Fordeler: "Everything is well organized, crew members were great."
Ulemper: "Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."

Ulemper: "- The extra baggage fees were 5 times higher than the announced on the website which caused a lot of troubles. - The booked special meals (halal) were too spicy and not proper for children at all ( we just wanted normal meals without non-halal ingredients. - No basic medications on the first flight."

Ulemper: "The infotainment system could be better. My system was not working for the first 3 hours and then the sound went out out completely after 2 hours of use. Also the airbus model still use the outdated 2 prone headphone and I was not able to use my noise canceling headphones."

Ulemper: "Economy seats. No recline. THAT IS NOT BUSINESS CLASS - This is a joke! Putting an empty seat in the middle does not make it business class. Mis-leading seat image when selecting seats. Shows Buisness class large and 2X2 and Economy at 3x3. When you get on the plane it just a one large economy plane with a mark in business "Extra space for you in the middle seat". Food was cold food - no hot food on the whole plane - only hot coffee. I am not paying 4 times the amount to get economy seats that I can get and most probably get lucky and have an empty seat next to me. STAR ALLIANCE IS REALLY GOING DOWN AND LUFTHANSA IS THE WORST. Will never travel Lufthansa business class every again."

Ulemper: "comfort was awful. seats in the cattle section are awfully uncomfortable and space is at premium. food was bad. the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to the desire. the Frankfurt airport is just plain awful. overall, I would not recommend Lufthansa, it was just that I did not have a choice."

Fordeler: "Height Space, good pilot and some of the food. Good landing and overall pilot skill."
Ulemper: "For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome."

Ulemper: "Flight from Frankfurt to Copenhagen was over an hour late. Flight from Copenhagen to Frankfurt was also late, causing us to miss our connecting flight home on United."

Fordeler: "I liked the comfort of the seats and the spaciousness of the area allowing for standing out of the way. The service was exceptional and the food on this flight was very good. Entertainment was also very good."
Ulemper: "My only suggestion would be if the crew would inquire if you've ever flown either with Lufthansa or specifically business Class and just give tips if needed. Other than that, on this leg of our journey we had no complaints."

Ulemper: "First the flight was delayed 45 minutes. After 45 minutes we got boarded and sat on the plane another 45 minutes due to the little cart pushing the plane not being available. After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Fordeler: "I liked the ability to have some air circulation, which was not offered in the first flight, so that was nice. The ride was smooth, quick, and mostly comfortable, although I did wish I could have a little more elbow room. There was no entertainment, but that was also fine because the flight was fairly short. Overall, I don’t have any complaints."
Ulemper: "Small flight, and just a little bit of elbow room..but no complaints (besides the crying children, but that’s usually a given on a commercial flight)."

Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst."

Ulemper: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Ulemper: "The aircraft is a bit old and somehow the flight crew didn’t offer me the full menu as the menu describe. First time encounter that in a business class"

Ulemper: "Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !"

Ulemper: "It was the worst flight that I ever had, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, no TV, the food was terrible."

Ulemper: "Took very long from landing/ arrival until baggage could be collected. Priority luggage came out last!"

Ulemper: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Ulemper: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Ulemper: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Ulemper: "I was forced to rebook my 3rd leg after taking trains in the middle."

Ulemper: "The food is awful The entertainment, i.e. movie selection, is not very good and doesn't change very much. The seats are not comfortable and my chair did not recline."

Ulemper: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."

Fordeler: "Best flight I've ever flown. Blankets and pillows provided with many options for movies."

Ulemper: "Small leg space"

Fordeler: "The lounge is great, however the food is substandard to nearly every other lounge that I have used."
Ulemper: "The food on the plane is even worse, The staff were ok but not overly going out of their way to help with any issues, also they could at least pretend to smile."

Ulemper: "I had wrong gate number on my boarding pass and I had to look for the gate and only one hour for transfer.Very stressful."

Fordeler: "The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf."
Ulemper: "Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment."

Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."

Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and helpful- finding the proper terminal was fairly easy even without assistance got the tickets for a great price ( need to use an actual credit card as your bank card WILL NOT work for booking although the bank card will work in the shops with in the airport which made life nice as I was able to get a coffee shortly after exiting the plane"
Ulemper: "My only complaints are beyond the position and abilities of the air line or staff - although a few of the flight attendants seemed a bit tired"

Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."

Fordeler: "Economical premium class with some nice benefits (airport lounge access, larger seats, etc."
Ulemper: "Disorganized check in and boarding process. Two gate changes occurred which meant lots of people trudging around the airport."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Fordeler: "boarding was easy as the airplane had three rows of three seats and the attendant showed us were to go."
Ulemper: "Entertainment. I was not aware that i would have to purchase headphones to enjoy the in flight entertainment. i ordered a meal months before when i booked my ticket. During the flight, i didnt receive my meal nor was made aware how to receive it once on the plane."

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Fordeler: "I am a over weigth and is ok for slim people"

Ulemper: "Nothing in particular. I've had long delays with Norwegian but not this time."

Fordeler: "Movies were free and food. Food was fine."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Ulemper: "Alltif forsinkelser og dårlig med beskjeder"

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "On time departure and arrival. Friendly staff."
Ulemper: "Even water is for sale, but to be expected for a budget airline."

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "Norwegian did not offer information about which terminal the flight was departing from."

Fordeler: "Norwegian offers great prices and is pretty transparent regarding their extra fees"
Ulemper: "I didn't like the check in process from CPH to LAS. It could have been better organized"

Fordeler: "Check in was prompt, and easy. Boarding was quick and on time. Staff was pleasant. I don't know why they get bad reviews, their guidelines are easy to follow, and I've been lucky enough to have no problems with them yet."
Ulemper: "The seats are a bit crammed, but manageable"

Ulemper: "LAX going through rennovations. Had to take the bus to the airplane. They tried to cram too many people on one bus and had to offload some because they couldnt shut the doors. No free plain water offered on the flight. Had to buy all beverages."

Ulemper: "Norwegian brought in a charter jet, there was no premium class even though I paid for a premium ticket. The seats were small, cramped and didn’t recline. They crew wasn’t helpful at all. Never flying Norwegian again."

Fordeler: "Just a short flight, but boarding was smooth anefficient. They opened the back door to the plane to allow those at the back to board near their seats. Genius! And none of the zoned-boarding mumbo-jumbo. Love Norway and Norwegian!"
