Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Fordeler: "Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight."

What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."
Ulemper: "The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket."

Fordeler: "The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help."
Ulemper: "More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight."
Fordeler: "The crew was very nice and friendly. I was not expecting walking down to the tarmac to board the plane. But flight was uneventful."
Ulemper: "Checking in didn’t open until 2 hours before plane was scheduled to take off. Really? We got to airport early so we could eat dinner. You are depriving the airport of revenue. Not to mention we had to stand there for over an hour. And then just one agent showed up. Terrible service and planning."

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Ulemper: "There were several babies crying for at least 2/3 hours and of course it is not the fault of the crew or airline. But that definitely left a lot of people dissatisfied with an overnight flight in which we are hoping to rest before arriving in Copenhagen. Seats are getting smaller and smaller. Spaces are very tight but that seems to be the norm with all airlines"

Ulemper: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Ulemper: "Service was poor and seats were uncomfortable. There were only 4 flight attendants for the entire flight. It took over an hour for our food to be served after we received our drinks. The food was not good at all. The movie options were not the best either. Also, it was so hot during the entire flight especially once we landed and taxied for 30 minutes. I flew SAS to Europe and really enjoyed my flight but this experience makes me never want to fly SAS again!"
Fordeler: "I purchased Plus and found it a good value. My seat on the overseas leg was comfortable -- though it could have reclined better. The food & drink service was conducted as at an elegant restaurant."
Ulemper: "No food service whatsoever. Not even a bag of pretzels or peanuts. You have to pay for soft drinks. Really? A can of soda costs less than 50 cents. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Soap dispenser was empty for the entire duration of the flight. No entertainment."
Ulemper: "I hated flying on easyjet, there was NOTHING easy about it. hidden fees, horrible service, and flight delays. I am never flying with them again"
Fordeler: "I chose SAS since I have used this airline on most of my travels to Norway. It has been without any problems and I highly recommend it. The staff all try to make you comfortable and do not hesitate to get whatever you ask for. I have no plan to change plane. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office. I know they are very busy like any other airlines but please return our calls and answer questions as we are fully entitled to their attention using their airline. . Thank you."

Fordeler: "That the person with whom I would have shared seats, found one with their party - had all the space...by chance ! The people at the counters are nice."
Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "The staff on both transatlantic flights were absentee. While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!"

This is our second time flying Norwegian and a second disappointing flight. The first time the entire flight was cancelled and the airline failed to get us to our destination (we had to book a separate flight ourselves and seek reimbursement—still waiting for it). The savings just isn’t worth the poor customer service. Returning to Delta and American. It was a mistake to switch to Norwegian. Lesson learned."
Fordeler: "The smoothest flight that I ever had! Thank you Norwegian airlines."
Ulemper: "The crew was inattentive. No one checked seat belts or chair positions at takeoff or landing. To the crew, the passengers were non existent . I had cold air blowing on me throughout the trip and asked that the direction of the air be changed. After my request, I never saw the crew member again and I spent a five hour flight with my hair blowing in the wind. The crew enjoyed their own company partying in the “kitchen “ without caring that passengers could hear their conversations at 2:00 in the morning. Again, inattentive and unkind!"
Fordeler: "Flight and accommodations in premium."
Ulemper: "This particular boarding was a fiasco. Since it was my first flight with them, I don’t know if this is the norm or an exception. However, the lack of explanation for the delay in the boarding line into the aircraft was inexcusable."
Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Fordeler: "Super nice clean plane Friendly accommodating attendance"
Fordeler: "Replacement flight was good, just 24 hours too late. The flight was handled by Privilege Airlines (Spanish) which went smoothly."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed several times, from 17:10 to about midnight when it was cancelled. We were given very little info and didn''t learn about replacement flight until 2 AM next day which was then scheduled for 17:10 the next day, 24 hours later. We ended up staying in airport for extra 24 hours (couldn't fine hotel w/i 30 mi.). Basic problem was slow decision making and poor communications"
Ulemper: "It was very late and we missed out our opera tickets."
Ulemper: "Charged for being slightly over luggage weight. Delayed by over an hour"
Fordeler: "I rute begge veier."
Fordeler: "Free entertainment on a long flight made up for other shortcomings."
Ulemper: "Zero complimentary services included with ticket as provided on other airlines I have flown with. Not even water. The flight attendants didn’t even acknowledge the passengers who did not pay for meals. Not once was I asked if I needed anything, not even a menu. Something I appreciate with other airlines. Another problem for me was the temperature in the plane. I was freezing and could not get warm. The airline required that I check my bags (the same bags I carry on with other airlines) so I could not access other layers. It was nice to see on my way out of the plane that all the first class passengers had blankets provide while everyoneone else was freezing. Thanks for even offering, Norwegian air."
Fordeler: "Very efficient, pleasant staff, new comfortable plane."
Ulemper: "I ordered food because it wasn't included in the cost. Food was TERRIBLE. Not worth the money. I'll bring my own food next time."
