Fordeler: "Inflight entertainment was good but that doesn’t make up for lack of equal treatment of all passengers"
Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."
Ulemper: "I didn't like my seat placement this time round. Was put in the seat infront of business class as no other option. Really uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "The individual were uniform polite and professional, even in the economy section of the craft which is not always the case in some airlines. Boarding and deplaning via two entry / access points; something all airlines should seek to do."
Ulemper: "Things like the plane layout which focuses on maximizing seating space over common space like toilets (not enough) and cross craft aisles so crew and passengers could do more than just one thing at a time; issues the crew had nothing to do with. Rather plane designers being pushed to maximize seats over all else."
Ulemper: "The crew was not friendly and very slow. I was flying with an infant and a child and have had excellent experiences on a number of other less expensive airlines and I am disappointed that I had bad service on Emirates business class."

Ulemper: "1- Crew seemed less professional than European countries destinations ( An Egyptian crew gave me wrong direction about my seat at the entrance of the plane ) 2- Wifi service was not working, though they said the plane is equipped with WIFI ( i checked with the cabin crew, she said maybe the area..however throughout all the travel flight, there was no WIFI )"

Fordeler: "I loved the bigger screens and the fact that I could watch movies from the monument I boarded and did not have to wait until take off! I also loved the use of real cutlery in economy. The flight was fantastic. The toilets in economy are spacious too."

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Ulemper: "It was a little noisy in our seats (we were next to one of the crew areas). But the biggest gripe was about the way we were treated when queuing. We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

Ulemper: "No information re cancelled flight, board at Dubai indicated flight delayed with no time or boarding gate. Over 300 people at Emirates / Qantas customer service desk and 2 operators. Only found out that the flight may be cancelled from an email from kayak. Eventually got on a flight 6 and a half hours later. When leaving the board still said ek5101 delayed. I am sure if left up to Emirates / Qantas we would still be sitting at Dubai looking at the board."
Ulemper: "I found the crowded squashed seating very uncomfortable, , the 380 from Dubai to UK was wonderful, the relaxed atmosphere was great, more leg room, and the staff were extremely pleasant, not sure I want to fly in a 777 again terribly claustrophobic ."
Fordeler: "This is the 4th times I use Emirates and they maintain their standards. The entertainment is very good, a lot of new movies and tv shows, in many languages. The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."
Ulemper: "The food portion were pretty small BUT there were some leftover that the crew agree to give if you asked for. So at the end not too bad."

Fordeler: "The service crew was perfect. Check on me through out the flight to ensure that I was comfortable. When meals came around and I was sleeping they check to ensure i did not miss a meal. 5 stars for the crew of Emirates flight 220."

The inflight after ringing the call bell for 10 minutes, was disgruntled to attend to us, literally screamed at us saying she was busy in the back and we need to be patient. She took an additional 10 minutes to bring us some water. Her attitude was inexcusable and offensive. I have been a loyal flyer making at least 2 travels in a year with Emirates and I'm ready to switch now."

Ulemper: "1. Flight late from Berlin to Istanbul. 2. That's mean missing my next flight from Istanbul to Riyadh. 3. I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Fordeler: "Another excellent business class service from the team at Turkish Airlines. The food offering was high quality, and the little cultural influences made it an enjoyable experience."
Ulemper: "The cabin design is perhaps looking a little dated and tired compared to some of its business class competitors. This was also true of comparing the 3 flights I had on a Boing 777 model versus one of the short haul legs on a more modern Airbus."
Fordeler: "Better of most European airlines.. nice enough lounge and inflight service pretty good with room to improve for sure."
Ulemper: "Boarding was simply chaotic where staff isn’t managing the queue well separating business and economy. At arrival baggage priority meant nothing. Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

Ulemper: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."

Ulemper: "I was penalized because of a political issue between USA and Turkey. I couldn't get the visa to travel there, and despite that I couldn't get a refund. I am 1k with united air, and will never include THY in my plans."
Fordeler: "Entertaiment was good with choices on the latest movies and live sports channels. Boarding was fast enough and the crew are friendly."
Ulemper: "The seats are not able to be lowered and for a 11.5hrs flight, thats really painful. Food wasnt really tasty and portion seems smaller compare to other flights i had been on."

Ulemper: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Fordeler: "The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have."

Fordeler: "Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over."
Ulemper: "When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Fordeler: "Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond."
Ulemper: "Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week."

Ulemper: "No TV in the chair ,even no group TV The the crew member in the business class lady was too aggressive in her way as if we are working for her , too tide chairs"

Ulemper: "I don't know why all airlines don't have a more orderly system for boarding by zones (like Delta). Lufthansa and Swiss both just have a mob of people blocking the boarding area and hindering people who shoud actually be boarding to get through."
Fordeler: "The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class."
Ulemper: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Ulemper: "Plane was 90 minutes. Airport was overcrowded and dirty. Issues were due to airport and air traffic control"

Ulemper: "With the exception of one Asian cabin crew, others were cold. Food has worsened on Lufthansa. Portion and quality are not as good as 1 year ago. I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

Ulemper: "Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."
Fordeler: "Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."
Fordeler: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"
Fordeler: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Fordeler: "We were warmly welcomed on board by the flight captain. I had not expected this. My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."
Ulemper: "My wife is diebetes, we had requested for a special diet but although this was documented on the air ticket, there was oversight and she had to make do with normal menu. Fortunately there was no adverse consequences."
Ulemper: "The waiting time"
Fordeler: "Great staff, quick boarding and vegetarian options were avaliable. This was the most pleasant experience I've had with a flight service. I commend Lufthansa and the crew of this aircraft."
Ulemper: "Minimal entertainment but understandable for a short flight."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"
Fordeler: "Overall booking and airport was ok. Food was also actually quite good."
Ulemper: "A comfort of the seats... well its economy class in the end. Entertainment was just dreadful - small screen with visible pixels - I was unable to watch any movie."
Ulemper: "Nothing special"
Ulemper: "The flight advertised meals..a small pastry was served an hour into the flight. I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Now hungrey and tierd.I.will not be flying klm ever again !!"

Fordeler: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Ulemper: "They have mabaged to lost my luggage"

Ulemper: "Aircraft returned to gate due to fault and was delayed for 45 min."
Fordeler: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
Ulemper: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."
Fordeler: "Booked extra room seat which gave me good room for seating"
Fordeler: "All cabin crew were courteous. Refreshments were light. Check stuff were helpful, they did devise that the flight was full and due to space hand luggage would prefer to be put in hold free of charge. We did not have any problem with this. Plane was clean."
Ulemper: "Service was a little slow going through the gate, it seemed to take a while for everyone to get on board."

Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."
Fordeler: "Good efficient flight crew friendly and helpful"
Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."
Fordeler: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Ulemper: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
Fordeler: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."
Fordeler: "Timing & efficiency. Good food though only a sandwich."
Ulemper: "Nothing. Could say there was no entertainment but I didn't want entertainment on such a short flight"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."
Fordeler: "On time."

Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"
Fordeler: "The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane."
Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Fordeler: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."

Fordeler: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."
Fordeler: "Spacious business class seats, excellent meals"
Ulemper: "Lack of ventilation in cabin, and staff refusal to turn heaters down (in September), very limited entertainment options."
Fordeler: "Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!"
Ulemper: "The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional."
Ulemper: "Tell me i would misst the next flight and that my beg will not go to the final airport."
Fordeler: "Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times"
Ulemper: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"
Fordeler: "Crew was solicitous."
Ulemper: "They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat."

Ulemper: "Old plane with very lousy seats for a super expensive business class. Super slow check in and overall process till boarding because of lack of ground staff compared to passenger volumes"

Ulemper: "Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight."
Fordeler: "Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise."
Fordeler: "The crew was excellent."
Ulemper: "The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade."

Ulemper: "More water provided during the flight. Also, the second meal was not very good."

Ulemper: "I paid extra for the seat, but there was a metal box under the seat in front of me that curtailed my ability to stow my carry bag, and my leg room. I am very diappointed that I paid above the normal seat charge as if there was a premium to this seat, but in reality it was a sb par seat."

Ulemper: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."

Ulemper: "I was assigned a middle seat, if not for that I would have given a higher rating."

Ulemper: "Did not seat together passengers, although booked and checked in at the same time."

Ulemper: "Cabin was very cold. Not enough legroom compared to orher international carriers. Male flight attendant kept bumping into my husband sitting in aisle seat so he unable to get any sleep. We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"

Ulemper: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"
Fordeler: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Ulemper: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."
Fordeler: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Ulemper: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"
Fordeler: "Boarding was on time"
Ulemper: "flight was delayed by 20 minutes Boarding got me through Sky priority quickly. Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"
