Fordeler: Great value for money

Ulemper: Pool, very small

Fordeler: Hyggelig personale, god frokost og god seng. Det er stor dusj med varmt vann som ikke alltid er en selvfølge i Brasil.

Ulemper: I have been to this hotel on many occasions, however this last visit has been a complete disappointment for a 5 star rated hotel. RECEPTION Check in Experience was absolutely horrific. KLEBER the receptionist who attended to my check in had no notion of customer service. He showed no empathy or friendliness. It felt like he as doing me a favour just checking me in. I have never experienced this before at this hotel. Other members on the reception desk know how to treat guests which can be expected for a luxury hotel. ROOM SERVICE I ordered a three course meal for two. After one hour I rang the restaurant to find out what had happened to my order. The member of staff told me that it was being plated up and would be with shortly. After waiting for another hour I called the restaurant and finally the meal was being delivered to my room. The following night I just ordered a bucket of ice, and that took an hour to get to my room. MANAGEMENT Having all these shortfalls and being a 5 star hotel I was obliged to inform a senior member of staff. As I was explaining the problems which had occurred during my stay at the hotel, the manageress became very defensive and she was not listening to what I had to say. She mention that an event was taking place on the two nights I had used room service hence the delay. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a 5 star hotel. Again she showed no empathy or understanding. Fordeler: Beautifully decorated rooms, clean, good location, nice breakfast

Ulemper: Facitlities were poor...no sauna, small pool and fitness room

Fordeler: great location and very good breakfast nice rooms and good silent in the morning

Ulemper: internet wifi system error during daytime

Fordeler: Topp service på alt !!

Ulemper: Fantastisk utsikt på toppen av hotellet, der burde de hatt tak terasse med fasiliteter!

Fordeler: The hotel was just great. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variations, the staff was super friendly and everything was just clean. The location of the hotel is just awesome, it‘s 5 minutes of walking to the beach and there are really a lot of awesome restaurants just around the corner, so you never need taxi or uber to go out. If we come back to Natal, we will book here again for sure.

Ulemper: The elavator is annoying.

Fordeler: Førsteklasses frokost. Personalet er hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Vi kom sendt og de parkerte bilen for oss og kom med bagasjen opp på rommet.

Ulemper: Ingenting

Fordeler: Location and facilities/pool area are excellent

Ulemper: Basically, the hotel is showing its age. It claims to be a 4/5 star facility, but it's hardly a 3 in our opinion. The rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned up. It's time for better beds adn bedding, the bathrooms need lots of work. Same for the hotel facilities in general like the restaurants and bars. We were there during the World Cup 2014 for the US game so paid premium for our stay. But had it not being for the game and the fact that hotel rooms were hard to come by, I would not have stayed there for the price.

Fordeler: Like the food, the reception team and the facilities..

Ulemper: The garage and parking area

Fordeler: The staff was amacing but only becaus my man speak brasilian português. The breakfast was good.

Ulemper: Nobody speak english, the staff should have a english course. Only three sunbeds by the pool. Only a small balcony with place for one chair (barely). No icecoolers only beer, wiskey, conjakk and vine. All the aerea by the pool needs upgrade. Too loud music by the pool.

Fordeler: The bedroom was nice and cozy. The breakfast is quite good (perhaps could have more types of fruits). The staff is nice and prompt to serve you. The conventions space is very large and well furnished and equipped.

Ulemper: The shower area is very small. Wifi was unstable, although fast most of the time.

Fordeler: The staff was nice, the location is OK. Not much more.

Ulemper: They did not give the room that I expected, after two days the toilet began to leak and I asked for them to fix it. After a few hours they did not fix it, so I asked for a new room. This new room was slightly better. So the problem was solved, but I had to insist a bit.

Fordeler: Clean room.

Ulemper: The hotel facilities are outdated. Some renovation to various issues e.g. room provisions are needed. Hot water was not always available when needed.

Fordeler: We had a terrible first night at praiamar hotel. The day after we moved to Praiamar Express where most things worked pretty well, except for the breakfast after 9:00 am. No coffee available for instance. On the other hand, the room was clean, no mold like Praiamar bathhrom where there was mold everywhere. The shower was cold. The mattress was old and had a bump in the middle. Praiamar EXPRESS has wonderful staff and is clean an quiet.

Ulemper: praiamar hotel didn’t work at all. Dirty, broken and full of mold, dirty and old towels.
