Not sure why the gate information would show "boarding" and then "gate closing" before anyone had actually started boarding. Was ultimately sat before the scheduled takeoff time, although takeoff was after the schedule. Favourable flying conditions allowed us to land 5 minutes early, although as there was another plane still sitting at our gate on arrival meant we were ultimately late to the gate (giving gate / disboarding times would be more honest than just the scheduled landing time). Somehow, even though there was a plane sitting at our gate on arrival, when we were allowed to taxi to the gate, there were apparently no ground staff there. What? Even though there was an incoming plane, they went elsewhere? Staff on the plane and the meal service were fine.

Flight attendants were fantastic. Seemed to always be smiling. Came through just enough to check in. Very pleasant trip -- seats were comfortable especially for a nearly 9 hour flight!

Cabin crew was very friendly, but the food left a lot to be desired - the Asian noodle salad was pretty bland, and it didn't pair well with the entree (the whole meal was having an identity crisis) and the dessert was nothing more than whipped cream with some flavoring. Blech.

All services were satisfactory. I I was impressed With the BGO airport. The angst I had about making my BGO connection to OSL to EWR was all in vain. I had time to enjoy the time between flights to shop and use up my unused Krones. I'll use SAS when ever they fit into my flight schedule.Thanks.

My flight was delayed. They rebooked my ticket by flying to Bergen to Oslo, Oslo to Copenhagen then Copenhagen to SFO. Once I got to Oslo, the flight was delayed again going to Copenhagen. By the time, I got to Copenhagen, my flight to SFO was already boarding. I had to run one mile from terminal A to terminal E and was stuck in customs because of the long line. The good thing is that half of the passenger for the SFO flight were also stuck in the custom line with me so the plane had to wait for all of us.

Bedre håndtering av kansellering, rebookinger med bedre alternativer. Bedre tatt hånd om etter en kansellering i form av oppgradering av klasse, sete, matservering. Ingen kompensasjon for ulempene før turen eller under turen.

Billettene våre ble kansellert pga streiken. Nye billetter tur/retur Barcelona kom på 19.500,-

Flight was cancelled and re booked to a flight that didn’t make sense (couldn’t make connections, no luggage agreement between the airlines, and no support from SAS whatsoever once we got stranded)

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "First Class cabin in need of repairs, seats broken, media is archaic, crew tries hard but their tools and services are minimal. The premium food options make coach anywhere else seem grand and there are no amenities like a pillow etc. I knew most of this when booking and I don't really drink or eat much but really this product is sub par. Still I have a seat which becomes a bed and for long haul flights that's what I want. So there is that. Also no on line checkin and never try to call the customer service.......it's very 1990's. Finally Norw Air had to sub contract out the equipment and crew on this Rome to NYC flight. I understand the sub contractors seat are better than NA's First Class seats. Stay Tuned.....this was my first R/T.......I may give it one more try and report back."

Ulemper: "When we tried to register for our flight, I was greeted with the fact that the name on the flight reservation was different than the name on the passport. The name on the flight reservation was Jim; the name on my passport is Francis James Donnellan. They charged me $60 to correct what they perceived as an inconsistency between the two documents. I found this frankly quite bizarre. I have literally flown around the world; I've taken many flights to Europe, the Far East, across the country, etc. and have never run into this as a problem. Over 50 years of travel, to be charged $60 by Norwegian for a perceived name inconsistency struck me as odd to say the least. Primera handled this "problem" without a charge and with a much better and more positive attitude toward it. Norwegian did not give an explanation as to why this was such an issue; the key point made was that James was not the same as Jim. Again, nothing in my experience suggested that there should be a problem here. My father's middle name was James, and he was always called Jim. Same with me. If they are in fact two different names as was suggested by Norwegian, no one over of my 75 years of life ever called attention to it. I wonder what would've happened if I had been referred to throughout my life as Frank, with the name on my birth certificate being Francis."
Ulemper: "The plane was delayed for hours and there was no offer for water or any other assistance. The reasoning behind the delays were not communicated and being a midnight flight delayed to 2:30/3am was exceptionally painful."

Ulemper: "Departed over 90 minutes late. Captain said it was due to late inbound flight although aircraft was at gate at scheduled departure time. We started boarding almost on time and then sat in airplane about 90 minutes."

Lousy, almost none-existing service offerings at CDG terminal 3. Only one place to buy any food, coffee etc, and it was out of food in the morning hours. Only bus transport to the planes.

We were very lucky and got a complementary upgrade somehow because the crew needed our seats.

Ulemper: "A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air"

Fordeler: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Ulemper: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."

Ulemper: "Lost luggage. If they would let me speak with someone live, I could give them an idea where they lost it. Looking online, I see many comments that the airline has not. located nor compensate for lost bags."

Ulemper: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Ulemper: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Ulemper: "Couldnt get to Barcelona to board the flight.... any flight."
Fordeler: "The check in luggage cost almost the same as the ticket, but the crew was nice to check in my carry on bag for free-good customer service.th"
Ulemper: "The bus was almost full and there are 10 or more so passengers still need to get on and obviously required additional bus. Instead of just signalthe bus to leave, the crew tried to cram more passages on the bus first before the next one, which will be almost empty- poor judgement"
Fordeler: "on time arrival"
Ulemper: "Couldn't add baggage online with airline Kiwi.com/ Kayak couldn't add it either. Ended up paying 40 euro in manual check in -- too expensive compared to their web 19 euro cost.. they didn't allow me to add even 72 hours before. Not happy with cost and no service."
Fordeler: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"
Ulemper: "I also lost the train tickets! I had to pay twice for everything. An apology is not enough, it sounds like they are laughing on us!"
Fordeler: "Easy boarding and smooth flight."
Fordeler: "There were assistants guiding me through the check in process."
Fordeler: "Price!!"
Ulemper: "Late a full hour leaving Florence, so late into London."
Fordeler: "Quick flight"
Ulemper: "Everything else! Where am I supposed to put my legs?"
Fordeler: "Good leg room"
Ulemper: "Luggage drop and boarding pass took 45 min.- too long"
Fordeler: "An employee walked down the line, scanned tickets=fast process. The lines were designated by row seating."
Ulemper: "I'm 5'9" & knees hit the chair in front. No complimentary water or coffee. EVERYTHING was a charge. Broken armrests & other materials."
Fordeler: "Was an ok flight for a budget airline"
Ulemper: "I'd booked it and paid more as it was supposed to be British Airways. This was rather misleading by kayak as I booked with them via the British airways website then forward to vueling. Could have paid less if I'd chosen vueling from the options."
