Great place if you are at medical clinics
Front desk taff were great! Friendly and helpful! The best part of my stay. Housekeeping came by twice before check out time.
Staff, location, Saffron restaurant traffic noise, odd number rooms face the road and have more traffic noise, suggest requesting a room with even number. Internet was sometimes difficult to connect to
The rooms are small. Housekeeping missed a day when we were not up at 830.
Service was excellent - good Restaurant next to hotel. Rooms are noisy and dated - renovation needed badly - too expensive for location and the standard
Bed very comfortable and appreciated shuttle
liked the giant tube in the room breakfast sausages were good
i flew in from the east coast to visit family Hotel Nexus was very accommodating with checkout due to unusual departure time flying east. I've staye here before and plan to stay again next visit. It was only 10 minutes from my destination, couldn't ask for better. The only complain which is trivial is the breakfast menus. I understand its hard to please everyone but the hours were great.
The room fridge was good. Noisy rooms due to motel-style hotel (every room had a door to outside) room had a very strong perfume-smell like febreeze; poor quality breakfast (salty scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, paper plates/cutlery) , small room, tub would not hold water, shower spray poor, bathroom soap/ shampoo too little, worst of all Non-existing WiFi ! Do not stay here...stay anywhere else.
I liked where the hotel was located. I did not like the surrounding neighborhood so much and it wasn't very clean and it just want very standout. I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I probably won't stay there again.
The theme and "look" of the hotel was fun, the staff was helpful, the room was comfortable. The shower curtain rod was a little loose and the shower kept sliding to the center of the shower. Pretty minor complai t overall.
I found the rooms too small for an extended stay. I was looking for a suite and there was barely room for a chair and our 2 suitcases.
Clean Continental Breakfast Location Comfortable Beds and Pillows Good Fridge Maintenance Guy doesn't knock before entering rooms..he was looking for another room for repairs but accidentally entered ours. SUGGESTION: For training purposes any employee should always knock on a guest door ...EVEN IF THEY THINK IT IS EMPTY :)
Free Breakfast in the morning was really good. Nice exercise room available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Middle of the week was a little expensive
Cheerful, competent staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Parking spaces are very narrow.
The free breakfast wasnt anything special just toast aND hard boiled eggs, expected a little more but disappointed.
I really liked the coziness of the room. It was cute and comfortable for the price.
Location Daytime front desk clueless and downright rude.Older femal desk clerk not there to work. For her she's paid to watch tv. 2 times out 3 the day shift never answers the phone.Due to the lack of service you would never gyess this was a chain hotel. Beds as hard as rocks. No pilllow tops like the rest of the other Days Inn.
Room was clean and comfortable. I have NEVER had such poor customer service checking in to a hotel before! If our room hast been paid in advance, we would have found another hotel. Front desk clerk was argumentative and seemed to have some serious anger management issues.
Stayed here many times. Always a good place. Not a dive. No frills business place to stay in Seattle. Good location north of downtown on 99.
Convince, stores within walking distance to get groceries. Good location for almost everything we did. Quiet No utensil or pans. Had to ask for them.then had to go to the lobby to get them. Struggling up two flights of stairs trying to Cary everything. Not enough dish soap , ended up buying more.
Great kitchette and much needed for son's medicine. It was close to all the important Seattle things. We had to ask for shampoo and that was unexpected.
