Ulemper: "Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers."
Ulemper: "I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA."

Fordeler: "Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over."
Ulemper: "When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Ulemper: "Sandwich was extremely unappetising and there were no hot drinks. The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."
Fordeler: "Service and hospitality. On dot service with no major delays."

Ulemper: "Very cold. Always very cold in premium economy section on LH 747-8."
Fordeler: "Not a long flight, overhead lockers had space although I wasn't helped to find somewhere. Crew lovely otherwise."
Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight wasn't enough time, esp as our duty free purchases were selected for additional screening. Food was identical to what we had been offered on previous flight, and the outbound one."

Fordeler: "Very explanatory clear and responsive. There was a short delay they kept us informed clearly and responsibly. Excellent flight and superb performance. Very polite and helpful."
Fordeler: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Ulemper: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."
Fordeler: "Flight info from Kayak was excellent and up-to-date, more so than the airlines."
Ulemper: "We had 30 minutes delay"
Fordeler: "Nothing. It was ok at best which is fine on a good day."
Ulemper: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Fordeler: "I flew premium economy from Hong Kong to Frankfurt on the A340-600. The crew was excellent, attentive and friendly. They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."
Ulemper: "The seats were quite hard and lacking in padding in premium economy. The meal was average and nothing to bring home to."

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "Voucher does not show details of check-in baggage limitations (limited to 20 KG.) and has to use Oslo airport self check-in which is quite confusing for inter-continental traveller.."

Ulemper: "Seating was tight and uncomfortable. Seat cushions felt thin, we could feel the seat frames, and there was too little space between the rows. Food was lame and over cooked."

Fordeler: "Even though this was an older model plane, the cabin at least did not feel like an oven, which was the case when we flew SAS to Copenhagen."
Ulemper: "This was a 9 hour flight where if the lights were off, a baby would sleep. Instead, the lights were left on to encourage the purchase of food/drink and airmail knick knacks."
Fordeler: "Temperatures was good not very hot. Has a handicapped bathroom."
Ulemper: "Cabin light was only slightly dimmed during the 8 hrs flight. Then instead of gradually brighten the light. They just flip the switch to full blast. I think they are trying to sell you more duty free than letting their customers rest. Not ok!"

Ulemper: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Ulemper: "No choice in dinner items."
Ulemper: "Crew was rude. Had to ask 3 times for a drink before I actually got it and they snarled at me about having to pay. I didn't care about paying, at that pout I would have paid $100 for some water. Seats are RIDICULOUSLY small and when the person in front of you puts their seat back it's impossible to do anything. Forgot having your tray table down."
Fordeler: "Staff seemed nice. Boarding didn't take too long even when I was selected for a random check."
Ulemper: "The air conditioning didn't go on until take off. There were no options for food. All alcoholic beverages were not complementary and priced too high. I got sick after eating the meal that was provided. i reserved a seat but at check in the computer assigned me a different seat number. I was flying with a family member and instead of sitting next to them I had to sit next to a stranger."
Fordeler: "A bottle of water along with the standard pillow and blanket at each seat. Never had a long line for the bathroom (dumb luck?)"

Ulemper: "I didn't.t like your movies selection? Not very current. the food was awful. Not being able to book a seat until I arrived from Amsterdam."

Fordeler: "The entertainment system is top notch. And the food was actually good. The crew was very friendly and helpful."
Ulemper: "Couldn't use the WiFi without paying extra, even on an international flight. The seats are among the most uncomfortable I have ever flown in. There is so little room that it is virtually impossible to sleep, even on an 8-hour flight. The purser's English was atrocious, nearly incomprehensible, and he didn't seem to care whether anyone understood him or not."

Fordeler: "The SAS experience was great overall. Nice flight attendants, quick boarding, very well organized. Food was one of the best airline foods Ive ever eaten, especially the BBQ chicken and wild rice entree."
Ulemper: "Something about the seats made it impossible to sleep without being woken up frequently by a painful position (economy class). Obviously no economy class seat will be comfortable to sleep in, but SAS seats seem to be a lot worse than other airlines."

Ulemper: "I was traveling with two small children (my grandchildren ). The crew was unhelpful and unfriendly . I don't think I will fly SAS again"
