"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."

Ulemper: "They should have provided some goodies to eat. Due to people that needed something to eat. For example, my mother being diabetic and I was telling them to please provide something. Event then, nothing was done :( ."
Ulemper: "On the Copenhagen-Milan leg, since I was in the cheap seats, even water cost; $3 for a bottle of water. They couldn't even offer a cup of water for free? False economy. And I was told that I had to pay for my luggage at the airport, then it was $120 for 1 bag. Ridiculous!"

Ulemper: "Full Flight was very hot and cramped. not sure if the AC was broken, but no effort was made to cool the cabin despite my requests. This made for a very sweaty, uncomfortable flight"
Ulemper: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "70euro baggage fee at counter check in while flying on SAS. The same fee is 13 Euro if is bag selected at the time of ticket booking. kayak never gave me the option."

Ulemper: "first flight with Norwegian Air . We flew from LAto Rome business class direct . The boarding process was awful being shuttled from a crowded boarding area to a building with a long walk to board .There was no Business class boarding . The seats are very uncomfortable, no pillows, no amenity bags"

Ulemper: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

Fordeler: "Beautiful new plane, decently comfortable and spacious seats for economy. In air movie selection solid - can’t go wrong with dumb and dimber EVER"
Ulemper: "No WIFI on long flights (which likely have business travelers traveling in the middle of a business day) is a very big No-No in 2019. Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required."

Ulemper: "- no pillow, no blanket - late with no information (the plane on our gate was reallocated to another flight) - food was bad for the price and I was starving between the 2 meals"

Ulemper: "They changed planes and our seats. I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative of Norwegian Air who told me they sent me an email about the seat changes..... while I was in the chat I checked my email and it was A BOLD FACE LIE.... they never sent an email concerning the seat changes or anything else!!! LIARS!!!! We paid extra for seats and couldn’t sit together to end our vacation. No one spoke English enough to understand any announcement including the PILOT. The food was uneatable.. The WORST FLIGHT in memory!!! DO NOT FLY Norwegian air!!!!!"

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Fordeler: "The jet had free WiFi. Call it a win. Everything was smooth. Even the landing."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Fordeler: "Boarding was pretty easy"
Ulemper: "If you do pay you don’t get offered a drink. Charge €80 for a bag didn’t tell you how much before sending you up to pay holding you boarding pass hostage. They increased that from €50 because of the summer."
Fordeler: "Modern Boeing, seats are comfortable enough, good selectiom of movies and tv shows and the snacl bar service was on point."
Ulemper: "A little delayed before boarding. We took off 25 minutes late (1sr flight) and 50 minutes (1nd flighr) But it seemed it was because of paperwork."
Fordeler: "We love the price, the schedule and the leg space."
Ulemper: "I think water would be a basis need to provide rather than purchase for 9 hour international flight."
Ulemper: "Incredibly uncomfortable seats. Inexperienced flight crew."
