Ulemper: "Barely any covid measures. Brussels airlines uses staggered disembarking. Row per row. Ryanair still does the usual “every man for himself”."
Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Fordeler: "I liked nothing, even though I live to fly. Two crew members were decent. Two were forgettable."
Ulemper: "Lead crew memnber, on intercom, was shouting about duty-free and scratch tickets incessantly at the top of her lungs. Of course this is standard Ryanair fare, but with the volume at inhumane levels. Late boarding. Charging for everything imaginable and beyond. All Brexiteer fellow passengers, gross."

Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Fordeler: "Late departure, easy checkin, waited 10-15 minutes after landing for ground crew to have stairs for us to exit plane."
Ulemper: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Fordeler: "The few were incredibly amazing they were very friendly and educated, always there to help."
Ulemper: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."

Fordeler: "The plane was comfortable and very clean. You could tell it was a newer aircraft. The crew was very polite."
Ulemper: "Charging a fee to check-in at the airport is ridiculous. Not every traveller has access to a computer/printer when they travel so that can be big hassel for customers. We didn't have to deal with this, but it could stress out other customers."

Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."

Fordeler: "There is a lady at the gate before we board the flight from rome (FCO) to tel aviv who is particularly nasty. She scrutinized and had every single person on line put their bag to be measured. She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!"
Fordeler: "I slept on the plane so I wasn’t aware of a lot during the flight."
Ulemper: "The lights stayed on the whole flight, seats were cramped, seats didn’t recline back, had to wait outside in the cold while everyone was lined up. Boarded the plane from both the front at the back. How does that even make sense if someone sits at the front and they’re boarded from the back?"
Fordeler: "Comfortable flight, nice crew, and plenty of legroom."
Ulemper: "They did not have a space to add bags for the flight when booking. When we got to the airport, we had to pay an additional 40 pounds each for 4 bags to be taken on the plane, which was DOUBLE per bag than the seats cost ($20 each). When on the plane, I wanted a cup of water and they brought a bottle that cost 5 euros. This airline will nickel and dime you into oblivion."

Ulemper: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"
Fordeler: "Quick boarding, probably thanks to the small size of the 2 airports (Trapani and Girona). I also appreciated flying with the new boing by Ryanair."

Ulemper: "the boarding process seemed frazzled and not organized. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I am hesitant to fly with you again. I also paid more in baggage costs than my actual fare."

Ulemper: "No hot drinks available Having to take a bus to board the plane in hot weather, with two small children (a 2-year-old and 4-year-old) who I also had to ensure were safe on the bus and had something to hold on to."

Ulemper: "The staff bullied a girl next to me and have no sympathy."

Ulemper: "All passengers were asked to pre-board which meant standing in the bridge to the plane before the plane arrived. We then had to walk down the stairs outside with the mosquitoes then walk up the stairs to the plane."
Fordeler: "Eindhoven is a small, easy and we'll orgenised aerport. Security and boarding went fast."
Ulemper: "Plane was a bit old. Clean but old. When the stewards spoak over the intercom you coudn't understand a word."
Fordeler: "The crew was very polite and professional."
Ulemper: "The weight categories differ from the ranges of other regional airlines."
Fordeler: "Easy to check in online right time boarding and arrival ahead of time. No problems. I wonder why some people call queueing and check-in at airport "normal". If they enjoy it - it is fai to charge them extra."
Fordeler: "Not much after having to pay 200 extra euros"
Ulemper: "We had to pay the normal check in fee (50 euros per person), this one was on me, since I didn't pay enough attention, I don't get why it has to be 50 per person though. We also got to pay 100 euros for our luggage (two carry on bags that had no issue in other airlines). To our surprise, the bags didn't fit in the metal cage they use to size baggage. We ended up paying since we had to fly but then when we were boarding we saw other passengers with the same bag size as ours, so this was really upsetting."
Fordeler: "Very easy, no hassles; Beauvais is a small airport at a distance from Paris but the bus service is excellent."
Fordeler: "Exellent friendly service by professional staff."
Ulemper: "On this occasion nothing, which surprisesd me"
Ulemper: "Delayed for a couple of hours, and had run out of most things on the plane."
Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."
Ulemper: "Add-on costs...though still added to a little less than alternative."
Fordeler: "Crew were fine, but I'd rather pay a few quid more on the ticket to have a better experience. Something between this and BA would be fine for me."
Ulemper: "Never a pleasant experience, but mercifully brief."
Ulemper: "Delayed on both sides. Boarding process started too late and was extremely inefficient. Roof was leaking during the flight."
