I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.

Ulemper: "The seats could have been more comfortable. Lots of people were separated from their party because they refused to pay to book their seats. One man had two small children and his wife was seated in the rear section. Some common sense when organising seat allocation please!!"

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Fordeler: "Once we boarded, we had to wait 45 minutes to take off. Apparently, there was a problem w/ air traffic control, but no one said anything until about 25 minutes of waiting."
Ulemper: "The flight crew in the cabin were very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful."

Ulemper: "Contentious costumer service reps, argumentative and on the offence, unwilling to HEAR the customer. Otherwise ok."

Fordeler: "The flight was much better than expected because all of the bad reviews that Ryan air gets. Seemed like a normal flight without the extras."
Ulemper: "Have to take the bus from aircraft to terminal."

Ulemper: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."
Fordeler: "The flight left on-time. The plane had 2 entrances so that helped with boarding."
Ulemper: "Seats didn't recline. No entertainment of any kind."

Ulemper: "Takeoff was delayed by 1 hour due to what seemed like a totally preventable clerical error (in pairing a piece of checked luggage and a passenger). This delay reduced our transit options on arrival and also inconvenienced our host. The flight was overheated and uncomfortable. At the freight-level prices, I wasn't expecting food or entertainment, and I was aware the flight would be full, but I was expecting at the least a functional temperature control or effort to use it. Especially during the hour we idled on the tarmac prior to takeoff."

Ulemper: "We had a 9:15 am flight, we had bought one 15kg luggage for check in beforehand and we each had our own carry on (group of us 3) given that we had an early flight and it took us over an hour to get to our airport we had very limited time to get through check in and security to board our plane. Upon access to our boarding gate they would not let us in due to the size of 2 of our carry on. We understand it is policy for them to fit into the carry on fitment test in order for it to be free so we were then directed to pay extra for our carry on and have them checked in. By this time it was 8:40am, the person in charge for checking in luggage said it was closed and to let the boarding agents know that we can get through. Although we told them this (lots of going back and forth wasting more time) the boarding agent said it didn't matter and we needed some sort of proof that they said it was ok. We had no idea what to do then since they wouldn't let us check in our carry on nor get through the boarding gate & pretty much getting brushed off whenever we tried to ask if there were any other options. Finally by 8:50 we decided to take out some items and carried them. Through the security line we see a lady with a carry on almost twice the size of ours! Very frustrated with how things were dealt with considering they knew our plane was about to depart, our experience was a complete nightmare & will most likely not be flying with Ryanair again"

Ulemper: "We pay 135 euros por Boarding Passed and a piece of luggage very small. What an INSULTED!!!!. We felled abused and assaulted. NEVER more... What a mistake. We are Frecuently Travel around the world and we telled that to aour friends. Again????...No Thanks!!!"
Ulemper: "Paid for priority boarding and reserved 1st row seats to be as stress free as possible. They had a priority line and a regular line and took both lines at the same time and herded us onto a bus. I ended up getting on the plane after 30 people who didn't pay for priority and finding room for luggage was a mess. You have to jump out of your seat upon arrival to try and gettting back to your luggage. Just know that Ryan Air is a cattle car. Seats are small and padding is long gone. I frankly expected that, but didn't anticipate the priority fee being a fraud."
Fordeler: "It's a cheap flight and I was only traveling with a carry on."
Ulemper: "I don't understand the mandatory online check-in. While traveling you don't always have wifi and it can complicate check-in. I paid 50 Euros to check-in at the airport. Boarding can also be a little chaotic between priority and other. It's not worth it to buy priority, it doesn't make much of a difference."
Fordeler: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Ulemper: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Ulemper: "We had a RT from Rome to Athens. When we returned we arrived at 11pm with a flight at 6am. I had intended to go to a hotel 0.2 mile away, but when we got there and I found out I had to pay a min $50 fee to the cab to leave the airport, I balked. We considered just waiting it out in the airport; until midnight when they suddenly cleared the airport of all the people waiting for transfers and had everyone wait outside on the sidewalk (no seating or anything). I was in shorts and it was 45F. Sigh. Both going to and coming from Athens boarding was more like a riot. I was told it was because Italians were hot blooded. Whatever. I awaited bloodshed. My mother is 73 and we had asked for assistance with boarding. We waited as people filled the hall, surrounded the podium, and slowly were shoved on board, and still no wheelchair or assistance. We kept being told to calm as the gate closed and the departure time passed. Eventually a very nice man got mom loaded like cargo and it was kind of fun, but I didn't get the impression that the airport or Ryanair were a particularly well oiled machine. As usual, arm + leg for baggage. No free drinks and teh entertainment was a non stop cavalcade of sales from the overhead of everything from perfume to lottery tickets. If I had a long trip in a city and wanted to take a short jump to a Ryanair city with my skivvies in my purse, this is a great airline. It's crappy in every way, but cheap. But, if you want a suitcase or food or a seat that doesn't worry you about it's cleanliness and give you leg cramps for weeks, pony up for the extra."

Ulemper: "had to pay E.45 extra at the counter because "didn't pre-check online", which feels like there is no point in even trying to use cheap tickets if they charge you for extra things without a warning"
