Fordeler: Ryanair is different...the crew sells perfume and lottery tickets during the flight.
Ulemper: The board in BUD said flight was delayed...no gate info. Then I noticed people in the area frantically getting up...witching 5 min there was no gat to a message that said boarding...last call! We frantically got to our gate which was a large metal pole building...where we stood for 30 plus minutes.
Fordeler: The airline took us to the right destination
Ulemper: Departure was 62 minutes late that we had to wait already sitting in the plane. Boarding took hours and part of the crew looked totally inexperienced handling any issue that came up including announcements.
Fordeler: Flight took off on time
Ulemper: Seats are very uncomfortable
Ulemper: I had previously checked in on line to avoid the fee at the airport just to be charged the fee. It was very inconvenient and had to pay for something I had already paid for online. I’m very displeased and upset

Fordeler: i had room, the flight was on time, and the crew friendly.
Ulemper: Got what I expected.
Fordeler: I had to wait almost an hour for my bags. This ridiculous.
Fordeler: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Ulemper: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.
Fordeler: The security check was fast.
Ulemper: The bus from the plane to the airport.
Fordeler: Worried that the flight wouldn’t make it due to the weather, but except for a little delay everything was very good!
Fordeler: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.
Ulemper: We will seriously think of a different air line
Ulemper: Seat assignments is a problem for me to come to the airport early.
Fordeler: As usual in Dubai airport everything was perfect
Ulemper: No WiFi on plane Half menu was not available No blankets, no pillows on the plane. Even paid ones Crew didn’t help me to find a place for my hand luggage ( I had only one ☝️) She said it is my responsibility
Fordeler: Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that.
Ulemper: Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather.
Fordeler: Unconfortable seats,poor food,no cans of soda or bottles of water.No even close to business class.Clean ,new plane,nice attendants

Fordeler: The airplane was modern and well kept. The crew were attentive and kind.
Ulemper: Nothing - our flight out was great!

Fordeler: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Ulemper: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.
Fordeler: Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair.

Ulemper: One automat in the boarding area was malfunctioning and the lady working just gasped and looked bored. But we was seated in time anyway.

Ulemper: Flight London to Madrid over 2 hours late !!!! Could not print boarding pass at home Had to queue for an excessively long time at boarding Boarding by bus (???!!!) Was refused a glass of water 40 minutes before landing under the pretext that landing is "imminent"

Fordeler: The service was friendly and professional, and we had he smoothest landing and takeoffs I've ever had with any airline before.
Fordeler: Very professional and friendly staff. Flight was around 1am and there was no pushing of raffles and so on just left us alone to rest during the flight. Mood lighting on aircraft was great as well.
Ulemper: Nothing.
Fordeler: Quick boarding, pleasant crew
Ulemper: Small propeller plane with very limited room, no in-flight service,
Fordeler: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.
Ulemper: the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost
Ulemper: flight was delayed, missed connecting flight. new flight they gave me was also delayed, almost missed connecting flight again
Ulemper: They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line.
Ulemper: I needed to cancel the flight a month before, and I got no refund

Fordeler: Nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service and willingness to understand that we already paid for baggage, yet forced us to pay again.
Ulemper: We purchased tickets with baggage. Was forced to pay for baggage again at the airport. The people were rude, unwilling to work with us and almost made us miss our flight. We travel all the time and this was hands down one of the WORST experiences I have ever had

Ulemper: they charge priorety and seat a jot of money. i payed 180 euros for the ticket flight.but there was not any prirety like it was in my flight from budapest to ovda.i also pay to the seat and before taking off sll the payed seat become full and the stuff did not care. Ulemper: Weight limit and fees for cabin luggage is excessive. I had to pay twice for priority bording so I could bring my carry on and then they tell me it does not fit the required size. Never again I’m flying RyanAir and ever coming to France.

Ulemper: Ryanair are fleecing customer regarding the wheelie carry on bag. Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option.
Fordeler: The aircraft seats were really comfortable.
Ulemper: We could have been boarded on time instead of early so we could sit a bit more to wait

Ulemper: Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok.

Ulemper: No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay.
Ulemper: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Ulemper: I assumed we got a meal, but perhaps I'm mistaken there.
Fordeler: Great food, excellent crew, pillow, blanket, water bottle... what more could i ask for?
Ulemper: Mildly annoying advertisements for the in- flight shopping during the movies and overhead
