I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Ulemper: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Ulemper: "The seats are very uncomfortable. The individual screens are simply outdated like you basically will damage your eyes looking at them. No chargers for phones."
Fordeler: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."
Ulemper: "The seats in economy were a little too small for a 12 hour flight"
Fordeler: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."
Fordeler: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Ulemper: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."
Ulemper: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Ulemper: "Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride.."
Fordeler: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Ulemper: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Ulemper: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."

Fordeler: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Ulemper: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Ulemper: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Ulemper: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"

Ulemper: "They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset"
Ulemper: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive."

Ulemper: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Fordeler: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Ulemper: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Ulemper: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."
Fordeler: "We arrived safely"
Ulemper: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Ulemper: "Boarding luggage no more that 32 cm, all comune boarding luggage are 34-38, they did on purpose to charge u €40 more on ticket, I saw at List 20 people charged for that."

Ulemper: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."
Ulemper: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"

Ulemper: "i was surprised by the high extra charge we have been requested to pay for the suitcases. Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"

I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.

Ulemper: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Ulemper: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

Ulemper: "The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."

Fordeler: "Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter."
Ulemper: "I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste."
Fordeler: "We had priority - so easy We did not eat or drink- should have N/A"

Fordeler: "Nothing, flying with this airline is a total NIGHTMARE!!!"
Ulemper: "The people at the counter is very rude and inflexible, they do not help you in anyway and they just want to charge you all the fees they can in a very disrespectful way! As customers we should not pay super high extra fees for checking in at the airport. When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Fordeler: "It was a great fly, crew were polite....."
Ulemper: "The boarding proces was awfull...!!"
Fordeler: "Flight was on time departure."
Ulemper: "Very rude crew"
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "First they asked us to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight, sadly the staff did t arrive and didn't open the ticket counter until 2 hours before the flight. Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."
Ulemper: "Getting through security was ridiculously slow and crowded. We would have missed our flight but the wonderful agent at the gate called a special bus for us to get to the plane."
Fordeler: "Price"
Ulemper: "We had a 5 hour delay and were given absolutely no information. No one came to tell us what was going on, and we had to run all over the airport to find someone who worked for Ryanair to try to find help. Even when we finally located the "customer service" desk, they had no idea what was going on and were unable to help us. All they could offer was a "lunch voucher" but they sent us to the wrong café, which didn't know what we were talking about. Beyond this, the hassle of trying to figure out how much your luggage weighs while you are traveling (we had no access to a scale) isn't worth it. Would NEVER fly this airline again."
Fordeler: "Comfort and crew was good"
Ulemper: "Not being able to have mobile boarding pass is stressful.. almost missed flight due to communication while checking in. I would not like to fly this airline again through Europe due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed and will choose EasyJet next time."
Fordeler: "got to Rome 5 hours late"
Ulemper: "This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!"
Fordeler: "On time, low cost base ticket fare"
Ulemper: "Hidden fees, such as paying 55 euros for a carry-on bag that they claim did not fit in their ridiculously small box at the check-in gate. But, we were the only ones targeted for this additional fee (other travelers had much bigger bags, and were not charged the fee). I assume it's because we had US Passports, while the others were local travelers. Warning: you will pay low ticket prices, but they will burn you on added fees. Consider all hidden fees when comparing prices."
Ulemper: "No food, long delays and unexpected costs"
Fordeler: "price flexible with luggage"
Ulemper: "-- boarding process is terrible with very long lines in all Ryanair. -- not enough room for the allowed luggage, and this masses the aircraft -- other that EU people cannot use mobile boarding pass and must print it, which is stressful for flying away from home/office for more than 4 days, and with no airport kiosk to print it - some people were really stressed by the threat to pay 47$ for a flight that costs less than that, just since they could not print the pass in the hotel."
Fordeler: "Liked nothing. Only booked this airline because of the price."
Ulemper: "Online baggage size requirements were different from the baggage sizing containers at the airport (at the airport they were smaller), so despite having a bag smaller than what's listed online I was forced to pay to check it at the gate, and they were rude about it to top it off. Boarding was disorganized and slow, and we arrived late because of it."
Ulemper: "Tardiness! I have taken 2 different flights and BOTH were late! Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers."
Ulemper: "Over crowded. Uncomfortable seats"
Ulemper: "Way overpriced! We were charged excessive additional money after we booked"
Fordeler: "The people were polite"
Ulemper: "Why do you have to go to one counter to pay for your checked bag then another to actually check it in? Flight was delayed. Flight was full so I had to check my carry on bag. Took way longer overall than expected and costs more than expected"
Fordeler: "The flight was fine"
Ulemper: "They charge you for everything and it's outrageous, if you don't check in before and print or have the boarding pass on your phone, they charge you $45 euros!"
