Kun en til to i innsjekking, tok alt for lang tid. Ingen baggage drop. Ellers ok.
Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(
Alt er bra, ingen problem.
Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."
Fordeler: "Very efficient"

Ulemper: "Trangt når den i midten sitter bredbeint"
Ulemper: "Legroom. Complimentary coffee."
Ulemper: "Det var veldig trangt fly med altfor lite benplass."
Fordeler: "Gikk veldig raskt. De ansatte var hyggelige"
Fordeler: "Kom frem i live"
Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."
Ulemper: "att det inte blev den tiden på flyg ifrån Gardemoen som jag bokade skulle flyga kl 9tiden men blev 15tiden"
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"
Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"
Fordeler: "good space, especially with 3 seats to myself;)"
Ulemper: "-my monitor/screen did not work (many others too) until they rebooted the whole system after at least 45 minutes into the flight -no food, no snack, no drink"
Ulemper: "Forsinkelse. Både ved avreise og ved landing"
Ulemper: "Alltif forsinkelser og dårlig med beskjeder"
Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"
Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Fordeler: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Ulemper: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Fordeler: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Ulemper: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."
Ulemper: "No beverages or snacks"
Fordeler: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Ulemper: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Fordeler: "I rute begge veier."
Fordeler: "The staff"
Ulemper: "How do you have an international airline flying people 10 hours PLUS and not feed them ?? I've never heard of such a thing. & even with the meal preorder bullshit they didn't have enough food for the entire plane to order from the snack bar so I STARVED for 10 hours."
Fordeler: "We took what was to be a 9 hour flight from Denver to London and the service was great. My fiancée has allergies to food and the staff took good care of her and made sure that she was getting meals that had no triggers in them. For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."
Ulemper: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
Fordeler: "The 787 Aircraft was nice."
Ulemper: "3+ hours of delay on a 6 hour flight isn't acceptable (DY7148 from Boston to LGW on Jan 7 2018). After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake."
Fordeler: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."
Fordeler: "Very little"
Ulemper: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"
Fordeler: "new planes, clean, easy boarding."
Ulemper: "For the price, everything was great."
Fordeler: "The new plane was amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity. The experience was streamlined and the technology state-of-the-art, accessible, and extremely useful. The impressive crew looked flawless and performed their duties very well. It was all quite a spectacle!"
Ulemper: "It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future."
Fordeler: "On time and efficient."
Ulemper: "Checking in is not a simple process for Norwegian, kept receiving e-mails requesting me to upgrade the flight but never was clear where to check in and the bag weight limit is not made obvious."
Fordeler: "No entertainment provided"
Fordeler: "Pricing was the best!"
Ulemper: "I would pay more for 1.) Better Food 2.) Friendlier staff... staff is untrained and not really very welcoming. They treat you like you are in their way! 3.) Better seats. Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above."
Ulemper: "Last minute switch to a different substandard carrier (hi fly) and different aircraft is standard operating procedure. A huge waste of money specially if you are paying extra for business class."
Ulemper: "A multi-million dollar company that does not offer you a glass of water on a 7-hr flight, unless you buy a meal. Classy."
Fordeler: "Boarding was fast and easy"
Ulemper: "For a premium business ticket, the service, comfort, and food is extremely poor."
Fordeler: "The plane itself was quite nice."
Ulemper: "After a 5 hour delay, we finally started boarding. We were loaded in buses and taken to the plane. When we got there they told us there were technical issues. They left the heat in the bus running at 27 C for about 10 Minutes. People were banging on the doors asking to open them. Finally they turned off the heat. It was not fun."
Fordeler: "Nice crew and good clean plane."
Fordeler: "Clean cabin, friendly and efficient crew, quick service via app for snacks, etc."
Ulemper: "Crowded overheated waiting area at the gate; 2 ½ hour flight delay"
Fordeler: "The time slot is very inconvenient but otherwise pretty ok"
Ulemper: "NO FOOD. I didn't know I had to pre order food and ALL the snacks had run out! They really need to have a reserve."
Fordeler: "Bathrooms accessible and not overcrowded. Air-quality in the cabin was good. Seats fairly comfortable."
Ulemper: "No complementary water tea or coffee. That is very basic for any flight over six hours. It was a big surprise to pay $45 for each seat in order to reserve ahead of time. We traveled as a family of five. Not so cheap as advertised will think twice next time."
Fordeler: "Even though we were in the economy section we had a wonderful experience. Two good meals were served and there were plenty of options on the in flight entertainment system. All the flight attendants were very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Norwegian."
