Seems strange when there are so few flights because of corona that everyone is stuffed into a bus to drive out to the plane for boarding instead of using the airbridge. Not sure what the reason for that was. No problem with using the airbridge on arrival. The flight itself was otherwise fine.
Ulemper: "Cannot ask for more"
Fordeler: "The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you."
Ulemper: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."
Ulemper: "Flight was not on time so I didn’t make the rest of the flights. And tbd new airline lost my luggage."
Fordeler: "Crew was friendly and helpful, food was tasty and flight was nice and smooth."
Ulemper: "It would be wonderful to have all seats the same as first class for a long distance flight."

Fordeler: "The boarding process was short and quick. Entertainment choices were excellent."
Ulemper: "I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian meal but the food was just fine."
Ulemper: "Austrian Airlines cancelled my flight with no notice, technical difficulties. Woke up before 5 am and went to the airport to find out, then waited in line for two hours to get re-booked on a flight the next day. Really poorly done. No compensation. Would not recommend Austrian Airlines, ever. -Mark Cox"

Ulemper: "My selection in pasta... was not bad but it was bit dry other than that no complains....thanks for save trip."
Ulemper: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."
Fordeler: "Fast, organized boarding, on time departure. Crew was courteous. Good food for airline food. I have only had positive experiences with this airline."

Ulemper: "The food was not good at all and the entertainment selection was so limited. This was so weird because coming back from Vienna it was the complete opposite."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough."

Fordeler: "My flight to SJJ was rescheduled for the day later. However, Austrian ground services provided efficient service and support in finding suitable accommodation at the Vienna Airport."

Fordeler: "It's just normal seats with the middle seat blocked for Business class. It's not a true Business class seat by any definition. There is no entertainment system for this flight. I would choose to fly economy for this leg, if given the option as there is no added value to the Business class."
Fordeler: "If you have to fly coach, this was the way to go. The star were lovely, plane clean, food was good. Very nice flight from LAX to Vienna."
Ulemper: "Designs of Business Class seatings need some improvement. It seemed there was waste of useful space. Therefore, the area for Business Class seating was big but there were not enough space for everything."
Fordeler: "The crew was very very nice and flight was very quick."

Fordeler: "Left on time, exit row seats and a simple, yet adequate meal. The beverage cart came by a few times."
Ulemper: "No tv, maps or entertainment at all."
Ulemper: "The flight from Budapest to Vienna was delayed so we missed our connection to Tel Aviv. The behavior of the ground staff who were supposed to assist us was outrageous. They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."
Ulemper: "economy class eats sold as business class !!! very poor and cheap strategy --"
Fordeler: "The plane was comfortable even in economy. The crew were helpful and professional. Good food."
Ulemper: "We were boarded and then told we had to sit on the plane for 45 minutes before take off. It's possible this way beyond the crew's control, but still would've been better to wait in the airport. Also, the movie selection was smallish compared to some other airlines."
Fordeler: "Food, entertainment."
Ulemper: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."
Ulemper: "I did my fligh because I was in the hospital I have send a mail to kayak and to the agent I have booked the flight with No one got back to me yet!!!!!!!"
Fordeler: "Great flight! Excellent service! Excellent food and beverages! Would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone."

Ulemper: "Policies on bringing stroller differed between each trip. And they were not polite about it."
