Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"
Ulemper: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Ulemper: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."
Fordeler: "The crew were just amazing, such lovely male stewards! They were helpful and friendly and generally wonderful."

Ulemper: "The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer."

Ulemper: "Boarding started before all the passengers of the previous flight were disembarked from the plane, so we had to wait in the tunnel that goes from the gate to the plane. Another very disappointing thing is that you cannot choose your seat, but you are given one randomly from the system."

Fordeler: "I appreciate that the flight time was short and we landed safely. It was convenient to be able to check in online and the app is straightforward to use. Outbound flight was pleasant and seamless."
Ulemper: "Return flight - No announcement, departure board update, explanation or apology for the delay in flight departure. Passengers were called to board and left waiting in line for over an hour with zero communication as to why we were unable to board our plane. This was my first time flying with Ryan Air and I was greatly disappointed. Budget airlines should not equate to budget customer service."
Ulemper: "Food was not offered and there was no entertainment but over all the flight was fine."

This made the situation a lot more stressful. Also, there is just way too many fees for an only hour long flight from Santorini to Athens. I will not fly ryanair ever again."

Ulemper: "The cabin seems cramped, and seats not comfortable. My knees were hitting the seat in front of me, and I'm only 6'. Luckily my flight was only 1.5 hours."
