I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!"

Ulemper: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Fordeler: "On time flights, orderly boarding, plenty of room for carry on luggage, no overcrowding, connection through Doha airport was nice as it is not crowded and has plenty of shopping options."
Ulemper: "Too many crying babies on board, food was just okay, crew were also just okay, entertainment system didn’t always work, cut out well before landing and took forever to reset."

Ulemper: "Small single aisle plane No wifi, no power ports, no individual screens Qatar is great about serving water but not other drinks -- I bought drinks inside security but there was another round of security at the gate -- they confiscated all of the drinks I bought"

Fordeler: "If you upgrade...it’s pricey but man doesn’t it look nice. Their regular seats are great. Get an emergency seat. Food isn’t kosher and tastes good. Never one complaint with these guys!"

Fordeler: "The service from check-in till landing was on the ball and superb. They were friendly and eager to assist with everything. They have the latest movies and shows to watch on their in-flight entertainment."

Fordeler: "I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Ulemper: "ASSISTANCE IN DELHI..my parents did not even get wheel chair after long tiring journey..they were keep trying for help and did not get any help..I am asking is this the airline duty or not to give assistance who is in need.even did not get the porter to carry the heavy luggage.is anyone responsible for that? what is the use of this nonsense servey?"

Ulemper: "The flight from Sao Paulo to Doha was canceled which delayed our travel by 24 hrs. With the baggage being mis-labeled from Rio we almost lost our bags. the crew was not communicative and the entire experience terribly stressful."

Fordeler: "I liked everything from A to Z! the aircraft was spacious and new. The staff were very friendly and cooperative and attentive. the seat was comfortable and entertainment system was great!"

Fordeler: "I like the service very much. Flight attendants are very friendly and helpful, polite. After the flight I got some present. Kit with socks eye mask and lip balm, which was very nice."

Ulemper: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Fordeler: "Crew was exceptional and in-flight entertainment options superb. Meals were well apportioned and delicious."
Ulemper: "Seats were a little narrow, especially the middle ones but to be expected when flying economy."

Ulemper: "Boarding this flight consisted of minimal organization on the crews behalf, the Gate's security machines were off, people scattered everywhere with not enough seats to fit everyone. When entering the gate (with security machines turned off keeping in mind everyone has already passed general airport security and is only trying to enter the gate. Staff would direct passengers towards an attempt at creating a boarding queue. Once passing the gate doors and walking towards the queue directed by staff, it seemed to be a normal occurance to have another staff memeber shout at you and redirect you another way. Getting scolded by gate employees and requested to remove all electronics turn them on and being requested to remove most clothing items at the gate while everyone is watching with security machines off while only selecting a few passengers seems to be a regular occurnace in Doha & with Qatar Airways. People standing all around, no queues were initiated by staff, instead staff would push through passengers to get to the front instead of propretly annoucing the boarding through an intercom. No matter how loud staff was screaming their sounds were drowned out by the passengers which turned boarding a full translatlantic flight into a chaotic scene. Once on the flight I noticed the headphones provided were broken, I politely requested a new pair...from 3 different employees...which took over 20 mins to replaced. Qatar Airways prides itself on quality unfortunately as an economy passenger I have yet to experience any of that other than when it comes to good on flight entertainment."

Fordeler: "The food on foreign airlines is so much better than on american airlines (they even offer something in economy class on short local flights)."
Ulemper: "The seat spacing on the 70-minute flisght was a little cramped - it would be even worse for a taller person than I (at 5'10")."

Fordeler: "Once I made it to my seat, easily slipped back into a meditative trance."
Ulemper: "Unannounced delays. Waited in a line, then another one. Probably just different security protocol than I'm used to."

Fordeler: "Food came out 1 am melb time ,2 hours after departure ."

Ulemper: "An adults only section would be great as there were a lot of screaming children on board, also seats were a bit on the small side"

Ulemper: "The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told."

Ulemper: "The seats are a little tight and I paid for a bit of a larger seat. Next time I will upgrade for more room."

Ulemper: "Paid EXTRA for "Twin Seats". The bar in between seats didnt move. VERY uncomfortable for a 14 hour flight. People on that plane were like ANIMALS. Standing on the toilet seats, water all over the floor of the bathroom, out of toilet paper at 7 hours in. Disgusting. Never again."

Fordeler: "Crew was average food was below average service was below par. Emirates is slipping. Boarding and deboarding was the worst."

Ulemper: "The TV was small and poor resolution and brightness. Also no USB power at my seat."

Ulemper: "Didn’t like the boarding experience. You have somebody look at the boarding pass but then they sent us to a waiting area. The waiting/boarding area didn’t have space to make nice lines fir boarding so it was pretty haphazardly organized. You really can do better."

Ulemper: "Main problems at Dubai airport. Employee at the airport charged me money for the same luggage that Newark employees said it is according to air line rules. That shocked me. I didn’t buy anything from Dubai. I think it’s not right."

Ulemper: "The aircraft has no or little serviceable inflight entertainment. The food offered on board is really bad. Any additional water has to be paid for"

Fordeler: "Inflight entertainment was good but that doesn’t make up for lack of equal treatment of all passengers"
Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Fordeler: "Excellent service and smooth take off!"

Fordeler: "Breakfast and lunch were both tasty"
Ulemper: "Had to wait an hour for our bags at BHX"

Ulemper: "The flight fid not depart on time and therefore I missed the connecting flight. Had to spend a day in a hotel until the next connecting flight."

Ulemper: "Both the flights were delayed. No accommodation was offered. With two little kids we planned and even payed more to travel with this airline. Overall, experience was big disappointment. Our expectations were much higher than what we experienced."

Fordeler: "I flew from Orlando DL to Dubai ,and from Dubai to cape town and both flight I was selected to seat on the middle seat,f that happens on my return flights to Orlando fl ,I will never fly emirates again"

Ulemper: "Stuck with a hotel I couldn't use after the booking agent broke their integration and I never got the update the flight had been rescheduled two days later. Will not use kayak or Emirates again"

Ulemper: "The bus ride took over 10 mins. Why are flights to South Asia and other developing countries not given boarding via the bridge? Horribly long bus ride at DXB for flight to DEL."

Fordeler: "In flight meals were quite good. In fact, I would order the smoked chicken salad if I were in a restaurant. Service by cabin crew was excellent as well. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable$o."

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Fordeler: "more leg room compare with other carriers, a variety of meals to choose from for special needed people (need to pre book online)"

Fordeler: "A few of your flight crew were very nice and apologized for conditions. Free wine."
Ulemper: "Pissed poor equipment, awful food if that's what you call it, cramped environment. And the fact that on both out going and incoming flights I had things stolen from the over head compartments."

Fordeler: "Compared to other airlines, especially trips to and from Europe, this one was great! I will try to fly Emirates every time! I especially appreciated the variety and abundance of choices for entertainment. Eight hours just flew."
Ulemper: "As far as a reasonably priced economy flight, I can't think of a think. Of course, I'd always like a bigger seat but even those were better than most."

Fordeler: "The Airbus was very good -as comfortable as possible in Economy."
Ulemper: "It was a little noisy in our seats (we were next to one of the crew areas). But the biggest gripe was about the way we were treated when queuing. We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

Fordeler: "Overall Emirates airlines is the best"

Ulemper: "I had given on line preference for Asian vegetarian food but was not served collection of booked luggage at cropusal at SFO ,was difficult for a senior citizen like me as there was commotion"

Ulemper: "Flights are always good but back office staff is always careless not to bother any complaints or never solved any complaints they do not care of customer bcoz they have business thier is no other airline right now but in future may be they loose customer like me"

Fordeler: "All the Emirates hype is true! What a great experience even when traveling as a passenger assistant!"

Fordeler: "Not much"
Ulemper: "During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing."

Fordeler: "The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."
Ulemper: "Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea."

Ulemper: "AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only"

Ulemper: "Food and cabin atmosphere. The cabin felt very stuffy and warm."

Fordeler: "Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken."

Fordeler: "Flight was very smooth and on schedule."
Ulemper: "Seating in economy was very cramped (pitch felt like 77”) and food and entertainment nothing special. Somehow I had higher expectations for comfort and service, even in economy."

Fordeler: "The crew were personable and the chocolate that was offered near the end of the flight was a nice touch."
Ulemper: "Cramped, cramped, cramped!!!!! The seat pitch was just so uncomfortably short so much so that when the person in front of me reclined his seat, the TV screen was a mere 1-2 feet away from my face making it impossible to watch anything without getting crossed eyed or a headache. This unfortunate situation has influenced this review greatly particularly because this wasn’t a 2 hour flight but a long haul one."

Fordeler: "Attendants were very pleasant and helpful"
Ulemper: "The plane was extremely cramped as the seats reclined so far back that it rested on my knees. It was extremely difficult to keep my seat back up which created an uncomfortable angle for my back on a 9 hour flight. The cabin was extremely warm and there was little airflow. The airline also lost our luggage"

Ulemper: "Food was horribly salty. I got the middle seat between 2 men. One of the attendant s was taunting most of the people who asked him for anything."

Fordeler: "Swiss took care of arranging hotel for us and substitution flight."
Ulemper: "Missed connection flight because of delay"

Fordeler: "I was very pleased at the flight crew, the food and entertainment. We had a really fast connection in Zurich and our luggage made the connection, which was a big relief."

Fordeler: "All three of our party got upgraded to business class. What a treat to have a comfy bed instead of a crammed seat on a long haul flight. Swiss spoiled us with Champagne and decent food."
Ulemper: "Without knowing it when I booked the flight, I purchased "economy light" fare. In this class checked luggage costs extra; $60.00 a piece. Star Alliance Gold status doesn't help here."

Fordeler: "Loved the food, the comfort, the movies and the staff. They took EXCELLENT care of my bike, which I traveled with, and they we traveled safely to Switzerland!"

Ulemper: "Packed in like sardines on an overnight flight. Awful food. Cheap fair seemed like a bargain until you find out that you have to pay an extra charge for the dubious privilege of reserving a seat way back in the 34th row."

Fordeler: "The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost."
Ulemper: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Fordeler: "Not sure why airline companies buy planes where the seat in front recline to the lap of the costumer behind where it makes a 9 hr flight miserable"

Fordeler: "I really liked the "About my flight" application on the viewing screens because it always gave me an idea of what we were flying over and how much longer we woulld be in the air. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner. The warm croissants served at breakfast were a very nice touch."
Ulemper: "Due to turbulence, I could not get out of my seat as much on the return flight, so I did have some swelling in my feet."

The staff speaks impeccable English, there is much more leg room than on flights with American companies, and it is so pleasant to get pillows, blankets, headphones, drinks (including wine), snacks and 2 meals on our international flight and not feel nickle and dimed the way we do now on domestic flights."

Ulemper: "We had a family of four sitting behind us. The father yelled all the time. They took up four overhead bins and he was frequently up and down getting things out of the bins. His very hairy large belly was touching my daughters head every time. He and his children punched the backs of our seats on a regular basis. My back was in constant pain and I was unable to do very many things due to the back pain during my "vacation", The flight attendants had to remind the parents that their children could not stand on the seats during takeoff or crawl around under the seats. No ability to change seats or I would have. I didn't have a problem with the other children on the flight, when they were crying their parents tried to do something. However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. Just yell in general at them."

Fordeler: "Very pleasant and friendly attendants. Food good, you'll never feel hungry! Love the chocolates!"

Ulemper: "At the Budapest airport the attendants were not willing to accommodate to check in my second luggage without a fee, despite the fact that I have a Miles & More card. On the way from NY to Budapest I checked in two luggages prior to arriving to the airport with out any fee. I would like Swiss air to issue a refund. I have my receipt for the excess luggage fee. Thank you, Eva Baud"

Fordeler: "The Swiss personnel both on board and off (check in) were courteous, efficient and very nice."

Fordeler: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."

Ulemper: "If one is over child height and the uncaring person in front of you slams their seat into full recline, one will be miserable on steroids. Swiss Air will not correct the small free space capacity (both pitch and width) most assuredly. Thus, I now fully appreciate why fellow travelers embrace airplane knee protectors. "Don't leave home without them," especially on Swiss Air (emphasis added) !"

Ulemper: "Announcement from crew or reach out to people in front of gate would help. Also, the staff at Istanbu airport is so rude and have no respect for customers."

Ulemper: "We were not allowed to board our connecting flight and are stranded currently at the Istanbul airport and had to book our next flight with indigo as the staff closed the boarding ahead of time even though we were on time. Lot of shouting and crying by other passengers happening for the same reason."

They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."

Ulemper: "My mother is terminal, as in, she's DYING. So she was having a momentous flare up and we were running a little late. NOWHERE we were told we had to be at check in prior to an hour before the flight. Made it there 6 minutes after that "hour" check mark and were unable to make the flight. Tried to rebook and was told to pay the $800 per ticket that we already paid. Who has that kind of money? Guess I'll see if she can settle for sea world or the damn beach instead of Egypt like she wanted to. Thanks for nothing. For absolutely nothing."

Fordeler: "Turkish airlines have always been perfect for me. This was yet another fulfilling experience with the services, the food and other stuff being extremely satisfying."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Fordeler: "I like Turkish airlines. I was able to go on a City Tour and try Turkish cuisine provided by the Turkish airlines. I wish you distribute loqum (Turkish delight) on board like you did couple years ago. Turkish, you are the best! Thank you!"

I was supposed to fly on May 18,2017 with Turkish Airlines and my flight was rescheduled for May 19 without prior notice,call or a text message.I was driving to Miami on the 18 th just to find out my dilghtbwas cancelled.No one have me an option or asked me to reschedule.I had to fly on the 18 May and I picked this day for a reason.No one from Turkish airlines was present at the airport on the 18 May."

Ulemper: "Absolute chaotic experience. Seized all electronic equipment which I anticipated ahead of time and left my iPad home - but they took my camera - which is NOT on the list or a digital device. They had ONE person handling what had to be well over a thousand iPads and laptops. Flight left hours late. NO legroom, Food was horrible and inedible. The entertainment system draped out and locked up 4 hours into a ten hour flight. The WORST flight experience I have had in a very long tie and I have flown all over the world. Will NEVER fly Turkish Air again. STAY AWAY from this airline."

Fordeler: "Overall it was a smooth flight except for few minor issues."
Ulemper: "It seems as thought several of the hostesses may have been trainees so the food service was slow and, they ran out of food on some trolleys and sometimes forgot orders for passengers."

Fordeler: "The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, the meal was reasonably good, my fellow passengers were pleasant."
Ulemper: "Most discomfort I had stemmed more from my own fatigue and the inherent dryness of airplane air than anything that could have been controlled. No, the tea I had after my meal wasn't good, but I'm picky. The entertainment options were heavily impaired by the heinous sound quality, however, rendering the movie I watched crackly and often inaudible. I also wish the ticket counter opened earlier before the flight, especially when it ostensibly closes an hour before takeoff. That makes for a narrow window indeed."

Fordeler: "I left my iPad in the seat back of my previous flight to Istanbul and by the next morning they had my iPad to me and Hungary! Very professional!"

Fordeler: "The space was incredible had enough leg room, the food was delicious, the amenities like the movies and music and games made the flight feel a lot quicker loved this air line!!!!"

Ulemper: "Flight from Houston to Istanbul got delayed; Turkish Airlines representative confirmed that flight will catch up on time and I can reach my connecting flight on time, however changed my ticket for the connecting flight so I would leave Istanbul next day - without informing me about the change.Once I realized changed "date/time" in the ticket (VS what I booked) and complained about it, all Turkish Airline representatives were acting line they don't understand English...this is unacceptable. I ended up spending the night in the Airport."

Ulemper: "Boarding was confusing. The gate showed as "open" sometime before boarding actually commenced which was confusing. The seats have a very strange headrest thing you can't move which I found a bit annoying. Otherwise seat was good."

Ulemper: "My headphones or speaker did not work on my TV so I was unable to watch any movies. It was difficult to sleep as I was woken up to see if I wanted food or drink"

Fordeler: "I had the opportunity of flying The Apartment from Abu Dhabi to JFK. It was one of the most incredible first class cabin experiences ever. The experience starts when boarding the aircraft and you are personally escorted to your seat and introduced to the several features around you. The space is ample and the cabin has some privacy doors making it feel very exclusive. There is a large couch across the seat which later is converted into a bed. I was offered pijamas and a small closet to hang my clothes right before take off. Once on the air our personal chef introduced himself and explained the different dishes from the menu. I was able to try the steak and the lamb biryani; both were superb. The IES provided a decent selection of western and some middle eastern films as well as a few live news channels. After I woke up our flight attendant explained the on board shower which is also a distinctive feature allowing to feel refreshed before landing. I had another meal before landing which included an appetizer, and entree and a dessert made with roses. The crew was nothing but fantastic and I would love to fly with them again."
Ulemper: "I was not told what airline lounge I should use at JFK, but the only regret I had was not being able to take a longer flight..."

Ulemper: "The On Boarding process, a bit too many checks on the weight of Carry ons (7Kg)and Laptop Bag (5Kg), which was a big inconvenience and I never experienced with any other airlines and believe me I have flown on virtually every airline. The food options were limited and the crew ran out of food choices (Veg) fast."

It was said that the exchange ticket did not reflect in the system for Jetblue and that I will have to call their call center and figure out the issue. I was lucky that I found a staff from jetblue crew who could figure out the issue and help me out. If it was not for her, I could have faced difficulties."

Fordeler: "Perhaps since it is in the shadow of Emirates, Etihad has been neglected. It is a truly outstanding airline."
Ulemper: "No frequent flyer sharing with Delta, unlike its partner Alitalia."

Ulemper: "Didn't have a good choice."

Ulemper: "my suitcase plastic zipper was opened by someone in the ground staff at IGI Delhi and a few items were stolen. something needs to be done about this because I am sure other passengers are losing a lot more"

Ulemper: "Cabin luggage with sensitive/delicate items were forced to be checked in for 2nd leg of the journey. Cabin luggage upon retrieval at destination was scratched/dirty and one glass item inside was broken. Recommend Etihad provides complimentary luggage wrapping to prevent such issues. Additionally, crew was unable to manage noisy kids, and a request for ear plugs was ignored. Recommend Etihad provide affected travelers with ear plugs to manage the noise, and that the crew undergo training to better manage problematic parents w/kids."

Ulemper: "No person travelling from New York received their luggage in New Delhi. After a frustrating wait in Abu Dhabi terminus for 24 hours to be subjected to another wait & search for luggage & eventually fill the displaced luggage forms was quite an ordeal. The only silver lining was that the luggage was eventually sent home after 72 hours. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ETIHAD FOR TRAVELLING"

Fordeler: "Nothing it was just average."
Ulemper: "My flight was from SFO to Abu dabi to ktm, then they changed it to sfo-chicago- Abu dabi- ktm. Made my flight longer and had to fly at 5am. instead of 9.30am. I have 2 little kids and it was hard. My first leg was on American Airlines where all my luggage was checked in plus had two carry on luggage, which were all good till Chicago. In Chicago Etihad counter, they refused to clear my carry on saying it was too large and wanted me to pay $300 each. I had to empty one carry on into my backpack and was forced to pay $300 for the other. They should have refused in SFO instead of after my first leg of travel. It's a set up. I will not fly Etihad again period."
