Clean, located just off the highway
The room was overcrowded with furniture and two beds. The carpet was filthy. It was noisy, in a seedy area in which I was not comfortable. I only stayed one of five nights booked.
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly - but there only seemed to be one member of the reception staff that actually knew the area the location wasnt great ... taxis were BRUTAL! Would prefere something closer to downtown
It was very clean and hospitable for the price. The TV was fuzzy.
Loved the supportive staff. Very accomidating. no
The guy up front was cordial with us and was willing to refund the hotel. Room was supposed to be non smoking. A family of chain smokers must have lived there previously. This place isn't really rented by night. It was very apparent that people LIVE there and were not neighborly people that you make small talk with let alone make eye contact with. As we decided to get the H out of there, some guy is yelling across the way to another neighbor that he caught the guy who stole his bike and got what was coming... Unless you're the type of person to rent rooms by the hour, don't go! Choose life instead and pay an extra $20...
Nice clean and quiet.
Hotel is new and is nice. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast.
It had a bed. It had a shower. Ragged towels. Bad smell in room. Low end feeling. Un -kept grounds, long walk from car to room. Noisy air conditioner
Staff was courteous No WiFi in rooms not by office. Beds terrible. No running water. TV was old, with static instead of quality pucture. No actual breakfast- out of juice, milk. No rolls, etc. At the sales price of $34 we overpaid!
My stay was not that good because of two reasons: 1. It was too loud and noisy after middle of the night and we cannot sleep. 2. When we call to stop noisy teenagers the staff (receptionist) was not helpful and did not take any action at all and did not pay any attention. 3. As soon as we entered one of our rooms was full of water because A/C leaking and smell come from the wet carpet and we have to wait next day untill the technition came and fixed the next day.
Not much Old broken furniture, AC broken. Scary neighborhood
The Renaissance is close to so many cool downtown Phoenix venues - Valley Bar, Hanny's Seamus McCaffrey's, and Crescent Ballroom. We were able to walk around and had plenty to do all within walking distance.
The location of the hotel was great. It was in the heart of Phoenix. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym is very small and they were renovating so you could hear work being done and the elevators were really slow.
Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. When I got off the elevator to go to my room, I stepped on the thickest, plushest carpet ever. Room was spotless. Lots of outlets on the desk so I was able to keep all my devices charged. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Even the valet, when my car was brought around, washed my windshield before I started out for home. Extremely easy to get back to I-10. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - including lots of fresh fruit and again. Walking distance to Chase Field as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Would have liked to have had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting on my makeup but there was lots of light.
A very nice hotel, would stay there again. On my stay at the hotel, the night lighting in the parking lot was not on. Unfortunitily I did not see the curb and fell injuring my left knee, straining my back and scraping my right elbo. After getting cleaned up my friend notified the desk on what happen. I also notified the desk on the way out the next morning, Instead of finishing our vacation we started for home, instead. 1. Fix lighting 2. Staff should have followed up better.
How clean the room was.
I enjoy stay at the Radission Phoenix-Airport North. It is so convinent to shopping. Hotel service is good. I'll come back again.
close to airport, free shuttle, very friendly stuff
For some reason the hotel had us booked for 25 Oct and not 25 Sept. This was resolved easily but somewhere along the line someone messed up!!!
The family and I were stranded and the hotel saved us from staying at the airport over night with a 2 year old. The room was clean and they furnished a crib for my kid. The lights in the room next to the beds didn't work. The cords on the lights was bent at a weird angle so the wires were not making the electrical connection needed. All the others lights worked great.
Excellent location. Clean and the staff very nice
to take my plane it was so close from the airport
Location is right by the airport and within 20m of anywhere you want to get in Phoenix and surrounding areas Pool was fairly small
The hotel's proxsimity to the Airport. Also we wanted a hotel that offered first class accomadations which this hotel did for the most part. We are Seniors and we could not get the Bed real comfortable for us. We would have preferred a bed that would have a comfortable stationary mattress, not one that you had to try to form to your body.
nice big room; sleep number bed
Radisson Phoenix ticked all the boxes for our stay. It was adjacent to the airport, clean and comfortable.
Clean facility with a very friendly staff No dislikes
The hot buffet breakfast included is fantastic in quality and expectations. The set up of hotel is wonderful as all views ou can see mountains and planes taking off (the noise from planes was not an issue even though you felt like you could grab planes out of the sky. I would recommend this for all of my relatives who would visit me and for all of you wbo have no idea where you should stay.
Privacy, lovely warm pool, buffet breakfast excellent, easy to find, close airport another guests room service tray with dirty dishes left outside for over 24 hours.
The hotel is very close to the phx Zoo. The shuttle will take you there and pick you up! This is ideal when you have a later plane. The shuttle driver Ray Lopez was fantastic. The pool is lovely and the towels were big. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was free and very good. The warm chocolate chip cookie is a nice touch. The dining room was closed on Sat. night due to an affair. I wanted to have a nice dinner there and was unable to do so.
It was a wonderful hotel, great breakfast, comfy room, and friendly staff. I was traveling alone and my room was on the 5th floor quite a distance from the office and a little hike through the foliage and pool area. Even from the parking lot entrance, closest to the elevator I needed to take, I had to travel down a dark walk area by the laundry. I didn't feel unsafe but it could be a recipe for disaster. I checked in after dark and the lighting is limited around the pool area for the ambiance but this made it difficult to figure out where to go. I would have preferred something closer and should have asked.
The staff gave us wonderful advice about a little Italian Restaurant not far from the Hotel. The place was perfect. Doubletree staff was always very nice and helpful. Another great feature, the huge chocolate chip cookie upon arrival.
Arrived very late at night and called the hotel from the airport - the bus was there within a few mintes to pick us up at the terminal and the hotel is very close to the airport so within another few minutes we were at the hotel where check-in was quick, smooth and very friendly. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable especially after a day travelling on long haul flights. .
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nice size. Very lovely outside pool with plenty of clean towels. The free breaksfast bar was fresh and delicious. First visit our family was put into handicapped room and the shower facilities were extremely messy with 4 people showering.
The breakfast was so good. alot of choices. Room was big ans very clean this hotel does a excellent job
Appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as to neighboring restaurants. The complimentary breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, various breads and pastries, yogurt, etc. Rooms are spacious, with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. Two large flat screen tv's, locking safe, large refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. King bed is super comfortable with pillow top mattress! Plenty of large towels and good water pressure. Internet access was reliable and strong. Bathroom is very small, and it was very difficult for both of us to get ready in the morning. The sink was next to the toilet, as opposed to being outside the bathroom, as in other hotels. Hair dryer only had medium heat setting - plenty of power, but needed warmer temp. Most rooms surround the pool, and one night the families using the pool were really noisy. The noise reverberates!
We liked the size of the room. And it was clean We did not like that some of the channels on the television were fuzzy, and more than that, the pool was very dirty.
The warm cookie at check-in was nice as was the quiet air conditioner...you barely even noticed it was running...a nice change from the typical room rattling wall units in most hotels.
Room was clean, everything worked, good to have a fridge, close to airport and complimentary shuttle to airport is a big plus. Complimentary breakfast not that good. Open campus and transients made it seem unsafe.
Very close to the airport. Staff was friendly. The bed was huge but very squeaky. I couldn't move at all without sounding like I was getting it on...and I was there alone. They also put me right by the stairs and housecleaning supply closet...it was very loud outside the room most of the mornings/evenings.
There was a blood stain on the bed cover.
Nice rooms, nice pool, good security, close to airport, get on the shuttle 2 hours earlier even for domestic flights. Bad location in town, maybe under staffed as they weren't as helpful, breakfast was pretty low quality but edible just enough.
price check-out staff member was rude to us.
The location is not very good. The hotel is located in an area where there is abandoned buildings all around.
Clean Bad neighborhood
Check in was fast, the room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Location
Front desk agent was very nice, room was basic but comfortable. Unbeatable price. Shuttle to and from airport was on time and minutes away. If you just need a bed to sleep in for a few hours between flights I would stay here again. Stray hairs from the cleaning people, also forgot cleaning buckets in bathroom. Sheets had some small holes in them. There is nothing nearby. Took a cab to a better part of town to get dinner. Cabbie warned me this is a bad part of town and I should not walk anywhere as it's very unsafe (6'3" male).
For a short stay this place was perfect! I was staying for just a few hours to shower and get a little bit of sleep before our flight and this was a perfect place, especially for the price.
the room and bed were comfortable.. breakfast
Close to airport. Comfortable motel. The area around the hotel is definitely sketchy.
Loved the Complimentary Drinks and Snacks Pillows were outstanding Front Desk and Staff were great. Very Clean My room was quiet and very confortable Internet Connection was lousy. One piece of toast for Breakfast is just UnAmerican
Staff is great location is great and I love the pool! My room was over the restaurant and had a smell to it but it wasn't unbearable.
Old meets new was fun. Learning more about Don being blown-up in his crappy, small, yellow forgien sports car gave a fun dangerous vibe. Fitness room worked. Loation is great. Covered parking rules. One beat House music is hard to take by the pool trying to read or on the roof watching a beatuful sunset. That music requires the listener to be on lots of really good drugs in a club to be appriciated. However, I dare to say most people thing that music sucks anytime, anywhere while on any drug(s). Clubbing, stockholm syndrome nonsense, sholdn't be forced on everyone in the name of pseudo cool.
Staff was very nice and the restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable and room was a pretty good size. Rooms were a little run down and carpet was a little dirty, some things in the bathroom were broken and bathroom was really small.
Restaurant was good. Junior suite was spacious. No hot water so cold showers all weekend. Towels were old and not very soft. Combo shower/bath was old/cheap. Blinds wouldn't close completely in living room area so privacy was an issue - especially since you could see through to the bedroom. Overall impression is that they took an old, run down 2 star hotel and tried to updated it with hipster accents. I've seen it done well elsewhere but here they fall short.
everything was above and beyond fantastic! incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, hip pool with excellent late night vibe, delicious drinks, tasteful decor, all-around cool scene in the heart of phoenix. we'll return whenever we can!
I like the amenities that were offered. I would definitely stay there again.
Location was good for what I needed. Other than that, stay away. Bedding was clean, staff was attentive and polite, but the place has not been maintained. At all. The property may have ranked a 4 star rating long ago, but it honestly looks like that was the last time they even spent a dime on upkeep of the structure. Again, the employees were great, but the place is a dump. Room had carpet that was withered and frayed, looked like it had been installed in the 80's. As if that wasn't enough of a tip off, there were several huge stains that literally looked like a donkey had urinated a few times - again, quite a while ago. Air vents have not been cleaned since the last century, so if you are into breathing spores, other people's skin cells, and bacteria - this place is for you. I also had the pleasure of sharing the suite with a loud buzzing noise every 55-60 seconds. Sounded like a cell phone on a table vibrating. After a few nights of putting up with this, I decided to investigate. Really with I had not... first I found a huge 36" x 16" hole hacked out of the wall behind a mirror hanging in the connecting hallway to the front room. This had some other mismatching hunk of drywall dangling in it, not really doing much to seal the hole. Emergency plumbing repair unfinished? Maybe the source of the camel pee stains, don't know. Finally, I found the item responsible for the 55 second interval alarm... behind the vent in the ceiling, a cheap recirculation pump was mounted with no thought for vibration dampening. Seriously, this thing was absurdly annoying. Honestly, I've seem far better maintained rooms in a Motel 6 or Super 8, I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
Breakfast. $10 voucher for the in-house restaurant. Rooms & beds were clean and sharp. I booked a Sunday night stay. Apparently they were all-booked for the night before, and after I arrived 30 minutes before normal check in time on Sunday, and they couldn't accommodate me for those 30 minutes and made me wait until the normal check in time.
Lady at the front desk was very helpful finding me food at 12pm.
Place is old needs updates Everything
Based upon the first impression of the front desk service, along with the room, I was expecting a perfectly fine stay. Especially, considering, the stay was only for one night. The room was spotless, and super cute! (We got one with a jacuzzi, which is definitely a bonus of this hotel.) there was even a little note from the maid, ensuring we knew it had been cleaned 100%, for our satisfaction. That being said, I was required to call a 1-800 line, for room service? I was directed to an obscure representative, who was way beyond unprofessional, who then, transferred me to the kitchen of, what I found out later, was Streets of New York. Sure, but then why is it called OrderInn, on the room service menu? I just want to know where the food I'm paying stupid amounts of money for, is coming from. Along with several, basic food items, such as, plain old, Garlic bread, that they had, extensively, labeled as "Passion bread", and was being way overcharged for.
beauriful view from the highest point on the property. Rooms are a bit stale and in need of renovation. Sink made weird noises that woke us up. Staff is mediocre at front desk.
Close to family. The resort is tired and it shows.
as we frequent several valley hotels, we especially loved the adult pool area.................... our room had absolutely no view front or back
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend. I will never stay here again ever. The room was dated. The room looked like a road side motel. The pictures and smoke dectors were falling off the wall. The refrigerator door had a hole like some one kicked it. I went to four different ice machines four different times and not one of them worked. I had to drive to the store it was very inconvenient. For the amount we paid for each nigh it was not worth it. We didn't even go to the water park portion of the resort because we were so disappointed with our room
Beautiful location and amenities. We expected great services and top-notch amenities, but the staff and our room were just mediocre. First, we had to wait for 10 minutes to sign in. The check-in agent was tied up with a time-consuming transaction but didn't even bother to apologise for the wait, much less attempt to summon a colleague to help us. Bad form. Next, we paid for queen-sized beds, but our room was outfitted with full-size beds. Wah wah. It was late and we weren't in the mood for making a fuss, but it was just...shabby. Nothing horrible, just not good.
Resort was pretty and acommodations acceptable for price. Narrow roadways and endless views of cars. I was unable to find a way to navigate through the resort without walking through the parking lots. Only room service ordered was a caesar salad with a total cost of over $20. Lettuce had just been washed, but not dried so it was watery with cold cut type chicken placed on top. Very poor especially for a Hilton.
Pool area, lobby. Parking was horrible and not convenient in the area we were in
Nice room nice pools I stayed on a Monday until Wednesday and it wasn't very busy at all. I was put in the farthest room from the main pool so it wasn't walking distance, did receive shuttle service but would of been nicer to be closer.
Lounge view awesome went for the sunset and ended up going back for night cap and view of Phoenix at night from the mountain every night. Plenty to do golf, great hiking trails, tennis and great pool area. Since you are literally on top of a mountain restaurants off property are not walk to but a quick 10 minute cab or car ride.
It was a great experience from the front desk to the easy check out. Not really a factor if you're not a weekender but parking is truly disproportionate to the amount of rooms in the hotel. You will find that out the hard way if you find yourself staying on a Saturday night.
The room was clean and comfortable It's funny that the only memorable and helpful staff are not upfront. Reception is horrible...H O R R I B L E!! This is the only reason I would never go back.
walking distance to anything downtown; very clean; friendly staff; excellent bed no free wi-fi???? $17 parking????
Location, Clean Rooms, Excellent Beds, Good Internet. Homeless Begging right outside front doors.
Semi clean room Nothing open past 12, very much lack of knowledge of there "hotel" hour of operations, never had an opportunity to enjoy like food but like everything else there is somthing more rhat will stick with people at Tucson, for a life time
Staff were not friendly .... injured myself while there and would not allow me temporary use of a wheelchair. Nothing in the vicinity of the hotel really.
Customer service was great!
The pool was great! The pool staff was excellent and always around if you needed anything! We were unable to check in early, so they said they would text us when our room was ready which should have been by 4 because that's the time of check in. Around 4:30 still no text, so we decided to go check ourselves. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk about checking in she said our room was still not ready. Luckily she moved something around and got us into a room, but what if I hadn't gone to the front desk and just waited for a text who knew how long we would have waited. If check in is at 4 then we should have been in a room by that time. Also the housekeeping never came to clean our room on the second day which I found very odd.
I like the location on 16th Street. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Water park was fun. Rooms are a bit dated. Water park was smaller than I was hoping. Not a lot of choices for dining on resort during summer.
It's a nice place, bed was so good Nothing to complain about
We loved the many options of pools. Also, this was the best exercise facility ever! The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was very kid friendly and beautiful. The river ranch was a blast. Our room was large with a great view. Our room was dirty. It didn't look like the bath tub had been cleaned at all. I had to rinse several hairs down the drain before I could even shower my kids. The carpet was absolutely terrible which became extremely noticeable once my 10 month old started crawling on it. The service was ok some of the staff was super friendly and helpful others were almost rude. All of that being said, I would still stay here again with high hopes of the room being a little cleaner.
The beds were comfortable. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable but a bit outdated. There was some confusion about my bill, but it was quickly cleared up. Overall the hotel was nice, but a bit dated though the amenities were lacking. Pool was gross - they didn't bother to skim it over 4 days if was there and there were tons of dead bugs including bees and a cockroach. Saturday morning they had no towels and weren't even trying to fix it. Maids entirely blocked the hallway with their carts and didn't bother to move to let us off the elevator. Lazy river is nice when it's not busy, but was very crowded on the weekends.
Easy check in They boast "millions of dollars in recent renovations" but the rooms are just awful. I remember this resort from many years ago, and at the time it was very nice. They have basically let the whole place become run down and have milked it for all the money they can get out of it. It is a run down crappy "resort" now, and should be condemned.
The amount of space for the King bedroom suites was very accommodating. There are two separate rooms, a living room area with a pull out bed is great to use if you have additional folks with you or children, and a separate bedroom in case you want more privacy. The staff were very knowledgeable and responsive. I didn't need much assistance, but for the few questions or needs I had, they were quick to aid me. The resort is kept up well. It has stayed up-to-date since my last stay there 20 years ago. I'm happy to see it has been kept in good condition. I went to the spa and the masseuse was incredibly experienced and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend the spa. There are a few small areas that the resort could improve on: -I noticed it was very difficult reaching hotel staff by phone. I tried every single line (ie Guest Request, Room Service, Front Desk..) just to try to reach someone. This happened to me about 5-6 times within my first 36 hours. They could work on beefing up availability of folks to answer phones. -The spa was fantastic, and one of the showers was very dark, and had one ceiling light which was not in the shower. This made the room dark after pulling the shower curtain. It didn't do justice to the overall appearance to the spa. -Also I would recommend the spa supplying a few creature comforts in the locker room, such as disposable combs for people to use after showers.
Nice rooms for the price, fun waterpark, but the pools were dirty and the pool pavers were blistering hot on our feet.
This place is beautiful. The grounds and buildings are recently remodeled and they are very clean. The room had a lot of space. Parking was great, and the resort fee was actually worth it for once. They give you a lot for the $24 a night fee, I had no complaints.
Nothing Hvac was loud. Tv had cords and boxes hanging out the side. Guests ran around screaming and play until 11pm
Higher standard of room ,fittings and accessories than I expected.
The hotel staff was very courteous and the location to the airport was ideal. It was not filthy but our bathroom was not as clean as I prefer and t he hotel hallways were kinda dirty.
Nice clean professional hotel, would recommend and will stay again on my next business trip to Phoenix area.
I had to geta room change because of the dreadful machinery noise and vibration above the room . The hotel staff acted promptly and well and actually discounted the room rate as I had to change rooms, somthat was fine. The complimentary drinks at happy hour (6pm) was a nice touch. No restaurant and none of any quality in the adjacent hotels. have to drive 3-4 miles to find a restaurant. Not a good location.
Great value for the money
The many pillows were luxuriously thick. The halls were quiet. The breakfast choices were outstanding for the money. Our first room had a distinctive (cigarette-type) odor to it, however the front desk immediately corrected it by assigning us a different room.
Very noisy. Could hear everyone in the halls and in the adjacent room
I arrived late in the evening, 11pm. and the front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition - so easy to fall into bed!
When my husband went to use bathroom the water in toilet was brown, then after flushing the toilet kept running he had to stick his hand in toilet to get it to stop. Meanwhile I had called for pillows and they said we had to come to get it at desk ourselves because the person was doing happy hour. After the third time he just fixed it We figured no one available. In the morning he is doing room sweep to make sure we had everything he held up a sock and comb from under bed that was not ours. When addressed to front staff she said well I would refund you something but you are a prepay. I stopped going to best western year sis ago for poor quality, we decided to give another try... Won't do that again.
Nice beds, very comfy The bathrooms
Every thing a good hotel should be. Carpet in room was very dirty.
Close to the airport. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of items to choose from including fruit, yogurt, eggs and sausage. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people talking next door. When we turned the fan on it smelled of mold and sweat.
The room was good. The breakfast was good. The service was great! The shower was tight with the water.
Friendly staff, good wifi, decent breakfast Rooms are smoke free, but guests smoke outside everywhere.
Rooms were clean & comfortable
Rooms were very nice and modern, front desk staff was curtious and efficient, all staff was friendly
Breakfast was awesome. Super friendly and professional staff. Didnt like the room decor. Nice pool area and great jacuzzi. I got three bug bites and I'm pretty sure they came from the room.
The room had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I tried the breakfast and couldn't go back. I had to find other alternatives for breakfast.
I love that they have a social hour with free drinks The location was a bit far from Downtown Phoenix and the airport
we get free upgrade n/a
Staff was friendly. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The carpets, doors, comforter, even one of the towels were dirty! The continental breakfast was a joke, and there were only 3 tables with hardly enough room for 6 people to be in there at a time. The neighborhood wasn't very nice, but I was trying to find something cheap within walking distance of the convention center. I walked it, but it was a bit of a hike. You get what you pay for, and at least I didn't pay much.
Bad Wi-fi condition, breakfast with minimum menu. If you are looking for relatively cheap accommodation, it's fine, but I still think I overpaid.
Close to the downtown area. Within a few minutes walk to ballpark, arena, and convention center
Our overall stay was decent. Quiet, never any interruptions. What I didn't care for, the pool was absolutely disgusting. After taking a shower, we discovered our feet were dirty. We discovered it was the carpet making our feet black! Also dropped some jewelry between the bed and night stand, reached down to grab it and pulled back a handful of what appeared to be cookie crumbles..upon further review there was tons of food crumbs, some hair accessories and other items, that were not ours.
The staff was very kind and attentive.
Facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable. It was a low of 32F the night I was there and the heater didn't work properly. I woke up much earlier than I wanted to freezing.
Was gone early and back late each day. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had no problems.
Clean facility, could definitely tell its newer. Well put together rooms. Handy computer room which helped me book a return flight home. $15 for a mediocre cheeseburger. Small patio area, small pool area. No continental breakfast but instead a $14 breakfast buffet. Stuck us in a room next to the elevators which shook our room every 10 seconds all night long.
The hospitality. The cleanliness. Hard not to like anything.
Comfortable n cleanliness No comments.....
Great hotel with friendly staff. N/A
I liked the quality of the bedding and the bed itself which allows one to adjust the firmness/softness of the matress. The room is uniquely decorated and expecially comfortable for male guests.
The room was humongous as well as the bathroom. The washer and dryer were cheap but I think they should have aa dispenser in the laundry room so you can buy detergent/fabric softenerdryer sheets. The front desk was very helpful and nice. My stay was very enjoyable. Whatever products they use to clean the room left it smelling aa little...bitter, almost like vvinegar but I sprayed some perfume to mask it and it was fine.
Very clean and modern room, nice pool, nice decor, friendly and helpful staff
The power going out in the morning and not being able to get ready for the day before time to take off.
The staff was very helpful. We had ended up without a car and they were patient and informative about the shuttle service that they operate downtown for free and to the airport for $10. It was a wonderful experience. No complaints from me.
Staff is very friendly. Convenient shuttles. Breakfast included. Clean room and lobby. Bed was not very comfortable. Our view out the window was a fast food drive thru. Room fridge was a bit noisy
All of the staff were very cordial and helpful. I would recommend a stay here even for family.
Room was exceptionally clean! First floor room.
Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, will do it again. Great mini vacation!
Breakfast is fantastic, pool and excercise great, staff extremely helpful, great value, large rooms, great beds, shuttle sevice.
Awesome breakfast. My seminar was held in phoenix convention center. It is a little difficul to hangout with friends who stay in that area.
Value for your buck. The heater didn't work, it was cold.
The air conditioner could of been colder even though we had it on 60. Overall we loved our stay
The included breakfast was good, as was the access to a computer and printer. We found a toenail clipping on the carpet floor which made us uneasy able the overall cleaniness of the facilities.
Modern No hot Water and charged extra 25 dollars don't know why
The bed was comfortable and quality of the room compared to the great price. I can smell smoke in the hallway from guests that were smoking in their rooms.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I mean everyone I dealt with. The evening front desk clerk (big Guy-dark hair) was also particularly helpful and charming in a shy way. will definitely be back. the room bathroom could use a little updating
THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND SUPER CLEAN, VERY NICE HOTEL AND COMFY BEDS.
Staff is OK. Restaurant is reasonable priced w reasonable food and good staff At first they put me in a room that had a fan that made horrible noise. I went and asked for a different room, which I then got. The new room was better, but both of the rooms smelled of mildew, having a 'dirty sock' smell. This really bothered and basically affected my whole visit. I talked with some of my other business compatriots who stayed at a different 4-Point up in Tempe, and they had the same problem.
Facilities were very clean and updated recently. Pleasant staff. I accidentally left a travel bag in my room when checking out. This oversight was not discovered until I arrived home 130 miles away several hours later. Two problems: 1) their phone answering system was stuck in a loop, constantly repeating available options without connecting me with mgr on duty. I eventually connected with Reservations Clerk Christine who tried to be very helpful and took my information to file a report. 2) when I followed up with the mgr on duty 24hrs later, he inquired with Houskeeping and called me back saying nothing was found but he would keep an open file in case it was found. I have heard nothing since. Since I went directly home upon checking out of the hotel, there is no question of where I left the bag. This was very disappointing.
Staff was awesome all around. I felt very comfortable there Drunk guy passed out in stairwell in morning who I had to step over on my way to my class on my last morning. There were guys Erving loud motorcycles in parking lot at 2am
No complaints The only negative remark I have is they need light on there parking lot. They also need to pave the dirt road.
The staff was very friendly and great! Breakfast was good especially the Svenhard rolls! The took care of noisy neighbor issue promptly. The room next was making a lot of noise and it came through an adjoining door. We called the front desk and within 15 minutes they were quiet. The moved us to a quiet room the next day.
I really liked the bathrooms, very clean, spacious, and logically laid out. The beds themselves were pretty comfy and overall things were nice and clean. The AC was a tad bit finicky, it was either a little too hot or a little too cold and there was no way to program a "smart" auto setting in the thermostat. You could set it to a temperature, and if it wasn't quite at that temp, it the heater would turn on, too cold and the AC would turn on. I didn't want the heater to turn on but there wasn't a way to turn that part off. Not a huge biggie at all but that's my only complaint.
I tried to book another night and the guy at the front told me I had to check out then check in sounded crazy seem like he didn't want to help me
The ONLY thing I liked was the facility itself. The staff was beyond awful, as if we were an inconvenience to them and we never asked for anything at all. Simply checked into the room, and checked out the next afternoon, and went to the Holiday Inn down the road. When fist entering the lobby, there was a very upset guest shouting to the girl Amanda at the front desk and her manager a female standing behind her employee and arguing back with the guest. Instead of solving his issue, I watched in disbelief as this guy really wasn't asking for much, and after he gave up on trying you could see the exhaustion on this poor guys face, he kindly asked them for a garbage bag for his laundry they told him to go buy his own. Then on checkout same thing I went down to give them my key and I'm witnessing another guest yelling and police were being called and once again it appeared from what I heard that this man was in the right. He had his family with children and grandma standing outside the building while fighting inside with the staff. At check out I made the obvious comment, and mind you I was not rude or mean about it in Amy way, I even stood up for her at one point when the customer called her a name but anyway, that I've never witnessed so many upset customers in such little time, the manager herself quote on quote said, if you don't lke it there's plenty of hotels in the block to go too, I said wow, that's actually exactly what I'm doing. It was my very first time staying at a Red Roof Inn and definitely the last. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TOO ANYONE, BUSINESS OR LEISURE. IT WAS AN AWKWARD AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING APPROACHING ANY STAFF MEMBER. They had landscapers outside at the time that I'm sure are not employed by Red Roof Inn and, even those guys while I was loading my car commented on the staff in a negative manner and another guest (African American) outside smoking at that moment, overheard the landscapers and agreed and said he felt as though they judged him but was too tired to even try going anywhere else so he simply stayed there. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS AND,THIS GOES OUT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. I am actually writing this wile staying at a motel 6 rigt now as I write this and paying much less, getting treated like I'm cared for and appreciated yet I pre-judged the motel 6 at first.

Location Beds were hard
front desk person was highlight of stay. she was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful, both checking in and out. staff seemed indifferent. my wife had a little difficulty with the vending machine and asked for help, staff member looked at her and said, sorry can't help, instructions are self-explanatory, then walked away. toilet had not been cleaned. kind of scary looking guy driving around the parking lot at least 4 times. mentioned it to another staff and was told, oh, it's probably nothing. no breakfast, room seemed quite austere. certainly did not seem worth the price.
The price The location was in undesirable location as a single female travelling alone I felt uncomfortable, I ended up staying with a friend at another hotel because I did not want to stay by myself there.
This place felt very comfortable. We had a great experience here. The room had what we asked for. The location itself was perfect for us. The staff is kind and welcoming, which is great! Would definitely recommend this place to others! N/A
The front desk staff was great at both check in and check out. The security man was very nice also.
I loved the proximity to everything. The room was nice. The staff was great. My ac unit wasn't as cool as it could've been. No big deal, the room was cool enough
great value, pleasant room and staff, convenient location for our needs.
Exactly what we expected. Clean room and friendly staff. Will stay there again
Parking was close to my window . Well when I checked in they gave me the run around when I got there . That should of stopped us , but it was the night before Easter and everywhere was booked. So I go to the bank and come back. The attendee at the front told me he had a room upstairs for me for when I get back. I was only gone 15 mins and he gives my room away. I got into my room and there was one set of towels and tow of us so I called to Order more and they asked why I needed them
