All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Ulemper: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Fordeler: "Everything. The staff were absolutely lovely, the brand new fit out of the 777 is excellent and modern, the entertainment was great as was the food. Overrall really impressed."

Fordeler: "The ground staff in Heathrow was helpful. They happily swapped me onto an earlier flight to Munich after I spotted delays out of Munich, allowing me ample time to connect in Munich airport"
Ulemper: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Your telephone support staff is unsupportable ! The best to get tickets directly through the flying company, their sites are honest and correct!"

Ulemper: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Ulemper: "Nearly an hour late departing because of “passenger security screening for flights to US” - as if they don’t do this every day? They needed to start getting people into gate area much earlier. Limited video content - all sorts of programs I’ve never heard of or didn’t want to watch."

Ulemper: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "6hrs delay, turned out 7.5 hrs. $360 extra for oveweight suitcases and almost missed the connection. I was the last one to board and im the end NONE of luggage arrived w me to final destination! I claim a full refund!"

Fordeler: "This was my first time flying with Norwegian, but I could not have been happier with their service. Not only were all of the flight attendants courteous and charming, but the look of the planes themselves, the lighting, the entertainment, meal, the whole experience was just really classy and fun to be a part of. As a low-rate airline, I was not expecting nearly the quality of service that I received. It was an incredibly welcome surprise, and I definitely plan on flying with them again in the future."

Ulemper: "There was nothing overtly negative about this flight - you just don't get the nice "extra" things that you'd get if you paid more for your flight."

Ulemper: "You should fly according to the schedule although you arrived at Barcelona on faster, but I think you should fly base on the time at the ticket. Thank you."

Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Ulemper: "The airline is a joke, they have mandatory self check in before the flight, but you can't do it on the same they, so they charge you €55 to do it for you, utterly ridiculous."

Ulemper: "Departure was 62 minutes late that we had to wait already sitting in the plane. Boarding took hours and part of the crew looked totally inexperienced handling any issue that came up including announcements."

Ulemper: "All the “sales pitches.” Hard landing."

Ulemper: "The time of the layover between a Ryanair flight that requires you to check baggage and then pick up from the carousel, go through customs, and an Aer Lingus flight that you then had to check into at the Aer Lingus desk (online check in was not an option) and go BACK through security IS NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE. This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Tickets ended up being more expensive than Olympic Air, even though they were more affordable on the surface. We ran 20+ minutes late, Boarding was a zoo. We were told we couldn't take a small back pack on the plan and had to check it, once on board there was more than enough room to put it under my feet. others had the same size bag or bigger."

Ulemper: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."

Ulemper: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"

Fordeler: "For a discount airline, the service was what we expected, no frills, just transportation from Lisbon to London."
Ulemper: "As a no frills airline, nothing is free, not even coffee and we paid 6 euros for two cups on board the plane. We paid extra to get better seating and we got one "free" check-in bag as part of the deal. They are very strict with the carry-on luggage and make sure that you adhere to their sizing policies and saw people arguing as they were forced to pay 50 euros for non-compliant bags. It is better to pay extra in advance to get better seating. Finally, if you are traveling to London, the airline flies to Stanted which is about an hour from London, but train service is good and you can connect to the tube and practically reach every corner of the city quickly and cheaply."

Fordeler: "inexpensive and quick flight so did not mind the tighter space"
Ulemper: "after all the fuss I heard about the airline, they never checked bag sizes or weights for anyone! the gate agent could not figure out how to login to start the boarding process, prolonging the on-boarding process"

Fordeler: "The price. That's about it. The only reason to fly RyanAir"
Ulemper: "Boarding is a joke. Priority Boarding (paid) is a joke. Flight was 90 minutes late departing. Seats are so uncomortable and don't recline. Temperature in airplane was too hot. No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."

Fordeler: "Good experience"

Ulemper: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"

Ulemper: "Anxiety over the luggage."

Ulemper: "As we were not allowed to board flight from Milan to Lourdes as I stated previous we never boarded this flight and after spending day in Milan airport with no assistance had to go to an other airport to find passage. It cost us another fare for 10 persons and no Ryanaire were un helpful. Would not fly again with Ryanare and would certainly not recommend them. None of the phone no we were given worked."

Fordeler: "Seating was not bad. However it seems they made no effort to seat couples together."
Ulemper: "My flight over doubled its cost when I got to the airport because I was not able to check in or print a boarding pass beforehand and had not prepaid for luggage. Not sure how that adds up to 208 extra euros when my flight cost 160 euros. I do not have an international phone plan and was not able to do this on my phone but so far have had no issues with getting a boarding pass and luggage completed at the airport. And the service there was terrible. There was no order to the line, people kept pushing in and they would just take them ahead. Also the manner of which they dealt with customers was very rushed, rude, and impatient. This is the second review I have written in my life because I don't feel the need to usually, but I wish I knew this beforehand and wanted to share."

Fordeler: "The staff was kind and very helpful"
Ulemper: "The fees for if you forgot to check-in online was a bit ridiculous..."

Fordeler: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Ulemper: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"

Fordeler: "I got exactly what was expected for the low price. This is a great way to travel light and cheap. The bad reviews are mostly a result of not reading the rules before booking. Don't expect food and entertainment."
Ulemper: "The boarding process could be a little faster if there was more than one person checking people through, but the flight still arrived on time."

Ulemper: "1 hour delay. To low on fuel."

Fordeler: "NOTHING"
Ulemper: "Everyone, EVERYTHING, horrible customer service!!!"

Ulemper: "No information from either Kayak or Ryan that I needed to finds a way to print my own boarding pass or face a $50 fee. Absurd!"

Fordeler: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Ulemper: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."

Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."
Ulemper: "Add-on costs...though still added to a little less than alternative."

Fordeler: "The plane made it to Las Palmas"
Ulemper: "8 drunk women shouted and disrupted other's quiet"

Ulemper: "Delayed on both sides. Boarding process started too late and was extremely inefficient. Roof was leaking during the flight."

Ulemper: "Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs."

Ulemper: "Charging 45 gbp just to check in in person when your website wouldn't let me check in beforehand was completely absurd. Not sure if I'll be flying Ryan air again."
