The wifi didn't work the entire trip. Also, I got rammed with a service cart because the flight attendant said he didn't see me."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for 47 minutes and the boarding was a mess because they changed the plane at the last minute and everybody's seats were mixed. Then it was understood that there's over booking on the flight then they again lost time for searching for volunteers to drop their flight and take a further flight."

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

When we finally took the bus to the plane, we waited on the bus more than 15 minutes in 90 degree weather, with the doors open! The crew outside were very rude and dismissive. The crew"

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Fordeler: "Everything on the plane seems clean and well maintained - nothing is broken, worn or soiled. Lufthansa spends a little more effort than other airlines to cut down on waste when it comes to their in-flight food service (real silverware and reuseable dishes). The Munich airport is by far more convenient than Frankfurt when making connections in Germany."
Ulemper: "I was a bit disappointed with the limited seat availability/choices. If you cannot check in online several hours ahead of the departure you are typically left with center/middle seats in the area of the plane."
Ulemper: "The quality of food was pitiful, not to say gross, in the economy class. I'm comparing Lufthansa to other European airlines and to what Lufthansa used to be. Alcohol was of the most basic quality. Yes, I know, it was economy class, but it's gone down. Entertainment was hardly better. No new movies and the variety of what was available was poor. Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. These people know how to do hospitality and make you want to come to their country."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Fordeler: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."

Ulemper: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
Fordeler: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

Ulemper: "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

Ulemper: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."
Ulemper: "the staff at the disk was so bad they charge me for extra weight more than what it should be they try to change the currency from turkish lira to euro then to my country currency just to collect more charge???. also when I paid by my visa card they didn't give me my recipt which mean they did something dicey."
