The flight attendants did a exceptional job the entire flight providing attentive service.
Staff were lovely. Plane was clean and comfortable. Nice clean blankets snd pillows.
Crew could have been more friendly…little-to no smiles…seemed like all business and get the flight over with. Baggage service at Lisbon airport was terrible, between waiting for a discharge belt # to be assigned, waiting for luggage to be loaded onto conveyor belt. All in all waited over an hour for our one suitcase….

The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."
Fordeler: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."

Ulemper: "Airbus 330 seats are too narrow and the arm rests too high. I am about 5'3" and weigh about 150. I can't imagine what a taller and/or heavier passenger must feel like in these seats. Also I dislike the "nickel and diming" philosophy used by most airlines these days making people pay an extra $29 to reserve a specific seat. Give me a price from the beginning with a seat assignment."

That was only the reason i chose this airline. When i ask about my lifemiles the answer was that my class of ticket didnt get any lifemile. I felt cheated. You should put it somewhere visibly so the person knows before booking. If i knew it before i never chose this airline."

Customer service staff were unhelpful and had a negative attitude. The transfer were helpful."

Many people 'cut' in line. It wasn't until someone yelled at them about the problem that they started to honor the line. Unfortunately that was five hours in to the wait!"

The food also seemed better on the way to Turkey; on the way back I found myself hungry more often and the food was not as good (day flight). Excellent, will definitely fly again, just for the service and the experience!!"

First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . I had requested and a reproved transport in Frankfurt, but nobody came. I ran and ran with my hurting hipp(y am 81), just to end up in another line. I approached an employee there and he suggested to cut the line and trying to make it. Fortunately the boarding for the flight was delayed and I made it! Yea

No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled with a very poorly set up e-mail. No alternative suggestions, no phone number where to call, nothing. Very unhelpful. When calling a phone number finally found on the internet there was a 40 min waiting loop, only to then have a very bored and annoyed sounding call attended who finally was able to rebook the flight. Overall very poor service, at the very least there should have been a guideline of what steps to take now in the cancelling of the flight E-mail and where to call."

But these are small things, overall a very good flight, I will definitely fly again with them. I watched a couple of movies released this year that I wanted to see. Good job Lufthansa!"

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Ulemper: "Economy plus seats were a disappointment. Instead if the bottom cushion sliding out as with the Boeing 777, the seats recline too much. Uncomfortable getting in and out of our seats. Also, there are not enough restrooms. Lines of 5-7 people were common. I will not fly the A380 again."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.
Made me check a bag that I have carried onto hundreds of flights . Caused me to miss my connection in Paris because I was flying a different airline and my bags didn’t transfer . The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent
Wrong advice was given by AF counter for the boarding by asking me to exit airport and then enter again , otherwise was ok .
Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.

Ulemper: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Ulemper: "The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade."

Fordeler: "Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing."
Ulemper: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."
Ulemper: "My first flight was cancelled my return flight was delayed by 5 hours They made me check my carry on even though it was with in the size limit which cost 85 euros and when trying to ask why the staff was extremely rude and not helpful worst flight experience I’ve ever had"
Fordeler: "The only thing that I like about the flight was that it was easy to boarding"
Ulemper: "The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment"
Ulemper: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."
Ulemper: "Separated me and my wife for the whole flight! Could not accommodate us together. This reservation was made over 6 weeks ago !!!"

Ulemper: "My seat and several others around me were broken so that they would fall all the way back if we leaned back at all. The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work."
Fordeler: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Ulemper: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."
Fordeler: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."
Ulemper: "It was delayed. I missed my flight. Now I don’t have a bag. I am not sure when I get it back or if I have to go all the way back to the airport"
Ulemper: "There should be more layover time as I almost missed my flight and My luggage was delayed!!"

Fordeler: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Ulemper: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."
Fordeler: "Punctual, great food in Premium Economy, friendly crew."
Ulemper: "Took over 75 minutes (after arrival) for baggage to arrive on the carousel. Boarding area did not have well-defined lanes for different groups."

Ulemper: "Older plane Very small tv screen Didn't get the bread roll with my dinner. Asked for it but she didn't bring it to me. No usb plug to charge"
Fordeler: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."

Border control: HUGE line, only one official Security check: rude and unapologetic; literally tried to open a sealed bag purchased at duty-free Airport (Warsaw): no crowd/mask control. A special form needs to be filled on paper for boarding, despite having filled a similar form online. As a result, a crowd of people (full flight on a 787 Dreamliner) gathered to board the plane, all swarming around the boarding counter, trying to get their forms to fill in. Again, no crowd control and/or attempts to distribute the forms.

Ulemper: "The crew were not nice. They dont even pick up garbage during the 9 hour flight. They give you a gallon of water in a huge bottle without a glass and you are on your own."
Ulemper: "The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Ulemper: "It would’ve helped to land at the airport for which we booked the ticket. Landing 2 hours away didn’t help and the airline did not provide any compensation"

Ulemper: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."
Fordeler: "With expectations set record low by flying United Airlines this was pleasantly neutral."
Ulemper: "Limited beverage choice"
Fordeler: "Easy check in, accommodations for a seat preference, kind crew service on board, good food, free entertainment-good selection of movies and music, at no extra charge. on time going to WAW, and 30 min. early coming back to EWR. Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Ulemper: "Very bad boarding experience... We were not issued boarding passed for all legs of the journey at the beginning. At the last leg, we were provided separate seats. Boarding staff extremely rude and unfriendly. Not one person (apart from the in-flight personnel) wore a smile."
