Ulemper: "The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage."

Fordeler: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Fordeler: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Ulemper: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Ulemper: "Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average."

Ulemper: "The navigation of the entertainment system is not very friendly"
Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Ulemper: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Fordeler: "The crew were just amazing, such lovely male stewards! They were helpful and friendly and generally wonderful."

Fordeler: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Ulemper: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Fordeler: "I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake"
Ulemper: "Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard"

Fordeler: "I slept as soon as I found my seat - as did Mr. (very) Longleg next to me. Could not lean back, but never mind, it was a short flight."

Fordeler: "It's Ryanair. We all know what we signed up for."

Ulemper: "Another passenger had exactly the same seat number as me which caused confusion and an uncomfortable situation"
Fordeler: "Flight was cheap, boarding was quick and the whole experience was about that of your average Ryanair flight! Got a chance to speak to the captain of the flight in the cockpit after landing, had a quick chat about the aircraft as well as my own PPL lessons which start next Sunday."
Ulemper: "You're flying cross-continent for the same price as a bus fare, there ain't much wrong with Ryanair!"

Ulemper: "First they called us to gate 102, then just before boarding they announced we had to go to gate 110. The plane had a ‘technical’ problem and we had to change planes with a large delay."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Plane was filthy, covered in rubbish, crisps, dirty seats. There were no drinks left to buy as it was the last flight of the day, no milk for tea which wasn't good."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 1h40, seats cramped, take off and landing uncomfortable, Ryanair’s policy of enforcing hold baggage, Ryanair’s bully tactics of sitting passengers separately even if tickets are booked and checked in together, basically everything Ryanair did"

Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"

Ulemper: "Stansted Airport was just a complete shambles. Ryanair used a gate thhar had almost no seating and the flight left 30 minutes late."

Ulemper: "3 hour delay in both directions this week. No announcements made about delay. Gates changed 2x. Poor communication throughout. Email from Ryanair about cancellation/refund options received AFTER flight. Got home at 1 am. Truly horrible experience"
Ulemper: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Fordeler: "Took off on time and arrived a few minutes early. I didn’t have to wait too long for luggage on carousel."

Ulemper: "Only two toilets were working. Big queues. Flight delayed by a passenger vomiting with chest pains as we left the standing. She refused to disembark until the captain insisted! Not Ryanair fault."

Ulemper: "What didn't I like: Comfort (3h1/2 on these seats is inacceptable), embarcation through "bridge" in Madrid, outside stairway in the rain!"
