Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

The boarding process was awful being shuttled from a crowded boarding area to a building with a long walk to board .There was no Business class boarding . The seats are very uncomfortable, no pillows, no amenity bags"

Ulemper: "The seats on the plane are no comfortable at all especially for a long flight. The seat room and aisle are tiny , and doesn’t have much room between each chair. You don’t get offered any food unless purchased through app or during the flight."

Fordeler: "We were delayed for over 8 hours in Oslo. There was NO ONE from Norwegian at the desk EVER. We NEVER received any information."

Ulemper: "The boarding was a mess, and the arrival was long- got to Ft lauderdale 20 minutes early only to sit on the tarmac. The customs in Ft Lauderdale is the real mess- no organization, 1 line and too few customs people working. That airport is a nightmare!"
Ulemper: "Arrived at Paris (CDG) airport 55 mins before take off as my Air France flight from Bordeaux to Paris was delayed by an hour. Was told that checkin closed 1 hour before take off & there was nothing they could do, customer service was in Oslo! Was given a piece of paper with 2 phone numbers!"
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

Ulemper: "Flight delayed without notice and seats given away. Family all seated separately and gate staff were markedly unconcerned even though we booked our flight and chose seats months in advance. This is our second time flying Norwegian and a second disappointing flight. The first time the entire flight was cancelled and the airline failed to get us to our destination (we had to book a separate flight ourselves and seek reimbursement—still waiting for it). The savings just isn’t worth the poor customer service. Returning to Delta and American. It was a mistake to switch to Norwegian. Lesson learned."

Ulemper: "I tried to add an additional bag online, but server kept freezing up. Decided to check bag at airport. I was charged 80 Euros instead of 35 shown online. I then had to take the small additional box to another counter, because it wasn’t a suitcase???? Staff were very rude, and at best the crew was indifferent. I have flown all over the world on many airlines, and this was by far the worst experience. I will never fly Norwegian again."
Ulemper: "The flight was run by a very rude crew from HIFLY airlines. The plane was very old. For a flight from Paris to LAX, you'd think there'd be some kind of entertainment and yet we had nothing but a really old tv. There were no USB charging ports. Everything was so loud. I've been flying for years and I've never had anything as bad as this. Somebody puked on the bathroom door and the crew just put a blanket down to cover it up. Everything smelled. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, they charged me 80 euros for 1 checked bag. Meals were 45 euros EACH WAY and for a glorified tv dinner and a snack. Not worth it in anyway. I've never been more dissatisfied with a flight in my life."

Fordeler: "Flight crew were super nice and accommodating, movie choices were excellent, food we ordered on board was pretty tasty (but surprisingly tiny portions)."
Ulemper: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

Ulemper: "Norwegian did not offer information about which terminal the flight was departing from."
Fordeler: "I flew from BNA ago JFK and when I landed i found out my flight was canceled. they just booked me on the next earliest flight and when I tried to ask about alternatives they were of no help. they also told me my accommodations in NYC for 2.5 days may not be covered."
Ulemper: "Rude customer service. No help with getting me to my destination earlier. Unclear on providing necessary information."
Fordeler: "the overhead lights were amazing and calming. tv audio was the best I had on any plane so far, and a great selection of movies."

I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.
Ulemper: "The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued."

They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

Fordeler: "Liked no pressure sales from crew, but was there if you needed them and helpful very pleasant done their job well, would use again but if alternative carrier might consider them due to comments below."
Ulemper: "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."
Ulemper: "Issues getting checked in. Multiple lines which we were ushered from and to only to be told to go back to self check kiosk. By the time we get to self check kiosk for the 2nd time our gate is closed and we’ve missed our flight. Not sure why the person at the check in counter couldn’t check our bags for us and get us moving through security??? No offer of any reimbursement and additionall cost for new flight later in the day at more than twice the cost of the flight we missed. Lack of clear direction or any semblance of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for..."
Fordeler: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Ulemper: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Ulemper: "they forced me to check in my small han luggage even though i would have put it under my seat which does not disturb anybody and wors with every other airline. + 1h delay without information. result: I was home at 1am in the morning instead of 11h30."
