We were amazed at the helpful, courteous staff from start to finish. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we required. Beautiful views and close proximity of Table Mt. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 nights, not 1.
Lovely hotel with modern design features. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Will stay there again.
Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great service.
The quiet surrounding garden, the rooms were all different and unique, you could come and go with no hassle, and the breakfast was superb.
Great accommodation. Very stylish. Good position. Good, friendly service
sophisticated and friendly. Wonderful location. beautiful room and setting. delicious breakfasts. excellent value nothing
Location is great. I thought the owners were nice, but rather distant and reserved. Other guesthouses in Cape Town and South Africa felt more welcoming.
The place is very nice as well as the people. The design is friendly and exceptional. The doors of the rooms should not let the noise and sounds pass.
I thought the staff was extraordinarily friendly. The hotel's design was chic and African. Very good value. Located in a leafy suburb and a save part of town. All in all it was very good value for money. They charged 2.5 % credit card fee which wasn't mentioned anywhere before. It felt more like a city trip than a beach holiday (I would have preferred Camps Bay or Clifton for this n- only a 10 min drive away), but that's personal preference. The pool was rather small. the breakfast wasn't great, the croissants were rather dry and the choice limited.
Nice and quite. Very comfortable accomodation. The staff did not show much interest and were not very friendly. I got the feeling I was a necessary incoveniance
Superb boutique hotel with wonderful hosts. Quaint but very sophisticated in its own way and the breakfasts on the veranda are a delight. Wooden floors can be a little noisy at night and in early morning.
hotel orners, phil & Riz were very kind, and they support everything necessary to enjoy cape town.very good hotel!
The Parker Cottages is a very nice guesthouse. Phil and Liz (the owners) are very friendly and give you great infomation about what to do and where to eat. The guesthouse has a lot of "Charme" and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean. The location is great and safe. We enjoyed our stay and for a next travel to Cape Town we would stay at Parker Cottages again!
Friendlyness of the owners, location, cosy atmosphere Nothing
The personal touch was ever present and nothing was too much trouble. Particularly liked being able to have tea/coffee from the kitche
Very service-oriented hotel, kind staff, beautifull rooms with all the details present to give you an unforgettable stay !
Phil and Liz really went out of their way to ensure that not only our stay in their lovely home, but also our trip to Cape Town in general, was the abosolute best! Nothing!
the atmosphere in this house, the localisation in Cape Town -
Good location but that is it. The owner made me feel very unwelcome except when paying the bill. His attitude was horrible, at best he was grumpy, at worst he was rude. Inappropriate behaviour of owner.
Great location, excellent value for money
Lots of character, lovely old house beautifully done up. The room was too hot and it was very noisey.
The place is very nice, a beautiful house for a relaxing holiday. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is a little bit far from the city center.
Excellent stuff. Quiet and peaceful location.
