Fordeler: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Ulemper: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."
Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"
Ulemper: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Fordeler: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."

Ulemper: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

Fordeler: "I was running late for the flight due to bad traffic en route to the airport. Nonetheless, the staff was very understanding, and called me to the gate once I finally arrived to assign me a seat since I wasn't given one when I checked in online. They upgraded me without my asking... to an economy plus exit row, so I had lots of room during the 8 hour flight to Copenhagen. The plane was new - an Airbus A330 - and the flight crew was friendly and helpful."

Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."
Ulemper: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Ulemper: "I was overcharged for luggage. Was not given the chance to pay when checking in online so was charged top rate for 1 piece of hold luggage at the check in desk. A flight that was a reasonable cost became expensive."

I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!"

Fordeler: "Boarding was smooth, aided by being one of the last to board as I was relaxing in the lounge! Boarding was started earlier than listed and complete by the boarding time, long before the flight was due to leave. Crew were polite and courteous, even going to some extra effort to get me a semblance of a meal."
Ulemper: "Booked this flight every last minute and didn't order a Vegan option at the time. Was flying business over lunch time so a meal was served. However there was no vegetarian option on the menu. I expected there to be a vegetarian option at least, and I would work around my dietary choice, but with no vegetarian option, this was impossible to do. In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there."

Ulemper: "Seats are not so comfortable or that much leg room in economy. Asian airlines do much better n seat comfort. The entertainment system on this 777 is old and unreliable. Poor viewing aspect and screen resolution. On a 13 hour flight the passengers deserve more for their money."

Fordeler: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Ulemper: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"
Fordeler: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."
Ulemper: "I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues"
Fordeler: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Ulemper: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Ulemper: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Ulemper: "Checking in and dropping off luggage was a nightmare... There was no one at the check in desks indicated on the screens or the check in terminals. Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Ulemper: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"
Ulemper: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."

Fordeler: "Was very lucky and had whole row of three seats to myself. Also time zone change so flight was only really 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours."

Fordeler: "The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely."
Ulemper: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Ulemper: "Plane is extremely old and should be put to sleep. Business class on this plane means younger an empty middle seat and narrow standard seats. Not worth it for business, check airplane model before you book."

Ulemper: "Seats small and uncomfortable. My seat did not recline for 8 1/2-9 hours (middle seat-even after told it was a good seat). My sons entertainment screen did not work for the last 3 1/2 hours. The stewardess’ didn’t even respond to the call light and after myself and sister walked back there, nothing was done. Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Fordeler: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Ulemper: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !"
Fordeler: "thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)"
Ulemper: "there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"

Ulemper: "We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off"

Ulemper: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."
Fordeler: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."

Ulemper: "We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

Ulemper: "Was stuck on plane for 3 hours before they had to cancel it due to computer issues. Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it."

Ulemper: "Boarding at Brussels airport had to go through a gate, a bus, then out across the airport to the tarmac. Not really a problem, but should be aware if travelling this way. Warning to travellers using this short flight: food/drink only available with payment."
