Very friendly received, people are very helpfull; Very nice surrounding, close to Marrakech, but far away enough to enjoy the tranquility. Breakfast could be somewhat improved, restaurant is fairly expensive so did nopt attract many people to use it during our stay.
Superb level of customer service. They made us feel very welcome. Beautiful surroundings and a superb place to relax after the chaos of the medina. The hotel restaurant was a little expensive compared to other eateries in the city.
Warm welcome, friendly staff, spacious rooms (exactly like the pictures on the website), enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace.
Great location for Medina, staff very helpful. Rooms as expected in a Riad. The lack of English language by the staff was a bit frustrating, lucky we had other guests who spoke French and translated. The full address should have been given on the confirmation printout, it took us a while to find this place.
The hospitality was amazing. The Riad was incredible, an oasis amongst the craziness which is Morocco. The staff did everything possible to ensure our stay was the best it could be. No, I can not fault anything.
The hotel personnel was very enthusiastic and charming. The Riad is very calm (no noise at all) and located within walking disctance from the centre. Discussion over 4% commsion on payment with credit card (no mentioning during reservation!). Request for cash money as the machine "is not working"
Room was large; beds comfortable; limited staff tried to please Misrepresented by internet web site - hotel was dilapidated with poor functioning plumbing (toilet, sink and shower.) This property has been allowed to decline in maintenance and repair as well as style, upkeep and staffing - very much at odds with the online/internet presentation which was the basis for our selection of the riad. In light of this the price (100 Euros per nigh)t was excessive relative to other hotels we could have stayed in in Marrakesh. In fact had the owner been present we would have protested and asked for a rebate.
There was nothing to like thete Extremely unhelpful staff and owner. All the things in the room were falling apart. It was very dirty plus if I wanted to get a feel of a English pub I would have gone to London not Marrakesh
Lovely designed riad, had Air con and dipping pool which were good for cooling down. Set in a quiet location about 20mins walk from the centre square. great escape from the hassle of the markets. Rooms cleaned daily, yummy breakfasts. Shower head fixture was broken so you had to hold it, but not really a big deal. Our toilet was blocked when we arrived and we had to wait a couple if hours before we could use it but it worked fine from then on'
