The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family."
Ulemper: "The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket."

Ulemper: "Bought our seats 2 months in advance. One day before flight, saw our assigned seats were changed, someone had our original seats 31G/H, and we were put in 48C/D. Could not get any assistance to correct the situation until we were at the gate and by that time no comparable seats were available. Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

Ulemper: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest."

Ulemper: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Ulemper: "We were unaware of the need to buy an infant ticket on international flights. When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. We also got help with ordering bassinet from the gate agent, all without anything surfaced. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

I didn,'t know about ordering meals ahead, where I would have had more options. 11 hours is a long time to have such poor options.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Water should be offered free of charge- hydration on a long flight is important."
Ulemper: "Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable."

Fordeler: "The flight from Rome to Oakland was comfortable, even in economy class. Bags and meals were free, which is a nice touch, and on-board entertainment was exceptional. The hot dinner was decent: chicken or meat ravioli."
Ulemper: "There were no choices for the lunch: a sandwich with no meat. The bathroom was out of paper towels half way throught the flight, and out of tp near the end."

Ulemper: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Ulemper: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Ulemper: "Make sure you queue early if you want to take your hand luggage on board, as if you are too late in the line they will make you check it into the hold at the last minute. I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."
Ulemper: "Was delayed on tarmac due to security error, not their error, but they seemed unwilling to at least give people complimentary water or coffee. Cheap airline they are!"

Ulemper: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"
Ulemper: "The whole process of wizz Airlines is terrible. No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."
Ulemper: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"
Fordeler: "I was lucky to be seated next to the emergency door so I had a very comfortable seat. Also, the crew was very attentive."

Ulemper: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
Ulemper: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."
Fordeler: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Ulemper: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Ulemper: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Fordeler: "I use Wizzair very often .flight is always good.Pilots and crew are very well experianced.so if turbulences there is still trust in flight crew .today is very misty and cloudy in London .Very good landing in these bad conditions.i want to Thank all team of the crew."
Ulemper: "Turbulences.It is sad that wizzair charges very high cost large cabin bags (especially on holidays time is bags different price than other months.)but other companies as Easyjet and ryanair allows one big and one small bag for free on board"
Ulemper: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"
Ulemper: "Long wait in line to get on the airplane, No bathroom availability!"
Fordeler: "Flight on time"
Ulemper: "Needed to pay 50 euros for luggage. Beware that unless you have a kids suitcase you will need to pay for luggage. Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."
Fordeler: "professional crew - good flight times and lots of information was a little delayed 20mins but informed of same and no impact really"

Fordeler: "The seats are big enough even though they do not lay back BETTER than British Airways it really is !"
Ulemper: "The flight attendant needs to be more friendly and clear speaking in English language"
Fordeler: "Crew was great. Tight on leg room but fine for the price."
Ulemper: "Rough and scary approach into landing. Pilot had to abort and come around again. I have only had this happen one other time in 30 years of flying."

Ulemper: "I tried for 3 days after I booked my flight to pre pay for 2 mid size bags we were going to check for the flight. In the 10-15 attempts or so, none of them ever went through. I tried everything I could, until finally giving up. I figured I could try my best to explain at the airport. Terrivle plan. The airport charge for 2 bags was 65 euros each! More than the cost of the one way flight! Nobody could help at the airport despite me explaining in detail that I had tried multiple times to book online to save $. Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"
