Ulemper: "Had to stand outside in rain & wind while waiting to board. Took a very long time to board. Very loud people. Excessively loud engine noise. Attendant made me open my window shade. Small seat did not recline. No seat pocket for magazine."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Fordeler: "No alert upon booking that any bags whatsoever are included in the price. We ended up paying to bring bags onboard and check bags. Turning a reasonable flight into a very expensive one."
Ulemper: "There is no Ryan Air ticket counter. Only a bag drop. Be prepared to get the complete run around. We can 3 hours early and thank god."

Ulemper: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Ulemper: "The price of my ticket had nothing low cost. It was $300 for a one way Rome - Paris. Since I never fly with Ryan air, I had no idea you had to check in online. Otherwise they charge you a 55 euro fee for a normal check in at the airport. It’s written in very small letters at the end of the confirmation email they send you. You obviously don’t see it unless you scroll down 10 times all the way to the bottom of the email. This is called a rip off. This should be mentioned all the way at the top near the confirmation number. So I had no choice but paying that fee. I’m sure I’m not the first person this happened to. These thieves must make a lot of money with this. The other bad surprise was that the arrival airport was so far from the center of the city, I paid 120 euros with Uber to get home versus 45 euros when flying into the main Paris airports. Overall, it becomes the same price than flying with Air France."
Fordeler: "Shorter flight than advertised."
Ulemper: "Very slow boarding. 10 min delay. Had to wait in queue as priority for at least 15 minutes. Waiting is in an barrack-style terminal, so basically in the cold."
Ulemper: "Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."

Ulemper: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."
Fordeler: "First time using RyanairI have heard so many negative comments about Ryan air and was genuinely surprised that my experience was so positive. The entire boarding process along with arrival and departure were easy and everything was on time."
Ulemper: "A lot of hassle to get a “cheaper” price which gets more expensive for every single thing you get charged for. Also, the long lines to board and the stress of finding overhead space for your baggage is not great."
Ulemper: "if you come on board with babies, put them in the back, not in the middle of the plane. not everyone needs to suffer!!!!"
Fordeler: "The price of this flight was great and was on time. Could not have asked for a better value for my money. Also the Check in online and having e-tickets makes the whole process much faster."
Fordeler: "Staff was friendly on plane"
Ulemper: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"
Ulemper: "Not organized by any means We went back and forth in line. No one communicated that we needed to prepay before we stood on the long line to check only to get upfront and asked to go to another counter Staff not polite seemed annoyed Then after paying, got back in line and they didn't even ask for receipt of payment"
Fordeler: "Absolutely nothing! Horrible airline to say the least :("
Ulemper: "Very rude staff and overall poor service!"
Fordeler: "The price. That's about it. The only reason to fly RyanAir"
Ulemper: "Boarding is a joke. Priority Boarding (paid) is a joke. Flight was 90 minutes late departing. Seats are so uncomortable and don't recline. Temperature in airplane was too hot. No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."
Ulemper: "No drink and snacks"
Ulemper: "So many hidden fees. Boarding was very unorganized. In fact, the entire flight was unorganized and uncomfortable. I would never fly RyanAir again!"
Fordeler: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
Ulemper: "there was a strike at the airport for security and we made it to the gate as they closed the doors and they wouldn't let us on the plane or refund our tickets"
Fordeler: "Good service overall from flight crew."
Ulemper: "Left 20 minutes late and missed our next flight."
Ulemper: "30 minutes late, not enough room for everyone's baggage, small seat next to large guy"
Ulemper: "Charged us 50 euro per person to check in at the airport. We thought we had checked in online. We clicked on checkin and went through a whole process to pay for a checked bag and to pay for picked seats. Despite that we were still somehow not checked in. They also tried to charge us for a checked bag. At first they could find record of our payment for a checked bag. This all smells like a scam or maybe just shady practice to charge as many fees as possible. Charged for water on the plane, 3 euro."
Fordeler: "It was a quick flight."
Ulemper: "When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."
Ulemper: "Paid for priority boarding and reserved 1st row seats to be as stress free as possible. They had a priority line and a regular line and took both lines at the same time and herded us onto a bus. I ended up getting on the plane after 30 people who didn't pay for priority and finding room for luggage was a mess. You have to jump out of your seat upon arrival to try and gettting back to your luggage. Just know that Ryan Air is a cattle car. Seats are small and padding is long gone. I frankly expected that, but didn't anticipate the priority fee being a fraud."
Ulemper: "The customer service agent was horribly rude. When asked her name, because she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Oh, you'd like my name? I'll be sure to write it down for you." I never ended up getting her name, but the way she treated me and my fiancé - as two customers that were very much over paying - was inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again will I fly RyanAir."

Ulemper: "8 drunk women shouted and disrupted other's quiet"
Fordeler: "Great cabin crew"
Fordeler: "They knew that there world be a 2 hour weather delay but boarded is on the plane and made us wait 2 hours so we wouldn't have the chance to reschedule our cancel."
Ulemper: "Online check in or you are charged 45 euros, boarding passes must be printed or downloaded on phones or an additional 18 euro charge per ticket. Check in baggage very expensive."
Fordeler: "Very Professional"
Fordeler: "Nothing expect that it was a direct flight and despite leaving late, we arrived on time."
Ulemper: "The plane was uncomfortable, the staff was rude, boarding was a NIGHTMARE, check-in was stressful, everything seems to cost extra, and take off was delayed due to a passenger not feeling well and being unsure whether or not we could fly with him on board."
Fordeler: "Ryan Air's prices cannot be beat! The low cost to fly has made it possible for me to travel around Europe the few times I have visited. I have never been stopped for my carry-on luggage *knock on wood*, which I'm sure may have been slightly over the limits, and it has been greatly appreciated. Very friendly crew, and relatively painless boarding process."
Ulemper: "The ability to check in online SOUNDS like it will save time, but this is my third Ryan Air flight where I have stood through the line to get my documents checked, been approved, and then gotten all the way to security where I have been told my boarding pass won't scan. If anyone is reading this, I would suggest checking in online, and then just having them print you off a boarding pass at the desk. That boarding pass will for sure scan once you get to security, and will save you the hassle of getting in line twice!"
Fordeler: "Extra fees turned a $18 flight into almost $90. Never again will I fly Ryan Air"
Ulemper: "The extra fees make this airline no bargain . TAP would have been half the price."
Ulemper: "The check-in agent in Palemo was very rude. The seats are cramped (paying a fee for front seats provided no additional legroom). Even the boarding process was willy nilly. Vueling provided much better service for regional flying service and comfort."
Ulemper: "Everything! Unorganized, customer service was horrible, so many extra fees, lost luggage along with our friends that lost there luggage. No, direction on where to go for checking in."
Ulemper: "no food or drink even water, you have to pay for everything, and the counter is open very late"
