Planing and deplaning both involved crowded buses to the plane and steps into and out of the plane. Thankfully it was not raining. Also lack of security personnel made security lines long and unfriendly TSA workers especially in Heathrow made it unpleasant. Finally one bag never Meade it into the plane and is still I in England. Overall United is not a good airline. We had bought tickets from Lufthansa had I know they were partners and we would be flying United I would have cheapen a different deal.
Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . Crew was super friendly. Pilots were super drivers. Flight was short, so no food or bevies and no free wifii (but I slept anyway).
Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .
Lufthansa is the worst airlines ever !! Very unprofessional I then booked another flight back to Dubai on Emirates

Movie choices on flight to Munich were great. Smooth flight, I didn't lose my bag so that was great too!"
Ulemper: "Rude crew member. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch. I pre selected my sest at check in on line but got different seat. Not sure why but that was uncalled for. Boarding was 35 minutes late because flight arrived late also. The lady that boarded us was nice and funny."

Ulemper: "There was supposed to be a meal and a snack on this flight. There was a good meal but the "snack" was a pack of pretzels. I think Lufthansa's partner AC could do a little better. I think the drinks cart should precede the food cart. I did not receive my drink until 3/4 of the way through my meal."

Ulemper: "Online check in didn't work. The site kept telling me I needed a visa although I chose the option that stated I had an ESTA. Also mt destination country was not in the list of countries and there was no way to fill it in. The check- in agent in Cairo was cheeky and unhelpful. I was told I couldn't get the aisle seat assignment that I had selected online when attempting to do the online check in. The crew also stated I couldn't switch to an aisle seat because " we are completely booked" although all 3 rows in front of me had empty aisle seats all the way from Cairo to Frankfurt so I was stuck in a middle seat which the person in front completely reclining their seat for 4 hrs. At 5'10" it was not only uncomfortable but a painful flight. Things improved somewhat from Frankfurt to Miami but was still pretty tight due to the reclining seats. Luckily I got an aisle seat on that leg and the middle seat next to me was open. There was no entertainment on the Cairo to Frankfurt leg."
Ulemper: "My video player did not work properly for the whole 11.5hrs of flight from Munich to LA. It was extremely tough to get it to play a movie. I am not blaming the crew, but their only suggestion was to restart it... Which I did... several times... but the player had a life of its own. Eventually I found a way to be able to get to a movie and get it to play, but it was not easy. I wish that there would be an extra player that could be provided as a replacement... Thank you."

Ulemper: "The entertainment system didn't work for many passengers, and had to be continually reset, and sometimes still did not work. When it did aorkX it was extremely slow and unresponsive. Also, the USB and electrical outlets near the seats did not work and power devices"

Ulemper: "the staff were not very good at reading the different instructions and one of the gentlemen was of Asian decent and it was very difficult to understand his English."

Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Ulemper: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "The check-in line was horrendous, then, once you're on the plane, water is rationed, no blanket or pillow. Just horrible. You get what you pay for...never again!"

I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

Fordeler: "Seats have so little legroom to begin with, but when the seat in front of you leans back, then there is no face/body room either, very clostrophobic, couldn't even reach my purse under the seat, and I am not an overly tall or wide person. Reclining seats should be eliminated to give all a fairer amount of such little space."
Ulemper: "Already paying so much for tickets, being charged so much extra for a seat reservation, a "meal" of sorts, all beverages and snacks, a piece of luggage, where is there any good will in treating travelers with hospitality that makes them want to travel more instead to avoid it at all costs."
Fordeler: "The aircraft was great but the service is horrible. Unless you buy a bottle of water or walk to the back of the plane for a small cup of it, you don’t get any. Order in flight food and bottle of water thatctook over and hour to get to me. Taxied at airport for 45 minutes."

Ulemper: "When we tried to register for our flight, I was greeted with the fact that the name on the flight reservation was different than the name on the passport. The name on the flight reservation was Jim; the name on my passport is Francis James Donnellan. They charged me $60 to correct what they perceived as an inconsistency between the two documents. I found this frankly quite bizarre. I have literally flown around the world; I've taken many flights to Europe, the Far East, across the country, etc. and have never run into this as a problem. Over 50 years of travel, to be charged $60 by Norwegian for a perceived name inconsistency struck me as odd to say the least. Primera handled this "problem" without a charge and with a much better and more positive attitude toward it. Norwegian did not give an explanation as to why this was such an issue; the key point made was that James was not the same as Jim. Again, nothing in my experience suggested that there should be a problem here. My father's middle name was James, and he was always called Jim. Same with me. If they are in fact two different names as was suggested by Norwegian, no one over of my 75 years of life ever called attention to it. I wonder what would've happened if I had been referred to throughout my life as Frank, with the name on my birth certificate being Francis."
Ulemper: "I missed the flight, because all flights from Denver to JFK were 6 hours delayed. I was not put on another flight, not reimbursed at all, not even treated considerately. WORST treatment EVER, in 40 years of world travel. TERRIBLE. I am so sad to see how air travel has degenerated. Very very sad."
Ulemper: "We were late boarding and took off late, now we have landed an hour ago and still sit on the tarmac. This is ridiculous. Screens in seats do not work. Terrible and I would avoid."

Ulemper: "Our recent trip from Newark to Paris was a series of missteps by norwegian. Some of them costly to us financially and some simply very annoying. It is not worth going into detail here. Suffice to say that it is simply not worth it to fly this very poor airline."

Ulemper: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."
Ulemper: "FLIGHT WAS DELAYED OVER 6 HOURS. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-STOP TO ROME BUT INSTEAD WENT TO OSLO AND HAD TO STAY OVERNIGHT"
