Very good location, very close to the medina square. Staff was excellent. the room was very small with no tv
the location in the historical part of Marrakech and the atmosphere of the traditional old house in the hotel
The staff was really nice and welcoming. Provided us with a lot of Information about the area and what to see. The room was really nice and we had 2 entrances, one of them leading to the rooftop terrace. safe was simple to operate. Excellent location and easy to get back to the riad without getting lost. The bathroom was a bit small. The room size was perfect although getting around the edge of the bed was tight but it wasn't that bad. the breakfast was a definite miss. We didn't enjoy much of it. Maybe if we went down earlier, it would have tasted fresher or just better. Or maybe not
It was within walking distance of most of Marrakech's attractions They could have better directions on how to find them, it took 45 minutes on foot with luggage and the help of some very kind locals to find them.
Very good ++++++++++++
Very good location, personnel very friendly and helpful (with good English), wonderful atmosphere All was really good
Quiet, excellent staff, good attention to detail, lovely roof terraces, central location Shower too small, toilet difficult to stand up at
Excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff Signage to get there not very visible
The manager came to meet us outside the medina and showed us where to park our car, very helpful! Our room was ready, nice and very well cared of (rose petals on our beds and bottled water on the night-stand). They prepared for us a very nice dinner on the terrace, candlelight and everything to make it unforgettable...
One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Truly recommended.
Very luxurious decor, good service, great HD tv, good food. They were unable to change some Moroccan money for smaller denominations. They also charged the room using the current euro exchange rate despite our booking confirmation with booking.com stating that we would pay 897 euros for 3 nights plus 3.50 euros pppn tax. We were only overcharged around £20 but felt there was a principle at stake. We complained without success.
Fantastic Riad, the most hepful staff/ owners you will ever meet and the weather
The whole athmosphere of the hotel is really charming, pretty much everything is individually organised so that one can really relax and feel great! The access looks in the first moment strange as from the Median entry gate to the hotel the street is quite in bad shape and very busy so the contrast with the riad itself is even bigger.
I stayed at the Riad de Charme Moullaoud with my 11 year old son. The staff and management of teh hotel made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to assist us - even booking a private car and driver to take us around the sites for a day. The rooms are beautiful - we got to see most of them - and the hotel will be fantastic for a couple wanting a romantic break. I will definately be going back.
The staff were lovely and so kind and helpful when my friend was ill.
The staff were amazing at Riad Moullaoud
This is a fabulous Riad - the other reviews are all spot on. The staff are brilliant wanting to help you - always asking if they can do things. The breakfasts were a highlight - eating them on the roof top terrace as the city woke up was a treat and we will miss them. We got through the airport over 90 minutes late but the taxi that had been arranged to pick us up was there and when we got to the Riad the meal that we had arranged was ready for us when it fitted in with us - and it was spectacular. All the staff seemed to enjoy being at the Riad and this came across as they wanted to make you feel at home - I can not praise this Riad enough.
The staff was incredible. Hotel Employee were the most gracious of hosts, the food was wonderful. Dar Anika was a tranquil oasis in the midst of the chaos of the medina. It was wonderful to go out and explore, and then come back to such luxury a The only thing we found to complain about was that the meal portions were too generous! The food was so good we kept eating and eating!
God mottakelse, hjelpsomhet i resepsjonen bl.a. ifm. informasjon om severdigheter, råd og vink om "do" and "don't do" i byen. Romslige rom - en følelse av 1001 Natt! Air condition. Skreddersydd frokost. Utmerket underholdning med god, levende musikk og magedanserinne. Litt trafikkstøy fra gata.
This place is literally an oasis in the middle of the medina. My wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite and we absolutely loved our room. They serve amazing food all day but please make sure you eat on the terrace at night!! its amazong!! Walking to the riad at night is a little scary. The good thing is that the staff sends someone to meet you outside if you call ahead. Definitely not a make or break thing.
This is the first review I've written for a stay, only because the experience was second to none. From beginning to end, the hotel staff did an incredible job making mine and my friend's first time in Morocco a great experience. Shuttle was a breeze to set up to/from the airport, we were greeted with tea and cookies while our bags were brought up to the room, and we were able to switch rooms (upgrade) to two beds without an extra charge. Everything we needed was accommodated for, and even though it was a boutique hotel, it felt more like a personal bed and breakfast when it came to food. A table was set for us (waiting) on the GORGEOUS rooftop patio for breakfast and dinner, and the food, particularly breakfast (complementary), was perfect for a day spent exploring. The location was only a 5-10 minute walk to all the sights, situated between the market and the Gardens. I am still in disbelief at how much was provided for without even asking. No doubt, I will stay here again when back in Marrakech I honestly can not think of anything. There was more I wish I could've taken advantage of, like the spa, etc. but that was due to the fact we weren't there long enough! Next time for sure though.
