Overall our stay was pretty comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't believe how remarkably clean and neat the hotel was. For the most part, the location was pretty central to everything. You still have to drive to most places in Los Angeles, but that isn't an unusual occurrence for any place in that city. The free and secure parking was a wonderful perk as well! The beds are a bit small as they didn't have anything bigger than a queen size (it was still very comfortable). Sounds could be heard through the walls on either side of us, and above during the night and early morning. We were in an adjoining room, so that might have something to do with it too. I'd suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Some bigger hotel chains have the same issue, so it's really not that uncommon.
Good location & price to attend a 2-day concert at Dodger Stadium. Felt fairly safe and located in the heart of LA Koreantown. Hotel has no food or beverages (no coffee anywhere and no vending machines) and minimal choices in the neighborhood. They do keep the hotel clean including mopping the parking lot floor. Very little English spoken here and few typical American amenities. Bring you own coffee pot & towels. There is an unusual Espresso machine in the room but not a common easy to use model and no instructions. There was no other coffee available, no one on staff knew where to get any and nothing close by. We reserved two rooms both with 2 Queen beds and got 1 small double in a small room. We also paid for two connecting rooms but they did not connect to each other and were in two different hallways. They only provided each room with 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel & wash cloth. They did have English speaking Security Guards dressed in all black who very courteously opened the front door for you whenever you entered or exited their hotel.
I loved the photos on the walls of the great Hollywood stars, the beautiful lobby area, the large refrigerator in our room, the complimentary water and coffee. The bathroom was so small it required thought to maneuver.
This hotel was a disappointment. We had to check out one night earlier than planned. The hotel is still under going major maintenance, the rooms are stuffy and carpets are dirty. It was definitely not worth the money. The existing ratings and reviews are fairly misleading.
comfortable room no swimming pool
location, cleanliness and access of rooms no
There was a dead cochroach in the room and saw a live cochroach in the bathroom.
They kept it clean, even though some room constructuon going on at time. Did not need for anything. It was just as advertised.
STAY AWAY. Our room was burglarized NYE night. Doors were consistently checked to ensure they were locked, When we returned our Laptops, wallets, clothing, cash, iPhones, chargers, etc were stolen!!! $8000.00 worth of merchandise was taken from the room. STAFF has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, we have not been able to speak to anyone who will assist us in the issue, police had to be involved, our room has not been refunded. Staff is RUDE, hangs up on you when you try to call and get contact information. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST. WE ARE DISGUSTED!!!!!! We have reached out to contact the owner & he has not helped it is a 4day weekend, but when something like this happens at your establishment and a FELONY investigation is taking place, legally there needs to be some sort of contact. We lost some irreplaceable items and a ton of $$$. I wish the owner would return our Voicemails and numerous attempts at contact to help his distraught guests. PLEASE CALL US OWNER NOAH N.
Great location for CBS Studio. Lots of food and shopping - if that's what you are looking for.
The hotel was clean. Musty odor, dated décor, bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with boulders. Not a comfortable stay for me.
Location was convenient and the price was good, the room was clean and looked good and the WiFi was fast and easy to log in to. Parking was sparse but that's just Hollywood. Traffic was noisy at times but didn't disrupt sleep.
I liked the price. That was about it!! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude! There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, thank god I brought my own shampoo and soap! The chairs in the room looked like they were 10 years old. There were numerous stains on them. The bedsheets, maybe 3 years old, and possibly dirtier than the chairs. This place could be great if it was owned by people who took pride in their location, but that is surely not the case here.
The staff was awesome very helpful and friendly
The experience could have been ok but it sucked. Construction started at 7 am with constant banging. Maid walked into my room at 9am and scared the shit out of me. And just looked at my statement and they charged me twice. And the parking lot sucks.
This was one of the worst places we've ever stayed in. We got to the room and the bathroom was dirty. The sink had stains and hair all over it. The toilet was 'dirty' with....well, you can imagine. When the owner came to clean (yes, the owner) she brought windex and paper towels. The toilet inside, of course, did not get cleaned. In the morning, this 'bed & breakfast' had no breakfast. As a matter of fact, no one was to be found. There wasn't even coffee. We left our key in the entryway and left without seeing another person. It wasn't as if it was too early. It was after 8 AM on a weekday. So disappointed!
