Fordeler: It was a fantastic hotel. Staff were excellent. Rooms cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely terrific. Brilliant choice of food. If I had one request as a semi disabled person I would like a walk in shower. But having said that I will definitely be back next year pg.

Ulemper: Almost nothing. Breakfast cake/tart selection was very limitrd even though there is a bakery on premises.

Fordeler: Perfect location close to the city center and Tram, attentive and polite staff, new and well-kept facilities, large bathroom, perfect bathtub, well-rated restaurant and varied breakfast. Most importantly, valet garage, a rare facility in Prague

Ulemper: Nothing to complain about, exceeded all expectations

Fordeler: Et fantastisk hotell med veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme personale. Hotellet hadde gode senger, var rent og man våknet til god frokost i flott lokale. Det lå ypperlig til i Prahas sentrum. Absolutt et hotell jeg vil komme tilbake til og kan anbefale på det sterkeste.

Ulemper: Ikke noe negativt å si

Fordeler: Fantastic hotel, really close to the city centre. Warm, spacious, comfortable and inviting room. Trams to take you anywhere in city stop just round the corner. Palladium shopping centre is also close by, with restaurants and cafes galore.

Ulemper: Absolutely nothing

Ulemper: Det var helt suverent.

Fordeler: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.

Ulemper: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.

Ulemper: Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour

Fordeler: The staff was really Nice, and the location was perfect. The room clean and bed comfortable. It felt good!

Ulemper: I didn’t like the shower..... I had to climb into a quite high bath for the shower which had now pressure on the water stream. Some moments to hot or not enough hot and then oke for a moment The staff was very helpfull, I think the pressure was oke after but not the changes of the heat.

Fordeler: The location was just amazing!! The hotel was warm, beautiful and so comfortable. The taxi service offered by the hotel is so easy and we arrived in comfort and style. Staff were caring and very friendly - especially the breakfast staff who looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble - The lady supervisor was very attentive and even gave us a lovely small jar of honey to take back. Also the food and drinks menu on offer in the hotel aren't too expensive - great if you struggle to find anywhere out to eat. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Ulemper: There was no dressing table mirror in the room - only in the bathroom and back of door. This made it hard to do hair and makeup in the morning.

Fordeler: Property location was amazing room was amazing breakfast was ok! Couldn’t fault our stay! The room service lady on level 7 was amazing!

Ulemper: Nothing really! Was a bit weird wasn’t in the bedroom but near the front door!

Fordeler: Rommet var nydelig og romslig. De ansatte var svært hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Jeg elsker standard tysk frokost, som er hva de serverte, så jeg var ganske fornøyd med det. Beliggenheten er bra for folk som ikke liker å bo midt i massene. Det var stille om natten og vi var i 1. etasje.

Ulemper: Partneren min likte ikke madrass, men jeg syntes det var helt greit.

Fordeler: Almost everything....amazing room and space..location is superb. Loved the shampoo...available at property. It's available to shop as well and I bought.❤

Ulemper: No complimentary water in room. No breakfast facility in room.

Fordeler: The staff guy at the entrance was very kind. He always tried to help us for finding restaurant, visiting the city etc. Staff of the (italian) restaurant was very polite too and food was great. The room was clean and confortable, with a good taste. Location is ok, not far from the Charles's bridge.

Ulemper: The breakfast staff is very rude. They push you out at 10:37 on a Sunday. You have to ask for everything you need (like hot water or coffee). You seem to bother them. Quality of breakfast is just average, no more. Cleaning staff entered the room several times during the week-end, without knocking at the door. On Sunday morning, they tried to enter at 9 am (while we were still in bed) and they did not close the door behind them... It is very far from a 5 stars hotel on those aspects.

Fordeler: our suite was spacious, very clean and unbelievably QUIET!!!! the breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

Fordeler: Rommet var bra - bra senger, lys og trivelig med en liten balkong. Bra bad og alle fasiliteter. Besetning var bra og hjelpsomme.

Ulemper: Frokost var bra men spiserommet var litt mørkt og trist. Vi fikk lov å ta med maten ut til bakgården og der var det fint.

Ulemper: Breakfast was far away from what i get used to see in 5* hotel (was more like maximum 3*). less fruits, nearly no desserts, small choice but the rest was wonderful

Fordeler: The room was stunning and we were impressed as soon as we arrived a beautiful hotel with great service. Would definitely recommend

Ulemper: The taxi from the airport was seemingly booked through the hotel and it was nearly double the price of the taxi we used on the return also from the hotel

Fordeler: Great location. Walking distance to everything you need in Prague for a weekend visit. Really lovely breakfast and extremely pleasant staff.

Fordeler: Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff.

Ulemper: Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,

Fordeler: Everything else.

Ulemper: Honestly I'm a bit dissatisfied with the room I've got. It was on the highest floor with small windows that was looking to others guest terrace, so no privacy at all. This was our second stay in the hotel. The first one was 2 years ago and I've got the room that was part of the bigger one (internal doors between rooms were closed) that was in the middle of renovation process. Drilling, loud noises, so again no privacy. Common guys, you could do better.

Fordeler: The exceptional service and the facilities.

Ulemper: The hotel was absolutely fine.

Fordeler: The location of the hotel is perfect- close to the center, Xmas market, shopping centers, restaurants. The room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and varied

Ulemper: For 5 stars hotel the room should be better cleaned - need to vacuum room every days and flaking walls behind the bed should be fixed.

Fordeler: Frokosten var utrolig bra med alt hva du måtte ønske. Sitte ute eller inne var bra valg.

Fordeler: The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off.

Ulemper: Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!

Fordeler: Det var pent og luksuriøst.

Ulemper: Det eneste jeg kan peke på var at vinduene på rommet var små og høyt på veggen - ingen utsikt. Selv fra 6. etasje.

Fordeler: Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet. Gåavstand til alt, For oss som også ville bruke "metro" så var stasjonen rett utenfor hotellet. Frokosten var helt fantastisk, alt du kan tenke deg og litt mer. Personalet var tilstedet hele tiden og sørget for at du ikke manglet noe.

Fordeler: Nydelig frokost.. Masse god mat. Til og med Prosecco og Sushi

Fordeler: The hotel is great. The staff are really amazing. Super friendly, very polite and extremely helpful. We brought our dog and really appreciated the little details such as the dog bed waiting in the room when we checked in. She loved it.

Ulemper: My only slightly negative comment is that the decor seems a little dated compared to other four season hotels... mainly referring to the room and the corridors in the hotel. The lobby is very nice, same for the spa... but i think the rooms could do with a little revamp.

Fordeler: The bed was very comfortable and the room very pleasant. Onsite restaurant for dinner was delicious and highly recommended.

Ulemper: Breakfast service was poor, the buffet was not replenished which meant that some items were not available which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Crockery ie cups and glasses and items used from the minibar in the room were not replenished once used. Ordered a paper for the morning however this was not delivered. In room phone did not work when we arrived and therefore could no call reception or room service.

Fordeler: I think this hotel is one of the best around in Prague.

Fordeler: Denisa was an AMAZING. Concierge!! She helped is so very much!!

Ulemper: Only location

Fordeler: Everything! I have never written a review before but FSPrague was so amazing I had to! Service was incredible, they went out of their way to accomodate all requests, staff were friendly and greeted us by name whenever we went in and out of the hotel! Location is amazing, walking distance from all attractions. Breakfast is also amazing and highly recommend. We will be back!

Fordeler: Gode senger. Hyggelig rengjøringspersonale. Fin beliggenhet. Fine rom !

Ulemper: Ingen info om ekstraservice på executive rom. Som for eksempel tilgang på Happy Hour i 5 etg fra kl. 1700-1900. Skitne bord og fluer på maten i frokostsal. Lite utvalg av brød. Ikke Skandinavisk standard. Dyr øl 115 CSK for en halvliter som du betaler 45 CSK for på en bra restaurant i området.

Fordeler: Not my first time in this hotel, everything very good as usual. This time Superior room, quiet, spacious and comfortable.

Ulemper: A free bottle of water would be appreciated, but it´s just a small suggestion and not a critique.

Fordeler: nice breakfast! and convient spot in the city.

Fordeler: Everything. Very clean, convenient to shopping centers, good restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was very good.

Fordeler: Meget flott opphold

Fordeler: Really liked the security for your luggage. Towel/toiletries were included.

Fordeler: The beds all had curtains and safe boxes that were locked with one's room key. There were multiple bathrooms and showers that were cleaned regularly each morning. The staff was very helpful, kind, and efficient with any and all requests.

Ulemper: There were not many spaces to relax outside of one's room and while the breakfast area had a nice sofa area, it was closed during the day. In addition, the WiFi was spotty at times and in certain places.

Fordeler: The Cleaness, and the location

Ulemper: Rooms are very small for 6 beds

Fordeler: Very good hostel. Perfect location near the main castle. Cleaning is super, very professional. Maybe the best hostel in Prague, very close to the famous Charles Brigde.

Ulemper: Kitchen does not follow the good hostel standard. The only part i dont liked.

Fordeler: Facilities are good and new. Bed is clean. Public space is nice. I like the kitchen and the balcony.

Ulemper: No elevator. It’s really tiring to lift my big suitcase into the room. Also I can’t sleep well, because other roommates always made noise during night(I know it’s not your fault)

Fordeler: Cleanliness, facilities and location. Very good.

Ulemper: The wifi can be improved.

Fordeler: Wow couldn't ask for more. They were 110% on everything. Great work guys. Please keep it up.

Fordeler: Personale var fantastiske.

Ulemper: Veldig harde senger og dårlige puter. Rommene og korridorene er teppebelagte, noe som gir veldig tett og dårlig inneluft. Vinduet på rommet lot seg kun åpne 5 cm. Savnet badekåper og de vanlige såpe/dusj/bodylotion/sjampo artiklene som de aller fleste hoteller i denne kategori har. For langt fra sentrum.

Fordeler: It was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Would recommend.

Ulemper: En kelner i baren ved resepsjonen. Han var altfor nysgjerrig på betalingsterminalen når jeg betalte med minibankkortet.

Ulemper: The standard room seems much bigger on pictures than reality. More cereals choice would be nice and surprised to see bottle of water is not included.

Ulemper: Maybe the price when we try to stay another day! But, we understand and get another hotel to stay in Prague. No complains.

Fordeler: Best location in Prague!. Friendly people! Extremely clean! Great breakfast!

Ulemper: The rooms on the 4th floor have only dormer windows, instead of full windows.

Fordeler: God frokost. Fantastisk beligghethet helt inntil torget.

Fordeler: The breakfast was outstanding! The noise level and clanking all night (from workers in the kitchen or hotel ?) and the night club was outstandingly loud. Not disclosed as to how loud it would be, and no earplugs provided.

Ulemper: Noise level, also heat was unbelievably hot. Even with heat turned off entirely, was ridiculously hot.

Ulemper: Heisen. Kun en i vår del av hotellet og den var gammel og treg.

Fordeler: Excellent location - right next to Old Town Square. Very convenient to get around and felt safe. Breakfast was excellent - good spread and even included prosecco! Room was more than adequate - comfortable bed. Room was at perfect temperature. Would love to stay here again if visiting Prague.

Ulemper: Shower stall did not have a grab bar.The floor of shower stall was slippery and as I started to fall I had nothing to hold on to and subequently fell. In the past few years I've been at several motels in he USA, all have had a "grab bar" in the shower

Fordeler: Location was excellent. The concierge was most helpful with concert tickets, directions, and a recommendation for a great restaurant. Very nice breakfast. All staff I dealt with was very helpful.

Fordeler: Nydelig art deco interiør. Veldig rent. Høflig og imøtekommende personal. Sentral beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Litt skuffende frokost, mindre utvalg enn forventet. Sengene var litt harde. Trikken utenfor var tidvis støyende.

Fordeler: We loved the ambience of this Hotel and the breakfasts were incredible. The bar staff and environment was lovely and cosy.

Ulemper: Just a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom, however alerted reception team and they were very responsive.

Fordeler: breakfast is so good :)

Ulemper: the room is somewhat old. and the top of the room has brown stains

Fordeler: The staff were helpful. When I was told by the breakfast lady that breakfast wasn't included in my room & I showed her proof that it was & she wasn't honoring it, the front desk manager corrected the error

Ulemper: The black out curtains in the room, facing the bright street were broken

Fordeler: I am picky and spoiled when it comes to hotels. I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon.

Fordeler: Fantastisk hotell med bra beliggenhet. Stort rom med deilig seng, flott bad med separat dusj og badekar. Kjempe god frokost. Fantastiske og super hjelpsomme personale som sørget for at gjestene var fornøyde og hadde det vi trengte. Hit skal vi tilbake

Ulemper: Alt var bra

Fordeler: Hadde rom i tredje etasje. Det var stille og rolig selv om hotellet var fullbooket. Det var rent og pent og helt grei frokost. Rommet Var fint. Det er virkelig verdt å besøke hotell restauranten Imperial cafe. Helt fantastisk mat til en grei pris.

Ulemper: Trikken kjørte i begge retninger rett foran hotellet, så det var en del støy om natta. Hotellet passer bedre under fire stjerners kategorien.

Fordeler: Great location and facitilies.

Ulemper: When I went to pay the receptionist used the card machine and clicked yes to paying in Czech currency on my card without my consent. I was charged an additional 20 euro because of this.

Fordeler: God frokost , kunne få omelett, pannekaker ++ Store rom, god seng

Ulemper: Litt mørkt på badet, og litt for varmt på rommet-hjalp ikke skru ned på termostat

Fordeler: Beliggenheten var svært fin. De som jobbet i resepsjonen var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Ulemper: Frokosten var den grei, men ikke noe spesiell. Måtte betale ekstra for å få espresso og cappuccino. Kunne ha bestilt diverse varme frokostretter, men vi foretrekker "Continental breakfast". Det ble derfor lite "value" for dem som ikke skal ha varme retter.

Fordeler: Stylish room, everything needed available, friendly staff and perfect location. Tasty breakfast.

Ulemper: Not soundproof room, could hear every sound from neighbors, however at night in was silent, so no problem with that. Not so versatile breakfast.

Fordeler: Modern

Ulemper: Noise outside started very early. Quilt was sheet like and ended up outside of the covers every morning as there was no buttons/zips. Pillows were not comfortable, asked for different ones to be told they were all the same. I have duck feather at home but these felt thin and cheap

Fordeler: The breakfast is really varied and generous. And the dinner is very good too. The staff and service is very sympathetic, professional, efficient. The bed is very comfortable and sweet.

Ulemper: The hotel is very calm, even though you can hear your neighbours a bit too much...

Ulemper: Top floor room in the eaves not so good if you are tall

Fordeler: Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Grei frokost, god beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Det var trøbbel med air-conditionanlegget på rommet mitt, så rommet var altfor varmt. Måtte derfor holde vinduet åpent om natten, og det var en del støy fra gaten. Opplevde derfor mindre søvn enn ønsket.

Fordeler: Close to main street

Ulemper: Old furniture, weak breakfast selection

Fordeler: Nydelig frokost, vennlig personal på hotellet. Fin beliggenhet med gåavstand til det meste. Anbefales!

Ulemper: Svært harde senger. Vi bestilte rom til tre, men fikk kun en seng. Ekstraseng måtte bestilles og var ganske dyrt, men helt nødvendig. Det var visst vanlig at barn opp til 12 år sov i foreldrenes seng.

Ulemper: The water wasn't hot enough

Fordeler: Hotel General is a small boutique hotel located very close to Andel Metro station. Front desk Staff were very courteous and helpful... we were warmly greeted. The breakfast was good with option of selecting any one item from the live station. Rooms were big, nice and clean.

Ulemper: During our stay the telephone was not working

Fordeler: Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here!

Fordeler: Easy to book in and was given a large single room that was well appointed, in fact very comfortable. The hotel felt good to be in it is hard to describe but I was happy here
