Ulemper: "Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food."

Ulemper: "Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather."

Ulemper: "The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs."

Fordeler: "Once departed, the flight was about as average as any Ryanair flight can get. Crew were friendly and apologised on numerous occasions for the delay, and on arrival deboarding and getting to the terminal was swift and had no delay."
Ulemper: "Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out."
Ulemper: "The seats could have been more comfortable. Lots of people were separated from their party because they refused to pay to book their seats. One man had two small children and his wife was seated in the rear section. Some common sense when organising seat allocation please!!"

Ulemper: "My wife was not allowed to board the flight. because her passport expires in april, we was told by ryanair in a phone call that this would not be a problem,then when she tried to board she was refused. thanks ryanair you cost us a lot of money and caused a lot of stress. you just lost another customer. why not make it clear that a person needs 90 days on their passport if you are going to enforce these purile rules."

Ulemper: "A 5 hour Ryanair flight is a terrible thing... Delayed 35 mins, kept the cabin lights on and sold fags for the whole flight, even though we took off at 8:30pm. They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

Fordeler: "Just the Flight crew...They were ok..."
Ulemper: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"

Fordeler: "We arrive safely"
Ulemper: "There was a delay in boarding but no communication from any of the five members of staff at the boarding gate as to why. I also purchased priority boarding but we were not seperated from the crowd."
Fordeler: "The price of the flight was fair. I had booked 4 days in advance and overall the seat was comfy, leg room was good and flight crew okay and apologetic about the delays."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by nearly an hour. The boarding staff member was rather rude and loved talking about how much Ryanair always delayed at the moment, which I felt was odd to be bragging about how the company you're working for isn't performing well and my suitcase was damaged and now has a rather large hole in its side"

Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Fordeler: "Late departure from Dublin as expected But it was 30 min, anyways the flight made up time and only arrived 5 minutes late. The staff were very helpful also"
Ulemper: "The new slimline seats are very uncomfortable when seated for anything longer than an hour, the cushioning is very light and the angle of the seat is not as comfortable as the old ryanair seats. Also there was a long delay in Ciampino at the baggage belts considering the airport was empty - i know this is more a problem with the Airport but ryanair would surely have enough pull to get this sorted."
Fordeler: "Just a pleasant flight with pleasant crew. Couldn't ask for more!!"
Ulemper: "Hadde ikke noe igjen hverken vått eller tørt, bare vodka og småbokser med blandevann"
Fordeler: "Fell asleep and was not woken up. Good flight"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable enough for a short haul flight. Hostesses were fine I didn't have the need to deal with them tbh not very happy looking"
Ulemper: "Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"

Fordeler: "A lot of people seem to hate flying Ryanair and yes the airline has its list of cons. But I really like their Cabin crew. They help out inside the aircraft with luggage space etc. and are generally very good with customers I haven't seen this level of service even with non-budget airlines."
Ulemper: "the cold outside and the doors left open."
Ulemper: "We were forced to put our carry on luggage in the hold despite the fact that was loads of room in the overhead lockers. This is such a tedious new trend clearly designed to increase stress and anxiety around the boarding process (and extract more cash for priority boarding). Add to that the extra effort they take to seat you separately even when checking in together... unless of course you pay extra. Shame on you."
Fordeler: "The flights are good value and relatively comfortable."
Ulemper: "Due to mass cancellations we had days worrying if we were able to go on holiday our holiday or get the return flight home. They got the planes at the wrong gates so our flights were delayed for and hour, a passenger being sick very close to us was not moved away into a quieter area of the plane. Our luggage was damaged when we picked it up."
Fordeler: "She was the most miserable and unfriendly person I have ever met! Why has she chosen a customer facing role?????"
Ulemper: "Air stewards, all very chatty amongst themselves but no time for their customers!!"
Fordeler: "Priority boarding was great."
Ulemper: "Flights delayed significantly on outward and return journeys with no one providing any detail regarding next steps or estimated departures. But it was alright once things got moving."
Fordeler: "Crew jokes eased the tension after the flight was delayed"

Fordeler: "Flight was comfortable, from a flying point of view."
Ulemper: "The "preboarding method". Waiting standing up for an hour. Comfort on board is quite "Spartan", meaning not enough room for anything, no amenities for free, etc, etc..."
Fordeler: "Nothing to brag about really"
Ulemper: "The plane was 30 mins late setting off. Food as an extra was terrible. And the seats are narrow and uncomfortable."

Fordeler: "Crew were competent and happy, not overworked, dour or dim."
Ulemper: "Big queues to board, followed by bus transfer to plane => first ones to stand in line at the last ones off the bus to board the plane. My fault really, but why encourage people to stand in a queue for 30 mins at all?"
Fordeler: "All good - typical Ryanair - on time , comfortable , good crew , no frills - perfect price"
Ulemper: "Nothing !"
Fordeler: "The flight was speedy and the plane was one of the new ones with a new interior, which was a nice change from the flight out to Germany."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was hectic and disorganised, the plane set off late as Ryanair always do, there were incredibly loud and rude customers onboard which the staff did nothing about. The seats weren't comfortable at all and the headrests were awful. Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"
