Ulemper: "We had our passports and boarding passes checked five times in the course of 2 minutes by five different people one after the next. My cabin luggage was searched right before boarding. I appreciate the need for security, but that was excessive and unnecessary. In the peak of the Corona virus craze, the security made all passengers take off shoes and walk without any protection. This is not Qatar Airways doing - New York JFK security B S, but I am sure airways companies have some say to change it."

Ulemper: "I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating."

Ulemper: "Qatar Airways Maharjan lounge snack Restuarant service was not great. Boarding was very inconvenient in Doha using the bus. All the rest at Zurich and in flights was good."

Fordeler: "seat was okay, far from comfortable, plane too cold, although they did have blankets, late boarding, no particular reason, it's probably not Qatar's fault, but baggage service at JFK was terrible."

Ulemper: "Qatar airways should allocate separate seating for families. The crowd was generally composed of labour from Qatar and other middle eastern countries making the flight an unpleasant experience. It felt like going to a factory shift at 4 in the morning."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were professional and polite, I requested low-fat meals and they were good, the entertainment was very good, the air temperature was comfortable, most flights I had were on time."
Ulemper: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Ulemper: "Checking in was very lengthy and boring. More check in counters could ease the situation."

Fordeler: "My flight from Chicago to Doha was late to come in and there was a gate agent waiting for us and two other passengers with a sign when we got off the plane. He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

Fordeler: "Our meals were luke warm at best while the bread was still semi frozen. Food quality has always been low on Qatar flights but this time was the absolute worst. I fly with Qatar for work everything 4 months and that's solely due to convenience."

Fordeler: "I have long stay in the DOha airport, 22 hours, and during this there is no accomodation is provided by Qatar airway"

Fordeler: "The food was very good, I liked vegetarian options and my stomach doesn't hurt after the plane food as usual. I like the bathrooms clean and nice smelling soap. The crew was very attentive and eager to please their guest but consistent and insisting on the safety rules (belts buckled up and seats in upright position)"
Ulemper: "There wasn't many good options for entertainment. Only a couple new movies although I liked the TED talks. Also I liked the plane but I wish there were some foot steps and more comfortable head support on the seats. I didn't like also strange option for Golden members in economy seats to be able to "order" food before regular people. There were only 3 options and everyone had the same choice. So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

Fordeler: "Seats are comfortable with plenty of leg space. Aircrafts were clean and tidy. Landing and take off were smoothest I have ever experienced."
Ulemper: "Menu choice was very basic and quantity was also poor. Food quality was below par in terms of taste and presentation. In-flight crew was inefficient and flow. Meal trays laid on meal tables for hours after the passengers finished food. Flight attendants literally responded in over 30 min of call. I pressed special meals online before boarding. However, the flight attendants were not sure. They went back to kitchen to verify that and return with the ordered meal."

Fordeler: "On board crew are excellent."
Ulemper: "Ground staff requires training specifically on communication related to boarding. Travelers were confused as to what zone is boarding at a given time as there were no announcements. Pathetic boarding process."

Ulemper: "Food is not fresh, very uncomfortable seats and very little leg room."

Ulemper: "Crew members were not concerned. Service was not proper and on time."

Ulemper: "No Wi-Fi. Grew not a friendly. Seats are very hard after 6 hours. The dreamliner is already aged. The screens are in poor condition already."

Ulemper: "The seat spacing on the 70-minute flisght was a little cramped - it would be even worse for a taller person than I (at 5'10")."

Fordeler: "Overall it was a nice flight however some areas need some attention. Boarding gates were very crowded and there was no crowd management in the small area. Secondly, the food was not at all upto the mark. If you are serving sandwich atleast make it flavorful or just serve drinks on this short flight with nuts/biscuits/chocolate."

Fordeler: "The staff was amazing! I started I get a headache- probably because of low blood sugar, and one of the attendant provided me with constant water, ginger ale, and chocolates. It was so sweet- she didn't have to make sure I was okay, but she chose to our the kindness of her heart!"
Ulemper: "The cramped quarters. I had a very tall person sit practically on my lap the entire flight, as he leaned his chair back the entire time. It left no room for me to use the table for my laptop. I was fortunate that no one sat next to me on my first flight, but for the second one I was not so lucky – so I couldn't work on my schoolwork."

Fordeler: "The crew, the food overall experience was excellent. Special thanks to two crew members Mohammad and the other crew she was from India. I got her name unfortunately lost the paper with her name. Her name stars with G or C I think.Thank you for the excellent service."

Ulemper: "Rudeness of check in staff Disorganized, slow and chaotic screening process for transfer passengers (only two machines for thousands hundred passenger) Near- or semi-illiterate ground staff"

Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Fordeler: "I didn't like disemabarking and being walked to a bus and then being transported to the actual airport"

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Fordeler: "I flew Emirates for the first time. You guys rock. The stewardesses very quick to help with their smiley faces. The Asian vegetarian meal was okay."
Ulemper: "Why did I not fly with you guys before???"

Ulemper: "I have used Kayak many times but I am afraid I may not use it anymore. We booked tickets to India from Boston few months ago. We booked for Emirates. But we got the tickets issued through web jet. With the recent travel ban we wanted to reschedule our tickets. And then the whole problem unravelled. We called kayak to reschedule. Kayak team said its not their responsibility and forwarded me to Web jet. We called emirates directly but they said since we booked tickets via Web jet they will be able to help. So we called Web jet and they charged a hefty 250-300$ extra to what Emirates would have charged for difference in pay. They said its basically the processing fee. We were disappointed as the reason for postponing was not in our hands, and the fact that kayak passed the buck to Web jet in dealing with the issue. If we had bought our tickets directly from Emirates the process would have been very smooth."

Ulemper: "The boarding was chaotic. The public address at the gate was not clear and everyone seemed to line up randomly."

Fordeler: "Very clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive."
Ulemper: "Many sick passengers on board."

Ulemper: "The touchscreens on the 777s were a bit unresponsive."

Ulemper: "The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

Fordeler: "I treated myself to Swiss Business (for a second time) for this trip and it was terrific. From the comfortable seats, the fabulous dinner, the outstanding Swiss staff from the baggage check to the wonderful flight attendants, the flight to Zürich and the return trip to Boston was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Swiss. I would love to be able to fly Swiss Business again when I travel to Zürich in September 2019."

Ulemper: "I had paid a little extra to have a seat in the back of the plane going to Greece and returning also. I was under the assumption the extra charge would give me a seat with only one extra person next to me. On both flights to and from JFK I was seated in a row with 3 seats and not the last row as promised. Just wondering if a refund for the extra charge would be possible."

Fordeler: "Great seat, wide enough for an adult and a 2 year old to sit in. Food was nice, but didn’t make you go wow."

Ulemper: "I booked two tickets but could not pick seats for my partner. We ended up in bad seats next to the bathroom."

Ulemper: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

Ulemper: "Budapest airport crew is very slow. It took them 45 min to get the baggages out ."

Fordeler: "I am a frequent flyer with swiss airline. Amazing crew, boarding, taking off and landing is on time if not a little earlier. However, I was quite disappointed with the enertainment package and food."

Ulemper: "experience at the Zurich airport was not good. They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed in taking off, and our gate wasn't available when we landed so we had to wait again, ultimately adding approximately 1.5 hours to the trip."

Ulemper: "I as a "loyal' flier (app 50 years flew Swiss and SwissAir resp.) am disappointed that I have to pay 29.- for the seat reservation.I think this is outrageous. Also there used to be a "senior discount "; It is gone ! Peter Hz"

Ulemper: "Same situation with the food. I was given Molley's special food. Then I was given a cold croissant. That was it. Lufthansa gives little sandwiches."

Fordeler: "First leg was on United (codeshare) 767. The seat pitch on that version was good, even for a tsix-footer. The flight was almost empty, so there was plenty of room to stretch across seats and sleep. In order to avoid dairy, I order kosher meals - and the quality was OK. The cabin crew was nice to start with, and very relaxed and friendly as the flight progressed because of the low-stress service for so few passengers."
Ulemper: "No complaints."

Fordeler: "The cred, the sets, the fact that I could use the tablet during the flight . The winds were strong , still, for some reason I had confidence in the pilots."

Fordeler: "All the pieces to have provided an excellent experience were there, but they didn’t come together. It was nice to get some food, and the movie choices were pretty good."
Ulemper: "Hot, like super hot, in the aircraft. It was horrible."

Ulemper: "Connecting flight wss unreasonably late and they lied about luggage being loaded onto the flight. One of the bags is completely missing in the system. Waste of time and too much trouble"

Fordeler: "It was fine!"
Ulemper: "No problems there... Everything was fairly well organized..."

Fordeler: "Entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "Seat was moved into a middle seat. I was very uncomfortable for the flight. Crew member granted someone else seat change before mine and i asked first. Very upsetting flight."

Ulemper: "It took over an hour for Business class bags to come out. Not sure why I paid for business class if they don't know to offload them first in Dubai. Really ruined the first experience with Turkish Air."

Fordeler: "I have flown Turkish Air many times since 2010, and used to like the airline. Not so much anymore. I would say their entertainment center and food are pretty good."
Ulemper: "They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!"

Fordeler: "We loved everything about our flight, plane was so quiet and service was amazing"

Fordeler: "Since we are first time travelers going from Chicago to Rome, Italy via Istanbul, we cannot compare to other airlines. But, we had a very good experience & the food, services and entertainment rvice were very good! The airfare too was excellent."
Ulemper: "Not certain if it's typical in long flights/but it was very difficult sleeping in these seats."

Fordeler: "Boarding procedure was not organized. Boarding of business class and special needs passengers was not prioritized and were boarded along with economy passengers. Good choice of movies."
Ulemper: "TV screen very far from the seat and could only interact with it via the remote control."

Ulemper: "On of stewardess was very rude ."

Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled and I haven't been informed about it AT ALL, only when I arrived to the airport. At the Turkish desk, they didn't manage to book me on another flight, so I had to purchase extra two tickets for approx. $600 from two different airline companies. BAD! BAD! BAD! From both Kayak and Turkshit airlines!"

Ulemper: "Took 4 hours to get to hotel in Istanbul with my old father, as no one helped or guided. Trying to get money back for the visa but no luck yet."

Fordeler: "Food and service was excellent."
Ulemper: "Get rid of the foot rest, it blocks the ability to stretch your legs during a long flight. As a result, it was a very uncomfortable flight. I do not know of any other long haul airlines that have these. I will probably not fly Turkish Airlines on any flights over 3 hours due to the cramped space caused by your footrests. Other than space, everything else was excellent."

Fordeler: "Brand new aircraft. Onboard wifi and live TV. Good food. This is one of the routes where Turkish feels need to compete."
Ulemper: "Chaotic boarding procedures in Istanbul airport."

Fordeler: "Everything from above and the fact that my bags got home untouched and on time. It would have been a disaster to have to drive back to Bucharest to pick them up at the later time like it happened with other airlines."
Ulemper: "Nothing at all"

Fordeler: "There were a lot of very good experiences with Turkish Air. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and courteous the staff was. Overall, the trip was a pleasure. I would fly with Turkish Air again."

Fordeler: "Crew were exceptionally warm and pleasant, and made me feel more than welcome onboard."
Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ulemper: "Turkish Airlines Lift off. Finally after the hours of waiting, standing, passport controlling we are on board. Blessed air conditioning freezes the cheery rainbow seats Tossed back with painful whiplash the nineties surround us again. Enter to find the changing table Dirty diapers and wipes for tiny asses Moan, itch, pick, cry, kick, kick, scream Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Decadent. Familial entitlement on a budget. Sit down to stares. Without doing anything So begins the ogling Not for beauty or glasses But because of his right to look in any direction he pleases. The drink cart comes by Soft drinks only Stuttered English behind Only a sweet belch of coca cola Released, bubbling an unfettered expression shared across all languages. (but do they share my disgust?) Oh to fly, to find a cab to drive in the big city."

Fordeler: "Blankets, pillow, being served food and drinks regularly on a long flight, great choice of new movies."
Ulemper: "Touch screen did not always work."

Fordeler: "THENK YOU!"

Ulemper: "The leg room is really limited in the economy cabin"

Fordeler: "There was a lot to choose entertainment wise."
Ulemper: "We had a child behind us who would not stop screaming and playing with the tray table. One of the crew members gave me a hard time for having my purse out for 1 minute while I was taking my prenatal vitamin even though we were sitting on the runway for over an hour at this point and the man in front of me had his chair fully reclined so I wasn't able to get to it under my seat.. Even though as she said, we were about to take off, but she didn't say anything to the man in front of me. This was my second time flying with them and the first experience was much better."

Fordeler: "Turkish Airlines has the best service in the industry, being in a stressful job and dealing with people, the attendants do an excellent job trying to cater to passengers needs to make their trip joyful and easy. 5 star service. I'd prefer them over any other company whenever possible."

Fordeler: "Free food, free check in baggage, free drinks, great and courteous service. Plus the plane arrived a head of time."
Ulemper: "Seating could of been roomier."

Fordeler: "Plane seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "Got sick from food. Stewardress skipped over me for service."

Ulemper: "Crew need to smile a bit."

Fordeler: "Great food. Nice staff."
Ulemper: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Fordeler: "The large amount of entertainment to choose from was very nice."
Ulemper: "Timeliness and comfort in seats could be better."

Fordeler: "everything from the boarding and check-in process to in flight comfort."

Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"

Ulemper: "No LH flight details in the E-ticket from Dus. to Bkk. I have to contact Thai Airways for more details. Too short time for transited from Munich to Dus. and I missed flight, luggages didn't arrive with my new flight. Very very very bad experience with this booing by this website and I absolutely not accommodate with this web again."

Fordeler: "Worst ever"

Ulemper: "Very cold. Always very cold in premium economy section on LH 747-8."

Ulemper: "Missed my flight by 2 minutes and couldn’t find any representatives to help me determine my options. Was left to figure it out in my own."

Ulemper: "Didn't like the fruit dish or the liverwurst type meat."

Fordeler: "Everything was fine except for the comfort."
Ulemper: "The rows were so close together it was hard to get in and out of your row. If the seat in front of you reclined, the t.v. was 9 inches in front of your face."

Fordeler: "We were treated very well by all staff. Very nice crew"

Fordeler: "Great service. Comfortable business class seats."

Fordeler: "Lufthansa and SAS. A great combination."
Ulemper: "Nothing to not like."

Ulemper: "My seat did not recline, the seatback was dirty, the seats were very thin, and I could feel every movement from the person behind me. There was no in-flight entertainment, no USB ports or outlets."

Fordeler: "Crew was personable and friendly"

Ulemper: "Again miserable muslim meal with only vegetables! Not enough room in the cabin for the personal bags that I had to put it under my feet for the whole trip ( +10 hrs ) having my legs stuck between the seat and the bags ."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."

Fordeler: "Flight on time, crew was efficient even though the the flight was full."
Ulemper: "food. The chicken had a bad taste and smell to it."

Ulemper: "They ran out of food- I didn’t have dinner on that flight. We were almost 2 hours late to Dubai. I was irritated to say the least."

Ulemper: "No entertainment, Two hour delay......almost missed our connecting flight."

Fordeler: "Quick loading and departure."
Ulemper: "The gate changing 3 times."

Fordeler: "Great service from a super crew. On time."

Fordeler: "Service for economy class was what you would expect from other airlines in business class. Lufthansa has the best service of any airline I have ever flown with."
Ulemper: "Nothing."

Fordeler: "I liked the food and courteous staff. Our flight was on time in order to connect to our next flight. They assisted us to our waiting wee Lchairs."
Ulemper: "Everything was ok. Nothing I did not like on that flight"

Fordeler: "Crew worked very hard to accommodate us."
Ulemper: "Was seated in a section with many noisy infants. I could not sleep or even hear the entertainment system sometimes. Not the airline's fault. People should know better than to travel with infants. I felt sorry for the crew."

Fordeler: "Crew on board were excellent."
Ulemper: "There was a 40 minute delay in the Athens airport, which precipitated a race to catch the connection in Munich to Boston. Also, the food was below par. Nothing you'd get from the old Lufthansa..."

Fordeler: "The seating went very efficiently and fast. All the flight attendants were extremely friendly. Food was great and there were plenty of movies for adults and kids. Would chose Lufthansa again"
Ulemper: "I was in economy class and the lady in front of me put the seat back. My knees hit the seat the whole flight and I am not that tall 5.6."

Fordeler: "Short flight, not much to say about it."

Fordeler: "Excellent service. Everybody from the crew up had smile. Very good atmosphere. I would definitely fly with up guts again"
Ulemper: "I'm 6'2 230 seat was tight for me but that is it"

Fordeler: "I am 6'1 so I wish could have afforded 1st class, but I am grateful to the desk staff who made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Great movies. Good food."

Ulemper: "I find the seats in Economy rather uncomfortable (Premium Economy is way better, but too expensive for me)."

Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience"

Fordeler: "From Munich to Toronto, it was great, especially being seated where I wanted, the window. I was able to watch great movies too, and during a 9hr flight, thats really nice."
Ulemper: "The food could be better. Too salty. But it is better than nothing and it was hot! So that was good."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Fordeler: "Larger than expected in room. Lots of movie options. Food was pretty good"
Ulemper: "Layover was short so they said to tell the crew and they would help. They did not. Missed my connecting flight due to their delay leaving Frankfurt and no assistance given."

Fordeler: "very little"
Ulemper: "lousy food. poor movie selection. uncomfortable seats."
