Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, then delayed again. I realize this is part of flying, but the care provided for passengers was awful. I received a text message again, that the flight would be delayed further and meal vouchers would be given out. No one came to the desk for literally-hours and hours and hours. People were calling, but no one to get ahold of. When the meal vouchers did come, it was hardly a meal rate, but snack rate. I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. My experience with Norwegian"

Ulemper: "Don't bother buying a meal. Much too small for the price. Doesn't include any bread or butter."

Ulemper: "First flight made a U turn mid way through the Atlantic Second flight was canceled altogether Third flight stayed more than three hours on ground before finding a parking space and a gate No one was able to provide us with information- Norwegian did not have a single representative"

Ulemper: "I tried extending my trip the night before my flight but customer service kept saying their system was down and their site wasn't working properly. I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend."

Ulemper: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"
Fordeler: "Plenty of movies on the airline, dreamliner plane."
Ulemper: "Flight was four hours late, we missed the connection to from arlanda to Bangkok. Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous."
Ulemper: "There is no organization when boarding due mainly to the staff's poor training/handling of groups. I also believe that when selecting seats, they should indicate where lavatories are. This knowledge is fairly reasonable to have when choosing where one is to (uncomfortable) sit for a minimum of five hours."
Fordeler: "Nice plane, smooth flight, friendly crew"
Ulemper: "Last minute switch to a different substandard carrier (hi fly) and different aircraft is standard operating procedure. A huge waste of money specially if you are paying extra for business class."

Fordeler: "The price was awesome, the Dreamliner was shiny and new, the crew was pleasant enough. Any shortcomings of the flight were minor compared to the price and overall experience, which was fine. I was prepared for a discount flight experience and thought it was all okay."
Ulemper: "The in-seat entertainment system was busted - but then I hadn't expected anything, so didn't really miss it. The charger did work. The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."

Ulemper: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."
Ulemper: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Ulemper: "I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."
Fordeler: "Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc."
Ulemper: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."

Ulemper: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."
Ulemper: "Man at the checkin did not have a clue that WIZZAIR flight was delayed at 05/04/2018. I missed meeting with my family. Waited for a long time at boarding gate."

Ulemper: "I paid priority still wasnt able to board early and had to put my only bag under the seat."

Ulemper: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Ulemper: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. Fordeler: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Ulemper: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."
Ulemper: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."
Ulemper: "I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world"

Fordeler: "Staff aboard the aircraft were very nice and so was the passengers."
Ulemper: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Ulemper: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Ulemper: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Ulemper: "This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."
Fordeler: "It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service."
Fordeler: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Ulemper: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."
Ulemper: "This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money."

Ulemper: "Apparently congestion at Barcelona was the reason. The gate crew are clueless and not helpful. I was struggling to understand what was going on. Kayak was showing delayed flight and neither crew or veuling website was getting updated.."

Ulemper: "You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Ulemper: "After initial flight was delayed, we were refused check-in stating "the gate has closed" even though the flight was delayed for about an hour and we were there 25 min before the original set off time. We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."
Fordeler: "Randomly given exit row seating."
Ulemper: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."
Fordeler: "Plane was on-time and I got to where I needed to be. Price was also very nice."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a painful long queue. Plane was crammed and hot. Food / Beverage cart didn't come around until the flight was almost over."
Fordeler: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."
Ulemper: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Ulemper: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Ulemper: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."
Fordeler: "nice enough plane. clean, full. pleasant crew."
Ulemper: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."
Fordeler: "Some of her crew members were nice"
Ulemper: "Some other crew member were not nice. Also not allowing online check in when travelling with babies makes life difficult as we have to queue in a long queue with a bored baby"
Fordeler: "I was super tired and fell sound asleep before we even took off. When I woke up they were providing beverage service and the attendant was so sweet and quietly asked if I felt okay. I found that to be so sweet and like they were genuinely concerned."
Ulemper: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"
Fordeler: "It was affordable and the seats were comfortable enough. Can't recline, but I was only on the flight for an hour."
Ulemper: "Baggage fee, seat fee (if you want to choose your seat), and food wasn't free."
Ulemper: "The check in line was too long with too few attendants checking people in."

Ulemper: "Child in seat in front coughed and sneezed constantly. I wished his accompanying father had made him use a hankerchiff. Could airlines not advise sick passengers to use tissues or even masks to avoid spreading germs?"

Ulemper: "The way they board. They have one big long line. Then they heard you down stairs and in to a bus and then you have to board by stairs again. Have they heard of jet ways. The space between seats is minimal."

Ulemper: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."
Ulemper: "The landing was horrible"
Fordeler: "The flight, especially with the relatively low-cost "Priority Boarding" option was very pleasant."
Ulemper: "The Malpensa airport boarding process is a bit of a free-for-all, with people lined up a long time before boarding in a very long line. Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
Fordeler: "Not really a like or dislike, we did not have food or entertainment on the flight it wasn't long enough."
Ulemper: "Paid $180 one way trip on a cheap airline. I expected to fly with British Airways. That is what was sold to me. Like the airline pulled a fast one on me. I do not like this at all and extremely upset."
