible. The desk crew inept. A wheelchair was requested but not there on checkin. Pre boarding did not happen as was supposed to. Older person male at desk was rude, insulting and sarcastic. This did not happen on Boston end. The person was there with wheelchair at the Boston gate and assisted us. Not in Zurich. What about handicap travel? Swiss????"
Fordeler: "Nothing distinguishes itself for better or worse than usual in coach."
Ulemper: "There is no question about check-in?? My ticket, booked through Kayak, did not state that no baggage is included. The Swiss air just said I should have picked it up from the booking and forced me to pay Euro 30, which I will claim back from Kayak. This is gross misrepresentation and on the same ticket flying a luggage was included."
Fordeler: "Great food. Nice staff."
Ulemper: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."
Ulemper: "We were delayed thirty minutes due to slow service. Zero entertainment and only a brownie for a snack"
Fordeler: "Comfortable seats, adequate legroom; clean aircraft, polite and professional crew."
Ulemper: "Super crowded gate -- but that's more the CDG problem than Norwegian's one."
Fordeler: "The crew on-board was nicer this time"
Ulemper: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."

Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."
Ulemper: "Our flight was 9 hours late. We were given no notice of this until we arrived at the gate. it took an hour if holding before we could reach customer service. Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."
Ulemper: "Flight was 2 hours late in departing from Frankfurt."
Fordeler: "The seats are comfortable and the plane was clean and well-presented."
Ulemper: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

Ulemper: "You cancelled. Cost me lost lodging, missed connecting flights and a day of my trip."
Ulemper: "Beware. Frankfort to Paris A321 Business class is coach with an empty middle seat. Uncomfortable even for a short flight. Very disappointing following excellentvbusiness class on first leg of trip Orlando-Frankfort"

Fordeler: "Although clearly an older plane, it was clean. Gate personnel re-assigned me to a seat in a row with no-one in it."
Ulemper: "The gate of departure moved twice before departure. The last change was to a completely different building. Apparently the equipment was changed and I did not learn that I would need a seat re-assignment until I scanned my boarding pass during boarding. (However, the gate agent was quick to accommodate)."
Ulemper: "There were no Lufthansa representatives in Frankfurt airport upon my arrival. Also my connecting flight wasn't showing on electronic board. I had to get WiFi connection in order to get any info. I was very unhappy about it ."
Fordeler: "It was quick and smooth. Snack provided. Baggage arrived quickly."
Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."

Ulemper: "We waited over an hour for two people to board the plane. After we waited, the couple didn't make it past security; so, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the company to take their luggage off of the plane. I was late checking into my hotel, which was in the process of being canceled."

Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."
Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Ulemper: "I have no idea why they would book this flight for a connection to Chicago. They only gave me an hour window for connecting and with the plane delayed 30 minutes I had to rush through and skip everyone in like at passport check and made it just as the were boarding my connection."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."
Fordeler: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Ulemper: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."
Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! If they do answer the phone (1-800-221-2350), they either put you on hold for a whole day or, if you leave your phone no. and name to have them call you back, they never do . I am not the only person who has this experience. It is too bad because if this continues, the airline will loose business and I would hate to see that. However, I still will use KAYAK"

Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."

Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Ulemper: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Ulemper: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."

Ulemper: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Ulemper: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."
Fordeler: "Standard stuff"

Ulemper: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Fordeler: "We had an excellent flight! The crew of flight attendants were great! The food was delicious! The flight arrived to Budapest 30 minutes early! What more could anyone ask for? Perfect! Thank you LOT Polish Airlines!"

Fordeler: "Good service. Food is provided (one hot meal and one sandwich). Selection of entertainment (movies, TV shows...etc) are good."

Fordeler: "The crew remained polite and we were given a bottle of water each during at 2.5 hour delay."
Ulemper: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Fordeler: "Over all was ok nothing exceptional but boarding was very slow, and slk of us with connections did not make it as the luggage came on the carousel 60 min afterward checked the security. Will not use them again."
Ulemper: "Passenger next to me was too large and encroached on my limited space Stewards did not respond to light or request for drinks until I went to the back of plane Staff was curteous"

Ulemper: "Entertainment system decades out of date. Worked poorly. Cabin crew kept their curtain closed, as if they didn't want to interact with passengers. Food was extremely mediocre, thank goodness I brought nuts. Drink glasses very small."
Fordeler: "Professional personal from the check-in desk and crew on the bord. It was easy and very quickly Yo get to warshava from Lviv. Thank you"

Ulemper: "After the first hour when food/drinks were handed out, the cabin crew (Economy) seemed to disappear entirely to the back of the plane and spend the rest of the flight chatting with each other until the final meal just before landing. I don't expect champagne service in Economy but the flight attendants could have been more proactive in walking down the aisles occasionally rather than just when handing out meals. If you needed a drink the best option was to head to the back of the plane and pour it yourself. In fact, most of the passengers did precisely this!"
Fordeler: "Complementary headphones, drinks, and snacks. I flew economy as as a 6'3" guy I was generally comfortable -- though I would recommend you sit in the aisle seat. Food wasn't the worst."
Ulemper: "Nothing really."
Fordeler: "The economy premier seating is outstanding. Plenty of room, friendly service, actually pretty good food. Don't know how it was for the regular economy seating - it looked pretty tight."
Ulemper: "There are not very many bathrooms for the size of plane. It seemed there was always a line."
Fordeler: "Unlike US Airlines where they do nothing on a short flight, they served a snack and drink on a 40 minute one."
Ulemper: "I have no negative comments."
Ulemper: "Nor enough beverage for such a long flight Ice cube?"
Fordeler: "The food was good, the flight crew was curteous altho not English speakers."
Ulemper: "The flight was one hour delayed and during boarding most of the time only one person checked us all in for a full dreamliner. There were at least four other LOT employees standing around who could have pitched in. I had a window seat with a large man next to me who overflowed into my space making it uncomfortable to just sit. I couldn't even cut my meat without bumping him. Because LOT upgraded random people before the flight, I would suggest they wait until they board and see who doesn't fit in the tight space and move those people."
Fordeler: "Got me to Paris in one piece"
Ulemper: "Flight was late leaving and arriving. Even so it was an international flight, no food was available except for a glass of water and a wafer. Paid food had a very short menu. The head stewardess was in a bad mood most of the time and there was line at the bathroom as there was only one. Boarding was by bus and we waited a long time in the bus before it left for the plane, bad organization."
Ulemper: "Late as always, didnt get anything to drink from warsaw to rzeszow. Not happy at all"
Ulemper: "My flight was canceled after 4 hours of waiting . Poor communication in regards to it"
Ulemper: "When I arrived in Poland to catch the second leg of my flight they tried to bump me from the flight stating that it was overbooked and I had not checked in. Well imagine my shock because I had CHECKED IN when I arrived to the airport in Split for my first flight on this airline. My bag was checked all the way through to New York so there was no indication that they had not confirmed me on the flight. I plan to follow up with the airline as needless to say I had a horrible experience fighting with them to get on my flight that I paid $700 for one way. Unacceptable."

Ulemper: "Prop plane. Loud and noisy (screeching, popping sounds) during take off and landing."
