Very affordable for being located in a huge city. I think it was in an easten suburb but was adjacent to a subway stop. Portable AC was not very effective.
I like the area (nishi kasai) Very friendly staff Clean hotel The commute to downtown is a bit wearing The rooms are fairly small
The breakfast was exactly the way I like it. To reach on foot Kasarinkankoen Station (Keyio Line) is a little bit far (in the morning when hurry have to use a bus).
Price was relatively inexpensive compared to central tokyo. Includes breakfast. Mostly for visitors of disney tokyo. Bathroom smells. Inconvenient location - 20-25 min walk from JR train station; takes another 20 min to get to JR tokyo station and transfer to another JR line takes another 10-15 min walk inside the JR tokyo station... It's far from the rest of the JR lines at tokyo station. there's a bus station right outside the hotel, though. I wouldn't stay here if you're activites are in central tokyo. It seems convenient for visiting disney tokyo though.
Fair price. Good train/bus connections in all directions. Train station Kasairinkaikoen is a 15 minutes walk or 6 minutes by bus directly from in front of the hotel (Line 28). Rooms were clean and the bed was fine. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Despite a Wireless Lan I wasn't able to connect any of my devices due to problems with certificates. The breakfast was very limited in variety (Only one kind of jam, no cheese, no sausage/meat).
