Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."

We still could have made the Norwegian flight if they had allowed us to ticket the segment from Newark to Barcelona in Denver. We tried, knowing the connection was going to be tight, to no avail."
Fordeler: "Low fares, took away things like snacks and drinks which we were super okay with!"

Fordeler: "The aircraft was great but the service is horrible. Unless you buy a bottle of water or walk to the back of the plane for a small cup of it, you don’t get any. Order in flight food and bottle of water thatctook over and hour to get to me. Taxied at airport for 45 minutes."

Fordeler: "Nice clean, quiet and smooth ride. The economy seats seem to have a little more legroom than most."
Ulemper: "The staff on both transatlantic flights were absentee. While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!"
Fordeler: "The only male flight attendant was very helpful and polite."
Ulemper: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Ulemper: "We bought the ticket with 1.5hrs connection in Stockholm and the experience was very bad. First bad surprise was on the ticket price. The ticket price on the beginning was good, but after adding only one check-in bag (normal for international flights) and selecting seats and meal the price went up by another $140. Then on the day of the flight we got a message that our first flight was delayed by more then 2 hrs. We called to Norwegian and asked for solution, but were told that the next flight available is 1 WEEK LATER! and we can or stay in Stockholm for a week on our own or to get refund for the ticket. Finally we found alternative flight for the same price and cancelled the ticket."

Ulemper: "The plane seemed like it was built in 1990. My wife's TV screen was black and white & we only had two working channels. There was no where to charge electriconics (which was unfortunate for a 9hr flight), and we waited on the tarmac in Newark from 9:10-10:40 because there "was no parking" for our plane. Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."

We were given very little info and didn''t learn about replacement flight until 2 AM next day which was then scheduled for 17:10 the next day, 24 hours later. We ended up staying in airport for extra 24 hours (couldn't fine hotel w/i 30 mi.). Basic problem was slow decision making and poor communications"

Ulemper: "Bathroom doors slammed and made horrible banging noise that could be heard and felt 5 aisles in each direction. This is on a 787 and not a DC 9. Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"
Ulemper: "My cousin was not allowed to board because her passport was about to expire in less than 3 months and Norwegian did not refund her ticket or offer her a credit of any sort or schedule her for the next flight out after her passport issue was taken care of. She lost her whole ticket fare and I was forced to travel alone. No customer service no consideration - nothing. Will never fly Norwegian again."

Flown this route twice with Wizz- both times more than 6 hours delay

We couldn’t land in Mykonos, so landed in Athens without getting any further informations how to get to Mykonos then.

The flight was 3 hours late 🤯

Delayed departure and boarding due to airport operations, not fully Wizzair's fault. But considering of already standing 3 hours for security check, standing another 40 minutes for boarding was killing my legs.

Ulemper: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Fordeler: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."

Ulemper: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."
Ulemper: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."

Ulemper: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"

Ulemper: "The fact that they didn't notify us regarding the cancellation of the flight, and moved us to an earlier flight."

Ulemper: "Extra prices. Should have took a better airline and pay more. Came out the same. Make sure you tell guest to check in online or they will. Hangs you $50 to check in at the airport"

Ulemper: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Fordeler: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Ulemper: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Ulemper: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

1 hour late even before take off

I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.

We didn’t buy anything to eat and there was no entertainment on a short flight. We planned for this and brought a book. Everything was fine. As expected.

Ulemper: "Unfortunately, I had no other option than flying low-cost. Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."
Fordeler: "It was exactly as booked, Got rid of bags quickly, boarded easily(priority) crew were fine I expect. I slept through whole flight. Didn’t have any food and didn’t have any entertainment. Took off and landybsng on time."
Ulemper: "I’m fed up with that bloody music when they land."

Ulemper: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."
Fordeler: "Smooth flight (thank the weather Gods)."
Ulemper: "Extra fee for a boarding pass, extra fee for pre-paid checked bags, total confusion @ check-in. RyanAir blows."

Ulemper: "I didn’t like the fact that there are lots of hidden fees, with the seat, luggage, etc. It is true that the ticket is cheap but paying the hidden fees adds up to the cost."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Paying for hand luggage plus the then obligatory and unnecessary early boarding. having to pay to sit next to my children The warm cold drinks"

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Fordeler: "Cabin crew - efficient, friendly and with a sense of humour."
Ulemper: "Having to buy Prority boarding to guarantee access to the overhead bins. Seats not that comfortable. Little legroom (i’m average height at best)."
Fordeler: "Easy to use web. Good car hire rates."
Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Fordeler: "You get what you pay for, it's a budget airline everything designed tfor you to pay extra"
Ulemper: "As above"
Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Ulemper: "Because of its wheels, my suitcase wouldn't fit their dimensions for gate check and they charged me 50 euros before boarding. They could have waived the suitcase through or offered to upgrade me to Priority, but they preferred to make an example of a passenger. They make you parade with your suitcase to the front of the line to "prove it." I will not fly on Ryanair again."
Fordeler: "Enjoyed the lasagna that I ordered, surprisingly good!"
Ulemper: "Under the circumstances, the staff coped well with certain difficult passengers. Noisy passengers are my pet hate especially when the safety drill is being read out."

Ulemper: "Thę policy to make sure you do not sit with your family and have to buy seats to make sure you are all sitting together. The salaries of the staff are the worst in the industry."
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Fordeler: "It’s nice flying into Alicante where often those awful automatic passport machines give way to mails checks so much faster"
Fordeler: "Price and punctuality"
Ulemper: "Families have to pay extra to sit together. Children should automatically be seated with their parents. Basic safeguarding standards should be priority, not making more money out of necessity."
