We were exited with the promptness and excellent sevices provided during our flight we were allotted and home the same sitting will be allotted during our return journey we regret to inform that one of our suitcases lock were broken and a lot of items were missing even one of our hand carry baggage. Which was given due to lack Of. Weight and was not locked was opened and a few of wrist waches and perfumes were opened we were not provided any wheel chair at Qatar airport waited a long time to be transported to. Other terminal to catch our flight to Kolkata so this is bad experience
Food and entertainment needs to be updated. I understand the majority of clients but not everyone can eat spicy food . I wish they have some sandwiches snacks or kids friendly food.

Airplane A380-800 is too big, fully booked. Too many people everywhere, which made me nervous due to Covid-19 infection risks. But food was good, and toilets were fine.

Other than that service is better, than modt of US airlines. I flight frequently and I have boarded Emirates before, economy and business, I feel that they do not deserve best airline qualification for economy, fir example KLM is much better."

Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

I asked the flight attendant if I could be reseated and she said the plane was full and there were no open seats. She eventually found me a middle seat in the back of the plane, which was so cramped I could harpy move. For a 10 hours flight, not good. I have gold status on Star Alliance, which got me an upgrade from Bishkek to Istanbul, but didn't help on this flight."

The food on both legs of my flight (New York to Istanbul to Nice and the return) was actually very good -- this was the second time I've flown on Turkish Airlines and I look forward to flying again."

They said it didn't matter who's fault it was. So my entire trip got cancelled. So I can't rate the flight, but unless you can guarantee you won't miss the flight, I would not recommend taking the risk of losing all your money and ruining your trip."

Loved business class. Unfortunately I was travel sick on the flight as a little bumpy. The crew could have been better as asked for water and it never came. I waited until the breakfast was served and was able to ask again.
I'm sure the crew was doing the best they could. The main problem was that the Philadelphia airport was extremely congested. We sat on the plane for an hour and 15 minutes before being able to take off. It didn't help, that I had flown from Paris that morning, to Philadelphia and then to CMH to get home, so had had a really long day already. Flying is just not a fun experience anymore. I'm 70, so remember the days when the planes were spacious, meals were served, pillows and blankets were offered and we didn't have to stand in endless long lines every step of the way. Alas.

Ulemper: "Legroom could be better"
Fordeler: "Crew was nice and food was decent. Flight left a little late but made up time in the air so arrived timely."
Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic - after having first class and preferred passengers board, it was a free for all for all other passengers, which doesn't make a lot of sense and caused a long line. Due to a malfunctioning piece of equipment, the plane was about 90 degrees during boarding and while waiting for takeoff, which was pretty miserable. Temperature was fine after takeoff. The plane itself was very old, seats were cramped, and the screens for movies/tv (and selections themselves) were very poor, which is disappointing for an 8 hour flight. There were no power hookups either, which my Aer Lingus flight a few days beforehand offered. Finally, the passenger in front of me put his seat back while the plane was boarding, making it a struggle to get into my seat while boarding and to get out of it to let others in my aisle out from time to time for the restroom. Can't really blame the last one on the airline, but it added to the misery."
Ulemper: "Hot plane no free drinks or snacks."
Fordeler: "This was my first time on an Airbus A380 and I must say that I'm still in awe of how an aircraft this large can be so quiet and smooth, let alone get in the air. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment was great and the food (depending on what you got) was okay. The inflight crew was nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "Economy seats are very uncomfortable. I am 6'4 and there isn't that much space. It's even worse when you have a kid sitting in front with his seat reclined all the way back - so the little room I had to start with became even worse. Not to mention he kept rocking his chair back in forth, passed gas about 5 times, felt the need to stretch his arm behind him 3 times so his hand was blocking my screen. I really never got comfortable in my seat during the 11 hour flight. For a plane this large, i would of expected a little bit more comfort, especially when I felt it on AA 777"
Fordeler: "It arrived in Greece on time, good landing."
Ulemper: "Arrived in Greece for daughter's wedding. They lost all 14 family members luggage for 4 days!! Received our luggage 6PM the night before wedding, which caused terrible distress for the Bride especially and all 14 family members. Imagine being in Greece for 4 days with nothing but the clothes you traveled in. Horrible!! Will never buy a BA ticket again."
Fordeler: "Did reasonably well for a large flight. Crew is courteous."
Ulemper: "The check-in ground crew does not appear knowledgeable nor cared for the details. We are a party of 5 with US and Canadian passports and Green cards which understandably the check-in process is not "standard." They should be more alert of the situation and help us along with the check-in process more appropriately instead of directly some of us one way and others another way and when pressed, they gave very unsatisfactory answers."
Ulemper: "Cancelled flight"
Ulemper: "Went to the wrong place and then had to have wheelchair service to get me to the gate on time! Which he did for which I am most grateful! Am not familiar with European customs for travel!"
Ulemper: "The plane boarded late due to a leak sprung in the AC system. Therefore, we didn't have AC for approximately 30 minutes. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable flight."
Fordeler: "NOTHING: we didn't make it to this flight"
Ulemper: "We didn't make this flight due to fog. Had it waited about 25 minutes before departing (and knowing there were at least 4 passengers on route that were delayed from Paris CDG) we would have made it"
