Ulemper: "I purchased Priority in order to have a carry-on, and even though the carry-on was fine for my first flight, they forced me to check it and pay 40 pounds for my second flight. Then the flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connection and completely ruining my entire travel day. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW RATES. YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY."

Ulemper: "It’s almost impossible to understand the options for boarding, seat assignment and luggage. What can you pay for and what you get is confusing."
Ulemper: "Stansted airport is very poor. Not enough space, facilities or anything. Ryanair flight delayed. “Boarded” into cramped holding area. Very poor form."
Ulemper: "Need a pocket at the back of the seat!"

Ulemper: "Cabin attendant (male, manning the aft galley) bumped into my knee while rushing down the aisle, and stopped to yell in my face -- I was asleep at the time. 0/10 will not fly Ryanair again."
Ulemper: "The check-in kiosk was broken so weer could not print our boarding passes. We had to argue with the attendant to print the passes which almost made us late for our flight."
Fordeler: "I think the crew were ok. But I didn't need them for anything. I guess I'm happy they were not rude or miserable themselves. They seemed upbeat which was the only positive thing about this whole trip. Plus I think the pilot stepped on it, cause I think travel time was less than what was planned (I might be missing taxiing time though, so not sure)."
Ulemper: "Well, I can't say I wasn't entirely expecting this. There was over an hour and half delay. Nothing announced. We were in the dark. The plane didn't arrive on time, nothing announced. Boarding was delayed, nothing announced. When boarding was complete, there was an indefinite delay that was only announced quite a bit later. Anyway, the whole experience, including naming Charleroi airport as "South Brussels" is not something I intend to repeat."

Fordeler: "If you are flying Iceland air it's for the great value, the friendly and courteous crew, and the chance to see the Icelandic landscape from the air. We did not try the food for sale."
Ulemper: "Boarding and transfers in Reykjavik can be quick and chaotic, leaving little to no time for the food purchases and bathroom stops you probably need. Also don't plan on having access to a large selection of current entertainment. Plan ahead."

Ulemper: "They airport boards did not work so my original flight was missed"
Fordeler: "Advertised price."
Ulemper: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"
Fordeler: "The two seats next to me on the plane were vacant, so I was able to spread out and pretend I was in first class."
Ulemper: "They have you stand in line 30 mins before the flight. By the time you board the plane, you're stiff and unhappy."
Fordeler: "Everything seemed very efficient and was run with no time wasted."

Ulemper: "It was odd to see them unload a plan and immediately load it with our flight. No time for cleaning or anything. It was also very hot on board."
Ulemper: "Beware! They will charge you 45 + pounds for each piece of luggage! Total chaos at the checkin counter."
Fordeler: "The flight and the crew was great and it was a really great flight. It was only a 2 hr flight so I did not eat and there wasn't any entertainment."
Ulemper: "SO MANY HIDDEN FEES!! I expected to pay for my bags but didn't know I would have to pay for my boarding pass or the seat as well!"
Fordeler: "The plane was clean, the crew was polite and helpful"
Ulemper: "it's not worth it, i chose it as it was the cheapest flight available, what u discover later is that u pay 2 times as much in transportation because the airports are further off than the main ones, I ended up paying 140 pounds for my luggage, it was 8kg over weight but that price is unreasonable. I ended up checking in and baggage drop in nearly 2hrs, they were so slow And I could have missed my flight if I wasn't there extra early. I might as well have used some other airlines with alliance and even got miles"
