Pizzato Praia Hotel

The breakfast was great.

I went to the pool area. I tried to order a coffee but the woman behind the counter was on her phone... I tried again 1 hour later and she said she'd make me coffee....I went swimming. Then. One. Hour. Later. The coffee never came. I'm still wondering where that coffee is...I would never have booked this hotel, if I knew this was the standard. Instead of using that poolbar for the duration of my stay, I went to the restaurants on the sea and spent my money there :) The price you pay is not worth it, I changed hotel and went to a much better place with service.

The front desk doesn't accept payment w/digital wallet or credit card app.i request the manager to discuss about but he didn't accept,he said if I don't findway to pay cash or with credit card present fiscal he can't accept me in the hotel,I was very frustrated to us because we travelled with out cash all ways never had this issue before,so I had to call an friend to come over from other hotel and make the payment with his credit card present and solve the issue,other wise my vacation would be a nightmare.
