Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Customer service representative is not able to provide any information, doesn't even understand English well. Nobody answers the phone... At this point, we're still waiting for our bags"

Ulemper: "Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre."

Ulemper: "Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big."

Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights."

Ulemper: "The flight from Helsinki arrived 2 hours late to JFK due to mechanical reasons causing some passengers miss their connectiing flights, which is quite normal in airline practice. What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

Fordeler: "My flight was very pleasant and comfortable. It was one of the few times I was actually able to fall asleep on a plane. I also like that this is the first airline that served me blueberry juice which I thought was good."
Ulemper: "My only dislike was that we left 45 minutes late. Maybe it was not a good situation for some passengers who had to connect immediately, but I still made it in time for my connecting flight."

Ulemper: "My family's seats were separated by several rows. The airport gate was not manned until several minutes before boarding time. We had to ride a bus to board the plane. There was an extra passport check. The plane had a very old and outdated entertainment system."

Ulemper: "We had to buy 2 new tickets with Lufthansa in may because finnair cancelled the tickets we bought months ago : the difference of tickets pride was 780$ per tickets to totally we lost over 1,500$ This is not fair at all - they should not propose tickets at such prices and let us think for months our trip is fine because we have to buy last minute new tickets at very expensive prices"

Ulemper: "I don't understand when a reason for flight delay is no aircraft. Wasn't it a scheduled flight? The €8 voucher is only enough to buy one glass of juice."
Ulemper: "Huge lines at the airport for check in and drop off of lugagges. Apparently finnair hasn't heard yet of automatic check in and drop off. After that long wait for boarding and flight delayed. Very little information."

Ulemper: "Seats are uncomfortable. They lean too far back too so that if the person in front of you is reclined all the way, you're quite uncomfortable. I was able to view the TV screen in front of me better than my own because the person in front of me was completely reclined."
Ulemper: "Food, no option asked just served from Helsinki to Miami. Entertainment system was not working and later had only limited options."

Ulemper: "Movie entertainment options were not consistent from plane to plane. On the arriving flight, the plane had an impressive offering of movies and tv shows for passenger viewing during flight, however, on the return flight, there was much less available."
Fordeler: "Tiny turboprop. Ok flight."
Ulemper: "Was not allowed to bring standard-sized suitcase as carryon: it does not fit in the overhead. This means I had to check it to final destination which I do not like to do."

Ulemper: "We sat in the plane for 7.5 hours before moving. Airline provided no extra food though served what was meant to be breakfast before landing in the evening. Then they had not even coffee before actually landing. The vegetarian breakfast that was served in the evening had one dry pita bread with two slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, very lousy. Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."
Fordeler: "Excellent service, professional service, good food that I did not have to pay for. Good flight, would take Finnair again."
Ulemper: "They answered my question professionally. As I disembarked the plane in Chicago I asked whether Finnair had armed guards. I was not detained, and was not questioned. The crew told me Finnair does not have them but I don't think they appreciated the question."
Ulemper: "Usually, in the morning, a light breakfast is served. This time, there was none."

Ulemper: "Our luggage never made it to Rome, our final destination. So now we have no change of clothes - for the next 2-3 DAYS."

Fordeler: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

Fordeler: "I was very pleased with the overall experience on the flight from London to Charlotte. The flight itself was very pleasant, the crew very accommodating, & the food, snacks & beverages very good. The entertainment provided was certainly suitable for my tastes & kept me occupied for the majority of the trip. There was also blackout time provided for sleeping. The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."
Fordeler: "Direct from San Diego to Heathrow."
Ulemper: "The seats are very small--and I am a small woman--so the flight felt cramped. The food was just ordinary airline food--little taste. Coffee served essentially black--no offer of milk or cream. Take it or leave it-- Crew helpful if you could flag someone down. Most irritating: could not check in online for some unexplained reason and required to arrive two hours early. BA does no subscribe to TSA so spent time in a line unnecessarily. AND, then the crew arrived over an hour late so the flight left at least an hour late. The crew explained that their downtown bus did not arrive and they could not arrange one. Given the close proximity to the airport, this should have been a 10 minute cab ride."
Fordeler: "Two hours late leaving Miami. Just made my CDG connection with 2 minutes to spare thanks to faster delivery of luggage at CDG"

Ulemper: "Last on board no cargo space..Sears are not great. Passenger behind my wife was pounding on the video games I the entertainment system the whole flight."
Fordeler: "Once we got on the flight it was all good!"
Ulemper: "We had the worst experience getting to our flight this airport is so badly managed it is laughable."
Fordeler: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"
Ulemper: "The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks"

Fordeler: "There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable."
Ulemper: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."
Ulemper: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"
Fordeler: "Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him."
Ulemper: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"
Fordeler: "I'm not Hindu, but I requested Hindu Vegetarian meal. It was very tasty and enjoyable."
Ulemper: "Seats were not comfortable, even in Comfort + seating isle."

Ulemper: "I paid extra for the seat, but there was a metal box under the seat in front of me that curtailed my ability to stow my carry bag, and my leg room. I am very diappointed that I paid above the normal seat charge as if there was a premium to this seat, but in reality it was a sb par seat."

Ulemper: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Ulemper: "Being in the middle of the 4 seats with guys on both sides. They tend to restrict the space by using the arm rests."
Fordeler: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."
Fordeler: "Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly."
Ulemper: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."
Fordeler: "Enjoyed my food, especially tasty for airplan fare!"

Ulemper: "Plane left more than 40 minutes late with no explanation or apology."
Ulemper: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Ulemper: "Only 1 bathroom (toilet) for all of first class"
Fordeler: "The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good."
Ulemper: "However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight."

Ulemper: "Could not check in online before my flight and no zones to board just line up and go apparently."

Fordeler: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Ulemper: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Fordeler: "I didn't feel cramped in a Window Seat. Two meals were served during the flight. It was nice to get back to being fed something other than skippy snacks on an airline flight."
Ulemper: "I was ignored over and over again as ice cream, drinks and snacks were offer by the crew. It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."
Fordeler: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Ulemper: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."
Fordeler: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Ulemper: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."
Ulemper: "Left a little late for no apparent reason."
Fordeler: "Average flight"
Ulemper: "Food on AF montreal - paris flight and totally rude stewardesses"
Ulemper: "Boarding more than 15 minutes late. Departure on time, though"
Fordeler: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."
Ulemper: "A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary."
Fordeler: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Ulemper: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."
Fordeler: "New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft"
Ulemper: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Ulemper: "Arrived at Paris (CDG) airport 55 mins before take off as my Air France flight from Bordeaux to Paris was delayed by an hour. Was told that checkin closed 1 hour before take off & there was nothing they could do, customer service was in Oslo! Was given a piece of paper with 2 phone numbers!"

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!"
Ulemper: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."

Fordeler: "The plane was comfortable, clean and modern. The seats were not cramped. It was possible to sleep on the overnight flight without interruptions from the crew. The pilot was funny and helpful and landed the plane so smoothly that I didn't even know we had landed!"
Ulemper: "I had a long flight from LAX-Los to Barcelona and it was very uncomfortable, crew needs to be trained to service passengers. Your airplane was dirty, trash between seats. My husband had bug bites on his feet. I ordered a sandwich from online monitor and received a very different sandwich, when I asked flight attendant he said, the picture its just an illusion. Very unprofessional and misleading information to passengers."
Fordeler: "The plane didn’t malfunction and landed properly"
Ulemper: "Everything else. I understand that budget airlines are no frills, but this flight was just heart breaking. Took off 4 and a 1/2 hours late. Half of the staff was very rude too."
Fordeler: "Service, seating and amenities were great."
Ulemper: "We asked a worker at the self checkin kiosk if the seats my wife and I were assigned were next to each other, and the worker told us they were. They actually weren't, so I had to ask another passenger if she would switch seats with me. This was especially annoying since I supposedly paid an extra $30 to get seats together. Boarding process was the only other negative. The line was not organized or supervised in any way. Group A was called and then very shortly after, while people in A were still lining up, group B was also called. People from group B just piled in toward the front of the line and many group B passengers boarded before group A. In the end, boarding groups didn't matter at all because you all just crammed into a bus together and the last people on the bus were the first to get off and board the plane anyway."

Fordeler: "Wamos Air was great. The inflight entertainment was limited, but I was served two meals (and didn't have to pay a $45 fee like on Norwegian Air), with wine, a real bonus."
Ulemper: "Norwegian customer service at JFK stinks. I had to wait in a very long line even though I printed out my boarding pass, and on top of that, they made me check my carry on bag for $65 because the total all of my carry on items were slightly over weight, not just my suitcase."
Fordeler: "The cheapest option still allowed for movie viewing and for a lax baggage capacity standard. Will fly Norwegian again and again."
Ulemper: "The in-flight USBchargers stopped charging after only 30 minutes"
Fordeler: "Nice newer plane comfortable ride. Great staff on the plane."
Ulemper: "Flew Norwegian air on two consecutive flights. Both were late arrivals."

Fordeler: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a dream. Air system, LED lights and adjustable window features made travel less taxing, more relaxing and actually a bit refreshing! Flight attendants, relieved of strain of having to serve EVERY seat were accessible and ready to help."

Ulemper: "In economic class over 6 hrs flight,nothing to eat or drink ,only for people which updated their seat,that's weird and discrimination"

Ulemper: "4hr+ delay w/out any effort to compensate on ANY level (before, during, or after the flight), zero accommodations for many inconveniences, not even a free glass of water given on the flight; seats extremely uncomfortable and cabin unbearably freezing during the 10hr+ flight, w/ no blankets or anything available. Also no help from airport employees because apparently no actual Norwegian representatives work at the airport."
Fordeler: "The Boeing Dreamliner"
Ulemper: "They canceled flight at 1am, not much explanation to us. Only one person working at counter, Peaple started getting upset & confused. they sent us to the hotel outside the air port in Long Island. By the time we get there it was 3:30. Kids are crying & sleeping on the floor I felt so bad. Not knowing when we gonna fly until I went down to front desk in the morning. No call or email from Norwegian air. Whole thing was so crazy and handled unprofessionally. I’ll never use them."
