Pésimo servicio. Nos movieron el horario del vuelo lo cual afectó nuestro itinerario y la atención telefónica imposible. Nos presentamos al nuevo vuelo que nos asignaron y a pesar de tener asientos space plus el vuelo estaba sobrevendido y no no los dieron pero tampoco nos regresaron lo que habíamos pagado por ellos. El personal no fue nada amable, ni en el check in, ni en el abordaje ni en el vuelo.
Lousy, almost none-existing service offerings at CDG terminal 3. Only one place to buy any food, coffee etc, and it was out of food in the morning hours. Only bus transport to the planes.
The whole checkin process was a diseaster! We were flying with Vueling! We had checked in on the app but still had to checkin at the desks with our 10kg hand luggage! The queue for this was 2.5 hours long, with no social distancing in the pandemic (Covid19). When we finally got to the top of the queue, our flight was closing also another queue was opened up! But if we left the queue we were in we would have ended up at the back of a different queue! This seemed pointless to be honest! What could have been done is a bag drop section of the checkin process (Like Ryanair has) it’s much more streamlined and quicker! After all this drama, we only had 15mins to make it through security snd passport control to make the flight on time! It was very stressful and very hot! I was so thirsty that I needed to buy a bottle of water at the boarding gate (to my surprise this small bottle of water was €5- a total rip off! After boarding (which was ok) we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee on the flight as we usually do! It took the crew nearly 1.5 hours into the flight to get to our seats to serve us! The coffee was dreadful (a hotel type sachet of instant coffee costing €2.60) and a heart burn inducing Turkey, ham and cheese toastie (costing €5.50)! The horrified by the quality! Ryanair is definitely better on food quality, check-in and boarding experience and service, that’s saying something! The flight itself was grand (although lacking interaction from the pilot- which is always nice) it was a smooth flight! When it came to landing it was good but our baggage took nearly 45mins to come out onto the carousel in the terminal! And other delay! Overall I would be giving Vueling perhaps a 2 out of 5 overall! Not impressed!

Ulemper: "1 hour delay leaving from Berlin plus 1 hour wait for the luggage in Barcelona"
Ulemper: "3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem."
Fordeler: "Crew was friendly, plane clean"
Ulemper: "Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon."
Fordeler: "The crew was nice."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed."
Ulemper: "Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs"
Fordeler: "We made it to Barcelona."
Ulemper: "Vueling seems to be late very often. This 40 minute flight flight was over an hour late."
Ulemper: "Huge delay and very disorganized boarding"

Ulemper: "chairs can't go backwards and are very thin. unpleasant experience for a 4 hours flight..."
Fordeler: "It was very busy at the couñter this morning but the staff made sure everyone got on their flights. Thank you"
Fordeler: "Glad I paid for the emergency aisle. A long flight with plenty of leg room."
Ulemper: "Seat rows are a bit too narrow"

Ulemper: "They keep revising the plane departure time on their website/app but refused to announce changes in the terminal. Kayak sent me 10 updates about the scheduled departure. The airport had the initial one and no more"
Fordeler: "Getting off the plane in Barcelona"
Ulemper: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Fordeler: "we reached our destination alive"
Ulemper: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"
Ulemper: "Awful. Didn’t make it. Vueling was terrible at fixing the problem. Stranding is in Barcelona airport"
Fordeler: "It arrived at its destination in one piece and not on fire"
Ulemper: "Tiny seats, plastic seats, late as usual."
Fordeler: "It’s a quite flight and good space"

Ulemper: "Recieved notifications of flight delays. Left for lounge 1 hour after expected take off and 1.5 hours before new departure. Returned 45 min later to see the plane had already left"

Fordeler: "Quick and cheap flight from Rome to Pairs for sightseeing"
Ulemper: "Boarding was moved at the time of boarding and sounds like that is normal so pay attention"
Fordeler: "Great flight once I was in the air. Didn’t like the drama getting to my plane!"
Fordeler: "Crew. Extra leg room on first leg."

Ulemper: "Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?"
Ulemper: "Your staff was so unfriendly and treated us like some cattle. I have missed my connecting flight."
Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

Ulemper: "Flight attendants more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. We went hours without water. I went back to the galley to get some and no one was there, so I served myself"

Fordeler: "Flight not shown delayed at airport. Eventually left an hour late. No information or apology at boarding gate. Staff went and hid so the desk was empty. No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad."
Ulemper: "Zero service"
Ulemper: "2h delay for an already late flight. landed at 2am."
Fordeler: "Nothing, I was no allowed to check in online, at kiosk and was told to wait in line while employees did not address my concerns, was stuck in a line behind an irate customer for over 40 minutes and missed check in closing the flight by 3 minutes while I did not have any bags and I was forced to buy a new ticket with cash at office for following day at airport and extend my hotel and miss my group meeting in Croatia."
Ulemper: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"
Fordeler: "I didn't take the flight so there was nothing to like"
Ulemper: "I booked the flight at noon. The flight left at 12:30, so the check-in counter was already closed because it was an international flight. I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."
