Fordeler: The hotel has a nice old world vibe to it. The location was a little further from the town center so be prepared to do some walking. Metro line is right there so easy to take public transportation. We had a nice room, very spacious by Europe standards and a good size bath. The older hotel is not very well insulated. We did have issue with some inconsiderate neighbors but the staff was quick to help rectify the problem. We would stay again.

Fordeler: The rooms (we had 3 rooms) were clean, modern and spacious. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the places we wanted to see, i.e. the Duomo, La Scala and Galleria. I would highly recommend your property to my friends. Your staff assisted us in securing transportation to Lake Cuomo. The driver arrived on time and got us to Lake Cuomo without any issues. Your buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Ulemper: Seng var hard og ukomfortabel. Ikke bra. Lys på rommet var for dårlig/svakt Air condition var ikke spesielt god. Maten generelt på hotellet var god, bortsett fra når vi spiste på STK restauranten i hotellet. Vi spiste kjøtt spesialiteten deres, men ble svært misfornøyd. Mitt kjøtt stykke var 50% fett. Dyrt var det også. Middag for to personer pluss drikke: 4000 nok. Altfor dyrt.

Fordeler: This was our second stay at the ME in Milan, and we were just as impressed this visit as we were last year. The staff are incredible and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and special. Would never stay anywhere else in Milan!

Ulemper: Well , if you wake up late missing your dinner reservation @ 10:30 pm, all you can eat is cold food. Although the staff was super nice to me post that incident sent me complementary champagne , booked for me in a Resturant that offers late dinner offered to pay the taxi, offered free breakfast , however the hotel policy needs major change , the previous day I had been driving for a continuous 11 hrs and arrived also at 11 pm and still couldn’t find a decent meal. Moral of the story , if you are in Milan and in that hotel .... eat early cause otherwise you won’t find something decent to eat. I do appreciate the friendly staff especially the concierge he worked hard to please me;however, I was so upset not to be able to get a late decent meal at the hotel . All in all , it was an experience, but next time I know what I will be looking for other than hotel facilities .

That’s was the reason why they even wanted to leave earlier . And the hotel didn’t have free rooms to exchange

Ulemper: High end market felt a little snobbish area not staff they were lovely. Limited breakfast included likely better to just pay for what you want. Not good for people who can not get into bath for shower very BIG step over bath tub.

Fordeler: Amazing breakfast (many options for vegetarians...!); the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a very well located hotel - a step away from Milano Centrale. Really loved my stay there.

Fordeler: It was super close to Milano Centrale, very easy to find! Communication from the hotel before arrival was very good. Staff was helpful, breakfast service staff very good.The continental breakfast buffet was also very good.Bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. There is loads of newspapers to read, a tea & coffee area to use during the day.

Ulemper: There is some areas of the hotel that could do with a little renovation and love. I love the old-world feel of the hotel, just an update on wallpaper and fabrics.

Ulemper: First room offered on arrival was small and depressing being on the ground floor. After requesting a change, the staff moved us to the second floor to a much nicer room. The location close to station is both good for convenience but the area has a very urban feel.

Ulemper: The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. At the end of my staying I discovered that actually they could prepare very nice stuff on the fly like waffles and similar, but the staff was not clear about that from the beginning. So I end up for the most of my staying having a less satisfying breakfast than possible. Miscommunication in an italian hotel and I am italian, such a pity...

Ulemper: Shower clogged up w hair from previous guests, which flooded the bathroom floor ( we had to clean it). No soap in the bidet dispenser. Variety of breads for bfast.

Fordeler: The staff at this hotel are amazing. I rarely write reviews but felt I should in this case. The staff are welcoming, gracious, friendly and very attentive. Certainly not the cheapest hotel I've stayed at, but I will stay again because of the great staff and very comfortable rooms.

Ulemper: There is nothing I didn't like, just a tiny bit disappointed that the pool looks like a swimming pool in the pictures, but is very, very small.

Fordeler: Mainly everything is very nice and the location is great as you can reach the city center in 25 minutes by the bus. A good size market is very close.

Ulemper: Nothing except the surrounding is not for tourists or walking around.

Fordeler: Short ride from Milan airport. Excellent Staff. Exceptionally clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower. Online lobby pictures were a little deceptive, but was soon forgotten with all the other positives. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices including vegetarian. We had dinner at the hotel one night and found the food very good.

Ulemper: Two comfortable chairs in the room versus one comfortable chair and a desk chair. We arrived on the later side for breakfast and found most baskets empty, didn't feel we got our money's worth. The staff was willing to make us eggs, but that wasn't one of our food choices. Best to show up for breakfast on the early side.

Fordeler: The hotel design, look and feel were exceptional. It is not your ordinary hotel but certainly does not disappoint.

Fordeler: The room was enormous, super comfortable and impeccably clean. The bathroom was amazing. The services offered by the hotel were great, the staff were wonderful. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar at the start or end of the night.

Ulemper: The property advertised airport transfers however it was just a taxi that reception booked for you. If you're looking to stay somewhere before flying out, look into the transfers offered or choose a location closer. My airport transfer cost €120!

Fordeler: Veldig hyggelig personale, alltid smilende og hjelpsomme. Og frokosten var kjempegod! Kort vei til trikk/bane, så det var lett å komme seg rundt.

Fordeler: Exceptionally friendly and competent staff. Large, quiet and comfortable room, good and low-noise air-conditioning. The hotel is located close to a metro-station. Neighborhood with many restaurants.

Fordeler: I like the location; the building ( well kept); my room was just big enough for 1 person. The only complain I would have was that the shower was super small:( One could barely move inside:) The bathroom itself was updated and charming. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly!

We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was amazing, very comfortable bed and very clean room. Location is great , just a few steps from the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ulemper: The staff were not helpful at all. The lady I had spoken to face to face about my room was so rude it was unbelievable. Pushing to beds together is not a super deluxe room. They did not change our towels and didn’t give us more tissues as we had ran out because I had a cold. Would not be going back. Very disappointing stay.

Ulemper: There was some mold at the edge of the shower. The floor tiles didn’t seem fresh. The door to bathroom didn’t leave much room. A sliding door would be better.

Fordeler: These are lovely apartments with everything you need. The staff are pleasant and helpful and there is 24hour reception. The best thing is the location right in the centre of Milan and very handy for the Duomo, shops and La Scala. Despite being in the centre it was very quiet. It is great to be able to make your own meals and drinks. The bed and seating are comfortable.

Ulemper: There was not a great deal of equipment in the kitchen, Enough to make meals but some extras would have been helpful.

Fordeler: Large clean serviced apartment with kitchen. Amazing location on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk to the Duomo and all the sights of Milan. Great value. Fab pasticceria just next door for coffee and panini.

Fordeler: The property is ideally located. Very near the Duomo Cathedral and shopping areas. Room was clean and size is perfect for couple. Beddings and linens are changed daily.

Ulemper: The concierge staffs are not so friendly. Maybe just the Italian ways.

Fordeler: The apartments are clean and the staff is excellent. The rooms are barebones but have the essentials (except the wifi is not reliable so don’t count on that as part of your trip even though it says it is included). Excellent location in central Milan (very close to Duomo) and close to many offices if travelling for business.

Ulemper: Unreliable wifi - did not work the entire stay, though a repairman was continuously allegedly on the way.

Fordeler: The Best Location, you can find so easy, silence, private, near The Duomo of MILAN in 2 Minute by walk, restaurant and Shopping store.

Fordeler: Location was excellent. In the central area, with plenty to see, do, and eat.

Ulemper: Safe did not work and would jam open. Room temperature was hard to adjust downward. Manager on duty adjusted it for me though and then room was fine.

Fordeler: I loved the location. The aparthotel was walking distance to most of the venues during fashion week. The room was also bigger than most hotel in Milan.

Fordeler: Location. Staff. The guy near the lift had a great smile and always very courteous

Ulemper: stayed 3 nights, but we only got water bottle only once.

Ulemper: No barking very bad , also the rate very expensive for the hotel need good spa

Fordeler: Actually it’s a good hotel. 400 meters almost to center and to best shops. They having health places You should ask for view to city Front desk staff are very helpful and smiling all the time. Very clean and modern furnitures

Ulemper: The only thing is the high value of the hotel. You better book one month earlier to have better price.

Ulemper: Parking is expansive and hard to access

Fordeler: The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar has a nice decoration, cosy to have a drink - when you finally get it.

Ulemper: On my opinion, this is not a 5 star hotel. For a 4 star hotel, I would have got what I expected. The pillows are to big and uncomfortable. The rooms are small and f.ex no place to open a suitcase but on the beds. The service at the bar is terrible. We waited there and waited, and finally asked the reception if there was no one working there or if the bartender was taking a nap. This happened both when we were having a drink before dinner and also when we came home for a nightcap (both days), and I think this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel.

Fordeler: breakfast not so great.

Ulemper: toaster was not working properly only warmed the bread . I just did not feel overall that the breakfast was up to standard, it felt like the type of breakfast you would get in a "no frills" hotel.
