There was nothing to complain about, but we were in business class so it's hard to know what the experience would have been like in economy, which is how we usually travel.

The flight had a short delay. The main dish was not that great. More variety would have been better.

They gave me terrible time at check in in Odessa

I am seeking a refund from Kayak as LOT refuses to acknowledge the booking when not done directly from their site. Worst experience with an airline ever.

And guess what, when it does not work, the reading light and passenger assistance do not work either. Morale: only get bulkhead seats if you plan to sleep through most of the flight."

Ulemper: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Ulemper: "They loaded us on the bus, then parked us in front of the plane for what seemed like 10 minutes. May have been more/less, but standing there in that stuffy bus made it feel worse than it was. Departure flight was delayed, so my 50 minute layover may have contributed to my bag not being transferred, and lost."

Ulemper: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Ulemper: "Toilets were too dirty. Crew must clean them continuously during the fly. But they didn't. They was unhappy about this duty. When we landed there were toilet paper on the floor even outside the toilets."

Ulemper: "Over 45 minute delay going from Krakow to Warsaw with only a scheduled 1hr35m layover to get connection to JFK. Just made it!"

Ulemper: "Prop plane. Loud and noisy (screeching, popping sounds) during take off and landing."

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Ulemper: "Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips."

Ulemper: "The boarding process could be better organized. There is just one large line and it’s like a free for all. There are zones on the tickets but they didn’t board by the zones"
Fordeler: "Reasonably a lot of room for economy class. I was very comfortable on a long-haul flight."
Ulemper: "The boarding process in Norway is a bit of a mess, but not the fault of the airline. We had a delay arriving at the airport and they could have done a bit better communicating what was going on."

Fordeler: "This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable international flights I have been on in years."
Ulemper: "The boarding lineup in Oslo is a bit jumbled but if that’s all I have to complain about it was a great experience."

Ulemper: "Dozens of passengers, myself included, were forced to check their carry-ons at the gate and pay for it due to Norwegians strict weight policy. To be honest this felt like I was being swindled and it ruined the rest of the experience for me. Do not be tempted by the low fares they offer."

Flight was rescheduled to leave 1 hour and 05 minutes later than advertised then was approximately 25 minutes later than that leaving. This was my first time flying with this airline and l will have second t"
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "I meant to write my Paris to Oslo review on the Oslo to LA review for what could be better. Like I mentioned the food was not good, please get rid of that white noodle coconut soup in a cup, there’s no way anyone likes it and more episodes on some of the shows like Friends"
Ulemper: "20 hours of flying and there was a very limited selection of movies to watch, but all passengers are required to watch a very bright video of one of your planes flying through the sky for the last 20 minutes of the flight. Please include some snacks and water during international flights."
Fordeler: "Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!"
Ulemper: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."
Ulemper: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"

Fordeler: "Everything was great and handled professionally and efficiently, not to mention with such good hospitality and accommodations."

Ulemper: "The flight kept getting further delayed but remained th same after the flight took off, then when it was due to land at lax and we were there waiting it updates to an additional 45 minute delay. You couldn’t have updated that before the arrival time? Poor customer service!"
Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"
Ulemper: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."
Fordeler: "Food was actually provided with our ticket... not just ONE meal, but also a snack for before the arrival and the meals tasted good! Also, Oslo is a new and beautiful airport with great options for meals and stores to wander around. Also, the airplane had huge windows to look out of with new dimmer technology as opposed to just a shade. Very cool! With a couple of small downsides, we would STILL definitely fly Norwegian."
Ulemper: "We gate checked a stroller but were unable to pick it up to use in Oslo which was a surprise as it went straight through from gate check to full check in through the layover... with a 3hr 45min layover, it could have been useful to have it for our infant to sleep. Leg room is tight. Small selection of new movies for entertainment when compared to other airlines and it would have been nice to know we could get complimentary drinks anytime during the flight, but they were only available for free during meal service unless you purchased additionally."

Fordeler: "The selection of movies in the on-board entertainment was nice, but available wi-fi on a long-haul trip would have been better."
Ulemper: "Condescending check-in clerk in Oslo and subjective application of carry-on rules ruined the trip and assured that I will look to other airlines for future international travel."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Fordeler: "I loved the service of the crew and the entertainment provided on the flight. Being all new aircrafts the flights have all been very comfortable."
Ulemper: "It took way too long to board, seemed unorganized with lines forming everywhere and no formal instruction. We landed 30min early but had to wait while taxiing to gate for almost an hour. Took almost another hour to get bags released onto baggage claim. Was an incredible inconvenience as I missed my connecting flight because of the delays"

Ulemper: "Paid for an isle seat but assigned a window. No organization at boarding. Lots of signs for bag restrictions but not heeded or adhered to by passengers or staff. Ridiculous!!!"

Ulemper: "Norwegian doesn't provide food or drinks and it wasn't clear at the time of purchasing a ticket. Norwegian airlines call center customer service rep wasn't able to provide a price of 1st checked-in bag and refered to the entity that sold a ticket."

Fordeler: "I was in the premium cabin and the crew was great, all smiles and excellent service. You could tell they were genuinely good people. It was an overwhelming positive experience and I was extremely satisfied."

Ulemper: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less"
Ulemper: "There was no option to choose a meal when booking through you. We weren't aware that we would have to do this somehow so we went the 10 hour flight without food. They were sold out of anything decent on the SNACK BAR menu."

I didn't sit together with my daughter, and instead of trying to see if we could switch seats after boarding, the flight attendant said, "that's what you get when you buy low cost tickets.". I thought that was funny, a bit unprofessional :)

Same reason than before

I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.

Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Ulemper: "We got the feeling that the price is low but the company will do all it takes to FAIL the customer and make him pay more. For example, the customer must check in online. if not done properly the cost is about 100 euro more, AND the online check in procedure is not working that well, you need to press buttons several times in order for it to work (and I have a good phone), and if you give up in the middle it will cost you. More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."
Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Ulemper: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."
Fordeler: "Bought priority because of their new carry-on policy, so boarding was quick. Cramped seats but average compared to many other airlines. Crew was amicable. Soft landing."
Ulemper: "Cramped seats, I’m 6’3” or 191cm and am now used to that. Very little cushion on them, so for flights >2hrs it’s going to be uncomfortable but tolerable. Hate their new carry-on policy; moneygrabbers. No snacks nor beverages for free, even in a 3:30hr flight. No entertainment system. No magazine pocket in seats. No reclinable seats. You et what you pay for."
Fordeler: "The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight"
Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."

Ulemper: "The Nicole and Dime! The waiting, the process to check in, the airports they use."
Fordeler: "The staff was very professional"
Ulemper: "I was flying at night and they kept the plane lights on the entire flight. There was nonstop announcements being made which made it impossible to sleep unless I were to invest in noise cancelling headphones."
Fordeler: "It’s nice flying into Alicante where often those awful automatic passport machines give way to mails checks so much faster"
Fordeler: "Crew. 1 small and 1 cabin bag for free. Much better then Wizz air."
Ulemper: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."

Ulemper: "Long wait before getting on the aircraft"
Ulemper: "All OK except boarding at Belfast mixed Priority and Normal - meaning there's no point spending the extra. Can't see why Ryanair are happy with a lucrative revenue stream being devalued."
Ulemper: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"
Fordeler: "Crew was patient and upbeat."
Ulemper: "Boarding time kept changing. I stood in line from 2:47 until I finally took my seat on the plane at 4:03!! If you are not checking luggage and the plane is full as was the case, you are made to stand in line because only the first 90 carry ons are guaranteed. The heat in the boarding area was unbearable. Then we proceeded to the boarding tunnel where we were made to wait AGAIN in the heat. I felt like a hostage packed into a tin can! Never in 50 years of air travel around the world have I experienced such an inefficient process. I will never fly Ryan Air again."

Ulemper: "Not enough milk ! Purchased coffee but milk was scarce , didn't let us know until afterwards ."
Ulemper: "Bum-rush for boarding; "final call" for boarding happening more than 30 minutes before flight was due to leave."

Fordeler: "Nothing. It is hard to imagine businesses advertise on the plane. Why would any reputable business want to be associated with this company?"
