Fordeler: "The aircraft (operating the route due to the COVID-19 shortage in traffic between the two cities) was extremely nice and quite/comfortable. The service was better than expected, as I didn't expect food to be served on dishes like it was during the pandemic. But it was amazing!"
Ulemper: "The crew didn't have their masks on sometimes when coming back into the cabin as they simply forgot (the new norm is hard to get used to) so maybe the airline can stress the mandatory use of face masks at ALL times. Furthermore, for my comfort of the flight (with COVID) the FA's should use gloves"
Ulemper: "The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem."

They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."

Fordeler: "I love that the connecting flight wasn't through Lufthansa. As the original flight was delayed so long, I had to fly home on another airline."
Ulemper: "That Lufthansa didn't actually get me on my connecting flight. That's what I didn't like about this flight: that it didn't happen."
Fordeler: "Getting off! Ok, i have to use 50 characters... i also liked the check-in counter staff in Orlando."
Ulemper: "I have flown on many budget airlines that were more comfortable than this flight. Hard uncomfortable chairs with a lack of leg space (and I'm only 1.70m). The food was poor and the service was worse- i pressed my call button for a drink mid-flight and it kept getting cancelled without a steward coming. Finally, after pressing the call button about 10 times a steward came and begrudgingly brought me a drink. Choice of movies was poor."
Ulemper: "The food was not enough, not taste. For 11 hours only two meals. I wanted to change my meal with another they refused"

Ulemper: "My male neighbor was hanging in my seat :( No normal milk for my coffee - only cream and I don't like cream"

Ulemper: "No notification to us, we found out through the news as we were checking in 24 hours prior. Thrived calling Lufthansa - their message actually told me to call back. When I tried to go online, our booked flight didn't even show up to change or cancel. Booked another flight from another city (Amnsterdam) at my own expense. Expect compensation from Lufthansa."
Fordeler: "Lufthansa always departs and lands on time or early. The seats are comfortable and the crew is even better. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and my wife, since we were sitting all the way in the back, and they repeatedly apologized and brought us something from business class to make up for it. The layover time was also very short compared to other airlines I looked up. I will try to fly with them again in the future!"
Fordeler: "The coach seats were much more comfortable than Air Canada's. The flight was without incident. Staff were great! Accommodating, friendly and efficient! Incredible choices of movies, news, etc controlled by individual passenger."

Ulemper: "unable to select seats at booking until 24 hours before and even then, was unable to do so for the US to Hamburg leg"
Fordeler: "On time and highly efficient as you would expect from the Germans. Airplane was clean and nice. Airport and boarding was very good too."
Ulemper: "Food left much to be desired but not horrible. They said they were short on crew staff (weird - first time I've heard of it) so service was a little slower than usual but not bad. Seats continue to get smaller and thinner which means less comfort for such a long haul flight. The seating arrangement is probably worst at this airline. I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."
Fordeler: "When we were at the gate to claim our boarding passes, we were surprised to be told that we have been invited to business class!!! My family were so happy at this and truly enjoyed the comfort of service we received."
Ulemper: "When asked about the meal selection, the flight attendant, her name was COLA, told me that she would have to check if my selection was still available. I was surprised she only asked ME and no one else in the row in front or behind me. She did come back to tell me she found one for me but almost everyone else I could see had the same meal."
Fordeler: "I had some issues that prevented me from making my first flight, and Lufthansa figured it all out for me. They have my eternal gratitude. And then, the flight was comfortable and the attendants kind."
Ulemper: "As always, flying an international red eye can be stressful and sleepless. That's on me though - if I wanted more comfort I would have bought a larger seat."

Fordeler: "Flight was ok. It was short but loud. Service was good but seats were tight and no in flight entertainment."
Fordeler: "First meal was great, second meal was just ok. Seats felt a little cramped for an international flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding felt like a disorderly free-for-all with people making two competing lines that had to eventually merge. Designating a clear queue would probably not only speed things up, but would improve passenger happiness. You could literally draw a stripe on the floor for each entrance."

The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.

Fordeler: "La ponctualité."
Ulemper: "Variété des boissons proposées."
Ulemper: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."
Ulemper: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."
Ulemper: "Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping."
Ulemper: "No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not."
Fordeler: "Staff were friendly and seats in business were super comfortable."

Ulemper: "Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."
Fordeler: "I really liked my seat, but it was one of the only ones that didn't have a USB port."
Ulemper: "See above. Overall, very nice experience."

Ulemper: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"

Ulemper: "No room, boarding was slow, zero bag or legroom"
Ulemper: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Ulemper: "Tv screen is resolution is to low. Hard to see details."
Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."
Fordeler: "Nice staff, very professional and helpful."
Fordeler: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Ulemper: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."
Ulemper: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"
Fordeler: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Ulemper: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"
Fordeler: "It was quick, very good space in premium economy. Good and friendly service. The food was better than expected"
Ulemper: "The crew did not announce the score of soccer cup semi final between Belgium and France"
Fordeler: "Service was great, flight was on time and I really enjoyed everything"
Ulemper: "Little turbulence but overall it comes as usual so it was worth the flight"
Fordeler: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."
Ulemper: "I was asked to change my seat repeatedly"
Fordeler: "Punctual, not crowded."
Ulemper: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."
Fordeler: "None"
Ulemper: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Ulemper: "Food was AWFUL! Better to serve nothing"
Fordeler: "Efficient on and off Staff polite and helpful"
Fordeler: "Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination."
Ulemper: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."
Ulemper: "Air France lost my luggage and they can't find it in the computer system."
Fordeler: "1) USB charger and electric outlet 2) Availability of 2-across economy seats (for a price) 3) Vegetarian dinner option available and not too bad 4) Flight arrived on-time"
Ulemper: "1) No on-board wifi 2) Not much seating room - very thin 3) 45 minutes late taking off"
Fordeler: "Great crew"
Ulemper: "Food could be a bit better. White bread is unhealthy."
Fordeler: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."
Ulemper: "TV was too slow."
Fordeler: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Ulemper: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Fordeler: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Ulemper: "Scents. Perfumes. Products that have scents that irritate airways. Not good for asthma and allergies."
Fordeler: "Was upgraded to Business class, so the food was acceptable. Comfort score also reflects the Business class seat. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient."
Ulemper: "One bag did not arrive in Toronto, apparently delayed in Paris."

Ulemper: "The problem was outbound from Porto to Rome. Iberia lost 2 out of 3 bags and one took 24 hours to reach our Rome hotel and one took 48 hours to reach our Rome hotel."

Ulemper: "I had to call Kayak to get the confirmation code to check in online, as this was not provided by Kayak in their receipt for the eticket. Otherwise the flight was fine."
Fordeler: "Liked that each seat had its own screen for viewing and the selection of movies."
Ulemper: "We specifically paid and picked seats in advance towards the front of the plane and when we checked in at the counter the day of they reassigned us to different seats that they choose at the back of the plane without giving us any type of explanation for doing so. What was the point then in charging us extra to pick our seats?! Also when the person in front of you reclines their seat back you are left with very little room."
Fordeler: "Boarding process was smooth."
Ulemper: "-Uncomfortable seats. -Old plane-- broken baggage door produced delay of over an hour. Zero accommodations were made for us to make our connecting flight at London Heathrow, scheduled for 2 hours from the anticipated arrival time. We barely made it to the gate in time after going through security, etc."

Ulemper: "The fact one attendant didn’t empathize that I was unable to order my food and didn’t try to help me eat something and basically said too bad, I’m sorry.a pleasant surprise being"

Ulemper: "Missed my flight while waiting on a wheelchair. The lady was rude and yelling at customers because she didn't have what she needed to do her job."
Ulemper: "Had seat assignments, but the assignments were not honored at the airport, even though had paid external for early seat assignment."
Fordeler: "Food was good Entertainment system is very good. Good selection of movies with good sound Crew does a fine job"
Ulemper: "I am an American who flew roundtrip Chicago - Madrid. We (family of 3) still haven't received our lost luggage from 2 weeks ago. When we checked in at Madrid, one staff told us to ask about the luggage downstairs at the luggage retrieval, which we are not allowed into. I came back and another staff woman told us to immediately go through immigration, because it takes so long to get through. Since our luggage appears to be lost for good, we will never take Iberia again. Madrid airport is a nightmare! We arrived at Madrid airport 2 hr 20 min. before our flight. Because the distance from the check-in counter to the plane is unbelievably far, and we all have to wait in very long lines, and then take multiple trains, escalators, and finally a bus, and U.S. passengers have their passports checked twice in long lines, we got on to the plane barely in time, on "last call" 30 min. before it took off. We will never fly through Madrid again! On any other trip from Spain overseas, we will choose some other city in Spain to leave from."

Ulemper: "It was hot in there and the WiFi wasn’t working Besides that it was good"

Ulemper: "no legroom. the flight crew didn't look happy....they don't smile??"
Fordeler: "Good crew in providing good service with a smile. Smoth take off, flight and landing Good choices in dinner with wine"
Ulemper: "Below avera ge breakfast with no hot items besides cofee/ tea Poorly organized boarding. Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"

Ulemper: "After a delayed flight coming to Madrid, I was faced with an unbelievably long boarding control line, it seemed clear that I would miss my flight! Crew then stopped all people from going up to the security check point except those headed to London! But I was going to miss my flight to JFK also. This process was so poorly managed!!!! Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Overall experience was ok. Flight was overbooked and my travel partner was put on standby while I had a confirmed seat. Not sure how it happened. We were told the flight was booked separately but I booked on kayak.com. In the end we both got on the flight and was even able to exchange seats and sit together. Overall flight experience was good. It was a short 1.5 hour flight from Rome to Paris.

However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"

They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know."

Ulemper: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Ulemper: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Ulemper: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Ulemper: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Ulemper: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."
Fordeler: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Ulemper: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled and I was not notified or rerouted."
Ulemper: "I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to."
Fordeler: "Quick and cheap flight from Rome to Pairs for sightseeing"
Ulemper: "Boarding was moved at the time of boarding and sounds like that is normal so pay attention"

Fordeler: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

I had paid extra for priority boarding and seating but i ended up being one of the last people on the plane. It did not end up being an issue because there was plenty of ovwrhead space for my carryons but it could have been. Wifi would also be nice. Even if i had to pay wxtra for it."
Ulemper: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Ulemper: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."
