I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "Lost my luggage when the other 3 people who I am traveling with got theirs. Not sure what went wrong there. No SAS personnel was available, actually there was no airline counter even. I filed a lost and found report at the airport. I will contact the airline , hope they will find my bags or at least provide vouchers for my one week vacation."

Ulemper: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"

Ulemper: "We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying."

Ulemper: "My luggage didn't arrive to Helsinki and has been two days since I have inform and they said it was going to come the next flight but didn't sent it. I have been two days with the same cloths and no cleaning products, so disappointing they don't seem to care of all the inconvenience I have been experiencing."

Fordeler: "Most Improved Player - Finnair has done the best experience in overall long haul flights out of the 40plus airlines I have flown in the last 3 years; brand new planes, nice and diverse cabin crew, beautiful lightings videos details chocolates etc, best entertainment system in the industry, and things always go smooth in Helsinki airport. Awesome imrpovement over recent years."
Ulemper: "Big struggle for airlines still remains varying quality customer service. Finnair still seems to struggle with this occasionally. Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)"

Ulemper: "It was a bit confusing that the tv's came out out the seats, an announcement about that would have been helpful."

Fordeler: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."
Ulemper: "As for the downside, I had no significant disappointments on the long leg of my flight on Finnair. I hope my return flights will be just as good."

Ulemper: "On a 4 hour flight, food had to be purchased on board or (as I later learned) purchased and ordered in advance and this option was not offered to me in check in process."

Ulemper: "Babies under 1yr need bassinet by regulation, pls implement. Tough to hold kid for 8 hrs, even with baby bjorn - can injure baby's neck!"

Ulemper: "The 40 min layover between SVO-HEL and HEL-JFK required security check and walking approx. 30-gate distance. It was well organized, but still straining."

Fordeler: "Took over an hour to check in. There were at least 300 people in line with one person checking economy in."

Ulemper: "Delayed over 3 hours no explanation only technical problems. No food/water offered to people waiting a considerable length of time!"

Ulemper: "I don't live in Riga and had pick up scheduled in Rigas airport to take me home to Telsiai, Lithuania. Because flight was delayed and I had to fly to Talin and then to RigaI I arrived at 10pm plus took me another 30min to figure out what happened with my luggage. I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("

Fordeler: "Yes, in general I like American Airlines so I was happy with flight in general"

Ulemper: "It is too hard to carry stuff on the stairs at the airports"

Ulemper: "Huge lines at the airport for check in and drop off of lugagges. Apparently finnair hasn't heard yet of automatic check in and drop off. After that long wait for boarding and flight delayed. Very little information."

Fordeler: "This was a very short flight and I don't recall if there was any food service or entertainment."

Fordeler: "Plenty of food to eat. Snacks and lunch"
Ulemper: "Being vegetarian I chose the pasta entree. It was good. It included a small salad. All other food was carbs- bread, crackers, a packaged dessert, ice cream, pizza, muffin. ( The pizza was good the muffin was processed gross. ) I didn't eat all the items and still felt yucky from poor nutrition. A piece of fruit in place of muffin, dessert, crackers would help a lot."

Ulemper: "Sat in row 53 of 55 rows, should have boarded in sections instead of everyone all at once. Could not sleep due to passenger behind kept jostling my backrest."

Ulemper: "They let us board before fixing an electrical problem causing major delay. They needed a new part and they thought they could jerryrig a repair!"

Fordeler: "The crew were lovely, as were the people checking us in at the airport!"
Ulemper: "We waited 3 hours to fix a water problem on the tarmack and were seated in the middle of a large group of school kids. Would have been happier without those 2 elements."

Fordeler: "Staff was nice. Seat was standard."

Fordeler: "The crew was attentive, the plane left on time, we arrived very early at our destination."
Ulemper: "The people working at the American Airline counters at the Philly International Airport are very unhelpful and rude. When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people."

Fordeler: "The crew members were very helpful and kind. Seats are okay. The music selection was pretty good."
Ulemper: "If you are not planning to sleep, bring your own book, tablet and earbuds! The airplane has no individual screens for entertainment, only tiny drop-down screens."

Ulemper: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Ulemper: "movies offered were poor. a dinosaur (great for kids), and a movie about love (horrible for all). food was yuck."

Fordeler: "American Airlines flight didn't even have tvs, chairs were old and outdated. Not worth the price. Now days there are some standards that are expected"

Fordeler: "The fact that this is the only daytime flight from Boston to Europe."
Ulemper: "Food was very ordinary, and drink choices may have been theoretically available but the crew did not offer the choices."

Ulemper: "There was a bit of a delay, which was due to weather and certainly not their fault. They kept us informed"

Fordeler: "British Airways did a very good job with everything. Pleasant crew,helpful attendants and great enterntainment. I loved the flight :)"

Ulemper: "I paid an extra $90 to pick this seat. On the website it looked like an exit row seat with lots of room. However I couldn't really move out of my seat without climbing over others. It was a waste of $90."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Fordeler: "Needed to check in bags 24 hrs before the flight and do it online otherwise you have to pay $100 at the airport instead of the normal $35. It was extremely difficult to even tell if I needed to pay for checked luggage at all, when I tried to login to checkin I got an error that said "A technical error has occured""
Ulemper: "Baggage fees are a total scam. $35 over 24 hours ahead of the flight paid online or $100 at the airport. No where does the ticket tell you this."

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse. Både ved avreise og ved landing"

Fordeler: "Movies were free and food. Food was fine."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Check in was prompt, and easy. Boarding was quick and on time. Staff was pleasant. I don't know why they get bad reviews, their guidelines are easy to follow, and I've been lucky enough to have no problems with them yet."

Ulemper: "Boarding process in Bergen a bit disorganized"

Ulemper: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."

Fordeler: "Delayed flights from US to Copenhagen, missed connection bt minutes and it took me THIRTY additional hours to get to my destination from original anticipated arrival time."
