Ulemper: "It wasn't an issue on my flight since there were empty seats in my row, but I don't enjoy the spacing provided for personal items on the floor under the seat in front you. For four seats there are three sections; so, you can hope that someone doesn't need any space or else you have to decide how to awkwardly split it up."

Ulemper: "Delay at departure in Frankfurt - fuel tank problem- made people miss their connection flights. Medical problem on board caused delays and me having to change seats at the end to where the sick woman used to sit - smelled of vomit, gross. 3 crying bwbies for 12 hours. Seats too narrow, room in front too small with table pulled out. LH always good but not this time."

Ulemper: "Terrible plane: old propeller plane, bouncing in the wind. Inbound flight was late and I guess plane wasn't cleaned in between; had empty coke bottle and wrappers in my seat pocket. Felt like cutting costs and corners everywhere. This was the regional partner, not UA"

Ulemper: "A flight attendant from Bucharest to Frankfurt kept bumping her behind in my shoulder. Before this she was not helpful when I asked her where to put my bag. She shoukd not work with people if she does not like them. Otherwise, everything was great: food, space, movies."

Ulemper: "Seat wasn't the best in premium economy. Quite hard with little support."
Fordeler: "The cabin crew was excellent all around, really made the experience a pleasure. Also very helpful when I couldn't locate my wallet as I was preparing to deplane, both in terms of helping me look and explaining what I could do if it didn't turn up (eventually it did, before I disembarked)."
Ulemper: "The seats, while relatively comfortable on their own, were really jammed in; it felt cramped even as a smaller adult. And the boarding process in Washington seemed to take a very long time."

Ulemper: "Where to begin? During the booking process, there was no indication my travel partner and I would be flying Air Canada, and not Lufthansa. We were seated in the last row of the plane with painfully little legroom — even for two women of relatively small stature. The plane was not equipped with modern conveniences of operational wifi, music, or any other means of entertainment over the ten-hour flight. We were nearly an hour late to depart, but were unable to hear anything over the speakers regarding the cause for the delay, nor could we hear any of the flight attendants' safety instructions. What we could hear, however, was the surprisingly loud and nearly constant DINNNGGGG of the passengers' call buttons as they summoned the flight attendants. Because the flight was an overnighter, we attempted to sleep, but it was nearly impossible to do so due to the noise. I had earplugs in and could still hear the chimes, which were positioned right above our seats and made for an unpleasant experience and cranky travelers. The food was subpar as expected, but it would've been nice to be surprised with something resembling a fresh piece of fruit or vegetable. The flight crew was polite and one of the attendants took pity on us and offered a complimentary shot of whiskey, which partially alleviated the discomfort of the experience. That man is a saint and we surely hope he is better taken care of by this airline than we were. Overall a miserable experience. Will definitely rethink flying both Lufthansa and Air Canada in the future."

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "Wish I knew I’m advance the importance of choosing a non-middle seat. The middle seat for 9+ hours was pretty miserable."
Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Ulemper: "Lack of meal"
Fordeler: "CHEAP but nice."
Fordeler: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Ulemper: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Fordeler: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Ulemper: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."
Ulemper: "No beverages or snacks"
Fordeler: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Ulemper: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Ulemper: "I had to pay for seating"
Fordeler: "It's a very nice plane, everything seems new and updated. I like that the cost of the flight didn't break the bank."
Ulemper: "I don't like that I had to pay for food (being that it's an international flight 8 hours). It's the first international flight and the first flight ever that I've had where they didn't at least offer you a drink. I also didn't like how phony the baggage system was. I had to pay 65 dollars for one bag...because I paid it at the airport vs paying it online. And last but not least I wasn't satisfied that I wasn't able to check in online beforehand, the line was ridiculous."

Ulemper: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
Fordeler: "The 787 Aircraft was nice."
Ulemper: "3+ hours of delay on a 6 hour flight isn't acceptable (DY7148 from Boston to LGW on Jan 7 2018). After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake."
Ulemper: "Seats too small in economy"

Ulemper: "Generally not a comfortable flight. Boarding took ages both ways. I’m generally not down for ‘budget’ international flights - without adding the $60 meal service each way they don’t even offer you a water, let alone a coffee. I had to ask for water in the back and they were stingy about giving it out insisting they had to go in little plastic cups, very inconvenient."
Fordeler: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."
Fordeler: "Flight was safe...!!! The most important thing...!!!"

Fordeler: "Very little"
Ulemper: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"

Fordeler: "I got a refund. Nothing other than that."
Ulemper: "Previous flight was delayed and Norwegian changed the flight so HiFly was operating. Didn’t have any way of checking in so even though I was at the check in desk almost an hour early I wasn’t allowed in and they stated I missed my flight. They weren’t able to get me on the evening flight either. I was stuck at the airport. Throughout this there was absolutely no compassion from any of the workers. I was visibly very upset and the supervisor was standing right in front of me joking around with a coworker, ignoring me. I had to go up to her. I am seriously concerned about my flight back from London via Norwegian, and should probably just cancel and use a different airline to be honest."
Ulemper: "Last minute switch to a different substandard carrier (hi fly) and different aircraft is standard operating procedure. A huge waste of money specially if you are paying extra for business class."
Ulemper: "A multi-million dollar company that does not offer you a glass of water on a 7-hr flight, unless you buy a meal. Classy."
Fordeler: "Boarding was fast and easy"
Ulemper: "For a premium business ticket, the service, comfort, and food is extremely poor."
Fordeler: "Nice crew and good clean plane."
Fordeler: "Clean cabin, friendly and efficient crew, quick service via app for snacks, etc."
Ulemper: "Crowded overheated waiting area at the gate; 2 ½ hour flight delay"
Fordeler: "Bathrooms accessible and not overcrowded. Air-quality in the cabin was good. Seats fairly comfortable."
Ulemper: "No complementary water tea or coffee. That is very basic for any flight over six hours. It was a big surprise to pay $45 for each seat in order to reserve ahead of time. We traveled as a family of five. Not so cheap as advertised will think twice next time."
