I was in front of the bulkhead so there was no other place to store my items except the overhead bin and the flight attendant took the space in my bin for some baby items she thought she might need for another passenger. I had to store my personal items away from my seat."

However the gentleman in front of me had his seat back, so I was fairly uncomfortable for most of the 13 hour flight."

Fordeler: "Overall it was a nice flight however some areas need some attention. Boarding gates were very crowded and there was no crowd management in the small area. Secondly, the food was not at all upto the mark. If you are serving sandwich atleast make it flavorful or just serve drinks on this short flight with nuts/biscuits/chocolate."

Ulemper: "QA HQ did not respond to the emergency with professionalism. They did a decent job w/hotel accommodation but only the hotel reception provided any communication. Only constant complaints led to food being provided at the airport after a 6 hour wait to board. No compensation was offered by QA when we arrived in Doha. Nothing. Exceptionally poor performance by an airline you expect more from."

They did so with kind and smile within 10 minutes while it was very difficult due to boarding time and luggage switching Boarding was okay Crew also was kind, responsive, Food was great Entertsinment was the issue due to airplane size and airplane facilities like Internet and entertainment tv screen was not in your seat Thank you so much Qatar Airways"

As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "1. Emirates has only one piece option. With Laptop bag weighing about almost 5kgs, you are left with just 2kgs which the carry bag itself would weigh. Not sure, how Emirates is getting away with this discriminatory attitude, while rest of airlines do allow -Carry on + a personal item. 2. There is no check on the carry-on weight at SFO airport. While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. I managed it. More on Facebook review..."

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Ulemper: "I was penalized because of a political issue between USA and Turkey. I couldn't get the visa to travel there, and despite that I couldn't get a refund. I am 1k with united air, and will never include THY in my plans."

Fordeler: "Our Turkish Airlines flight was late boarding and passengers were upset about not being able to make their connecting flights. The crew handled it well, but anxiety was high. The food is always good and one of the reason I fly Turkish Airlines on a regular basis."
Ulemper: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."

Ulemper: "The level of service by the cabin crew was really disappointing. One of the flight attendants asked me to switch seats with the woman seated next to me (although I had pre-selected my seat). I obliged, although I think that the cabin crew and/or gate agents should have given more thought to giving her a better seat assignment, like a bulkhead seat. This woman was uncommonly large with mobility problems, so it was difficult for me to get up when I wanted to. The entertainment system malfunctioned about an hour into the flight, and I had to flag down a cabin crew member on 3 separate occasions to ask them to look into it. No one ever bothered to follow up or attempt to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, the entertainment system is connected to the entire electrical system, so I couldn't use the "call cabin crew" button, or the overhead light - meaning I was stuck in the dark for HOURS. Only after I demanded to be given another seat did anyone do anything, and with zero apologies."

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ulemper: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Fordeler: "Nice to have a wrap for the snack."
Ulemper: "Would have preferred boarding by row - back of the flight first so would have been more organized."

Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

Ulemper: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Ulemper: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."

Fordeler: "Nothing"

Fordeler: "I was pleasantly surprised they had a snack service on such a short flight. The flight attendants were very friendly"
Ulemper: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Fordeler: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Ulemper: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Fordeler: "quick boarding, responsive Airline stewardess, very polite."
Ulemper: "temperature control was not good, service was fine, seats were not comfortable. plane need to be cleaner."

Ulemper: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Fordeler: "Nice, turbulent-free flight. Food was good, service with a smile. Leg space was OK because Boeing 777s are usually better at this."
Ulemper: "Flight left over an hour late because of a sensor glitch. It is concerning when a technical glitch happens. But, the flight was smooth."

Fordeler: "Crew was horrible! Rude! Boarding the worst I have ever had"
Ulemper: "I wish I could fly another company like delta or KLM or someone else. Aeroflot is the worst company ever"

Ulemper: "Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe."

Ulemper: "I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either"

Ulemper: "This is the second time I've been doing follow-up flights It's a nightmare you're not professional at all. It's my last flight with you You need to be ashamed you're not just wearing a card to sell I'm going to sue you You give a short follow-up flight. It is impossible to get the flight. You do not update the distance from gate D to gate F I got stuck in the field until the next day without the suitcase and all the people I had arranged with them in Shanghei I could not meet You should be ashamed"

Fordeler: "On the overnight flight we were given pillows, blankets, eyeshades, headphones and slippers. The two hot meals were preceded by printed menus so we could make our choices before they were served. An ice cream snack was distributed between the meals.The flight was smooth and not too crowded."
Ulemper: "A little warm in the cabin, with no individual air control. Neither the touch screen nor the remote for controlling the screen worked well."

Ulemper: "No entertainment. Long queues for boarding. no food option for vegetarians."

Ulemper: "Wine on the menu, but no wine on the flight coz Dubai is dry. SERIOUSLY???"

Ulemper: "Long walk in Moscow to change terminals. Had to go through cumstoms and passport control twice."

Fordeler: "Aeroflot is an amazing airline - the people, food, seats...I highly recommend it. We flew Business Class and Economy and both exceeded our expectations and the quality of other airlines."

Fordeler: "Crew's attitude & service"
Ulemper: "Personal media center didn't work until restarted after half a flight"

Ulemper: "On the first direction flight my both luggage arrved on the next day. it was very cold in Vilnius but all my warm clothes was absent. When I was return flight was cancelled. But we was moved to hotel after 6 hours waiting in airport. Buy this reason we have time to sleep only 2 hours. And from Aeroflot side we have not any satisfaction"

Fordeler: "Not much"
Ulemper: "The 2nd flight was terrible - the plane was not clean, seats too small, no entertainment and the food was disgusting (My salmon had brown spots). You should list what the food is in English as well. You could barely hear the announcements from the stewardess"

Fordeler: "Everything was smooth. Staff were polite and professional"
Ulemper: "I read, so I have no idea about the entertainment."

Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable, or as comfortable as economy can be. I would say, it was as nice as Lufthansa, just with fewer drinks. We also got ice cream between meals."
Ulemper: "English is not the flight attendants strength. It was manageable though. The drinks came out before the food. That was a little strange and left my thirsty after my meals."

Fordeler: "The members of the crew were friendly."
Ulemper: "The flight departed with an hour delay, the boarding process was rushed and chaotic. The flight was full with infants and little babies (approx. 2 babies per one 4 seat raw in Economy class) , not all of them reacted with ease to a 10h flight. On most of the occasions the parents should have been given some guidance as their behaviour was intolerant towards other passengers. Unfortunately, there was no support from crew members on this."

Fordeler: "Very good service. Very good movies."

Fordeler: "There was a bottle that leaked in the overhead compartments. I was dripped on during take off. They cleaned up the mess, but I still had to smell like alcohol for the rest of the flight. It was unfortunate, but everyone was pleasant."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Crew was nice and food was OK. Nothing exceptional, but would have no problems flying with them again."

Fordeler: "Everything: new aircraft, comfortable seats, professionally crew, delicious meal - one of the great aircompany"
Ulemper: "May be transfer from airplane to airport - it was a bus."

Fordeler: "We were served a hot meal even though it was only a three hour flight. The plane was quite empty at the back so we were able to move to uncrowded seating, which was helpful. Altogether a good flight."

Ulemper: "Seats are not as comfort as I expected"

Ulemper: "Only one Enter Gate into the plan"

Fordeler: "Entertainment and food"
Ulemper: "I checked in early among the first ten and they still left my luggage behind. I still don't have my bag. It arrives from Russia at 145 am tonight and I fly out to Orlando at 250 am. why wasn't my bag on my page?. I hope I get it. Out of the four flights I took, all but one were extremely late with no explanation as to why. I missed one connection and had to stay in airport hotel in Moscow. They gave me food and took care of the hotel, but when I kept asking about my connecting flight out of Moscow, no one would give me a straight answer. There's a definite language barrier and culture barrier. Customer service is curt and brash at best. When I asked about getting my delta skymiles Again in Moscow, the guy at the counter was annoyed with me, but eventually looked it up."
