I took it upon myself to go to the airport to collect my luggage. It took half day to take care of the luggage situation."

Ulemper: "flight was over 6 hours longer than planned, we did not catch plane from Budapest to Krakow so went to Warsaw than to Krakow, plane from Warsaw didn't have air conditioning working, worst flight ever !!!"

Ulemper: "Male agent at boarding rude. Aircraft dark and dingy. WiFi not working. Many lights not working. Majority of TV screens not working and “misfiring”, flashing throughout the whole flight gave me headache and hurt my eyes."

Fordeler: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Ulemper: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Fordeler: "The multilingual, very professional crew is one of the best we've traveled with. All of them are willing to help, accommodate, which was extremely important for us due to my husband's medical issues. Much obliged."

Fordeler: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Ulemper: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Fordeler: "Flying with pet and airline could not have been more helpful. The food (dinner) was much better than expected. Wish I had asked for more. The pork, the vegetables salad and dessert had flavor. Flight attendant helped me with back off the plane even."

Ulemper: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Fordeler: "Got to Warsaw on time. Carrier seems to build in a 10-15 minute buffer for every flight so they stay on time"

Ulemper: "Entertainment system decades out of date. Worked poorly. Cabin crew kept their curtain closed, as if they didn't want to interact with passengers. Food was extremely mediocre, thank goodness I brought nuts. Drink glasses very small."

Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

Ulemper: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

Fordeler: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Ulemper: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Ulemper: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."

Fordeler: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Ulemper: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Ulemper: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Fordeler: "Staff were generally sweet & approachable."
Ulemper: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Ulemper: "Very very routh unprofessionally and disrespectful check in person . I did not receive by boarding pass through the email and was charged with 35 euros to have my boarding pass printed ! The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

Fordeler: "Price and schedule. Going on time with no delays. Good value for money."
Ulemper: "Very hard on baggage policy"

Fordeler: "The crew are always lovely,very professional,helpful and make us feel welcome"
Ulemper: "The gate number was displayed and all passengers made their way to the gate were we made to wait for about 30min before passport control took place,no information was provided as to what caused the delay;after the passport control we had to wait again for about 15min.The late take off resulted in me narrowly missing my train home"

Ulemper: "Priority: advantage only on call. Afterwards no adantage afterwardsroom for hand luggage"

Ulemper: "Altough I bought prioroty boarding, the ground handling staff did not take this into account so everybody boarded the same time."

Ulemper: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."

Ulemper: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."

Ulemper: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Fordeler: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Ulemper: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Ulemper: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."

Ulemper: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Fordeler: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Ulemper: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."

Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Ulemper: "But we paid for it with our luggage. The staff was extremely unhelpful. They sneak up on you with extra charges. Not worth it! Rather use my money for a better flight and be more comfortable. They didn't even have water on the flight that I could have without purchasing."

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Was told at boarding gate for a visa check stamp requirement. Admittedly it was mentioned in a casual way in the boarding pass,but wasn't a border control requirement. The airline could have done it there. But was denied boarding, waited for 6 hours to catch next flight and further connections."

Ulemper: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

Ulemper: "The fact that qhen i bought on your app it said 23euro and when i got in the airport i had to pay 165euro to get on board... wth??? Still don’t understand that part would you be able to refund me that part since you didnt told the real cost.. thanks"

Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."

Fordeler: "A lot of people seem to hate flying Ryanair and yes the airline has its list of cons. But I really like their Cabin crew. They help out inside the aircraft with luggage space etc. and are generally very good with customers I haven't seen this level of service even with non-budget airlines."

Ulemper: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"

Fordeler: "It was very speedy and the crew were helpful, it was value for money."

Fordeler: "Boarding and deboarding were both a little hectic. Crew was pleasant and spoke both english and Italian."
Ulemper: "The cabin seems cramped, and seats not comfortable. My knees were hitting the seat in front of me, and I'm only 6'. Luckily my flight was only 1.5 hours."

Fordeler: "Got me to Barcelona with time to spare."
Ulemper: "Realized I could've taken my baggage on board and stored it overhead after I watched larger bags than mine stored over head. I was given the impression I had to pay baggage fee."

Fordeler: "I love Ryan air prices , my flight was almost on time . Crew very welcoming and helpful , as usual ."
Ulemper: "For me , don't change Allstate good , thank you ."

Ulemper: "Being left standing on the stairs inside the airport in Poland."

Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."
Ulemper: "Add-on costs...though still added to a little less than alternative."

Ulemper: "Delayed on both sides. Boarding process started too late and was extremely inefficient. Roof was leaking during the flight."
