Fordeler: "Thr A330 has 32" pitch which was ok. The 2-4-2 seating made this less of an issue. Food was ok. Screens are decent and responsive."
Ulemper: "It's 32" for a 10 hour flight. Not really comfortable and enjoyable, and a squeeze throughout."

Ulemper: "There simply is not enough room for such a long flight. I havent Flown in a while and was surprised at how tight the seats were since i last flew - both flying from the US to Istanbul and vice versa. However, for the shorter two hour connecting flights, from Istanbul to Tel Aviv, the seats seemed to have more room. This does not make sense."
Fordeler: "Great entertainment system (though nothing new since my last flight 2 weeks ago)."
Ulemper: "As all airplanes, seats are somewhat cramped, and the food, while good enough, is pretty much the same it is on every Turkish Airlines flight. Some more variety might be nice."
Fordeler: "I like your entertainment system, but the cushions on the headset were not the best."
Ulemper: "The boarding was not organized. I was in Group C. We were chained behind a rope. Boarding started and when the agent nearest to us didn't get a passenger quickly he started to take Group D! I did not appreciate that. This continued throughout boarding. Also, as to be expected!, as newer people joined the the lines they went to the line moving - not their Group line. So we stood behind the rope on C while everyone else was boarding. I finally jumped to the moving line. I was tired of waiting. The kosher meals were warm, but not hot. There is no reason for this. I have been flying International for over 20 years and I know what is possible. The seats - for a 10 hour flight - were uncomfortable. Either I need more padding on my rear end or you need better seats."
Fordeler: "Brand new, clean and comfy plane, wonderful entertainment. However, frustrating security check performed by Gözen Air Services, mediocre food (it was way better years ago), useless cabin crew with terrible English."
Ulemper: "Boarding, food and cabin crew. Getting worst every year!"
Ulemper: "We were traveling with our 1 year old. On any other flight, we've been given seats with extra legroom and a bassinet when available. Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

Ulemper: "NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CRITIC OF THE AIRLINE Having personally experienced the latest in the consequences of travel related rules mandated by US public officials, I am yet again left wondering if they, and their families, go through these rules that they impose on the general public. Or if they just breeze into their private airport wings and planes. I doubt they take off shoes, belts, and such, or go through irradiated machines. But going through about 3 extra layers of security while transiting is a bit much. Not to mention the extra hours spent relinquishing and reclaiming laptops etc. Frankly, non of these acts makes anything safer. It is akin to the permanently parked police vehicle on the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC since 9-11. What is that supposed to deter?"
Fordeler: "The care taken to wrap the electronic equipment you were mandated to confiscate. That part was handled well"
Ulemper: "Retrieving the electronic equipment was a chaotic nightmare. There was no order. There were two lines where passenger did line up in than others cut the line claiming they had connecting flights. Those in charge never verified whether they were connecting to another flight. Never asked for their boarding pass. I heard some laughing saying they did no have connecting flights. I better job and method of handling this situation is needed as long as the ban is in effect. Otherwise, Turkish airlines is fine. My wife and I have traveled most airlines and travel extensively. So, we are aware of good service and bad. Your service minus the electronic equipment is good."
Fordeler: "Finally getting to New York after they let my 1st connecting flight leave without us and the other dozen or so passengers that were supposed to be on that flight to JFK."
Ulemper: "Everything else was awful. Due to the previous flight being late arriving/departing we got to Istanbul late then they couldn't park the plane to de-board. We missed our connection and were stuck in Istanbul for an entire day. The customer service related to this mistake were awful, blaming us, telling us it wasn't their problem, and constantly trying to get refer us to another representative or their website rather than attempt to resolve the issues. Worst flight experience I've ever had."
Ulemper: "I had a problem and I was not able to fly. I bought insurance and I tried to contact them, but they denied my request and I would definitely recommend to remove this option because it doesn't give a good image of KAYAK. If I want to trust this application, I have to be confident to use the services and I service from the insurance was fake. I tried to reach the airline to cancel my ticket and they said it's not refundable. Therefore, I would definitely recommend showing refund options when selling tickets. I lost every penny I spent because I was not able to fly. I am sure that my message is delivered now!!!!"
Fordeler: "Customer service and professionalism of crew was outstanding. It felt like how it USED to be on other airlines, and even better! The food service was great, and I appreciated the little necessities bag. The travel experience was a positive part of our trip, instead of the usual exhausting drudgery of traveling very far distances."
Ulemper: "The bathroom did get a little smelly, and, as a tall person, the leg room was very tight when people put their seats back."
Ulemper: "Airline should advise during check in- especially on line check in there are no electronics on board. This caused significant delay and annoyance for about 100+ passengers"
Ulemper: "This time the food was a disappointment. I had ordered a vegan meal and the hot course was dried up pasta, no protein."

Fordeler: "Checking in personal Irem such a rude person who lies to clients. She lied me about checking bag and choosing sit also. I asked her to talk to her supervisor and she show me the girl sitting next to her was doing checking in also name is Bahar. I am 6'1" and 190 lbs and asked for exit row and they both told me all of them gone already. The thing is funny when I asked checking in was just began. After boarding I realized some exit sits are available. As a Turkish man who worked JFK for.Turkish airlines, I think this was awful experience. Turkish airlines and passengers deserve better service and honest employees"
Fordeler: "I love how Turkish Airlines is such a pleasant flying experience and how everything is included in the price. Delicious meals that are better than going to a restaurant, the head rests that bend in so you can sleep with or without a neck pillow (I had absent-mindedly packed my pillow in my baggage and was delighted to discover these), the little pouch of goodies (socks, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, eyemask, lip balm, ear plugs), and the pleasantness of the crew are all highlights for me. And I was delighted by the magical flight safety video! Thank you also for passing out little sweets on New Year's - that was such a lovely touch and appreciated. Everyone who has flown Turkish agrees it's the best!"
Fordeler: "love how nice the crew is, and how they treat everyone with courtesy, and security conscience also"
Ulemper: "I find the a b c d to board very difficult, sometimes you get a and sometimes you get d, and if you get c or d is a big mess, as mayority of passengers are there, I don t find it very organized and nobody in line seems to be happy with boarding, everything else excellent"
Fordeler: "The inflight service was wonderful. Business class comfort is excellent with full lie flat seats, Crew was attentive. My special vegetarian food was very good using the usual airline fare I receive."
Ulemper: "The arrival into Istanbul was marked by a major inconvenience unnecessary anxiety, extra expense and frustration. On deplaning from a flight from Barcelona, a Turkish Airlines employee was checking boarding cards the connectivity flight and directed people to the appropriate exits for domestic and international connection. We had a connection to JFK and tried to enter the exit for international connections. She insisted that we go to the domestic exit despite my telling her we had an international connection. This led to passport control which had never occurred to me anywhere in the world when making an international connection. Next problem - I was told I needed a visa! My travel partner did not need a visa and was already through passport immigration control. The officer did not speak English and pointed in the direction I needed to go to get a via. I told him I did not want or need a visa but that was it! I started to look for the visa application area and there was no staff or anyone to help. Finally I found 4 kiosks for e-visas - only one worked. 20 plus dollars later I had the visa and immigrated. We quickly reverse the process and went though security and passport control to get back inside the international terminal. It was nuts! The boarding in Istanbul was crowded and chaotic."
Fordeler: "Food and entertainment were good. Crew was pleasant and attentive. Flying in business class with them is always nice. There was a lof of leg room and nice seats that go almost fully reclining."
Ulemper: "Where to start from? Got off the plane from the flight from Barcelona to Istanbul, to connect to New York and first thing this woman insists that me and my friend should go to exit and baggage claim instead of international transfers. My friend had to get a visa at check out and all the trouble of trying to get back into the gate simply because of a STUPID AIRPORT STAFF who doesn't know what they are doing. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."
Fordeler: "Easy to get exit row seat, very nice crews, good food incl. free wine."
Ulemper: "Istambul Intl. Airport: Wifi requires a code to be sent to a working cell phone. It never worked for me (and that on 6hrs+ layovers there) and obviously people with only a pc or iPad/ipod/iphone without working sim card are screwed. If you offer free wifi, don't add ridiculous requirements that no one can fulfill."
Fordeler: "Although there was only one option for meals, they were good nevertheless. The entertainment on Turkish Airlines is the best I've ever seen on any international airline. There are so many options and the layout is new and modern."
Ulemper: "Compared to my flight from New York to Istanbul, my flight from Istanbul to New York was less wonderful. The crew was not as attentive and was not helpful in assisting the grandmother who was sitting next to me with her 2-year-old grandson who wanted to know if another seat was available. There was only once choice for the meals, which I found odd on a long international flight, but I did enjoy the meals. The plane was older than the one I took from New York and were less comfortable. I don't usually have a problem with legroom (I'm pretty average height at 5'5"), but the legroom on this flight was noticeably smaller."

Ulemper: "The worst part is food, they need to serve some good food for such long flight, Specially Istanbul to Islamabad and Islamabad to Istanbul, was the worst service and worst food , I will be think a lot to travel next time with turkish airline, due some bad service and food"
Fordeler: "The cabin crew were super friendly, attentive, and accommodating on our flight. Upon boarding the flight, pillows, blankets, and earbuds were awaiting us on our seats. During the flight, the crew handed out Turkish delights, lemon-scented hot towels, and sleep-care bag full of goodies (like ear plugs, slippers, etc.). The entertainment system had quite a selection of music, TV shows, movies, and games! Though it's always uncomfortable sitting on a plane for an international flight, I felt our Economy seats had a little more legroom than most, and there was definitely a lot of stuff to do on the plane if you didn't want to sleep."
Ulemper: "The second meal I had, eggplant pasta, tasted terrible along with the beans. The only redeeming factor was the yogurt! In addition, the A/C was surprisingly on low, and for the first time, I became hot on the flight - not that I really minded. It was just a different experience. We also took off an hour after we boarded, which I thought was strange."
Ulemper: "We missed our flight from Istanbul to New York. The gate was changed while we were waiting at the assigned gate. No announcements were made about the gate change. We ended up stranded in Istanbul. The Turkish Airlines representatives were very rude and not helpful at all. They told me that we needed to purchase new tickets. My 14 year old and I were in Istanbul, Turkey with no way home. After hours on the phone with their customer service and many repeated phone calls and many collect phone calls to the United States, my mother was finally able to secure new plane tickets for $2000 one way for us to return to the states. We were in the airport for 24 hours before we could board a flight to make our way home. A few days after we arrived back is when the terrorist attacks occurred. I have been plagued with flashbacks of our time in the Istanbul airport. I feel that Turkish Airlines could have done a better job at trying to accommodate us in a time of desperation. I have been reluctant to contact them upon my return and a friend offered to call on my behalf and was treated in the same disrespectful manner. I would hate to think that Turkish Airlines could be representative of the people of Turkey. I can't imagine that Turkey or the citizens of this beautiful country could treat visitors in such a fashion. I appreciate your time in reading about our personal and devastating experiences during our trip that was to have been the trip of a lifetime with my son."
Fordeler: "Wide variety of movies."
Ulemper: "Firstly, our daughter's personal TV monitor stopped working about an hour into the flight. We asked for the TV monitor to be fixed on three different occasions and nothing was done about it so we had to share our monitor for the remainder of the 10 hour flight. Secondly, we were the last to be served even we though we were seated in the middle of the plane. When they finally got to us they didn't have anymore of the selection that we wanted so we had to settle for what was left. When we finally got our food it was ice cold! We had to ask for another plate. By this point we were starving and very upset. Overall, our experience wasn't the most ideal."
Fordeler: "Organized boarding relatively on time take-off. Clean lavatories."
Ulemper: "The seating arrangements were awrful. The flight was not full passengers flying solo, like myself, could have benefitted from better seating arrangements. for example some passengers had an entire row of seats to themselves while people like me were stuck next to a window seat with a talkative passenger for 11 hours"
Fordeler: "The in flight entertainment was great"
Ulemper: "Boarding process was delayed and there were no updates to tell us about it. I was feeling ill and asked a crew member for water she told me she would run and get it and I saw her walking around for 45 minutes before I asked her again and it took her another 30 minutes. In that time I watched her fulfill requests for headphones and other unecessary items. We were sat directly behind a screaming baby and directly in front of 3 wildly misbehaving children for the entire 10 hr flight. The crew allowed the family behind us to sit 5 people to the 4-person row, including a 7-year old sitting on the mom's lap who kicked seats and pulled my hair over the top of the seat. I recognize that misbehaved children are not the fault of the airline but it seems like in the future grouping families with children together might be a resolution. We went 10 hours without sleep because the kids kept kicking our seats and sticking their feet through our armrests. The airline also offered zero vegetarian food options for this flight (unlike others which offered pasta). We went 10 hrs having eaten a single bread roll and a bowl of pudding. After these two flights I'll likely never fly Turkish again."

"Delta does a great job in general. However, the “Comfort+“ seats weren’t worth the money. I sat in both seats, and I compared the width of the seats and the distance from the seat edge to the back of the seat in front of it. There was a difference of about 2” in the seat width and 1” in the leg room. Very disappointing."
"Some passengers weren’t wearing masks or were wearing them below their noses, and I think there could have been general announcements reminding them about that."
"Same comment as before. Should not be part of skyteam. Alitlia is way below standard for that group of stellar airlines. Staff is unfriendly, delivers poor service and do not make you feel welcome on board. Food is good. Only water not other drinks available. No garbage college during flight or before landing. Entertaining is so so and the bathrooms are dirty."

"This was the Delta Shuttle flight (operated by Republic Airways (therefore not a mainline flight)). The crew was exceptional in expediting boarding, accommodating customers, and politely dealing with “difficult” passengers (don’t be that passenger - it’s a 40 minute flight). Great flight overall."

"Everyone is doing their best, but travel sucks! Mask wearing is necessary but odious. The worst thing is the toilets on 767s are so cramped that you cannot see where the trash is without crouching down or being a pigmy, so people leave their towels by the sink!"
"The entertainment unit not work. It kept freezing up, the map kept moving around to other parts of the globe, so,e functions didn't operate at all. Finally less than halfway through the flight the unit froze up all together and was completely unusable. Also, the seat wasn't able to recline as the button on the seat was completely missing!"

Ulemper: "I had an exit row seat (21G). The seat felt like a church pew and the right armrest was lower than normal since it was mounted on the exit door. This was by far the most uncomfortable flight I've had. My back started to hurt even before the plane took off."

Ulemper: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."
Fordeler: "Very kind associate working at the gate. She helped me obtain my seat assignment and was a pleasure to speak with. Her happiness was contagious (even at 6am!). She put me at ease."
Ulemper: "The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

Ulemper: "I almost missed the flight because I didnt hear the announcement for boarding and I was sitting near another gate to charge my phone. Fortunately I heard the final call!!"

Ulemper: "Bordung process runs smoother now that the order is made clear ahead of time. In jfk they did not have the columns marked “comfort” “priority? “Main 3”, etc, like they had at Reagan arpoirt in DC"

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed taking off. The crew tried to make it up but it was 90 minutes late in the end - I almost missed a connection. Seats were ok."
Ulemper: "Crew could have proactively provided more water. I was really thirsty mid-flight and had to stand up and ask for water myself."
Fordeler: "Very friendly cabin crew. Comfortable and food was good and drinks and water was plentiful. I would highly recommend Delta for transatlantic flights,compared to so called 4* airline Aer Lingus, then Delta are a 6* in comparison"

Ulemper: "I disliked the fact that their weren’t any charging station, I wasn’t able to to charge my telephone device previously but I thought I would be okay sonce air crafts that I have boarded have out lets to charge devices, was an inconviencesince I wasn’t anle to contact family. Also there was complementary movies to watch but there werent any head phones that were given, united aire lines provided us with head phones for entertainment."
Fordeler: "Food selection and quality were fine. I also enjoyed the entertainment options. Seat area was comfortable and spacious."
Ulemper: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."
Ulemper: "As a Platinum AFK/KLM Skyteam member I was NOT allowed to use the Delta Lounge. On the flight the meal choice was poor and the staff were not really geared to serving regular clients. The movie choice was poor. I expected better!"
Ulemper: "My flight got cancelled without letting me know in advance I was in the airport and spent me hours to switch a flight I ended up arriving at a different airport and need to spend more money for über"
"Seems strange when there are so few flights because of corona that everyone is stuffed into a bus to drive out to the plane for boarding instead of using the airbridge. Not sure what the reason for that was. No problem with using the airbridge on arrival. The flight itself was otherwise fine."

Fordeler: "I like the airline and the workers are great. I don't like when they charged for luggage that $60.00 each way like round trip is $120.00. It should be by weight is 50 lbs or 23 kilo for minimum and if it is over the weight than it should charged little more price."

Ulemper: "No lines for boarding - it was a mess And randomly we were asked to check in our bags though Austrian crew had earlier tagged them for carry on"
Fordeler: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Ulemper: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Ulemper: "The Austrian airlines website is absolutely the worst and least user friendly that I've seen for an airline. I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."
Ulemper: "I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!"
Ulemper: "The crew dropped the bottle to the head of my son."

Ulemper: "Flight was 1 hour late. Didn’t make up any time while in flight. We came to no gate assigned. Additional delays due to wait for free gate. Unacceptable, missed my connection. Had to stay additional day for rebooked flight."

Ulemper: "Plane temperature was too hot, despite my repeated requests to the crew to lower the temp. No one on this flight opened a single blanket - was that the goal? It was too hot to even sleep."
Fordeler: "The flight staff was very attentive, professional, and polite. It seemed like they were always bringing the passengers things like snacks and drinks. We never felt like we needed anything. This was my first time flying to Europe and flying with Swiss. I will definitely choose them again!"

Ulemper: "Let some people pass first even though they arrived after us and we al had same tickets (or gave preference for no apparent reason), I did tell thecgate agent and he apologized"

Fordeler: "the flight missed my connection and they were AWESOME in handling it, getting me on a Swiss Air flight. That flight also missed its connection and Swiss Air took great care to put me up in a hotel. They made a frustrating situation so much smoother!"

Fordeler: "Make sure your carry on luggage is less then 8 kg. Or you would have to check it at your own cost. The food is OK but the portion is very small. If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."
Ulemper: "I was at the back of the plane with the constant cold air breeze, it was impossible to avoid!. I caught heavy cold and still recovering!"

Fordeler: "I was pleased by the comfort of the seats, the staff on board and the flight itself. The flight actually did not seem at all like 9 hours. And it arrived exactly on time."
Ulemper: "The crew at the airport before boarding was a little impolite. As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."

Fordeler: "It would be nice to see AUA learning from other airlines on how to board a plain. To date it is chaotic, unorganized, messy and unnecessarily unfriendly. Interestingly enough it compares well to the non-existing system for lining up at Skilifts in Austria: Use force to squeeze everybody around you or cheat your way in sidewise. Not exactly my cup of tea."

Ulemper: "I was not aware of additional luggage charges when I booked my ticket. It would be helpful to have a warning about that and the fact that if you do not prepay online you are charged double. I also was not aware of the type of a ticket I booked, e.g. Economy light and what it meant for luggage fees."
Fordeler: "1st class should board last, it just makes mire sense for a lot of reasons. Also 8kg carry limit is rediculous and loosely enforced. We were clearly selected to check our bags. There were others with bags heavier and larger than ours that were permitted to stuff them in their overheads."
Fordeler: "Crew and boarding were fine. But nothing to crow about. Just not stressful."
Ulemper: "That was the most uncomfortable flight I have had. It was hard fora short flight, though sitting so close to another passenger, side and front was stressful. Plus, my back was killing me by the end of the short flight- and the long flight from Europe to the US was hard. It was pretty much knocking elbows with the passenger next to me when eating. And mind you- no passenger in my row as any larger than the average person. The seat recline was fine and marginally helpful in relieving back strain- except it did put you in the lap of the passenger behind you. The passenger across the aisle from me shoved the seat in front of her and told the passenger in front of her he could NOT recline. The passenger next to her (I assume her husband) joined in with the shoving. I finally felt a need to intervene and calm them down as it began to escalate- and I did want the flight to continue. Note- while I think the passengers shoving the seat were a bit rude- the crowded nature of the seating with the recline was hard, so I understand. But the person in front had a reason (and a NEED given the discomfort) to lean his seat back. The seats were simply too uncomfortable to keep them upright. I helped them find a recline for both passengers that was reasonably okay. I also tried to get my recline somewhere between comfortable for me (impossible) and reasonable in space for the person behind me, This is an airline problem. And when people wonder about the rise in passenger rage... this cramming in is it. I had to use Austrian because of a last minute need to book a flight- given the inability to relax even a little and the residual back and leg pain ... thus my ability to immediately jump into work during a busy work and travel schedule means that I will definitely not take this airline again. If you are shorter than 5' 5 and weigh about 100 lbs- this might be okay. Otherwise, expect to be a lot of rats shoved in a cage."

Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Ulemper: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."
Fordeler: "Overall KLM experience is good"
Ulemper: "Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight."
Fordeler: "Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome."
Ulemper: "Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me."
Fordeler: "Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Ulemper: "I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it."

Fordeler: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Ulemper: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."
Fordeler: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."

Fordeler: "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."
Ulemper: "Cramped seating."
Fordeler: "Fairly nice flight. 7 hours AMS to JFK. They had ice cream cones for us mid flight and an after dinner cognac if you wished."
Ulemper: "Not a big fan of paying for a few extra inches of leg room in a better seat after paying for a ticket."
Ulemper: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Fordeler: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Fordeler: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Fordeler: "Priority boarding was appreciated and the flights were on time. Service was fine. Schipol was good."

Ulemper: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."
Fordeler: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."
Fordeler: "Speed, crew, and reliablity."
Ulemper: "Food wasn't good, no entertainment or accessory plug ins, and seats were worn out! Not comfortable at all. Great leg room though."
