Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Ulemper: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips."

We waited almost 2 hours to receive a bottle of water and headphones, as the system made it look like the items were delivered when they were not. The staff was clearly confused and stressed, and we had to call for attention 2 times to talk to someone who looked at our order and told us the system wasn't working. Two hours after the order we got our merchandise, still charged at full price."

Ulemper: "I flew Norweigan round trip to Paris from NYC in May. I knew that it was a budget airline, but I've never seen such horrible service. If you like chaos and being treated like a second class citizen, this is the airline for you. Upon arrival at the airport, we were not able to check our bags at check in (you have to pay 80 Euro and go upstairs to do so). When we asked the staff at the front desk, they were blunt and rude and looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to check our bag. At boarding, they called group A to board at a different gate, then proceeded to make everyone stand for the next 20 minutes before giving us the update that they would need another 10 minutes to give us an update. The terminal was so small no one had any room to move or find out what was going on. During the flight, the only in flight entertainment was the map, Titanic (in French), and Wonder Woman. The rest of the channels either didn't work or didn't exist. The flight attendants only spoke to the people who pre-purchased their meals, so don't expect them to acknowledge you if you didn't buy anything. We weren't even offered water on a 7 hour flight, you had to get the attention of the flight attendant so you could purchase water."

Fordeler: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Ulemper: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Ulemper: "The crew did not even acknowledge me on the flight as I did not prepay for their $45 hot meal. I couldn’t even catch their attention. This was only my second international flight but the first offered free meals and beverages to all passengers. I won’t fly Norwegian air again. At least they had in air entertainment. What a lousy 13 hour flight. $45 for airplane food? $3 water? Get outta here with that."

Ulemper: "I tried extending my trip the night before my flight but customer service kept saying their system was down and their site wasn't working properly. I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend."

Fordeler: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Ulemper: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."

I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Ulemper: "After initial flight was delayed, we were refused check-in stating "the gate has closed" even though the flight was delayed for about an hour and we were there 25 min before the original set off time. We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."

Ulemper: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Flight attendants then forced us to check our small carry on items despite being told they were for a wedding the next day. Subsequently the bags were lost and then found four days earlier. Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Ulemper: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."
Ulemper: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
Ulemper: "flight was delayed by 4 hours"
Ulemper: "Luggage fee 35€! For first bag! Not included in ticket price was quite deceiving."
