Fordeler: We got to Amsterdam on time
Ulemper: 1. Paying for the seats we chose...that will never happen again...I'll fly another airline first. 2. The food was terrible. I have flown KLM for years, this was not what I expected. 3. The plane was very dirty

Ulemper: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.
Fordeler: Norwegian offers great value and a fair amount of legroom.
Ulemper: However, they need to fix their boarding process. My partner and I were flying from CDG to Boston and had 3 hours for a layover. We figured that we'd check in, get a sandwich and use the restroom, but that didn't happen. We stood on line for over an hour to check our bags! The rest of the airport was also busy, so we spent the rest of our time in passport control and security. I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them.
Fordeler: The premium seats were comfy even though not lay flat. The food was surprisingly good (salmon for dinner and meat/cheese spread for breakfast).
Ulemper: Service was a bit slow when you ordered off the menu from the TV screen. The movie options were pretty out of date and the selection was not as wide as you see on regular carriers. Also the plane was well kept but still showed signs of wear you would expect on a 60 year old 747 not on a newer 787.

Ulemper: Ridiculous lack of service, supwr low cost low quality airline. Never again.

Ulemper: 8 hour international flight and they dont offer free water? Staff boorish and entertainment limited but works well.
Fordeler: I got a whole row to myself which was awesome.
Ulemper: More options for movies to watch

Fordeler: The service was friendly and professional, and we had he smoothest landing and takeoffs I've ever had with any airline before.
Fordeler: Aircraft comfort and overall amenities
Ulemper: Out of 4 flights with Norwegian this trip, 3 were delayed because of issues with the aircraft. It's ok when it happens once, but 75% delays is no fun and not good
Fordeler: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline
Ulemper: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Fordeler: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!

Ulemper: More trash pickup; only one round of beverage service
Fordeler: Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip.

Ulemper: Had to wait for substitute crew, and they had a bad attitude. Crew could be heard complaining as they sat in rear.

Fordeler: New plane, good food choices.
Ulemper: Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.

Ulemper: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Fordeler: Good crew unlike previous experience few months ago.
Ulemper: Food
Fordeler: it was great the crew was very friendly and the food was also good to my surprise definitely fly Lufthansa again
Ulemper: the seating is small there is not much room without touching the other person it is so small the one has a hard time to eat

Ulemper: Room 9 hour flight and horrible seat. You guys should say before I buy how big seat are I could not even fit my underseat bag and be able to move , I would choose different way to purchase tickets next time to make sure I get any room to move hopefully sleep
Fordeler: The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean.
Ulemper: The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?

Ulemper: The TVs were really old - my husband’s broke and mine couldn’t actually play movies due to it not registering fingerprints. The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS.
Fordeler: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Ulemper: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.
Fordeler: I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that.
Fordeler: On time. Good hardware.
Ulemper: Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me.
Fordeler: Very good service, teh flight attendants made it as pleasant as possible, plane left on time

Ulemper: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

Ulemper: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.
Ulemper: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port
Fordeler: The constant smile conferred by flight attendants through the entire flight.
Ulemper: The boarding was a bit disorderly. Lanes for zones 3 and 4 were not clearly indicated.

Ulemper: Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good.

Ulemper: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.

The only main dish vegan oprion was cup o noodles type soup whivh was bland. I didn,'t know about ordering meals ahead, where I would have had more options. 11 hours is a long time to have such poor options.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Water should be offered free of charge- hydration on a long flight is important.
