Flight got delayed in SFO. Had layover in Copenhagen for 1 hours but missed my connecting flight because of delay in SFO. Had to wait 6 hours in Copenhagen for next flight :'(

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Fordeler: "Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful."
Ulemper: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."

Fordeler: "Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Ulemper: "There were no free alcoholic drinks which help me to sleep. I changed seats and moved Mach further back in the plane. I don’t know if that contributed to it, but I was disappointed when I learned of this."
Ulemper: "Thankfully flight was a bit late since many from the previous flight needed to connect to this flight."
Fordeler: "Prompt boarding, early departure and early arrival."
Ulemper: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest!"

Ulemper: "It would be nice to get a complementary cookie with the complementary coffee..... no concerns otherwise."

Ulemper: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Ulemper: "Had to pay for wifi in coach for internet access. It was dropping routinely, dial-up slow, and very frustrating. The food was on par with other airlines, minus the vegetable turnover. That was a bit odd. What was shocking to me, is that no alcohol of any kind was complimentary in coach."

Ulemper: "We got moved twice and then to a middle seat. Why have checking at all?"
Ulemper: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."
Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Fordeler: "I mean, it was how a flight should be, painless."
Fordeler: "I had a window seat with a view of New York City as we flew North."
Ulemper: "The sound quality of the earphones was so poor that I could not understand most of the dialogue of the film that I watched."
Ulemper: "Older plane with no entertainment"
Ulemper: "This is my first international flight that didn't include complimentary beverages. No free wine or alcohol, and only ONE complimentary beverage on the entire 9 hour flight! They only came around ONCE with the beverage cart! (and this was like an hour and a half before they served dinner, which didn't include a drink). They also only came around and offered water ONCE on the flight. Normally this would be every 1-2 hours. Also, the flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and they didn't make an announcement until we were about an hour late. Thankfully, I was getting updates from Kayak, or else I wouldn't have even known we were delayed."

Ulemper: "This is our third delay with this airline on this trip and all they will do is send you to their service center which in Copenhagen is located so far from the gates it's a joke. Once again they are doing their best to discourage any interaction with their customers."

Ulemper: "Online check-in with just 24h before the flight. Can be a problem if you are travelling"

Fordeler: "Smooth Flight and on time with a bit of Aurora (night flight to Tromso)"
Ulemper: "Voucher does not show details of check-in baggage limitations (limited to 20 KG.) and has to use Oslo airport self check-in which is quite confusing for inter-continental traveller.."
Ulemper: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Fordeler: "The food was quite good on the international trip. Thought the pilots were excellent on all flights. Take offs and landings were very smooth."

Ulemper: "Do NOT spend money buying an upgrade for priority boarding. There is no such thing on this flight - the staff actually told us that we board at the end after everyone else... The boarding process was a mess and the flight barely had water"

Ulemper: "The line to board was insanely long and slow moving."
Fordeler: "The price was cheaper than other flights . I liked that it was a direct flight ."
Ulemper: "Better Boarding process , more comfortable seats to sleep where the foot rest goes up more . provide a pillow and some Hand cream and Kleenex in the bathrooms. The luggage allowance is not as good as most business class flights."

Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."
Fordeler: "Service was fine but nothing stood out in particular. We liked the newer Dreamliner."
Ulemper: "Seat (economy) not comfortable. Less room that most other aircrafts in the same class. Seats seemed narrow. With all the extra charges, I would not consider Norwegian to be a ‘budget’ or low cost airline. In the end we paid the same, if not more, for a comparable ‘non-low cost’ airline."
Fordeler: "I slept"
Ulemper: "They just opened the gates and ran away and let people board. It was CHAOS"
Ulemper: "Boarding was a bit chaotic as the finger got packed"
Ulemper: "We got to Paris and they had to bus us off. Which would have been fine but they had one tiny bus going back and forth every 10 min for a massive 787. It took at least 5 trips to get everybody off. Even if we had just been told that was could have stayed in our seats as each load got off."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "Left right on time with an efficient service."
Fordeler: "Ease of Stuart airport. Security and boarding was very easy."
Ulemper: "Small plane with limited amenities, but that was expected."
Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."
Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"
Fordeler: "Beautiful new plane, decently comfortable and spacious seats for economy. In air movie selection solid - can’t go wrong with dumb and dimber EVER"
Ulemper: "No WIFI on long flights (which likely have business travelers traveling in the middle of a business day) is a very big No-No in 2019. Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required."
Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"
Fordeler: "The best part was learning that we'll never fly with them again."
Ulemper: "The flight attendants were dismissive. The food service was only offered half way into the flight for extra (not mentioned food wasn't included). They even charged for basics like water. There was no entertainment even though the tickets were supposed to include it...but at least they weren't 2 hours late on the way home causing us to miss the next flight."
Ulemper: "Probably the worst flight international - Crew was excellent but there was no real entertainment on business class. Never seen anything like it. No pillows. Etc. Never again Norwegian!"

In economy: The seating area is sufficient for small children only. Nothing is provided for passenger comfort, not even water."
