Ulemper: "It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding."

Ulemper: "I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax."

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Fordeler: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

Fordeler: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Ulemper: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Ulemper: "As previously stated, I think the airline should do a better job in answering phone calls. If they do answer the phone (1-800-221-2350), they either put you on hold for a whole day or, if you leave your phone no. and name to have them call you back, they never do . I am not the only person who has this experience. It is too bad because if this continues, the airline will loose business and I would hate to see that. However, I still will use KAYAK"

Ulemper: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Fordeler: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Fordeler: "Comfy seats. Good good service. Great video options."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Fordeler: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."
Ulemper: "Nothing. There was nothing to not like. In fact they fed us too much!"

Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Ulemper: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Ulemper: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."

Fordeler: "Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France."
Ulemper: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."

Ulemper: "Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well."

Fordeler: "The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again"

Ulemper: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

Ulemper: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Ulemper: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Fordeler: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Ulemper: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Ulemper: "The delay in the flight without even informing us of the reasons. Changing the boarding gates twice, and no options in the meal."

Ulemper: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."

Ulemper: "Comfort economy okis seats are wide, with good legroom, but did not recline and hard as a rock. Entertainment system hard to use, finding movies very tedious."

Ulemper: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Ulemper: "The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!"

Ulemper: "Somehow, ticket was not being accepted to board on TAP's flight. Crew had to manually check it"

Ulemper: "So many delays, no real info provided. When we had to stay overnight they didn’t mention it would take 4 hours to get our bags which actually never came. Airline industry sucks and deltas one of the worst."

Ulemper: "The food was disgusting this time as well as the last time I traveled with TAP. The seats was uncomfortable and in leather like material witch made the seats very warm and sticky."

Ulemper: "TAP was late getting the first flight out, offered almost no help and almost left 22 people stranded in Portugal and tried to get us to pay for a new flight at our own expense. Customer service was terrible. Multiple people in line said they had been stranded in Portugal by TAP airlines before."

Fordeler: "Not much. Check in luggage charges destroyed the experience, this was not disclosed on the ticket itinerary"
Ulemper: "TAP charges $120 1st checkin bag, this was not disclosed on the itinerary or kayak site when we book the ticket. We expect kayak to refund this."

Fordeler: "Nothing was amazing. Worse thing is the luggage -- they only allow 8kg as carry on, You can hardly carry anything more than a computer and the actual TUMI carryon bag with that."

Fordeler: "The entertainment was good and the food was better than I expected."
Ulemper: "Bags restrictions without us knowing. Delayed flight but we still manage to get to our destination on time. The same did not happen before where I had to wait until 2am for my tap flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30pm. I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Fordeler: "Plane was good, service on board pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed and we were never notified despite receiving multiple emails to ‘upgrade’ our flight. While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."

Ulemper: "Flight was late which seems to be a standard with TAP."

Ulemper: "Rock hard seats. Surly stewardess. Mediocre to poor food."

Ulemper: "Flight from Oporto to Lisbon, when we landed they did not set up the ramp to exit the plane, I had requested mobility assistance. And the ramp was right next to the plane."

Fordeler: "Flight attendants were great, plane was clean, smooth flying, takeoff and landing"
Ulemper: "Check in and bag drop took us 1 hour even though we had already checked in online. hard, and narrow seats, needs more legroom for international travel, armrest between my wife and I was very wide and wouldn't go up all the way making it extremely uncomfortable for us on a flight from Miami to Portugal. My wife's seat didn't recline because it was broken. And to top it all off they lost one of our luggage tags because the lady in Miami tagged the bag with somebody else's name and destination on it. Still waiting to hear if I'm going to have my luggage for one year anniversary vacation....!"

Ulemper: "The airplane was pretty old and it's time for a makeover."

Ulemper: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Fordeler: "The crew were iincredibly professional yet friendly Very human - at leat the flight attendant that took care of my area Enjoyed the dinner found my 11D seat to be very spacious!"

Ulemper: "The sit are very uncomfortable, no leg room. The audio was not working, no entertainment. The flight attendant gave us a card to call customer service, to provide for improvement on these flight."

Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful, they were able to offer some compensation and hotel."
Ulemper: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Ulemper: "I found it very frustrating that we were told at the ticket counter the boarding would begin at 11:15am for a 12:45pm flight time. I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Fordeler: "Stay away from TAP. I wish the people at the counter were just rude - they were tormenting us and lying to me about my luggage. When they found out I insisted on not checking my bag, they told me they would "keep it" in the meantime. Turned out they went ahead and threw the bag onto the plane. We ended up having to go find it at lost and found. They initially told me it was going to only take 5-10 mins to retrieve my luggage, but then 40 mins passed and still nothing. My poor mom had to wait by the empty belt - and boarding started and the luggage still wasn't there. They forced us to pay 35 euros (it's principle, not the money) when their policy said nothing about it when I booked it on the website. My mom was in tears and I had the worst few hours of my life. TAP - you are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to be upset but you really did everything out of your way to make us suffer. Even told us we might have to miss our flight. You put a huge dent on my trip."

We don't know why my husband's ticket had been cancelled?? Thanks good! We have to spend five times more money to buy another ticket to fly together!! Now we try to find out what happened. Nobody want to take the responsibility!! Hope someone can give us the answer! Qi"

Ulemper: "Less meat in the food, please. I somehow missed the opportunity to request a vegetarian meal, but many other airlines offer at least one vegetarian entree option (e.g., pasta)."

Ulemper: "FLight was late into Lisbon. There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."

Fordeler: "the only thing that stands out was the agent who checked me in at Entebbe. She was pleasant and helpful. Most things were ok, but not special."
Ulemper: "Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle."

Ulemper: "When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice."

There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."

Fordeler: "I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour."

Fordeler: "Entertainment options were awesome!!!"
Ulemper: "We left late because they were waiting for people from another flight that got canceled to transfer to our flight, and even with the delay, one of my bags got lost. I was the third person to check in for the flight, so I'm not sure how that happened."

Ulemper: "Flight crew would gossip in Flemish Food not good and I vegetarian dinner option provided at all!"

Fordeler: "Overall good flight, get what you pay for."
Ulemper: "Had to hop to a couple different counters because no one knew who air Brussels subsidiary was at the cincinatti airport. I didn’t think to check ahead so also on me for poor planning."

Ulemper: "Luggage nor sent from Brussels to Florence. On day 2 they had no clue where our 2 pieces were. Both pieces were bar-coded and there was. File complaint number did not help. we travel regularly and it has been many years sine we had luggage problems."

Ulemper: "Delayed and JFK wasn't ready for us. So more delay"

Fordeler: "Very nice service economy privilege, friendly crews, good food, water service at flight start, room around knees, blankets, all very good"
Ulemper: "the headset plug in needs maintenance. it had to be plugged in and re-positioned several times to get it to work"

Fordeler: "I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher."
Ulemper: "Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly."

Ulemper: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"

Fordeler: "No frills quick boarding and helpful attendants, great English. Don't spill drinks on you unlike certain airlines (looking at you Air France) Decent in-flight entertainment system and comfortable plane (well, as far as you can get in an economy) Basically everything related to the actual flight was great."
Ulemper: "The fish entree was oversalted, but maybe that's how they eat fish in Belgium. In general airplane food took a huge nosedive in the last 10 years, so I'm not surprised."

Fordeler: "Flight crew was great, service was excellent."
Ulemper: "Flight was very cold."

Fordeler: "Boarding was fast, we arrived early."
Ulemper: "The plane was super hot, the crew never offered drinks or food to me"

Ulemper: "The flight left 30 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. In addition, when we landed, they weren't prepared for us. We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."

Ulemper: "The gates were way too far apart. Had to run all across the huge airport and go through too many security lines."

Fordeler: "Excellent service and space for economy class."

Fordeler: "Nothing special"
Ulemper: "The flight to Brussels was canceled and we had to spend the whole night at the airport until someone started to give us some attention On the way back they put me and my friends very far from each other and we had to pay even for water on the flight"

Fordeler: "A very full flight that was managed well. Staff were accommodating and pleasant."
Ulemper: "I am not a fan of spicy food when flying so the snack item did not work for me. The more interesting international films were not available with English subtitles."

Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight is a disaster. For some reason brussel's air didn't validate our passports at the first international flight. Everyone was expected to do it at the Brussels airport. This would be fine if they had a sign up explaining what to do, or even a basic queue set up. There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"

Ulemper: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"

Fordeler: "Food was served often including an ice cream bar after the meal. The crew was very kind, especially Neils. They made us feel comfortable. The flight was smooth and the pilot made necessary announcement clearly."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Ulemper: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."

Fordeler: "New 787. 9 hr. flight. Seating in Economy. Was one of the best 9 hour flights I have experienced in some time. Only issue not having a better seat. A bit tight. But, for cost of fare it was ok. All else fine. Yes, many comforts cost. But, that is standard for many lower cost airlines. We have been using Norwegian Air for several years now. Already looking to book several long-haul flights w NA. Delays in boarding aircraft seemed to be security. Not NA"
Ulemper: "At times, the cabin staff seemed a bit slow. Otherwise, I have no complaints."

Ulemper: "Needed to provide more food/snacks. Many things ran out and it is a 10 hour flight. Also, the staff does not check on every passenger as often as they should to make sure everyone is okay."

Ulemper: "Our original flight from LAX to Norway was delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Iceland. The travel site was able to provide accommodations. Our return flight from Oslo to LAX was another bit of a hassle. We were each questioned by Norwegian Air employees. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. I won’t fly Norwegian Air in the future."
