Luxurious accommodations, incredible views. Room service was very good. Valet parking always seems to be the weak link at many hotels. Nothing horrific, just not up to the standard represented at this property.
The wifi didn't seem to work, luckily I was close enough to the lobby to use that.
We stayed three nights for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very modern and clean with super views over the bay amd the city. The staff was very friendly wherever you run into them. Walking distance to lots of activities (boat rides, jer skis, American Airlines arena, restaurants, etc..) highly recommended!!!

Rooms are spacious and beautifully done--esp. the bathroom. Huge TV. I like the location for downtown - great for walking. Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.
I loved everything about it, great service, nice people, the room was nice and perfect, and it had a perfect view, it was great and if I ever go back to miami, I would know where to go and stay.
The hotel is very well appointed: from the lobby to common areas and, most notable the rooms. Everything is clean, crisp and well conceived and executed.
as soon as I arrive with a reservation, they told me that they were full and I didn't have a room in that hotel so they change me to another Marriott
The facilities were all wonderful. The views spectacular. The pool area and gym are outstanding. Parking is way too expensive. I had a problem with the television set in the bathroom, the remote simply would not work. I asked for help on this three times and each time they could send someone to turn it on but they could never tell me how to turn it on.
Location and pool. Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
Pool,location,bed itself was nice. Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff. We liked it. We'll come back.
The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.

Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.
The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service. Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.
Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building. Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were smaller, but clean and chicly decorated. PB station had delicious food and the rooftop bar was fun!
How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed. Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.
The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do. I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.

The location is close to the Port of Miami. I was able to walk to the water front to explore the day before I boarded for my cruise. It was a 10 minutes Uber ride from the hotel to the Port of Miami. There are 2 pharmacies within 10 minutes walking distance. The room and building are very dated. The elevator is very slow.
Staff was really rudded. They have problems with my reservation and they did not want to help me in solving the problem when the problem was theirs. The TV did not work.
Location was great. Shower was cold and a/c wouldn't got any lower than 76 degrees even though I set the thermostat to 59 degrees.
perfect price, and very closely located to all downtown amenities and the Riverwalk stop of the free "Metromover" transit line. Exactly what we needed.

Extremely slow check in, big room but ancient furniture including a TV from the sixties. No breakfast, as promised, the following morning as the food delivery had not arrived! No credit offered for this omission.
Affordable, staff was professional, location was within walking distance of brickell and downtown. They let us store luggage after we checked out. Old and run down appearances, looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Bed was uncomfortable. No bar or restaurant in the facility. Noisy.

The lobby is pretty fancy and my room view was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was horrible and my bed wasn't comfy at all. Furniture has to be updated. The room wall were stain or dirty. Wouldn't stain here again unless it is an emergency.

The price i paid I was not expecting much but the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The lobby was very nice and clean. The rooms were a lot bigger than I expected, clean and all utilities working. Housekeeping was very regular. There is metromover station very close to the hotel. Highly recommeded Buffet breakfast was the same everyday and not much options. The TV in my room seemed to give trouble at times and there are some parts of the hotel that could be done over in a fresh coat of paint. Very very small issues.
They need new the furnitures and open restaurant and bar and swimming pool.
