Fordeler: "I slept for most of the flight, and had space to lie down. I skipped the dinner, and the stewardesses did not wake me up at all, inspite of their serving most people on board. When I woke up close to landing, I asked for a cup of coffee, which the stewardesses made for me promptly. The flight was smooth, and the good night's rest was refreshing."

Ulemper: "Plane was late by more than 3 hours, the crew was not helpful at all and I didn't plan to have a 20h trip instead of 14h (missed my connected flight). I was traveling with a small (well behaved to add) child and didn't receive any extra help or positive attitude. Very dissapointed."
Ulemper: "Youth tickets were not an option while purchasing. We later found out that they exist and we qualify."
Ulemper: "Our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues on the plane, and we were not rescheduled for another flight until 28 hours after our original flight on a different airline. Our final destination was not the same since the flight was rescheduled to depart Washington so much later, and SAS had terrible customer service in trying to change the second connecting flight to Berlin instead of Hamburg. We talked to 5 different representatives from the airline before someone would accept responsibility and take action instead of passing it off to someone else/ another company."
Fordeler: "I liked that it was comfortable and that the crew did not constantly make announcements or wake you. They made boarding easy. I loved being able to utilize the lounge. My 4 hour layover was easy and relaxing."

Ulemper: "I was a little disappointing as to how much it costs to upgrade your seat, seeing that there were very few people in 1st class and business class I would have liked to upgrade for a more comfortable trip, but $400-600 is way too much to pay for an already expensive trip."

Faktisk så dårlig kundebehandling at finner ikke ord. Meget ubehagelig møte med SAS om kommer til å fortelle alle om hvor dårlig dere behandler mennesker. Flyr denne strekningen flere ganger i måneden men dette er noe av det værste jeg har opplevd. De ville ikke engang hjelpe med å kjøpe ny billett. Endte opp å fly med KLM, super service hos dem. Sitter å tenker jeg burde detaljere denne dårlige opplevelsen hos SAS på alle digitale plattformer."
Ulemper: "My flight was canceled the day before my departure via email. The customer service contact number for SAS did not work--I tried multiple times over the course of 12hrs+. The online help page gave a 404 error. I had no way of contacting anyone from SAS. Later that night (night before I was supposed to depart), I received another email saying I was booked on a United flight about 5hrs earlier than I planned on leaving. I had to cancel my morning plans with my wife to make the earlier flight. I never (still, a week later) was able to contact anyone from SAS."
Fordeler: "We were delayed leaving Chicago because of the weather, and so we got into Copenhagen late. The crew of this flight were kind enough to wait for me at the gate, even though it meant delaying the flight a bit. This was wonderful and greatly appreciated."
Fordeler: "The check-in was really easy, I didn't even require to print out the ticket, really nice flight and travel. 10/10 would recommend"

Ulemper: "They left the cabin lights on for the first two or three hours of the flight in order to serve a meal, which felt unnecessary because the flight left at 10:05 pm, and I was trying to sleep for the whole flight to avoid jet lag."

Ulemper: "Once I landed in Nice, my luggage didn't make it. Since I was in Monaco, I didn't get my luggage for 3 days with no extra clothes to wear. I called to complain and to see if I can get a voucher at least on future trips. I was given a number and when I called it they told me to email my complaint instead. I emailed and got a generic reply saying my email was received and no follow-up. Then I needed to change my return trip because of a last minute emergency. We called SAS and they told us we bought our tickets through a 3rd party and they couldn't tell us who it was. We figured out who they were and was told by this third party that they would have to charge us a minimum of $450 to change the ticket by them, and possibly more by SAS for the price difference. It didn't make any sense to me as to why an airline or a third party would rather waster a ticket since I wasn't able to leave on that day than to try to accommodate us fairly. I don't know who is going to read this email or if it is even going to to the right person. In the slight possibility it does, I would really like an answer to some of my complaints. The flight was good and so was the crew, it is the extra stuff I described above I have an issue with. I travel a lot for work and it would be sad if I had to no longer use your airline because of bad customer service."

Ulemper: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."
Ulemper: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."
Fordeler: "Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him."
Ulemper: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Ulemper: "Food could be better, or at least be provided an option to purchase an upgraded meal. Also, insufficient amount of drinking water provided to passengers."

Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"

Ulemper: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."
Fordeler: "All female crew in the cockpit - awesome."
Ulemper: "Non reclining seats"

Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and helpful- finding the proper terminal was fairly easy even without assistance got the tickets for a great price ( need to use an actual credit card as your bank card WILL NOT work for booking although the bank card will work in the shops with in the airport which made life nice as I was able to get a coffee shortly after exiting the plane"
Ulemper: "My only complaints are beyond the position and abilities of the air line or staff - although a few of the flight attendants seemed a bit tired"

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "boarding was easy as the airplane had three rows of three seats and the attendant showed us were to go."
Ulemper: "Entertainment. I was not aware that i would have to purchase headphones to enjoy the in flight entertainment. i ordered a meal months before when i booked my ticket. During the flight, i didnt receive my meal nor was made aware how to receive it once on the plane."

Fordeler: "Needed to check in bags 24 hrs before the flight and do it online otherwise you have to pay $100 at the airport instead of the normal $35. It was extremely difficult to even tell if I needed to pay for checked luggage at all, when I tried to login to checkin I got an error that said "A technical error has occured""
Ulemper: "Baggage fees are a total scam. $35 over 24 hours ahead of the flight paid online or $100 at the airport. No where does the ticket tell you this."

Fordeler: "Movies were free and food. Food was fine."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Check in was prompt, and easy. Boarding was quick and on time. Staff was pleasant. I don't know why they get bad reviews, their guidelines are easy to follow, and I've been lucky enough to have no problems with them yet."

Ulemper: "I would definitively avoid using this airline again. Multiple fctors. One kf them is the poor attending by the crew. Really bad service, water..3$?? Blanket 5$?? If you dont pay for food before your flight, crew totally ignores you when the deliver. They should offer a cup of water as minimum"

Ulemper: "Norwegian brought in a charter jet, there was no premium class even though I paid for a premium ticket. The seats were small, cramped and didn’t recline. They crew wasn’t helpful at all. Never flying Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."
Fordeler: "Delayed flights from US to Copenhagen, missed connection bt minutes and it took me THIRTY additional hours to get to my destination from original anticipated arrival time."
Ulemper: "Well, due to a delay from Bergen to Copenhagen, I barely made my Copenhagen to Boston connector flight. The crew did their part to make sure I didn't miss my connecting flight which was terrific, but my check-in baggage did not make it (I hope it is still in Copenhagen). Normally I wouldn't grade so hard, but my check-in luggage was also mishandled on my connecting flight two weeks ago from Copenhagen to Oslo, causing me to miss my initial Oslo to Tromsø flight and settle for a later one. So two mishandled check-in bags out of six flights over a three-week period is not a good ratio. To be honest, if my baggage appears tomorrow I will be annoyed but not too angry. If not and it's lost, well, I love Norway and Norwegian patience, but conscientiousness is a good thing, and Norwegian or not, carelessness is a bad thing. I hope my luggage arrives tomorrow so I can forgive and forget."
Fordeler: "787 dreamliner was ok"
Ulemper: "$260 dollars to check 2 carryon bags that weighed 11kilos and would have been allowed on any other airline for free...."
Ulemper: "Terrible customer service. They will change the requirements for check in multiple times to ensure you can't get on your flight. We had to book new flights and missed two days of our vacation because they wouldn't let us board the flight we originally paid for. They also refused to put us on another flight that night."
Fordeler: "Nothing. They have ruined our vacation."
Ulemper: "They would not allow my friends onto the flight because they were delayed getting in from a connection due to weather. Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."
