Reisen ble kansellert begge veier pga streiken. Snakk om sevice

Bedre håndtering av kansellering, rebookinger med bedre alternativer. Bedre tatt hånd om etter en kansellering i form av oppgradering av klasse, sete, matservering. Ingen kompensasjon for ulempene før turen eller under turen.

Billettene våre ble kansellert pga streiken. Nye billetter tur/retur Barcelona kom på 19.500,-

Seats in economy were comfortable for a person my age & height: age 73, 5’4»

I don’t know how it’s possible but the airline has squeezed extra seats onto the plane which are not even an arm’s-length distance from the toilets. So on a redeye international flight that anyone would want some sleep on , we were placed in seats that didn’t recline and smelled like the bathrooms the whole time with them opening and closing every 10 seconds while the whole plane was using them. absolutely horrible flight!!!

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

I would expect this kind of thing from a budget airline like Ryanair or something, but thought SAS could do better."
Fordeler: "Boarding was easy. The flight was smooth. It was a short flight (1.5 hours) so there was no food, but coffee, tea, water and juice was served."

The planes were new clean and the level of service was exceptional . I am in the Hotel hospitality industry as an executive corporate chef . Ulemper: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."
Fordeler: "SAS is a wonderful airline. I booked round trip with them. The plane was clean and comfortable and on time. Will fly with them again."
Ulemper: "Wound up having to pay 150$ for checking 2 bags. Almost more than the tickets. Feel ripped off. Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."
Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Fordeler: "This was a direct Copenhagen to Boston flight run by SAS for Privatair. It was a small aircraft with only 70 total seats. That being said, the seats were comfortable, the service was wonderful, and the flight was smooth."
Ulemper: "Inflight entertainment consisted of an iPad with very limited options. Only one non-alcoholic drink included with dinner, and purchase price of wine was the highest I have ever seen on a flight."

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled causing a domino effect of plans. I spent the evening and morning canceling and trying to reschedule plans. Your airline rebooked me for a flight the next day that ended up having air filter problems. I lost 3 days of vacation from the 10 total I get a year and from the 8 I had taken for my vacation."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Great alternative to SAS

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Alt er bra, ingen problem.

Fordeler: "I made it to my destination"
Ulemper: "I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!"
Fordeler: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"

I doubt the food had to be purchased as people all around me were eating and I think I was the only one on the plane not served. The flight attendant crew was very rude yelling at me and not serving me a meal. Never Norwegian !"

If you do not prepurchase a meal, you can order snacks and sandwiches but you’re not a priority to meal purchasers so in the event of yesterday, there is a long wait for your food. People assume most tickets come with something so that should be advertised"

Ulemper: "Iin at newark was terrible. They apparently have no assigned checkin area for the airline. A line with hundreds of people played follow the leader through Newark Airport. On way back in Barcelona not nearly enough seats in the . waiting area or nearby. There was huge line because of this."
Ulemper: "We paid for business class but we were seated in the premium economy. We would like to have refund for the difference. Please explain. Regards, Bebert Revah"

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!"
Ulemper: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."

Fordeler: "Pre loading of handicapped was insensitive and inefficient. People with disabilities were told to board and then made to stand in the jetway for over ten minutes. All the while the staff laughed, joked and stood around doing nothing to solve the situation."
Ulemper: "Gate staff-terrible attitude and service! They would never be hired elsewhere."
Fordeler: "Boarding was fairly fast"
Ulemper: "After our initial meal, we got no more drinks or snacks for 8 hours. We were hungry and thirsty - and we were in premium seats. Perhaps they can serve the second meal sooner or at least offer some chips or snacks a few hours after the first meal. This was not an overnight flight."

Since I've never had to do that before, I wasn't expecting it, and oversused an injured knee resulting in having to use a wheelchair the rest of the trip"

Ulemper: "It was wayyyy too cramped in this plane. Very disorderly boarding and exiting the plan after landing. It took 45 minutes to get off of the plane."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "It was infuriating that given the length of this flight, I was not offered so much as a drink or a snack. Even worse was the fact that some people were fed while others got nothing , apparently because they had ordered a meal ahead, an option I was never made aware of when booking / confirming. Worst of all is the inconsistency - I was offered a meal on my outgoing flight, but not my return flight. I’m not likely to book with this airline again as it felt like a punishment for being on a budget."

Fordeler: "I was in the premium cabin and the crew was great, all smiles and excellent service. You could tell they were genuinely good people. It was an overwhelming positive experience and I was extremely satisfied."
Fordeler: "I did not like the fact that there are so many hidden fees. Customer service is also the worst. It took a flight attendant 20 minutes to attend a request, and another 20 minutes to give you what you requested/orderd. Also, once they attend you, they make you feel like you are the worst customer for requesting/ordering something. They give you the nastiest side eye, all of them!!! They also kept getting the orders wrong. The old gentleman I sat next to was vegetarian, and they gave his meal to someone else, so they gave him a sandwich with meat in it."
Fordeler: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Ulemper: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."

Ulemper: "Zero complimentary services included with ticket as provided on other airlines I have flown with. Not even water. The flight attendants didn’t even acknowledge the passengers who did not pay for meals. Not once was I asked if I needed anything, not even a menu. Something I appreciate with other airlines. Another problem for me was the temperature in the plane. I was freezing and could not get warm. The airline required that I check my bags (the same bags I carry on with other airlines) so I could not access other layers. It was nice to see on my way out of the plane that all the first class passengers had blankets provide while everyoneone else was freezing. Thanks for even offering, Norwegian air."
