The location was fantastic. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the city and the breakfasts were good
room nice and large. large flat screen TV. hotel staff friendly.room and bathroom clean. No view from our room or decent balcony. Window very small. resturant out of use during our stay.
Super friendly staff, perfect rooms.great!
Modern interior, very nice bathroom, close to port for ferries. Noise of the tv from reception
First trip to Naples and this was a great choice of hotel. Situated in the back streets of what could be considered a 'fashion or shopping' district. Rooms great, very nice. Good size for Europe. Breakfast good too. Nothing out standing, but it was all fresh and well 'cared' for. I have a 5 star hotel working background - so can be very fussy. This was a beautiful hotel. Amazingly quiet considering it's location. Nope. The hotel is down a pedestrian only street - which is really only a hassle for the porters or taxi driver. Any extra few euros will get your bag carried by the taxi driver.
Hotel corridors were pretty. Everything else! Uncomfortable beds, inhospitable staff, Wi-Fi totally unusable, shower temperature fluctuated from scalding to freezing, and room was rather depressing. I would never recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again.
The Romeo is an upscale, eclectic hotel, near the waterfront in Naples. The service is generally excellent, and the rooftop pool is unusual and not to be missed. The rooms are high tech, perhaps too much so. The overnight shift at the front desk could use some retraining - indifference seems to be the primary attitude. Naples itself seems safe and is a vibrant city, but it sure is dirty and needs routine litter pick up and infrastructure maintenance.
Hotel was nice- Modern and up to date The neighborhood was terrible= Naples looked like it was rundown with crime from where this hotel was situated. The room was small and somehow, the shower opened directly to the bed. The lights in the room were on a sensor- so if you are showering and not moving, the lights shut off within 60 seconds. on my high standard, the hotel was essentially built to try and be a 5star, but failed to get there. the beds were terrible as well- 5 star hotel, i expect a queen or a king bed that is not a stiff European bed on a board. If you want a 5star luxury hotel, its not that. But it was nice.
Is a different experience to be hosted in a Monastery the location is really bad
View of Naples was great, from roof top terrace, and restaurant Bathroom was in horrible condition. Lights not working, heavy mold and mildew growth in bathroom, bathtub broken and in disrepair
English-speaking staff. Accommodating and willing to assist. Location. Accommodations were well-appointed, comfortable. Cramped with additional person. Insufficient toiletries (basic soap, toothbrushes).
the localisation of the hotel was excellent. The hotel is on the 4th floor and you exit in Galleria Umberto, there is few bars and shopping area just downstairs. Even if it rains, you can stay in galleria and make some shopping I didn't like the breakfast, it not looked very fresh and small choice. My room has not the window with view on Galeria, but on the other ugly side.
