What you would expect from a Westin. Clean, fairly modern rooms, big TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. It's connect by skywalks to other malls so you can get to many places without even hitting the street. Had little interaction with the staff but they were all courteous and efficient.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Pretty good fitness center. Pretty long walk to the Hynes Convention Center, where my meetings were. I always think Internet should be free, and $15 a day seems like gouging. Likewise, great omelette from room service, $55 for breakfast is absurd

Location Staff was inattentive and seemed bored. I arranged for a crib for my room for my son and upon arrival, it was not in the room which was hugely inconvenient. I had to call to have it brought up. Also, wifi should be free in this hotel.
Staff was very attentive and accommodating when I first arrived. I loved the hotel room--clean and classy feel. The location was perfect as I could access so many areas without having to go outside. Nothing to report.

The Lennox has a very beautiful entrance, very good service, located near shopping ( Prudential) and restaurants.
Great staff, too much perfume at the lobby, the bed is too soft, great locations and great sleep because you can't hear the traffic outside, good restaurant.

Elevators are a disaster, unless you love waiting. No free wifi in the rooms (what year is this????). No fridge in rooms (what year is this???)
I like the location in the back bay. We're comfortable there because we have stayed there so many times Elevators are a little slow and packed
The amenities, the restaurants, the staff, the rooms were all very nice. I was very upset with the fact that my room had no internet access other than paying $13 to $17 a day. I am sure when I made my reservation through Kayak that in the description of the room it read that internet access was included. I called the concierge desk but they were of no help to me. As nice as my stay was, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. The elevators were a mess during my stay too. Everyone staying there was upset and complaining about the incredibly long wait times.
Located in large shopping mall in center of town. Very clean and relatively comfortable. Water bottle in room cost $7.50. Elevators very slow on occasion. Very old TV system with limited HD channel selection.
We were upgraded to a corner room on the 36th floor with an incredible panoramic view of the Charles River and the city of Boston. We were two guys gong to a red sox game and even though I had called ahead to request two twin beds, we were given a room with a king bed and fold out chair.
the view was the best. Have to get private parking, costed same as my stay at the hotel. waited for 1 hour and made 5 calls to get brushes.
It is in the Copley Plaza and as such closed to every thing and like other hotels in Boston, too expensive for what one gets in return, but this one was less expensive. Though Internet was available, only at exorbitant price; amenities in the room, none; one plain bottle of water was $7.50, though we had a nice view to the street, still the room was not cozy, rather detached , impersonal and with white all around gives the sensation one is in a hospital and it is sickening. no night reading lights. In the middle of night to much lights moving to the room frm out side.. It is clear one is not at home!

Svært hyggelig rom og god service med sjokolade som smakte utmerket til nespresso kaffe (maskin på rommet). Vannflasker hver dag som var gratis var også godt.

Free Internet, the opportunity to have a bar fridge (would be better if it was stocked) the various pillows on offer and the amneties in the bathroom. No porter service or ramp into the hotel for heavy suitcases.
We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to all of the shopping and restaurants. We never had to take a taxi or drive our car until we were leaving. I thought the room we had was small although it was very clean.
Very good location for a visit to Boston both as a tourist and if you want to shop, the huge Prudential shopping centre is very close. Very minor issue. Breakfast was confusing on the first visit if like me you did not read the voucher properly.

well-decorated comfortable room, new bath, simply furnished but more than adequate for the price. Food service was limited, had to look around for breakfast options and restaurants for evening meals in the area were pricey. Perhaps more familiarity with the neighborhood would have helped. A good all-day (7am to 10 pm) coffee shop in the hotel would be a good addition to the food service now available in the hotel, and to the neighborhood.

The hotel was very clean and very roomy. It also was close to the T Things I didn't like were.. Couldn't get the room to feel completely warm.set thermostat to 78 it barely hit 70. Parked in the parking garage a block away for $22 for the weekend compared to the hotel wanting to charge me $51 to park per day kind of a no brainier. Who's there was a pool or hot tub to relax in during our stay.
The interior of the hotel. That was about it. The room was not only small but watching tv was only possible sitting on the edge of the bed on the side. Miserable view. Were prepared to pay more for another room. Briefly - no hotel fully bo No value for a lot of money. Breakfast in the Oakroom was one morning being served by a friendly and polite waiter but the next day it was a very arrogant service as if we had to be thankful to be served.

The food, room service staff, the bed, the ambiance. The arrogance of hotelstaff, the way they snubb/address eachother when they do not want to do a task themselves, are gossiping when idle and the lack of interest in guests.

staff were very friendly and it was in the best location of Boston. Overall it was an excellent choice - value for the money I paid. At my surprise, opon checking out they charged the normal rate, which was twice more expensive than the Booking.com price. Then I had to show the Booking.com e-mail to bring the price back to the one at which the booking was made. It was a cumbersome process. The hotel staff told me that this kind of problem often took place with the Booking .com.

The rooms were comfortable, well-decorated, well-sized (especially given the location), and had a great sound system (that was a pleasant surprise!). The location is excellent. The parking garage (the only parking option) was quite far away and when the weather was cold and windy, it was quite a pain to get to the car.

The hotel is central so easy to walk around Boston. The staff were helpful in the main and the room was spacious and clean. We didn't like the breakfast which was very poor and we didn't like the fact that we were not helped in making urgent phone calls - despite several requests as we were struggling with a completely new system and completely exhausted after a long flight.
Location. Nice bar. Internet in lobby. The bed was too small!!! Definitely not big enough for 2 normal sized people! Also, there was a smoke detector above the bed that blinked green lights all night. The view from our room was a brick wall which was a little disappointing but not the worst thing in the world...

location was good. easy access to places. quick breakfast was also fine. bagel was soft (I liked that) ... I wish I could have experienced bar which I did not ... I wish you had a coffee maker in the room.. It was very dry and I was dehydrated every morning... Also, (this is very personal but...) I had cup noodles which I could not make or eat becauase of no coffee makers( no hot waters...) I looked downstairs once and there were no coffee or hot water available...24hours?!? not sure if it was..

The staff was helpful in recommending things to do in the area. The hotel was located in a great area with tons of shopping and restaurants. They don't have parking though so you'll have to pay $45 a day for valet or $40 a day in the deck aross the street No parking.

Nothing. it was the worst stay we ever had. That there would be an almost constant buzzing noise the entire night. I believe the noise was from the AC, but the noise would stop and 10 minutes later it would start again. Made sleeping IMPOSSIBLE!
