The food is terrible.

Food was mediocre. In flight entertainment lacked live TV. Crew was fantastic. Plane very comfortable if a bit worn.

None it was great!

The seats seemed much closer together on this plane. I felt much more cramped than other journeys in coach. Other passengers around me who are taller or bigger had even even more trouble.

Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . Det var veldig dumt . Derfor vi følte veldig dårlig og det var veldig dårlig service !!! Mvh Salar Abdipour Elham Soroori .

We thought we were booking Lufthansa with more room but found out both ways were with United . We were going on a 10 day cruise with 9 stops. United never put our bag on the initial plane and never got it to us. We are home still without our bag. I would definitely NOT recommend them. They ruined our dream vacation.

I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.

Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .

Ulemper: "First the flight was delayed 45 minutes. After 45 minutes we got boarded and sat on the plane another 45 minutes due to the little cart pushing the plane not being available. After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."
Fordeler: "I liked the ability to have some air circulation, which was not offered in the first flight, so that was nice. The ride was smooth, quick, and mostly comfortable, although I did wish I could have a little more elbow room. There was no entertainment, but that was also fine because the flight was fairly short. Overall, I don’t have any complaints."
Ulemper: "Small flight, and just a little bit of elbow room..but no complaints (besides the crying children, but that’s usually a given on a commercial flight)."

Ulemper: "The boarding here was completely unorganized. After people had just been in a crowd, they attempted to have people love up, which was futile. Some of the seats were dirty and/or unkempt. The snack option wasn't to my liking and may have been the cause of a stomachache later."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa Ground staff was not equipped to handle flight cancellation! It took them 4.5 hrs after scheduled flight departure time between which they told us flight was cancelled and provided Hotel Accommodations. Very sad customer handling and service. Subsequent booking was a mess too!"
Fordeler: "I appreciated the advance boarding for families traveling with younger children. Plenty of time to settle in with the kiddos."
Fordeler: "Despite not being able to recline my seat, I at least had room for my legs, unlike the last flight."
Ulemper: "My seat was unable to recline. Boarding was a bit chaotic, and the constant shuttling around Frankfurt airport is just ridiculous. (Not that the airline can do anything about it)."

Seemingly per usual for SAS, the advised boarding time came and went without sight of a plane outside or staff at the gate. So was no surprise to ultimately see an updated departure time. The delayed pushback ultimately led to about a similar delay in arrival, although fortunately this did not impact on my ability to catch my planned bus connection home from the airport. The snack served on-board was served much too cold (which the staff admitted was the case during serving), but I ate it nonetheless.

I make it that pushback from the gate was almost 15 minutes after the scheduled time; although I didn't check how the actual arrival time (which is ultimately more important) compared to the schedule. Regardless, I had enough time before my next flight to be able to find an open SAS lounge (which did seem quite busy, not sure how much that was a time-of-day thing or is just normal there) to eat something.

Not sure why the gate information would show "boarding" and then "gate closing" before anyone had actually started boarding. Was ultimately sat before the scheduled takeoff time, although takeoff was after the schedule. Favourable flying conditions allowed us to land 5 minutes early, although as there was another plane still sitting at our gate on arrival meant we were ultimately late to the gate (giving gate / disboarding times would be more honest than just the scheduled landing time). Somehow, even though there was a plane sitting at our gate on arrival, when we were allowed to taxi to the gate, there were apparently no ground staff there. What? Even though there was an incoming plane, they went elsewhere? Staff on the plane and the meal service were fine.

Reisen ble kansellert begge veier pga streiken. Snakk om sevice

Bedre håndtering av kansellering, rebookinger med bedre alternativer. Bedre tatt hånd om etter en kansellering i form av oppgradering av klasse, sete, matservering. Ingen kompensasjon for ulempene før turen eller under turen.

Billettene våre ble kansellert pga streiken. Nye billetter tur/retur Barcelona kom på 19.500,-

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Ulemper: "Momondo sold me a so called 'go light' ticket (not disclosed anywhere though) meaning that only 1pc of carry on was allowed! No checked bags unless purchased. Could not see on the price of my ticket that this was the type of new generation low quality tickets. So tired of momondo."

Ulemper: "SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."

Fordeler: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."
Ulemper: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."
Fordeler: "Alt"

Fordeler: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."
Ulemper: "Legroom."
Ulemper: "The flight was more than one hour delayed."
Ulemper: "Rude crew, and apparently now you only get one free nonalcoholic drink in Economy for an 8 hour flight."
Fordeler: "Fair leg space, kind stewards."
Ulemper: "It would be nice if they could offer some snacks or something to drink. Seems to be higher quality than low costs, so they could afford to offer that."
Fordeler: "Not full. Kind crew."
Ulemper: "No complaints."

Fordeler: "i ended up missing the flight, due to car accident which involved injuries."
Ulemper: "Crew not very friendly."
Fordeler: "Everything. Nothing ever goes wrong when I fly SAS which is why I seldom don't. And if something does go wrong their manners and spirits are high and they make sure everyone is still happy and comfortable. Best service in the airline industry."

Ulemper: "On the flight Copenhagen to WAW only one cup of water per passenger..?????....."
Fordeler: "I loved that there were a lot of different movies, TV shows, games, music, and more to choose from- all for free! Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

Fordeler: "We were eventually rebooked in the class we paid for."
Ulemper: "Our flight was cancelled with no notice. We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."
Fordeler: "Easy kiosk check in, baggage drop off, good service."
Ulemper: "No advance discussion about emergency exit row seating requirements, and we were not allowed to even have a paperback book to read in this row. The flight was full and boarded, so not able to change seats."
Ulemper: "The SAS Supervisor at the gate permitted all preferred-level economy class ticketed passengers to board irrespective of the amount of their carry-on items - in some cases as many as three different items and many over-sized as per the measuring box located at the gate walkway, before conducting a bag-by-bag weight check on all the remaining economy ticketed passengers. Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."
Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Fordeler: "I had a window seat with a view of New York City as we flew North."
Ulemper: "The sound quality of the earphones was so poor that I could not understand most of the dialogue of the film that I watched."
Fordeler: "Two 20-something young ladies tried to figure out system, individual issues while rest of us stood and watched versus passing through loading area. In addition, delayed due to short handed baggage loading crew. Flight was one hour late departing. Luggage did not make connecting flight to London. No wifi either."
Ulemper: "Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "We paid $90 per checked bag. When we purchased our tickets we were never given an option to purchase luggage ahead of time, we were under the impression that luggage was included."
Ulemper: "The flight arrived an hour late."
Ulemper: "My 1st experience on SAS & everything was late: takeoff over an hour late, and upon arrival in CPH we were delayed again to exit the plane because they couldn't get the skyway door attached to the plane."
Fordeler: "Friendly staff. Good food. Movie/tv options were excellent."
Ulemper: "Didn't like that I had to order vegetarian food option in advance. I would forget to do so before the flight. Despite that, I was still able to eat most of the meal since there was salad, bread and dessert which was filling enough."

Ulemper: "TV's on our whole row did not work for the entire flight. Reading lamp was burned out. It would have been tolerable for a domestic flight but these amenities are needed and appreciated on a six hour flight!"

Ulemper: "Cost to check bags was dramatically higher than for other airlines. As part of this trip we flew with 6 providers and the cost for bags with SAS was almost double."

Ulemper: "Der var alt for litt mat å kjøpe ombord, tok slutt ... unødvendig irriterende på morgenfly."

Great alternative to SAS

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Fordeler: "WOW went out of business before our flight, and Kiwi handled our transfer very poorly, promising things they never delivered. Agents in Prague were infinitely more helpful and straight forward."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Needed to check in bags 24 hrs before the flight and do it online otherwise you have to pay $100 at the airport instead of the normal $35. It was extremely difficult to even tell if I needed to pay for checked luggage at all, when I tried to login to checkin I got an error that said "A technical error has occured""
Ulemper: "Baggage fees are a total scam. $35 over 24 hours ahead of the flight paid online or $100 at the airport. No where does the ticket tell you this."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Check in was prompt, and easy. Boarding was quick and on time. Staff was pleasant. I don't know why they get bad reviews, their guidelines are easy to follow, and I've been lucky enough to have no problems with them yet."
Ulemper: "The seats are a bit crammed, but manageable"
Ulemper: "I would definitively avoid using this airline again. Multiple fctors. One kf them is the poor attending by the crew. Really bad service, water..3$?? Blanket 5$?? If you dont pay for food before your flight, crew totally ignores you when the deliver. They should offer a cup of water as minimum"

Ulemper: "LAX going through rennovations. Had to take the bus to the airplane. They tried to cram too many people on one bus and had to offload some because they couldnt shut the doors. No free plain water offered on the flight. Had to buy all beverages."

Ulemper: "Norwegian brought in a charter jet, there was no premium class even though I paid for a premium ticket. The seats were small, cramped and didn’t recline. They crew wasn’t helpful at all. Never flying Norwegian again."

Fordeler: "Just a short flight, but boarding was smooth anefficient. They opened the back door to the plane to allow those at the back to board near their seats. Genius! And none of the zoned-boarding mumbo-jumbo. Love Norway and Norwegian!"
