making love to my brazilian girlfriend no nothing
Very good breakfast selection Not exactly 5 star. The decor is distinctly tired in places.
The proximity to the seaside and the large pool complex are the highlights of this hotel. Breakfeast has many different options.
The swimming pool and the breakfest are wonderful, Prices and variety in the restaurants are not that good.
the spa and the pool area, breakfast buffet was great the other restaurants at the resort were not good, expensive crappy buffet
i paid for ethernet, which was terrible, i am in Rio de janerio, and wi fi is free & excellant. @ princess hotel where i stay 3 times a year my only complaint with serhs. the facility was nice. the ethernet was a rip off.
the pools the furniture is a little old for the high price they charge
The swimming pools, the breakfast buffet, the view, the staff very flexible and helpful, offered me an earlier check in and also the room change, once I informed them the room did not match my reservation. The abusive prices for the excursions organized by the hotel, the buggy trip was 100 reais more expensive than the normal price, besides that the buggy driver charged me for the ferry transfer, which is included on the price, but after communication to the hotel staff, they refunded me the money.
Everything. The hotel is wonderful, beautiful location, great food, amazing pools ... my family enjoyed everything. We definitely reccomend it. No air conditioning in the fitness room.
Great beach front location. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Some members of staff were not very friendly, specially during breakfast. The quality of the coffee served during breakfast was not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel.
Large rooms. Pleasant personell. One of the rooms we ordered did not have clean towels.
The hotel was excellent value for money and the breakfast was great, lots of choice of fruits, cereals and pastries. Some of the rooms were being renovated which was noisy and the view from the back rooms was straight on to a wall.
the room the breakfast, the staff the internet does not work very well in the rooms
Very helpful, friendly staff. Great value for the location. Fantastic breakfast.
Breakfast was very good. Hotel is very clean. There's no TV in the bedroom. The TV is in the living room.
Excellent value hotel in a very safe area a stone's throw from the beach which is down a slight hill. Can hear the waves from the balcony at the front of the hotel. very friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Miles of golden sand beach and many restaurants close by at very reasonable prices. Tax to airport costs RS38. Can highly recommend it. very hard to find anything to complain about but if I were to be really 'picky' it would be that the breakfast juices were watered down which is odd because the rest of the breakfast was fabulous! Also it may be useful to add that if you have a room at the back of the hotel (which a member of my party did) you can hear traffic and at times music from a club/bar.
I like the hospitality of the hotel staff, the location of the hotel because it is near to beach and there is facilities in the region, like as: restaurants, pubs and banks. The tv is not located in the room.
Located (in my opinion) in the best spot on the beach, the hotel is charming and quirky with warm and freindly staff. The food in the open plan restaurant was some of the best i have ever tasted, especially the seafood. After previously staying at the Pestana and Rifoles (both on Ponta Negra beach) i will be returning to the Manary in future.
We loved how clean the hotel was and how nice and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was a bit light in terms of enough food selections... but the restaurant was excellent! The atmosphere was romantic and on the entire beach this was as nice as any small hotel there was to see. It is not a place for children. Very safe area and hotel. The particular room we stayed in was right over the kitchen... and even though the staff was quiet in the morning in terms of talking... there was enough noise with food preparation to wake us up at 5am. But we kind of new this going in and so we dealt with it.
The staff were very helpful. The room was better than expected. I did not think the breakfast was googd enough.
The hotel is very charming and the staff makes a great effort to please the guests. Access to beach is fantastic too. Internet connection was very slow and unreliable.
Nice rooms, excellent restaurant with view on the ocean, excellent staff. Staff at reception desk could hardly speak English, which led to a few misunderstanding. Our room was a bit small for the price.
I liked the staff most of all. The local decoration, good food, the coziness of the hotel, a varanda overlooking the courtyard and beach. It is close enough to the city center without having to stay in the center.
The hotel is right on a beautiful white-sand beach, with great swimming waters. It's a short walk down the boardwalk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff are very helpful and courteous, the pool-side bar is great for drinks, lunch, dinner, etc... The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious!
My stay on the hotel was very exciting. I have staied there for 5 days and the hotel, the nature, the seaview was so perfect that I almost went out the hotel and spent the majority of my time on the pools drinking capirinhas The internet daily rate, r$20 ~ £6.5, is too expensive for a very simple service. It is not a value for money.
We had a very good time!! Excellent!
A first class breakfast. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The smell from the pipe flowing onto the beach near one of the pools
One of the best hotels i have visited in hollydays last 25 years. Exellent staff and service. We will come back!
nice breakfast, nice rooms, close to the beach. the internet connection was unusable slow between 4pm - 7am.
Large rooms with balcony, fine breakfast, close to Ponta Negra beach and plenty of restaurants
I booked on line with booking.com they stated tha there were onl a few rooms left at a discounted price which for a double room was normally 400+ Brazilian Reals now at 119 reals. When we arrived the maximm price for room was actuall 285 reals,so I thinking I was getting a bargain at nearly a 1/4 of the normal price actually paid just under 1/2 the price. The room was nice but the info given is very missleading!!!!
The restaurant dinner menu is excellent! And the swimming pool areas are also worth the stay in this hotel.
staff so helpful, lots of extras that brought it alive: samba dancers, guitar players etc everyone was great. Amazing view from our room/balcony Its expensive through and through but I think you know that when you book in, so not really a complaint, just a comment
Very good hotel with appeal both as a seaside resort and for those with personal business in Natal. Having a car or using a cab is in practice necessary for the latter. Internet is not free (access is 15 Rs/24hrs). Incidentally, this cost is different- overall more favourable- of that at booking.com website
Staff very friendly, good location, good food, I had to pay for internet
Good position: all rooms with sea view. Room with all facilities for disable people. Breakfast is regular. Staff did not provide information about hotel in the checkin (place of breakfast, place of pools, etc). The breakfast is not good enough for the price.
the hotel staff was fantastic. very helpful and accommodating. the common areas in the facility were nice - the pools were great and there were options for the beach. there were no bugs in the beds (the location we were at prior to this one had them!) and the tv and air conditioning worked. the rooms were decent size. the location was challenging. there were few options to get there other than taxi - so that was expensive if you intend to come & go. for this reason it was nice they had food on-location, but the food was just okay. breakfast was rather good though, and included free, so that helped!
Breakfast was good. The hotel location is very nice if you want a quiet beach. The hotel was being painted and repaired. The room they gave us at first was in the construction area and very noisy early in the morning, The air conditioner was loud and did not work properly. The next day we complained, and the staff gave us another room, which was much better.
breakfast and staff
The hotel is very simple but comfortable. The apartments are large, clean and reasonably well maintained. There were no fancy toiletries but the bath towel was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was fine, with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The cable tv gave access to several international channels. The bed was firm, with clean linen and from it one could see the ocean. The breakfast needs to be improved, although it was served by a very nice woman and included both hot and cold items. I would suggest that diet items, musli and yogurt be included, besides a larger selection of breads, cakes and fruit. So, the hotel is fine on the whole, and not too far from the beach, although the surrounding area is totally unattractive.
Location and facilities/pool area are excellent Basically, the hotel is showing its age. It claims to be a 4/5 star facility, but it's hardly a 3 in our opinion. The rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned up. It's time for better beds adn bedding, the bathrooms need lots of work. Same for the hotel facilities in general like the restaurants and bars. We were there during the World Cup 2014 for the US game so paid premium for our stay. But had it not being for the game and the fact that hotel rooms were hard to come by, I would not have stayed there for the price.
해변이 가까웠다는 점 빼고는 별로 좋았던 점이 없습니다. There were nothing good except the close beach. I never used call in the room but they charged 26.70R$(I have receipt) and I called to the hotel to solve it but they didn't answer for that so far and they applied different contract condition and the room air conditioner was not working and I asked to check it to the staff but nobody helped me and finally I moved to another hotel. I strongly recommend not to use this hotel to avoid another problems.
not much apart from breakfast and the fact it was not far from the beach front - about 2mins walk It smelt bad, it was damp and its difficult to get to
The hotel is conveniently located near Ponta Negra beach--the prime beach of Natal south. This area is outside the busy city of Natal and in the tourist area near a beautiful beach with plenty of restaurants and tourist shops. The hotel is of an interesting "safari" design and is appropriate for families and couples. The staff is very helpful and some speak reasonable English. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise and served one of the best Moquecas that we had will in Natal. Breakfast also was quite good, although basic. The hotel is a bit crowded by other large hotels. there is no clear view of the ocean even though the hotel is a short distance away from the water.
Friendly reception, clean hotel, simple but adequate rooms, close to the beach.
Even though it hasn´t the sea view. It´s one minute walk from the beach The hotel has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures on the website. No sea view. Very small hotel. We had a ¨luxury room¨... There was nothing luxurious about it at all.
