Fordeler: Egentlig en fin bygning med fine rom. Grei pris.

Ulemper: Veldig skittent. Hørtes ut som en løsnet borrelås når en gikk over gulvet.

Fordeler: friendly staff, Clean rooms, lockers in the room.

Fordeler: The receptionists were very helpful and extremely friendly! It turns out that they were both from the area where I live and work. We had a lot to talk about. The facilities were clean and the beds were BEYOND cozy! I like the location as it is just a short walk from the metro and tram. I will be staying again in the future!

Ulemper: No extra pillows as we requested, and the bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately. Also, there was a large window in the room where we were, and anyone from the opposite buildings could easily see us when we were in the bathroom. Like literally the window didn't have a curtain, and we were ashamed for our needs. Also, some cleaning guy entered our room without knocking and he said "room service" even though we didn't asked for it. We were really embarrassed because we were getting ready to leave the place after we arrived there. Also, there was some nasty smell when we arrived.

Fordeler: Everthing was perfect. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. toilet, shower was again totally good and Clean. There was Shampoo and Hair drier. U dont have to pay for the locker in the room. U can borrow it with deposit. Plus the environment seemed secured, the staff was friendly. There is reception 7&24 which is a plus. There are Supermarkts also around there.

Ulemper: İts a bit far from the Innere Stadt. But its not a problem, bcuz there is a train Station almost 5 min away, so u can easily get the city Center.

Fordeler: Clean bathroom. Good bedding, nice feather comforter and nice sheets.

Ulemper: Foam mattress has deep dent in the middle, quite uncomfortable, hard to sleep on

Fordeler: Veldig positivt overrasket, da dette var første gangen jeg skulle overnatte på hostel. Fikk raske tilbakemeldinger fra personalet på Mail jeg sendte dem. Rommet var rent, og hadde det man trengte (hårføner, håndsåpe, skap med lås og stikkontakt ved sengen). Rommet var rent og syntes det hadde en veldig god standard for å være hostel.

Ulemper: Noe lang avstand til sentrum, ellers oversiktelige og greit område å bo i.

Fordeler: Grei beliggenhet. Enkelt å ta taxi til og fra konserter og sentrum.

Ulemper: Ikke noe å klage over.

Fordeler: Hotel was amazingly clean, great location and had nearby shops and food restaurants. Would definitely stay here again as it was great value for money.

Ulemper: Nothing.

Fordeler: Et fantastisk hotel mitt i sentrum! Frokost var perfekt og man kunne sitte ute på en liten terrasse under frokosten. Hotellrommet var veldig rent og man kunne ta bussen/u-bahn i alle retninger! Anbefales!

Ulemper: In the room the window didn't close properly. The walls were dirty and the carpets.

Fordeler: Loved the place clean and roomy, the bus to the city center just around the corner, good value for the money

Ulemper: Nothing

Fordeler: Good location for those travelling by car as is really closed to main roads, motorway. Also easier to find parking than in Vienna city center. Parking by night and weekend is free. Is located next to a park, so is quite quaiet and is fresh air.

Ulemper: Location, enough space, parking, easy access to roads and railways. Is a fueling station aroud where can be found parking ticket for Vienna downtown.

Fordeler: Friendly staff, quiet area, clean room

Ulemper: A building and hotel is slightly old. A little bit far away from metro station and city center.

Fordeler: Everything went well. Car park was excellent. Even accommodated a room change at no extra charge, good internet.

Ulemper: Nothing to complain about, had to leave very early so missed breakfast, so I can't comment!

Fordeler: Huge free parking, good breakfast.

Ulemper: Far from metro station - around 15 minutes. The eggs at the breakfast were raw and you had to boil them without any instructions given. No improvements since 5 years ago.

Fordeler: What a surprise this was. Obviously a great place to stay when the sport is on at the stadium. The Restaurant was small but the food was nice, my steak (Austrian sourced) was as good as you whet anywhere. Breakfast was Nothing short of sensational

Fordeler: Clean, convenient location. Golf facility behind the hotel, with a racket ball building in front of the property. Very nice and helpful staff made our stay a pleasure. We also liked the easy, free parking, and only an 8-10 minute walk to a trolley station that drops you off at the Vienna Opera House/City Center. In Vienna, it is called the "ring"!

Fordeler: Great location and able to walk into center area from the hotel. Also on the U & S lines so easy to get to/from the train station. The hotel itself while undergoing renovations is delightful as the rooms have been renovated, walk in showers and good lighting. Also sparsely populated w go FB make for ease of relaxing; bed, two chairs a small table and the TV on a stand. I was in a corner room and had full windows on two sides which provided fantastic views of the city and great natural light. Breakfast provided many options; too many and easy to get full on something you find available.

Ulemper: Entrance on Mitte square open, but this will likely occur when renovations completed.

Fordeler: Showed me the payment in Canada dollors and took the Euro.

Fordeler: Nice location. Metro very close.

Ulemper: Carpet was kind of old.

Fordeler: Veldig bra frokost. Perfekt beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Dårlig leselys på rommet.

Fordeler: Very clean, good amenities (did not even get to use the gym or other things there), very friendly, helpful staff; good location right near underground station. Bartender was great-- we went to the bar just after closing and he still offered to serve us.

Ulemper: The shower was very confusing to operate-- I felt like a needed an engineering degree to adjust temperature and adjust water flow. Also, the room was a bit too warm & stuffy despite being able to open the top of the window and the a/c did not blow cold.

Fordeler: Great rooms in a nice location

Ulemper: Work going on started around 8 and was very noisy.

Ulemper: Staff at the front desk was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Fordeler: The location of the hotel is amazing. Riight next to the train station, across the street from the mall and numerous shops. You can get on a hop on hop off bus across the street.

Ulemper: So the one thing that was awful, they used to have a mini bar, that was then converted into a fridge, it was filthy, and smelled like mildew. They also had not cleaned the kettle. It really took the star rating down for me.

Fordeler: The View was amazing! The Stuff was friendly Close to Town Just outside CAT train station Mitte

Ulemper: The renovation period

Fordeler: Good location/ connection. Nice concierge (Bosnian)

Ulemper: Unpleasant view, no balcony, like a hospital room. Cleaning lady entering at 8 o’clock if no sign or answer. Unpleasant entry. Not only because under renovation but also factory like check in. Not luxury hotel style, at all. Signing on tablets is a poor understanding of computers, signature and hygiene. Enormous grey building. No pool, no bar besides lounge, smoking only allowed outside the hotel under sensor equipped heaters, nothing to come back to. Army like feeling. Not for tourists.

Ulemper: Showerhead was built in position where water gets on the floor as there are only glass panes vs. curtains. They sent technician who put tape in between panes but it didn't help much.

Fordeler: Frokosten var bra, men ikke wow. Grei beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Det luktet ganske stramt av rengjøringsmidler på rommet da jeg kom. Måtte lufte en stund før det var borte.

Fordeler: God frokost. Vennlig betjening. Store rom. God seng. God beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Kaffen som ble servert på bordet under frokosten var svak og lunken. Og det tok litt tid før bordene ble ryddet ved frokosten. Mange bord lot seg derfor ikke bruke da vi kom. Og conjakken kjøpt i baren var meget dyr. Kanskje derfor det var få gjester i baren.

Fordeler: Fantastisk frokost med fantastisk god kaffe. Sentral beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Lytt mellom rommene.

Fordeler: Hyggelig personale. God frokost. Sentral beliggenhet

Ulemper: Veldig varmt på rommet. Ikke mulig å åpne vinduet.

Ulemper: Small room size

Fordeler: Flott hotel med veldig hyggelig betjening fra resepsjon til rengjørings personel. Stille og rolig men alikevel i midten av shopping ,museer og severdigheter. Mengder av resturanger og hygglige barer rett i nærheten.T bane og trikk rett utenfor døren.

Ulemper: Desverre litt for dårlig wi-fi

Fordeler: Location next to Ubahn station

Ulemper: Room was baking hot, couldn't turn off the heating and had to open the window which then let the traffic noise in. Two nights spent at this hotel with hardly any sleep, if I was staying for a third I would have moved hotel. Also hotel restaurant permantely closed (no dining facilities whatsoever) and the bar was only staffed for a very short period in the evening, and closed promptly at 23:00 even though there were still customers.

Ulemper: Breakfast was included but was disappointing.

Fordeler: Helt ok frokost, med både varm og kald mat. God plass i spisesalen. Oppmerksomme kelnere. Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre, med gangavstand til gamleby, transport og ikke minst julemarkedene.

Ulemper: airconditionen var ikke på. Til tross for at vi var der i november, ble det veldig innestengt og varmt på rommet. Vi måtte ha vinduet åpent om natten, og med trafikkert gate utenfor ble det mye støy.

Fordeler: The room was really nice and the inside of the hotel was very elegant

Ulemper: Wifi was spotty at best.

Fordeler: Excellent location, just a few minutes from the nearest U-Bahn station. A spacious clean room and satisfactory breakfast. Staff were most friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: Given all the plus points in favour of the hotel. it is a shame that they are failing at the margins. The internet connection was abysmal and unusable. Apart from shower/shampoo gel and hand soap, no body lotion, conditioner or shoe cleaning material was provided, as one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Fordeler: Located close to metro station and supermaket, a lot of small restaurants and cafeterias around

Ulemper: additional bed for our adult son was not comfortable

Fordeler: Frokosten var ok og sengene vår behagelige. Betjeningen var hyggelige.

Ulemper: Det var meget varmt i Wien under vårt opphold. Det var kun en enkelt lite vifte på rommet som besørget litt avkjøling.

Fordeler: Bra frokost

Ulemper: Slitte, utdaterte hotellrom. Ingen toalettartikler på badet. Lite restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Lite for pengene

Fordeler: Sentralt og hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen

Ulemper: Det manglet kjøling på rommet og frokosten var ikke noe spessielt

Fordeler: Hyggelig og hjelpsom personale.

Ulemper: Manglet luftkondisjonering på rommet. Veldig enkel frokost til høy pris.

Fordeler: The room was comfy and the bed is sooo good, I slept very well. The breakfast was perfect and various with a very kind and helpful staff. I liked that I didn't had to hurry in the morning when we leave, the late check-out free and it made my day :) There is a big grocery just in front of the hotel - it was useful for us.

Ulemper: They have no private parking area - but never mind, it's not hard to find even a covered garage nearby.

Ulemper: There is no cooling in the rooms, no drinking water or coffee maker.

Fordeler: Quite/Clean/near to supermarket and metro station.

Ulemper: Room too warm No slippers

Fordeler: Super beliggenhet, god restaurant, litt annerledes/kule rom, nydelig frokostsal.

Fordeler: Location was very good

Ulemper: 1. They upgraded us for 20 euros a night but frankly the rooms were a disappointment - no real difference to standard rooms we booked . 2. It says it has a swimming pool - it does have a pool but if you added three normal sized jacuzzis together that would be it . You might get a couple of people paddling in it but I doubt swimming is an option . 3.Reception is a bit underwhelming - it doesn’t feel like you’ve come to a 4 or 5 star hotel . 4. Room design is a bit odd -shower and sink in the bedroom . 5. Our goodbye gift was a 2 euro bar of chocolate - nice idea but ! It’s ok - but we tried the Grand up the road and that appeared more like what we thought we’d booked . To be fair having just got back Vienna is shut down so was all very quiet which may have impacted things . We did the strudel course , tour to the mountains and a guided walking tour if city all of which I’d recommend

Fordeler: I love this hotel, the design, the atmosphere and the surroundings as well. The quickest check in and the best breakfast (with a view) in town. Wonderful restaurants to try on the side!

Ulemper: The mattresses in the bed are too firm for me.

Ulemper: I would never tell this a 5-star hotel. Small rooms with minimum facilities. No coffee- or tea-facilities in the room, bath inside the room. Disappointed

Fordeler: Lovely boutique hotel, not far from the old town. We stayed in a super quiet room, noises were really kept outside. We had lunch at one of the the restaurants on the first day. It was superb gastronomic experience! Breakfast was also very diverse, with lots of excellent options, for all guests.

Ulemper: Our room was very small, we had to leave our luggage on the floor, because there was no other place for two medium sized volumes.

Fordeler: location pretty common areas good breakfast (although the waiters did mess up my order two times)

Ulemper: a lot of little things went wrong, overall didn't really feel like a 5 starts hotel experience, which is unfortunate

Fordeler: Nice rooftop restaurant with a good view of the city, and the staff is polite and attentive to your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ulemper: They do not have a dedicated concierge, and front desk staff was poorly trained and equipped to provide the customer service you would expect of a concierge. In the concierge capacity, they are neither proactive to support their guests, nor do they have the knowledge or experience to meet the needs of their guests Also, the window shutters in the rooms do not effectively block out light when you are trying to sleep.

Fordeler: If it wasnt for the guy in reception (I think his name is Jason), I would rate this place much lower. He is very customer oriented, tries to help, explains things in a very helpful way (ex; bed linen below), always tries to put himself in the customer's shoes. The place is very clean, comfortable with spacious rooms. The location is not perfect but can live with that.

Ulemper: When you book this place, you will get a surprise message that you have to pay to rent bed linens seperately. Such a mood killer. They should include it in the price instead of misleading on the end cost.

Fordeler: The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: Bed sheets should have been inside the room. I had to ask for them and put them myslef.

Fordeler: The location is very close to metro line. Breakfast is modest.

Ulemper: No parking available unless you are lucky if there is a parking place available. cca 10 parking spaces for more than 100 rooms.

Fordeler: the location is excellent, 10 minutes to the center everything is in the neighborhood, food ,markets and pubs everyone at the hostel is great, especially Jaison, Stefan and security guy.. they are ready to help with everything and you have nothing to worry about

Ulemper: A little more comfort

Fordeler: Nice and overall clean place. Friendly staff. It was a good choice for one night stay. Close to nice bars and restaurants.

Ulemper: Even though the bed linen seemed washed and clean, traces of pink spots could be noticed (I suppose from makeup), which wasn't really pleasant.

Fordeler: Nice, clean hostel nearby main station (Hauptbahnhof) and metro station. Tasty and rich breakfast, playarea for kids in hotel lobby. People at reception are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with finding our forgotten kid's toy and arranged sending it back to our address in CZ. Big thanks to reception team once again!

Ulemper: Not enough bedding in our room for the amount of guests. We also had a room over the main entrance and it was quite noisy.

Fordeler: Beliggenheten var god og personalet gav oss drikkekuponger fordi de hadde glemt/eller ikke utført romrengjøringen skikkelig. Resepsjonen var fin og hadde mange fasiliteter som spill og matservering.

Ulemper: Sengene var skikkelig ubehagelige så vi måtte be om ekstra dyner å ligge på. Det var også alt for lydt så gjester banket i veggen når vi satt oppe og pratet om kvelden.

Fordeler: Veldig god frokost, barnevennlig mat. Fint område av Wien, kort avstand til tog og t-bane. Fine resturanter og shoppingmuligheter i gangavstand.

Ulemper: Noe tregt personale i resepsjonen.

Fordeler: Great price. I stayed in a hotel room that was very roomy. The rooms aren't cleaned everyday for multi day visits, but I didn't mind. Low price compensates for that. Close to train station and walking the other way your close to the Kepler and reumanplatz pedestrian zones. Great for evening walks. Town center is a couple of subway stops away.

Ulemper: The night desk clerk on my check in was not friendly. The other staff was fine. I cut him some slack because he is dealing with loud kids all day staying at the hostel. I might be a bit grumpy too in this case.

Ulemper: BED BUGS with no refund. We had to be up until almost 3 a.m. cleaning our stuff before we were allowed to go into our new room. Yet, I got no refund for the room, so I was essentially paying for a room I was not even allowed to enter until 3 in the morning! Never staying with them again!

Fordeler: The staff was super nice, very good value for money, well located! Best option for a short term trip!

Fordeler: EVERYTHING PERFECT!!!! Another 10to Melek from Pleven (in the reception!) !!!!!!!!!!!!

Fordeler: The bar area is lively and large - very impressed, the room clean, quiet and comfortable and the wellness area really lovely - the plunge pool is fab. The gym has plenty to choose from and the studio well equipped.Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced despite a very high quality feel. Very artistic common areas - I loved the artwork particularly the horse statue created from car and bike pieces - so unique.The omelette at breakfast was literally the best we have EVER had. A real treat. It was supposed to be a “stopover” hotel but we have already pledged to go back for longer - it is well connected to the city by tram every 15mins and we went running by a local lake. I had a fabulous stay here.

Ulemper: Jacuzzi was a little cool and the steam room wasn’t on - we made up for it in the sauna. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fordeler: Wellness Area

Ulemper: Reception, Room Service, Bar staff. We called to room service for a wine opener and the answer was that we should go to take it by ourselves even though we payed for the Deluxe Suite full price. And the weirdest of all is that there wasnt sleepers in the Deluxe Suite in a four star Hotel and when we asked how that is possible we got a sarcastic answer that ofcourse we dont have.

Fordeler: The rooms

Ulemper: No previous notification that the Wellness was closed due to renovation

Fordeler: Large and comfortable (if all is working ) hotel at the outskirts of Vienna.

Ulemper: Hotel is advertising the great Sauna and Pool area. Unfortunately during our stay, it was closed for renovation. Additionally, after coming back from (a great) breakfast, we had no running water until checkout. No shower, no washing at all.... They took 100% of our money, we received only 80% of the services...

Fordeler: Average breakfast.

Ulemper: The hotel is really old. The room had a bad smell when you enter. The corridors flooring is parquet and you hear everyone's steps. Navigation in the hotel is terrible. You can not fond where the rooms are, the breakfast, etc. The wellness center was out of order which was my reason to choose this hotel.

Fordeler: We got an upgrade to the executive suite for the same price. Everything was clean.

Ulemper: The hotel is a bit tired already (rooms, hallways, furniture), maybe some refurbishment is welcomed.

Ulemper: The worst room I ever had at this hotel! Two separate beds and when I moved them to form a double bed....i have never seen so much dirt under a bed! Management do something!
