Fordeler: "The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."

Ulemper: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

Fordeler: "The Plane was modern, they had food / drinks for us, and overall the flight experience was excellent."
Ulemper: "Extremely crowded no place to wait, Split Airport has too many planes coming in/out and not much space for passengers."

Thhe departure was later than scheduled, I did ask for assistance in Zurich airport and got none. Almost missed my connection flight due to poor health conditions and less than expected lay over time."

Ulemper: "Worst travel experience ever and I’ve traveled the world. Red eye flight delayed for 3 hours. Missed connection flight with not a lot of options. Waited for another 3 hours to get rebooked and have to stay at Zurich overnight and only to find our checked luggage is no where to be seen. First and LAST time we fly Swiss Air!!!"

Ulemper: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

One of the side dishes was impossible to identify, perhaps past mixed with bread crumbs, only breadcrumbs, who knows? Ver disappointing for swiss. You were doing so much better in the past..."

Ulemper: "As a business passenger I was told to go to the Avianca lounge this lounge is not Swiss standards the man sitting next to me was in a t shirt and swim shorts I started flying all over since 1952 most in the back so sorry to see such relaxed protocols"

Fordeler: "Tons of movies, excellent food, clean planes, friendly crew. Flying was a pleasure."
Ulemper: "Checking in is very inefficient at JFK. There was only one (super slow) teller checking all of economy, while three people checked in business class. There were no automated check-in kiosks. you can imagine the chaos. Unfriendly tellers too. On the way back I was selected for a strip search when I checked in at the gate. So was my husband, but he wasn't told of this until he Was boarding and his ticket beeped on scanning. There was no room for our carry on, because we boarded so late. Annoying."

Ulemper: "See above about missed flight because of SWISS and no help or communication. Still haven't left and not happy."

Ulemper: "I'm only 5 months pregnant, barely showing, and the seat tray nearly didn't fit in the down position! So uncomfortable. Also the chicken sandwich was gross. The bread was gritty and dry."

Ulemper: "Departed 20 minute late. The tv screen(one per 4 rows) was too small to see. I don't remember getting ear phones."

Fordeler: "Great flight crew and equipment. Courteous and helpful."
Ulemper: "Rude gate staff who boarded economy and business all at once causing a 45 minute delay. Indifferent to passenger complaints and only had one boarding scanner for the entire flight. Slow and inefficient, and worst of all, unapologetic."

Ulemper: "1stly the lady at the check in was not nice [ i should have gotten her name -] she was rude and quite 'authoritarian' which is uncalled for- when you have paid an expensive ticket are just trying to check in. then I checked an extra bag - and could not pay where i checked in. i had to go to another counter to pay - there was a line and it took a good few extra minutes - and i still had to get thru security. if you can pay at the check in counter this would avoid this extra step. i was really not happy about it swiss air needs better efficiency and better customer service"

Ulemper: "Flifght was far from full and I am small.so the very tight seat configuration was not a problem."

Fordeler: "my wife needed a wheelchair, so we were whisked between terminals. but if we had had to negotiate that long distance by ourselves we would probably have missed the connection because there was only an hour layover and the distance between gates was great"

Ulemper: "I was very disappointed with Austrian airlines. I was not able to pick my own seat even after I checked in and the actual seats on the plane were extremely small and uncomfortable. This made it impossible for me to enjoy mi flight. A 5'6' person should not have any issues but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Fordeler: "Typically, flying coach is a pretty unpleasant experience. You feel like the airline has shrunk the seats to as small as possible, food is scarce and bad, entertainment choices are limited, and you have to pay for headphones. My recent experience with Austrian Air was just the opposite. Seats were comfortable, leg room was good, entertainment options were plentiful and free, the food was actually surprisingly good for airplane food, and the flight attendants were extremely nice and responsive. As an added bonus - red and white wine were free on the flight and both were actually quite delicious! Finally, our flight was smooth and on time. I wil go out of my way to book my next international flight on Austrian Air - it was a clearly superior experience than flying coach on nearly any other airline."

Ulemper: "There is an extra charge to reserve a seat in advance. I lost my wallet and glasses case on board. They fell out of my carryon. They clearly had fallen under my seat and likely had slipped to rows in front of or behind that seat. I discovered their loss after going through security in Vienna. Customer service contacted the plane immediately, but we were told they were not there. Clearly little effort was spent to find them and Austrian Airline has not helped."

Ulemper: "I was not let in the flight as all the seats were taken."

Ulemper: "I am vegeterian and they served me meat twice. At the first time they forgot to serve me food while I was at the restroom. It took me a while to reach their attention and I started my meal when everyone finished."

Fordeler: "The ground staff at Zagreb were trying to be helpful but couldn't or wouldn't really do much."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by at least 2 hours causing me to miss my connection in Vienna and the ground staff at the airport was trying to rebook to me on a later flight but for some reason, that didn't happen and I was told to get it fixed there."

Fordeler: "It was the first flight with Austrian. A great service, food, on-time departures. Next trip i'll look for Austrian flight"

Ulemper: "The crew always seems to be incredibly rude and always bothered by any reasonable request..... This is my 8th time flying with this airline and it's always the same. For the money I pay I shouldn't have to feel like they are doing me a favor"

Ulemper: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Ulemper: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Ulemper: "One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking."

Ulemper: "The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage."

Ulemper: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

Ulemper: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Ulemper: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Ulemper: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Fordeler: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Ulemper: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Ulemper: "There were 5 non stop screaming toddlers which made the oversea trip unbearable; and I don't think it's airline's fault. If there was a designated section for families with children, then hopefully the rest of passengers won't become hostages of the noise and craziness. As of food: there was menu with 2 choices; however there was one 1 choice available for lunch and dinner during this trip."

Ulemper: "Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived."

Ulemper: "Flight cancelled without communication, zero customer service, awful experience, will never fly Aeroflot again"

Fordeler: "The crew was professional."
Ulemper: "The seats are too close together. Aisles are too close together. Medical professional recommend getting up to walk and help with circulation. It is very difficult on these flights."

Fordeler: "Premium Economy has good seats. Staff OK."
Ulemper: "The connection system at SVO Terminal D, International to International, is horrible, and dangerous. If any panic would have started during the 1 hour 15 the 1000 and more of us were squeezed in a small transit room, hoping to get to the two tiny security belts, people would have died. Shame on them"

Ulemper: "navigation for the tv was extremely difficult."

Ulemper: "The luggage was left behind. After waiting fir a very long time fir the luggage, was informed it was not on the plane to Israel causing missing a train schedule. Many hours extra traveling due to this problem plus no belongings. Very frustrated"

Ulemper: "Missed the connecting flight in Moscow because the airline does not allow enough connection time. There were 2 people at the transfer desk to accommodate this situation for at least 4 other flights. They made me check my bag for being overweight by .1 kilogram. I dont know if I will ever see it again and i have 2 more weeks of vacation."

Ulemper: "Asked them bot to sit us at the far end near the toilets and guess what.....last tier next to the toilets!! Broke my son’s bugaboo bee pushchair 2nd time due to the way they handle it as they through them instead of caring for them. Service in moscow is very poor."

Fordeler: "The crew was amazing and tentative to all of my needs and if there was any question or concern they were quick to respond to it. They also fed us multiple times and offered snacks and beverages throughout the entire flight."

Ulemper: "Due to wrong time in the boarding pass and unclear calls for boarding I missed my connection flight and all subsequent legs of my trip"

Fordeler: "Nada, esta ha sido mi peor experiencia con una aerolinea."
Ulemper: "Yo venía con ellos de Nizhny a Moscú para luego agarrar el avión hacia Vienna. Llegamos con 2 horas y 45 minutos de tiempo antes de que saliera el siguiente vuelo. Bajando del avión nos atrasaron 40 minutos. En el counter mas de una hora y en migración otro poco de tiempo. Nos saltamos la línea al ver que no nos iba a dar tiempo y así fue. Llegamos 18 minutos antes y no nos dejaron entrar. Lo peor es que Aeroflot no nos ayudó y nos dijo que nosotros fuimos los que llegamos tarde. Lo mismo le sucedió como a 10 personas del mismo vuelo y cuando estabamos poniendo las quejas vimos por lo menos otros 10 de otros vuelos con la misma situación."

Fordeler: "Comfort of seats. The seats were comfy and unless you’re 6’1” or more, there was an ok amount of legroom."
Ulemper: "No movies available, bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Food was really bad tasting. I had the gluten free meal which consisted of browning iceberg lettuce with one teensy piece of green pepper and olive oil - no vinegar! Literally a 2”x2” piece of overcooked rubbery chicken, literally a large marble sized ball of over cooked spinach, some tastless rice and a rice cake - plain. Ugh. I asked the check-in guy in Moscow if he could please confirm that we were at the right gate, and he barked at me “WAIT!!!” Like who talks to a customer in that tone? It was just unpleasant. While Aeroflot wasn’t horrible and would be tolerable in a pinch, I would try to avoid this ain-line if possible."

Fordeler: "Good aircraft. Nice flight with professional crew. No delays."
Ulemper: "Poor snack (one sandwich and mineral water only)"

Fordeler: "Economy travelers provided with 2 hot meals, earplugs, mask, blanket, slippers, pillow. Bathrooms have toothbrush/toothpaste. Wonderful experience all around."

Fordeler: "Great FA and very friendly. They'll strike up a conversation, move you about the cabin if need be to help get you more comfortable and provide EXCELLENT care for those weary travelers who find themselves in a different country every other week. Thank you Delta!"
Ulemper: "My butt gets sore in the delta EC / EC+ seats!"

Ulemper: "I had a very bad experience with my trip. I was not allowed to get on the plane from miami to moscow because i did not have a russian visa, even though i had a visa for Belarus, my final destination. How would i know that the flight from russia to minsk is a domestic flight? There is no information online about needing a russian visa when being a transit passenger in Moscow. I was not offered any refund for my ticket and the cheapest option was to pay an extra 600$ and fly in 2 days to NY JFK and from there to fly to Moscow-Vilnius. My flight from Miami to JFK was very delayed with American Airlines and i missed my connection to Moscow. I had to pay another 100$ and fly the next day to Moscow. That fight was again delayed and AGAIN i missed my connection to Vilnius. I got to the gate 20min before the take off time but i was not allowed to get on the plane.I had to fly later that night. The whole trip, which was supposed to take 14 hours ended up being 4 days and almost double what I originally payed, not to mention the stress and waste of time. If i knew how the trip would pan out I would never have taken this route."

Ulemper: "The plane was cramped,the onboarding process made no sense everyone stood up there and waited online for 40 mins there were no zone calls and it caused chaos on the plane the flight attendant yelled at a passenger to hurry up when it took them forever to board the plane and it was so unorganized the bathrooms were never cleaned during a almost 10 hour flight it was terrible"

Ulemper: "Flight was late, sits are not comfortable and food of fine."

Ulemper: "On both flights the crew was bad. The chair is uncomfortable. There was a delay of more than an hour in the serving of food and an hour's delay in clearing the garbage. When I turned to the stewardess there was no proper answer. Next time I will consider twice if ill flying with Aeroflot."

Fordeler: "Amazing crew, really outstanding and nice, always ready to help. Airplane is new, clean, nice and bright, you don't feel like you are in some sort of train cart."

Ulemper: "A delay in the first flight caused us to lose our continued flight to Phuket and were stuck in Moscow 24 hours"

Fordeler: "A surprise. Boarding was efficient. The crew was friendly and professional. Although there were triple announcements in Russian, German, and English, I'm sure this is all a legal requirement. Although there was no entertainment, the flight was only 2 1/2 hours long. The seats were comfortable and there was ample legroom. I was able to choose a seat within the 24 hour boarding time at no cost. The female cabin crew members had really had red outfits which shows perhaps the airline is trying little bit too hard. Still, I would fly with them again."

Ulemper: "I ordered vegetarian meal for all flights and yet on the long flight from BKK to TLV they didn't have it for me and my son. Had to eat bread for the entire 9 hours flight. :-("

Ulemper: "No chance to pick a seat from Tashkent. My seat was good in the end but the check-in was awful--people pushing in front, no chance to select a seat...not at the counter or online. Food was gross."

Fordeler: "We upgraded our super basic seats for 4500 rubles ($80 in April 2017) for exit row seats, which made a world of difference for a 9 hour flight. Entertainment, food, staff were all great. Toilets were clean and not smelly."
Ulemper: "One of our checked bags arrived in NYC safely, the other (checked in at the same time!) did not make it. While the delivery service was prompt and easy (we got it by 3pm the next day w/ a call ahead from the driver), it was nerve racking and inconvenient and inexplicable"

Fordeler: "Flight was delayed 6 hours. Had to wait for 40 minutes ubtil they figured out whether to take a drhnk guy off ths flight or not. Then another 40 mins to do the deicing procedure. Then another 20 minutes to park the plain after landing. Instead of getting home at 13.15 I got out if the plane at 8 PM. Nit the friendliest crew and poor quality food. Overall I am very unhappy with the trip."

One of the vegetarian meals was simply pasta with tomato sauce and a few of pieces of squash with a white bread roll. BYO"

Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics."

Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments"

Ulemper: "I did not like the very tight seating with basically no leg room. Very uncomfortable. Unless you can afford 1st class or the pod type loungers. There is no room in the economy section."

Ulemper: "1) I was booked on the next available flight. This flight was delayed too. I was really exhausted, and tired of waiting. 2) The refreshment was only for purchase. I understand,that non of the domestic flights provide food but 1 nonalcoholic drink or water, and small pretzels or nuts are always offered free of charge, and additional refreshment is charged. Sad, this was not an option."

Ulemper: "You lost our bags..."

Ulemper: "The BA agent Giles, was rude and spoke to us condescending. His inept handling of rescheduling my family caused us to not only be split up in our flight from London to Vienna, but the majority of us had to wait 10 hours for the next flight. He could've rescheduled us together, but instead he ignored my sister's request to do so, rudely told us to get back in line, and rescheduled another family on the same flight as my sister, thus eliminating our seats together, and forcing her to travel alone."

Ulemper: "Went to the wrong place and then had to have wheelchair service to get me to the gate on time! Which he did for which I am most grateful! Am not familiar with European customs for travel!"

Fordeler: "Everything was ok."

Ulemper: "Finally got it 20 mins before touch down but the cheese was still freezing cold! That's amazing! The crew would rather enjoying coffee and talking instead noticing the call for help. Coffee served with a loosing lid and ended up spilling out."

Ulemper: "Although it was clear already around 9:30 that this flight (scheduled to depart at 10:25) would be severely delayed sue to fog in CDG and LHR, the local British Airways staff adamantly refused to assist in rerouting us either from Paris or from London to our final destination in Chicago. Their complete lack of cooperation was stunning and quite offensive. A different tune was played by the airport staff for international connections who helped us expeditiously and kindly to be rerouted on an United Airlines flight."

Fordeler: "My luggage arrived with me."
Ulemper: "The staff is always friendly with BA. However, the boarding process was amazingly slow and complicated. LHR must be one of the worst commonly used international airports."

Fordeler: "Left and arrived early"
Ulemper: "Twice requested water that never came. On landing, the plane swerved and felt like it dipped to the right before straightening out. a little unnerving."
