Ulemper: "As well as being bumped to a flight seven hours later because of a late first leg, encouraged to switch to trade with a heavy guy for a middle seat. 9 hours to NY is a long time to lose the who-gets-an-armrest game on both sides."
Ulemper: "Very disorganized the gate checking, staff ne d hospitality training . You ESP not have time for your queries and concerns . They are always in a hurry to finish talkign to you . Poor hygiene. The bathrooms are very dirty and has nomjand soap to wash your hands . Male staff in board come across unpolite. ingelt inwelcomed by the male flight attendant port side at the back.?"

Ulemper: "Took FOREVER to get my bag in Tashkent. When you arrive at 2:30 in the morning, you want to get your bag and go to bed, not spend another hour or more waiting at the airport. This may not be entirely the fault of the airline, but it seems that a company like Turkish Airlines should have enough clout to insist on a better travel experience for their customers."

Ulemper: "Airport is huge, the walk to gate 701 was long, i thought i would never get there...i think they should arrange some kind of transportation to gates like 701"

Ulemper: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Ulemper: "The air condition of the two planes I used was very bad. There is only one type of food for breakfast. There is no much more to watch besides movies; no sitcoms or decomntries found"

Fordeler: "The fares were cheap and there was no mistaking we were in economy class: the seats were relatively uncomfortable, and the cabin seemed a bit out-of-date. BUT: for being economy class, legroom seemed above average. The food service was amazing, and cabin crew was incredibly attentive and friendly. I will absolutely look to fly Turkish Air in the future!"
Ulemper: "The worst part of the trip: other passengers. Some of them were pretty pushy and aggressive, while others had somewhat dubious standards of personal hygiene."
Fordeler: "Staff are very friendly and deliver very good service. Refilling of water could be better. Seat was very comfortable and it comfortable for sleeping when it is flat. The seat cover improves sleeping quality. Dinner was well prepared and tasty. Skip the fried eggs for breakfast - it is great that they offer them, but they don't come out well."
Ulemper: "Crew was not specially caring or interested in me. Food was lousy for business class No in flight personal care "case" Business class check in was a nightmare. They could not issue my boarding pass and it took over half an hour waiting for a solution"

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Fordeler: "Really pleased they fly to Austin,Texas direct from London. They give a very cost effective alternative to BA. We upgraded to Premium for a reasonable fee. We liked the masses of leg room but on a night flight it is impossible for the middle/window passenger to escape as all seats are back with footrests extended. The cabin crew were very good. The plane was new and very clean. Roast beef salad for breakfast was tasty if unusual."
Ulemper: "Low cost premium is rare, and some cost cutting is understandable. That said....Premium seats weren’t that comfortable. I’m not too tall (6 feet) but they didn’t support my back well. There was no music entertainment so ensure you bring your own. There is plenty of power. The film selection is the same in both directions and pretty limited. Not a problem if you are sleeping though. Note: When upgraded you don’t seem to get all your prepaid extras refunded and we couldn’t choose our seats in Premium. There is no business lounge in Austin. (There was in Gatwick). The Norwegian app never linked to my reservation automatically. Some synchronisation work required there. Unlike other premium flights the drinks service was pretty limited. I didn’t enjoy eating out of a cardboard box, but the food was tasty."

I specifically heard one attendant who had swapped out a meal for a passenger say out loud "she didn't like her vegan meal so she wanted another one" in front of the passenger. I found that rude and accusing. I know I did not pay for food and I expected that. However, I think that's a bit austere for a 10 hour flight. Not even water offered for non-paying passengers. I don't know how you expect people to be healthy and ok on such a long flight without water.. Will not be flying Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Last minute switch to a different substandard carrier (hi fly) and different aircraft is standard operating procedure. A huge waste of money specially if you are paying extra for business class."

Ulemper: "First time with this airline, so didn't know what to expect. All food, including water, must be purchased. No big deal if prepared for it, but different compared to other airlines that customarily provide non-alcoholic drinks or at least cups of water on long-haul flights."

Ulemper: "For a premium business ticket, the service, comfort, and food is extremely poor."
Fordeler: "All in all a great flight both there and back. I'd recommend this airline without hesitation. I didn't have a single issue with them. Great plane with all the new gadgets etc, love that the windows could be dimmed for sleep/watching movies. Lots of leg room, bonus for me was that both flights I had nobody next to me so I was also able to lie down! Shopping system worked great, every time I ordered I received my food/drink within minutes. Boarding was carried out in number order and worked well as they give themselves loads of time. There was no backlog of passengers waiting for that one person (there is always one!) to arrange their overhead space perfectly!! Would definitely fly with them again."

Ulemper: "NO FOOD. I didn't know I had to pre order food and ALL the snacks had run out! They really need to have a reserve."

Ulemper: "50 minutes delay. The message from Kayak update stated terminal B and I needed to go all the way to Terminal A with luggage. A bit of exercise!"
Fordeler: "Quick flight on which I was able to sleep most of the way and wake up at 6am in uk. Good entertainment offering that I didn't use. No food but worked well with my sleeping."
Ulemper: "Lack if food might not suit all and should be made mire obvious. I nearly missed it but once aware covered it very successfully."
