They said it “might “ to big even though they didn’t know what measurements would be too big. We’ve flown for the last 3 years with this stroller but different airlines and never heard of such thing. (Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Ulemper: "I had requested an aisle seat and on both flights to and from Stockholm and Chicago had to sit on the very last row in the middle seat between 2 people who seemed to exceed the "weight allowance" that seem so important now when you flight unless you spend a lot a money on the ticket and it then becomes irrelevant !!"
Ulemper: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "This was a connecting flight that was swapped to go to Newark instead of DC due to unforeseeable delays in DC. Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."
Ulemper: "Planes are getting old. Seats are not the most comfortable."
Ulemper: "Flight was late and they left us completely hanging at the Stockholm airport with no agents anywhere to be found and no instructions on what to do about the missed connection."
Fordeler: "I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience."

Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled upon check in without any prior notice. Was forced to wait three hours in line for them to reroute to flight twelve hours later. Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."

Ulemper: "They charged me 60 pounds to check my bag after I checked my bag in online. When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."

Ulemper: "Voucher does not show details of check-in baggage limitations (limited to 20 KG.) and has to use Oslo airport self check-in which is quite confusing for inter-continental traveller.."

Ulemper: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Fordeler: "Even though this was an older model plane, the cabin at least did not feel like an oven, which was the case when we flew SAS to Copenhagen."
Ulemper: "This was a 9 hour flight where if the lights were off, a baby would sleep. Instead, the lights were left on to encourage the purchase of food/drink and airmail knick knacks."
Fordeler: "Flight itself was OK"
Ulemper: "It was very difficult to understand from the reservation or the website if I need to pay extra for a checked baggage. My emails weren't answered, and when I finally realized that I did have to pay - it was 85$ for one suitcase!!!!! SAS - are you out of your mind?! The suitcase cost more than the flying ticket! Sorry, but no SAS for me anymore. BAD BAD service and exploiting of customer's naivety. I'm furious."
Fordeler: "Boeing Dreamliner was amazing. Very comfortable even in economy. Boarding very easy. We left and arrived exactly on time."
Ulemper: "You have to buy your own food and drinks. Priced on the high side. Bring your own sandwich and drinks."
Fordeler: "The entertainment was actually great. Literally everything else was terrible."
Ulemper: "It was the most uncomfortable flight ever. No water served and no refreshments served at all on the 9 hr flight."

Ulemper: "Most airlines provide more and better amenities in coach than Norwegian did in premium economy. No pillow. Amenity kit. No food, other than two small boxed lunches with tiny portions. Lousy movie selection. Oh, and customer service sucks."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Ulemper: "I missed my connecting flight because there was 2 hour delay and then first class got to get off first. Horrible"

Ulemper: "It would have been great if they didn’t wake up up an hour and a half before landing on a red eye, just to try to SELL US COFFEE AND SNACKS. Absurd. I’m unnecessarily tired, and still have 6 hours of travel today."
Fordeler: "Ease of Stuart airport. Security and boarding was very easy."
Ulemper: "Small plane with limited amenities, but that was expected."
Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

Fordeler: "Crew was very nice and attentive. Seat was comfy. Sat in the middle of the Premium Cabin, last row, end seat."
Ulemper: "Had to walk 3 days to get to the gate. It was a joke. I didn't see any golf carts transporting anyone down to those gates. All I kept thinking about is ," Im glad I'm not an elderly person or I would never make it to the gate". Shame on this airline. They need to do something about this."
Fordeler: "Seats have so little legroom to begin with, but when the seat in front of you leans back, then there is no face/body room either, very clostrophobic, couldn't even reach my purse under the seat, and I am not an overly tall or wide person. Reclining seats should be eliminated to give all a fairer amount of such little space."
Ulemper: "Already paying so much for tickets, being charged so much extra for a seat reservation, a "meal" of sorts, all beverages and snacks, a piece of luggage, where is there any good will in treating travelers with hospitality that makes them want to travel more instead to avoid it at all costs."
Fordeler: "What I liked was the cleaness of the premium cabin on the Dreamliner was a plus. Seat 5A was roomy enough for a 5'4" female. The food that was included with my fare was good but I felt like a giant because the portions were packaged in these tiny little boxes and the plastic utensils where so small that it was hard to wrap your fingers around them to eat your food. The crew was attentive and the pilot spoke clearly when giving announcements which was a plus for me because I don't hear very well inside an airplane."
Ulemper: "What I didn't like was that when you requested Business Class when booking your flight and you had the option to choose Business Class and your boarding pass and receipt states, "Business Class" on it, you think you are GETTING Business Class. However, that wasn't the case. The seats in the Premium Cabin are NOT Business Class. The seats do not lay completely flat. They only reclined back to to about half way and when the passenger in front of you have their seat reclined back, you have to pull on their head rest in order to get out of your seat. But the seats did have a foot rest which reclined with your seat. So, it could have been worse. In my defense, I did not know that this airline markets itself as a premium low fare airline. Had I known, I either would have not booked the ticket and went to BA or would have less expectations."
Ulemper: "I’ve never been on a 6+ hour flight that did not feed you, or at least supply you with snacks and water/soda!"
Ulemper: "Also no video screens for such a long flight"
Ulemper: "I missed this flight because my connecting flight was delayed. When I reached this airport the gates were closed and they would not assist me. I had to go through kiwi which was VERY difficult in a foreign country. Kiwi did not reply quickly or helpfully to any request for assistance through the app."

Ulemper: "Bought a low fare ticket so I expected no food, but the stewards completely ignored us, were offered no drinks whatsoever, told I had to pay for a cup of water. My lowfare ticket wasn’t much cheaper then other tickets on the market and I got literally nothing but a seat(that I had to pay for). Flights was delayed 3 hours, missed my connection and lost a whole day of vacation."

Fordeler: "Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Had a delay of 1 1/2 hours (it happens). Lounge was awesome. Long line to get in waiting area to board. Was very crowded in the room right before boarding."
Ulemper: "Somehow I got gluten free meals when only my wife should have. The crew helped us through this though as best as they could."
Ulemper: "My flight was changed to a flight I could not make. I had to cancel flight to Oslo and Spent extra $500 to purchase another flight. Very unhappy."

Fordeler: "I loved the service of the crew and the entertainment provided on the flight. Being all new aircrafts the flights have all been very comfortable."
Ulemper: "It took way too long to board, seemed unorganized with lines forming everywhere and no formal instruction. We landed 30min early but had to wait while taxiing to gate for almost an hour. Took almost another hour to get bags released onto baggage claim. Was an incredible inconvenience as I missed my connecting flight because of the delays"
Fordeler: "$ 500 for a premium class seat from Stockholm to LA? Can't even get close to that kind of price on any other airline! I flew to Stockholm just for this flight home, Norwegian never disappoints ! Great crew."
Ulemper: "No downsides in my opinion, even had a departure time (2PM) that allowed for a relaxed checkout from my hotel."

Ulemper: "Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride.."
Fordeler: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Ulemper: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Ulemper: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."
Fordeler: "Good flight, easy check-in, direct 4 hour flight"

Ulemper: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."

Fordeler: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Ulemper: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Ulemper: "Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed..."

Ulemper: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."
Ulemper: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"
Fordeler: "Flight arrived"
Ulemper: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Fordeler: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"
Fordeler: "Service, smiling and attention to details."
Ulemper: "No kosher food."
Fordeler: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Fordeler: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."
Fordeler: "The Check in was nice and polite"
Ulemper: "1. There was a delay in the flight. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The boarding was delayed. 4. The plane was not comfortable ."
Ulemper: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"
Fordeler: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."
Ulemper: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."
Ulemper: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."
Ulemper: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."

Fordeler: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Ulemper: "Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!"
Fordeler: "The flight was overbooked so they took my wife of the flight"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day."
Ulemper: "Horrible web/check in experience, 2hour delay. Inexistence of entertainment or comfort. What else can be said ?"
Ulemper: "Extra charges. £35 to check bags in"
Ulemper: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Ulemper: "On night flights woken up to serve drinks and given flying details from the pilot. Great in the day but would rather be left and not disturbed at night!"
