Ulemper: Far too many small problems that eventually outweigh the good points. Breakfast very poor same or very similar every day the western food section was served cold more often than it was available hot. They have a good app system but don’t seem to communicate very well when using it. Upgraded after 3 days for a hillside villa by the time I got into it and semi settled it was almost 4pm so never got the benefit of the upgrade. Was left from 11am until 4pm with no room this was not what I requested during upgrade discussion. Would I recommend to a friend doubtful too many niggles to be considered luxurious

Fordeler: Everything. Resort was beautiful, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean, all basic needs provide, went the extra mile to make our special occasion EXTRA SPECIAL. Already planning our return in January. Absolutely RELAXATION just what we needed

Fordeler: Big pool and Spa were good. They use an app that is very convenient to chat with the hotel staff

Ulemper: This is not 5 star hotel. It is far from everything, you need to get a boat every time for 200 THB per person 1 way to get to the city center. They didn't change the sheets for us for two days and on the first day we found a small blood stain on the sheets. The facilities are not in great condition and look neglected. The sea waters are dirty with old boats coming in and out are spilling oil. Bottom line, bad value for money.

Fordeler: The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. The location, facilities and activities available are great.... so much to do. Highly recommend.

Fordeler: Visited for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was stunning. The entire facility is out of this world and the staff are extremely helpful. My only draw back is the boat to the main town could do with going 1 or 2 more times a day. Getting stuck in the main town for a few hours in the blistering heat is not a pleasant experience. Food and drink was good with a large range of options, a bit pricey but what I would have expected. The pools are brilliant and the views are amazing. Would highly recommend for any honeymoon visitor to phi phi.

Fordeler: Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful hotel property and very friendly staff.

Ulemper: Only getting 1 key for the room. If key card was not left in the room AC would not work and room would get very hot. Tour offers at hotel were very overpriced compared to tours offered in town.

Fordeler: The location is remote,beachfront-just beautiful.

Ulemper: Nothing at all. I actually wanted to stay longer.

Fordeler: This place felt like paradise. The staff were so friendly and the restaurants and pools were great.

Ulemper: Lack of amenities close by like a shop etc. This meant you had to eat in the restaurants located in the property or buy snacks from the gift shop located on site.

Fordeler: Everything was exceptional — the service, the rooms, the location. We appreciated the quality of rooms and the facilities. As long as you are aware of the longtail scenario, then it was no trouble. Plan around the schedules, but you really don't need to leave the resort if you don't have to. We did a few trips away from the resort, but took long tails to come back. The resort is quite spread out, so you may need to walk around a bit, but it didn't bother us. The gym was great, and the pools were very relaxing.

Ulemper: No complaints. I would love to come back!

Fordeler: I really like everything, there’s a filipino staff to help us . It was very comfortable, very accomodating. The breakfast was very good. It’s expensive but i think it worth of the price.

Fordeler: Amazing. Absolutely everything about this resort made the effort to get there SO WORTHWHILE. The attention to paid to detail was astounding, and it is clear that they have thought of literally everything to make your stay beyond comfortable. The resort is immaculately maintained, and the rooms and gardens are in beautiful, pristine condition. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The private beach was just beautiful, and the warm blue water was spectacular. The little village situated behind the resort was charming and had the most amazing food. I will definitely be coming back, and am just blown away with how wonderful this resort was. If you consider going to Phi Phi Island, this should be your top priority in your search for accommodation. It is far away from the commercial nonsense of the island, and despite being a big resort, it is peaceful and you do not feel overwhelmed with crowds.

Fordeler: I loved the fact there was cats on the property . Fell in love with one specific . The beach was seconds away from our room. Loved the complimentary snorkeling . Bobby the bartender was absolute fantastic with my mother and I !

Fordeler: - Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating - An absolutely stunning beach and clear water - Evening entertainment was brilliant. Shout-out to the two man band from the Philippines. They were just great.

Ulemper: - very remote location. Getting to the village in Koh Phi Phi was 1000 Baht one way - staff was uneducated concerning dietary restrictions (gluten/celiac disease). They had labelled many things gluten-free at the breakfast but they clearly were not. Also after speaking to the f&b manager, the signs were not exchanged until the rest of our stay. Furthermore, we ordered a gluten-free tuna carpaccio which was served with a crouton on it and the manager first tried to tell us just to leave it and eat around it. No education about cross-contamination. - Food and drinks were overpriced. They make the best out of their remote location money wise

Fordeler: Perfect stuff, who made special surprise for me and my husband (we had honeymoon and my husband had birthday, so they prepared for him birthday cake which was tasty and unforgettable). Nice location, clean, friendly stuff, quite beach without a lot of tourists. Definitely we will come back again

Ulemper: Room was a little bit old, however, it was nice, very clean and very comfortable

Fordeler: The breakfast is very nice and the beach is great! We really liked the infinity sunset pool and the facilities. When we arrived they even upgraded our room to one with sea views!!

Ulemper: The only bad thing is that you have to pay 200 baths pp for a long tail boat to take you there once you get to Phi Phi's main port (about 20 min ride). There is few information about this when you make the reservation on booking.

Fordeler: Our room was an ocean view.

Ulemper: My husbands sunglasses was stolen at the bar. These were ray bans and worth 250 usd. No one could own up and these were definitely taken by someone who cleaned our table.

Fordeler: The location because it was not in the center Tonsai bay, so it was not crowded; thats what i liked.

Ulemper: The rooms need to be refurnished to meet the modernity and needs of what residents want. Second they need to have more entertainment for the residents as its in an isolated island. Third no chairs were provided ok the beach.

Fordeler: Location and Hotel Beach. Breakfast had alot of options and so did the buffet. Playing soccer on the beach. Local fishermen’s that can take you around the Island. The homemade biscuits. The gym is very complete.

Ulemper: The hotel has a pool with Sunset view which is restricted to families with kids below 15y old. That creates a segregation between guests which is not correct. The pool is not even high risk even though it is located "near" a cliff unless you do something really unsafe. Otherwise there is no way to fall. The hotel should invest in making the pool safer with a protection net instead of restricting access. Also... Air conditioning is very very noise. The furniture could be a bit more updated. The bathroom as well you can tell that could use a restoration.

Fordeler: Staff went above and beyond , super friendly . Location is awesome . With 3 pools ( 2 infinity ) enough to choose Beachfront houses are really beachfront Breakfast , lunch and Dinner was very good . Absolutely recommended for families ( stay near the beach) for couples : use the sunset houses with private sunset pool Perfect WiFi :-)

Ulemper: Our beachfront house was a bit outdated , beds are not comfortable ( really terrible ) Airco was very loud ( low frequency noise ) I hope they will upgrade this .

Fordeler: Amazing location, lovely rooms and brilliant sunset bar.

Ulemper: Staff not that friendly. Food provision not good - dinner very poor. Eat elsewhere.

Ulemper: Cockroach the size of my palm in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty. Very loud form the Ibiza pool parties. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fordeler: It was cheap, had a great view, and nice staff.

Ulemper: Was a 50 minute walk to the nice swimming beach, was hard to find from the pier, was on the young party strip so there was techno music blaring till 2am every night.

Fordeler: The location was great, pool and its view was amazing. Fantastic location of the resort. The resort was on the beach parties location. Thumbs up for the location of the resort.

Ulemper: There were no toiletries provided, would have appreciated that. Just provided 2 mini soaps. Otherwise there is nothing negative about the resort.

Fordeler: Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable room with excellent view of the mountain! Beautiful infinity pool, the best on phi phi over looking the party beach. Staff were helpful especially Ate Rizalina Bautista. Highly recommended!

Fordeler: The view from the pool is amazing! Although, they definitely need to put some work on the facilities around the pool, no umbrellas and chairs are old.

Ulemper: Not worth the price. Compared to other properties on the island, this is way more overpriced and not as new. The pool area needs renovation, as well as the room furniture. When we arrived on the pier there were guys from all the hotels waiting to meet their guest and help with the luggage. They told us that the View Point Resort employee didn't go to the pier today, considering that this hotel is one of the farthest from the pier I think they should always have a employee there when expecting guests.

Fordeler: As I studied hotelmanagement and worked for several years in a hotel myself as soon as I walk into a hotel I feel the atmosphere of a hotel. This hotel has it all! Such a friendly, helpfull staff and a great host from arrival to departure who makes you feel so welcome! My husband and I came back to Koh Phi Phi after 12 years..Now together as a family with our son 9 years old and daughter 7 years old. We were so happy to stay at laemtongbeach as it's perfect for a family and a great place for snorkling! The beach is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, the friendly staff and also the choices of american/european breakfast but also the menucart for Thai breakfast! Also the menu for lunch and dinner has a lot of choices for all nationalities. We enjoyed the thai kitchen so much and again also the friendly, happy staff! Housekeeping is doing a great job, the rooms are very clean! We we're sad to leave and hope we will back soon again! Sooner then 12 years..;)

Fordeler: Brilliant location, right on the beach! Nice refreshing beach front pool, plenty of activities and excursions on offer. The restaurant was amazing... such delicious authentic thai food, but also plenty of other options if thai isn't for you!

Fordeler: A wonderful place with perfect people, the staff in the breakfast restaurant are so nice and my family really enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Fordeler: Frokosten var god. Buffet med egen betjening til ulike tilberedninger av egg. Varm og kald mat. Ikke så mye pålegg å velge på til brødskiver, men 4-5 ulike varme retter. Småkaker i diverse varianter og frokostblandinger og salater. Godt utvalg av drikke også. Sengen var stor og god. Tv med filmkanal og nyheter på engelsk var bra. Stranden lå 50 meter fra rommet. Mulighet for god massasje 10 meter fra stranden. Klesvask på bestilling kom tilbake etter 2 timer. Vegg i vegg lå også Leisure dykkersenter med den svært hyggelige briten Anthony som gladelig fortalte om alt en lurte på. Turer gikk hver dag og var en opplevelse en gjerne ville gjenta.

Ulemper: Vi måtte vasse i land med kofferter fra longtailbåt som praiet oss på Tonsai.

Ulemper: Personally I don’t think the breakfast is good. The hotel is quite and confortable but is very far from the ToiSai and the restaurant and other service is a little bit more expensive

Fordeler: The staff are so nice and helpful. Got upgraded to a delux room. Relaxing atmosphere.

Fordeler: Settled on the most beach on the island. Far from the crowd. Very intimate atmosphere. Beautiful view on Kho Phi Phi Leh. Location is just amazing. Breakfast was very filling and wonderful. I would just recommend them to add some vegan options. Staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Fordeler: Upon arrival the staff helped us off the long tail boat with our bags and provided us with fresh cool towels and some juice, they were very welcoming indeed! Our (upgraded) bungalow was cleaned every day with new bottled water provided. We especially loved our private tour with the lovely lady who runs the resorts partner (I think). We were so happy to have booked the private tour through them when we saw the jam packed tourist boats at each destination which were cramped and loud! I would definitely recommend booking tours through the resort. The journey to and from Tonsai main pier is fairly easy, with discounted long tail boats provided by the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant and super tasty, such a great variety. Overall I can’t believe the many excellent things included in the price you pay, we got upgraded to a beach front bungalow, we had incredible fresh breakfast every morning, free large bottled water, very cheap beers in the fridge belonging to the resort, lovely sun beds with beach towels and brilliant and lovely staff!

Ulemper: Nothing it was perfect

Fordeler: We love Blue Sky! Its one of our favorites. No pool or restaurant but the view and location makes up for all of that! Plus the staff who really make it feel like home. We were given breakfast although not included and collected and taken to and from the port when we arrived and left which just makes the stay that much easier (as its a trek into town but a beautiful one!). Plus we found a great restaurant further down the beach that had lovely, reasonably priced food so that was great!

Fordeler: Vi hadde villa helt i front med 10 skritt til stranden. Frokost basis men helt OK, du får utlevert lapper hvor du kan bestille omelett, sandwich osv. De som jobber der er super søte. Det ligger i Long Beach og vi brukte rundt 25 minutter på å gå inn til sentrum. Men her anbefales båt da du først gikk på en sti, så på litt strand, så opp igjen på en ganske ulendt sti, så ned på en ny strand bit og opp igjen til stien. Er du i form og fikser varmen greit ikke noe problem. Båten tar 5 min og koster 100 baht om dagen og 150 Kveld/natt. Phi Phi sentrum og Long Beach er 2 forskjellige verdener. Veldig glad for at vi ikke bodde i sentrum. Var dog på pub med Thai boksing ring og kamper hele kvelden hvor også publikum kan melde seg på og sliss mit hverandre. Morsom kveld faktisk!

Ulemper: Misforstå meg rett, total inntrykket overveide absolutt alt av små negativiteter. Alt ble fikset med en gang hvis det var noe. Og badet er litt slitt, men det brydde vi oss ikke om.

Fordeler: Front beach banglow in amazing area the best in island. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. But if you want better place with a little bit more you can go to next hotel pearl paradise. We was using thier restaurant. Nice halal thi food.

Ulemper: Everything was good for the price. They need to mention that they probably have provide free breakfast.

Fordeler: I never usually write negative reviews however this place really blew our mind. Would not stay again. The only redeaming factor was the rooms were big and lots of light.

Ulemper: We chose this place because we read good reviews about the customer service and how friendly everyone was - we did not receive any of this. I understand it was low season, but a little smile and advice wouldn't go astray. - Unhelpful Staff - complete lack of customer service - Staff never looked up and said 'hello' always on their phones - Amenities and rooms were old and need a revamp -Mould on the walls of bathroom - TV didn't work (not that it mattered) but a little point Overall, the room facilities being a bit outdated and old could have been overlooked if we received 'some' level of service. Such a shame, we have been travelling for a few months and this was the worst stay.

Fordeler: We were warmly welcomed from 1st day of our little getaway. If youre genuinely sweet and nice... like us. Lol Probably you might get more than daily breakfast... but a room upgrade!

Ulemper: None at all. The distance and the hike was all worth it.

Fordeler: The location of the place is right on the long beach and the beach is a sight to behold. The lady who controls the whole resort is the kindest and smartest i met in Thailand. She knows the area inside out and recommends good things to do. Communicates well in English. They also arrange for snorkeling and other trips in private boats (which is better than staying in a bigger hotel and heading our with a bunch of people in bigger boats). 4 of us took a 6 hour long snorkeling trip and were amazed by the beauty of the places not so far from the resort. The breakfast is good (which was offered to us for free as we had 2 rooms for 2 nights). Lovely time here!

Ulemper: The rooms are a bit old but still clean. The decor is a bit tired too. But the staff, the location and the trips they organize really does make up for it.

Fordeler: Frokost med kupong som hadde alternativ "meny", inkl. servering på bordet ved frokost. Liten enkel kiosk med det en måtte trenge og en kjempekoslig resturant med smilende ansatte 200m sør for Resorten. Taxibåt rett utenfor, gratis transport ved ankomt og hjemreise. Koselige hengekøyer og husker i trær nedover stranden. Koslig 20-30min gåtur inn til Tonsai om en vil trimme litt istedenfor taxibåt. Delvis opplyst om kvelden.

Ulemper: Fikk ikke beskjed av hoteller ang. gratis transport med taxibåt ved ankomt, så vi holdt på og bli lurt av noen på kaien i Tonsai, der var rett før vi betalte 400bath for 2 personer. (Normalpris er 100bath pr. person på dagtid)

Fordeler: Perfect location on a quiet and beautiful beach; clean beautiful and comfortable bungalows, superb breakfast. Nice staff super helpful: we organize several long tails tours with them, very good price and attention! Free snorkel on the boat, and good restaurants near... I wanna go back right now!

Ulemper: Nothing to declare: ir was more than perfect!

Fordeler: Fantastic place, no complaints (the shower lacked pressure but whatever) - definitely coming back again.

Fordeler: The view was amazing, I love the pool and the view of the beach. There is 3 pools. I think this hotel is well suited to couples, so romantic. Staff are lovely, I would recommend the yellow curry, best off eating the thai food here.

Ulemper: The location ruined the stay on phi phi for us. Having to get a long tail boat everywhere basically, which if you want a nightout it's hard to get back. Me and my friend slept at friends hotel to travel back in morning thinking it would be safer but boats couldn't take us back as too dangerous, so only option was to walk from pier to this beautiful hotel but she ended up in hospital. Also was a bit boring think this hotel would be even better if offered some entertainment on a night or activities during the day. The showers are terrible but only thing could really complain about that hotel offers. You should definitely stay here at least 2 night's.

Fordeler: Location was perfect. Rooms were perfect and clean especially the front bungalows A1-A2. From what we have seen around the island is the only hotel with rooms so near to the sea. Food and drinks were very good.

Ulemper: The staff at the restaurant was not smiling at all, making it sometimes awkward situation.

Fordeler: Stayed in room A02. It is the leftmost room from sea. Beautiful view.

Ulemper: Little more cleanliness in bathroom would be much appreciated.

Ulemper: Restaurant staff aren't very happy to see us , but reception staff and others are always very friendly

Fordeler: The rooms, location and the sympathy of the staff were amazing.

Ulemper: We didn’t catch the free taxi boat that was waiting for us when we arrived to phi phi, and because of that we understood that we were getting the free taxi boat at the end of our stay (we may have got it wrong tho). The guys from the taxi boat started to ask for money and we said that we didnt have any because we tought that trip would be free, they started to get angry at us and we told them that we could withdraw some money at the city center, they didn’t seem to listen to us and started to threaten us. After talking to the manager of the bungalows she said to us that they were right and that trip wasn’t free. In conclusion, excelent service regarding the bungalows, horrible service of taxi boats.

Ulemper: The bathroom - it was old

Fordeler: Charming bungalows, while definitely 3 star services and facilities were clean and spacious.

Ulemper: Internet wasn't working. Reception staff very vague about the problem. Overall most staff looked uninterested and unenthusiastic.

Fordeler: Location was idyllic, beautiful sandy beach and clear sea minutes from the bungalow. Room very clean. We were in Q1 and had a sea view. Staff very helpful. I also had a very good Thai massage. Staff waiting at the Quay with a long tail boat to transfer us to the hotel on arrival.

Ulemper: There was some renovation work going on - a new mini mart - and changes to roofing in the outside restaurant area. While noise was at a minimum it was a but disruptive and the usual buffet style breakfast was not available. Im sure this is a temporary measure.

Fordeler: The beach access was perfect. Got to do some snorkeling on the right side of the beach as well. Lovely white sand beach (Long Beach). The staff is friendly, and the front desk were very helpful through out the stay. The long boats drop you off right in front of the property access.

Ulemper: About 30 minutes walk to downtown. The path is not for children under 4 years old as it requires some climbing uphill. It would have been perfectly fine if it was just adults.

Fordeler: I travelled with my husband and 16 months baby. Location was great, the beach is beautiful and you don´t get to see from there the town which is a good thing, instead you have a beautiful view to other island where Maya bay is. We stayed in the King room which was huge and comfortable. It didn´t have the extra sofa/bed that appears in the pictures. From there it´s a 20 min enjoyable walk to town. We went one afternoon to the town to have dinner and came back at 11 pm on a taxi boat. From the hotel you can get also walking to Loh Moo Dee beach on the other side that was very enjoyable for our toddler. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely have stayed longer if we knew we would have such a great time. We recommend visiting Pileh Lagoon, sightseeing is stunning, those places that stay in your memory for ever. We didn´t had much time to do other boat trips, as we were travelling with the baby we stayed most time in our beach which is beautiful. The restaurant is placed on the beach and is just blessing to have breakfast in that incredible natural atmosphere.

Fordeler: Breakfast was very good, the location and view is really nice, the music the neighbouring beach-bar was playing was nice and only lastet till 12 so you could easily fall asleep without being bothered by it

Ulemper: The water hose to clean your feet from the sand was kaputt, also we carried quite a bit of sand into our room so a broom would have been nice. They didn't have a room service every day so we ran out of toiletpaper

Ulemper: A lil over $5 charged me when I booked $76 but I have had to pay $81 some at the hotel, stuff said if I paid thb in cash should be $76.. that s funny!!!

Fordeler: Lady at the reception, aircon, water to drink, free transfer from the pier and to the pier, beach nearby. I recommend trip booked from the hotel by speedboat to the Monkey Beach, Maya Bay, snorkeling and watching bioluminescent plankton at night

Ulemper: The room was small but for a short stay it was good enough

Fordeler: Location is excellent, on the beach and an easy walk to he ferry pier and restaurants etc, nice and quiet at night. WiFi is great, had a very strong connection from our room. Having free access to the loungers on the beach and a beach towel to use was fantastic! Also useful having a kettle, hairdryer and fridge in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Ulemper: The shower was very weak and cold, also the water from the shower smelled like eggs. The bed was also quite hard.

Fordeler: Met us at the pier and carried our bags, very helpful staff. Quaint little resort, would recommend.

Ulemper: I checked out and I was waiting bell boy to drop my luggage till pier Meanwhile as it was hot I felt thirsty I asked for water . Staff told me go and buy from 7 eleven we can't give you free water as you have checked out . I think this is the worst thing ever happened with me.

Fordeler: Everything was clean and we also got picked up from the pier eventhough we did not inform the hotel about our arrival time.

Fordeler: Bungalows were extremely clean and a lot more spacious than I expected. Pool was also nice. Good location and far enough away from the party bars that it’s quiet but still only a 2 min walk away.

Ulemper: Veldig dårlig renhold! Ble vekket klokka 0900 for renhold. Måtte dele frokostfasiliteter med masse mennesker som kunne betale for frokost uten å bo på hotellet, altså kø kø kø. Måtte betale/bruke 2000 bath hvis man ville ha spesielle senger ved bassenget, aldri opplevd noe sted som hotellgjest før!! Andre mennesker kunne betale for å bruke bassenget, selv om de ikke bodde på hotellet, altså mye mennesker. Fikk ikke lov å snu/flytte på solsenger da disse kunne bli ødelagt??!! Elendig wifi! Diskoparty hele dagen/hver og annenhver dag ved bassenget med kjempehøy musikk.

Fordeler: Met by staff at the pier and directed to the hotel. It is an easy walk, you must carry your bags. Hotel very well located in the middle of all the action. Stayed in a private villa which was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was reasonable and excellent coffee.

Ulemper: Expensive for the offering.

Fordeler: Lovely and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, inclusive breakfast was great, luggage help to the ferry was great, and the pool was beautiful.

Ulemper: WiFi wasn’t working! Very annoying.

Fordeler: Great location, fantastic breakfast and all staff were warm and welcoming upon arrival.

Ulemper: Could do you with a little TLC. A few wee things were ripped or worn at the big pool such a parasols, but overall a great hotel and would recommend to friends.

Fordeler: Certainly recommend this hotel. Extremely handy to everything. Beautiful big swimming pools adjacent to main beach. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Brealfast options provided in room cost were an extensive buffet. Had a great stay. Despite it being rainy season we had no rain of note. Hotel provided umbrellas for the short downpour we had. Also we were met on arrival at ferry terminal ..... there are no vehicles. Our luggage was transported in a handcart to the hotel 3 minutes away.

Fordeler: The resort is at a short walking distance from the pier, it's on ocean front line, well maintained with a recent upgrade that includes Villas. The Villa itself is nice matching the 4 star rating of the resort, breakfast is ok but you can get better options outside. Overall is a good option for the Island, specially if you want to say with some comfort and near de pier.

Ulemper: Better AC machines and maintenance, lot's of issue with ar quality inside the Villa and with the operation of the AC itself. Staff are not vert friendly, but polity. You must pay extra for any pool or beach chair.

Fordeler: The hotel was very clean, and the location was great. Pool was really pretty and the furniture was comfy.

Ulemper: The bathrooms had a really strong sewage smell, and one of the toilets leaked sewage.

Fordeler: Fifth hotel we’d stayed at during trip to Thailand having went to Bangkok and Chiang Mai and Phuket previously. Stayed here at recommendation of a friend for location. And location was really the only positive I can give the place.

Ulemper: Room was beside a building site and trees hanging in over the balcony which was also filthy (and lovely if you want to get eaten alive on by mosquitos). bathroom and room basic business hotel type you’d find anywhere in Europe (which is fine - but not for the price they charge). I asked to upgrade to another room as didn’t liked the initial one and it would have cost us 10,000 Baht PER NIGHT. I think the staff had a few whiskeys before they quoted that price with a straight face. If you want somewhere nice and aren’t fussed about having to leave the mainland and go back to your resort at like 8pm (as that’s the time of the last long tail boats to your resort) then stay by the coast in a nice resort - I’m sorry we didn’t do this. Otherwise if you want to be on the mainland at night to enjoy the markets and parties then this is perfectly located - but if you’re over like 28 then I don’t think you’ll have much interest in these parties (all ages from 18-23 with hard house music).

Fordeler: Frokosten var veldig bra, bassengfasiliteter, og beliggenhet like ved stranden.

Ulemper: Sengene var veldig harde, dårlig liggekomfort, her må det kjøpes inn myke tykke overmadrasser.

Fordeler: The setting is stunning. Right on the beach front, the villa was incredible and more than we could have hoped for. They let us check in early as our room was ready, after a long day travelling it was much appreciated.

Ulemper: We did not get one restful night sleep. The music from the clubs and bars was so loud is rattled our doors and windows and it’s such a shame as we were so impressed with the beauty, the music and noise spoilt it for us completely. The thumping music went on until 1am and we could not sleep through that. Then at 6.30am we were woken with staff shouting loudly to each other and sweeping right outside our door. We just wanted to relax and get rest before our long journey home.

Fordeler: The room was very spacious and comfortable and had a balcony to dry towels and clothes. Staff were so friendly and the location was a 1 minute walk away from both beaches!

Ulemper: Nothing!

Fordeler: It’s close to the main pier in the center of the town but quite at the same time. The room was ok and clean, it was correct for the price we paid.

Ulemper: They don’t have breakfast and the staff doesn’t speak too much english

Fordeler: When staff were around they were very friendly and helpful Great location footsteps from the pier Room was spacious

Ulemper: No elevator so we had to carry 3 suitcases to the 3rd floor. First day the wifi in our room didn't work (but we were offered a different room) Biggest let down for us unfortunately to say because our stay was very pleasant until this point..was the last night of our stay there was a power cut for over an hour or two, I went down several times to the reception (around midnight) but to my avail there was noone to be found. I even asked around the local restaurants opposite if they knew the manager or the owner to contact them directly. We were extremely let down because it states in the description of the hotel that there is 24hr reception. Feeling hopeless and hot I gave up and went back to my room.

Fordeler: 1. Location was fantastic.Just a minute of walking distance from McD/Tonsai Pier. It's so well located that we could even get dinner at 12:30am from a restaurant bang opposite to the hotel. 2. The room we got had excellent view of the swimming pool of neighbouring hotel. 3. The room has enough light. The air con was perfect.

Fordeler: Great location - although hard to go wrong on an island that small. Right next to pier and restaurants but far enough away from bars that you can’t hear it all night. Basic but comfortable and clean.

Ulemper: We stayed on the top floor and no wifi signal at all. Everybody lied to me when I complained about it not explaining why. If you stay in the big room, give up wifi.

Fordeler: Staff was amazing and the Space between cabins was relaxing, See view from the balcony was very nice and the Breakfest was very nice!

Fordeler: From the second we arrived at the resort, we were treated like royalty. Our bags were taken care of, while we’re were given exquisite welcome drinks and a cold towel to cool us down before being led to the most incredible private cottage with a view overlooking the sea. The rooms are perfectly clean as well as exceptionally comfortable. I would recommend this resort to fellow couples and would most certainly visit again in the future.

Ulemper: The pool area was a little untidy in places, but as it was the wet season, that’s to be expected. The pool had tree parts and the odd bug on it, but again, to be expected given the location and time of year.

Fordeler: The place is clean, the location is great, and the staff is fantastic! The receptionist, June is a wonderful person, very informative, and gives great suggestions! She is friendly and funny, and made the stay a at Koh Phi Phi a great one!

Ulemper: The twin bed is a tight fit, so you have to be careful with the bed frame, you can bump your knee.

Fordeler: Despite only getting to stay here for a few hours due to a hospital stint, June was the perfect host. She told my partner about many of the local attractions and suggested a local clinic for me to attend. A help brought my bags to our room seeing my sick state making life a little easier for me. We will 100% be returning here the next time we go to Phi Phi.

Fordeler: Stayed her for three nights while on the island of koh phi phi, my friend and I had two big suitcases and it was only minutes away from the port . Right in the centre of everything without being too nosy at night . June the woman working there couldn’t of been more helpful she gave us all the information we needed while on the island . The room was always clean and comfortable . Can’t thank June enough for her wonderful service .

Fordeler: First I must admit that the owner lady JUNE is amazing. She is an information hub. She cares about the guests and their comforts. Location of this hotel is at the center of the Island and only few minutes walk from the pier. All the main attractions are very close to the property. The food hub is just few minutes walk from it. Rooms size is moderate. However all neat and clean. Well secured property.

Fordeler: Very nice owner, always taking care of us. The location is perfect, next to the pier and restaurants/nightlife.

Ulemper: Bad wifi

Fordeler: The locationnis great, close to both beaches, but in a quiet area so sleeping is easy. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. Darin, the lady from reception, is very nice and helpful with ideas to enjoy the island the best way. Relay on her tips! I would stay here again when in Phi Phi.

Fordeler: Incredible location with super nice staff. Everything was perfect, the bungalows are comfortable and the prices are fair. I would recommend for anyone who wants to get away from the crowded beaches and get some relax-time.

Ulemper: Stay away from the monkeys, they can get really aggressive.

Fordeler: Perfect position , lovely staff, beautiful surroundings.

Ulemper: For the price of the room I thought I would have a proper tan/aircon. A tv . A mini fridge and hot water .

Fordeler: Hadde bungalow nærmest stranden. Det var veldig kjekt når man reiser med småbarn. Koselig bungalow med en fin terasse. Fikk hjelp til å bære baggasje fra longtailbåten til bungalowen. Hadde forventet mye mer insekt og småkryp. Men stort sett det eneste vi fikk besøk av var firfisler, og en gjeng med aper den ene dagen :)

Ulemper: Kaldt vann i dusjen, og strøm kun fra 18.00 til 08.00 (Var opplyst om det) Konstant støy fra diverse båter og ferger. Senga var veldig(!) hard og for store og harde puter. Ble lite søvn de 4 nettene vi var der. Det blåste en del og var alltid mye bølger i vannet. Altså ikke egnet å bade der for småbarn. Litt for dyrt med tanke på standard, svært lite fasiliteter og ingen måltider inkludert.

Fordeler: Breakfast - the banana and chocolate pancake was very good. The mixed fruit juices were also very nice.

Ulemper: Although the majority of the staff were friendly, some ignored you entirely or talked to other staff members in Thai when they were waiting your table. The room was extremely hot! The fan was useful but A/C would have improved it massively. And I would have liked an ice cream/lolly which they didn't sell

Fordeler: Nice view, wild life, different kind of animals. Beautiful and quiet beach. Tastefull padthay!!

Ulemper: Nothing, but we knew that there wasn't hot water and conditioning air cold. Moreover we must eat in the hotel's restaurent each lunch because there is nothing around. We have to take a boat from Tonsai pir to go to PP relax hotel.

Fordeler: Its heaven. The colours, the sea view bungalow, the food, the staff like family.

Ulemper: We stayed 4/5 days due to the flight time. We did not get a refund for day 5, 2 rooms, even though we asked 10 days prior to going. If you fly arrange to leave a day earlier as the connection is only by sea

Fordeler: A tropical paradise! Perfect location, perfect accommodations, delicious food (try the green curry - yum!), beautiful beach, very nice staff! They rent out snorkeling masks and kayaks. You can also book half day or full day tours with them. The location is very remote and just beautiful. For an extra charge of 150 bath they take you from Tonsai Pier (where the ferryboats dock) to the resort on a long boat. But if you are feeling adventures and don't mind the heat you can walk about an hour through the jungle to get here.

Ulemper: Please loose the plastic straws! There is no need for two straws to be served with each cocktail! Give them out by request only or just switch to paper or reusable ones!

Fordeler: Food, sea, relax

Ulemper: Only electricity from 6pm to 6 am mosquitos

Fordeler: What a perfect location and what a perfect atmoshpere. The best beach on ko phi phi don.... amazing

Ulemper: The shower has cold water. Also the mobility on the islands is not so great but you can also put this on positive side because if you like to be in a relaxed beach resort not in the party part of the island this is the place to be.

Fordeler: The location was amazing

Ulemper: There was no hot water

Fordeler: Location - closed area, beach. Trips organized by the hotel are more expensive than in the island center, but very ok. Restaurant also good, even though expensive compared to places in island center.

Ulemper: No hot shower.

Fordeler: I liked that we were directly facing the beach and Relax guests were the only one using it. I also liked the little bungalow we stayed in and the balcony we had.

Ulemper: Everything was good however it is quite far from the main town - either a 30 min long boat ride or 60 min walk through the jungle! It rained the whole time we were there, boat trips to Phi Phi Leh were off and it was too slippery to go for a walk into the town

Fordeler: Nothing. If you like the beach and wants to stay the whole day in one place this might suit you.

Ulemper: Few things!! Transfer from Tonsai pier costs THB150 which is not clearly mentioned in the hotel description. There is no other way (except walking through the bush for 1 hour) to get to this hotel other than taking a boat. Everytime you need to go the centre it costs THB150 if you take the hotel boat or you can get a taxi boat which can cost a bit. When we got there my credit card was charged and they have done the currency conversion. This means the THB is converted to AUD by the Thai bank instead of my credit card issuer. This is not ideal as the conversion rate is low (please ask your bank if any doubts). When I asked the lady about that she was repeatedly saying that was not the case. Had a difficult time sorting it out!!!

Fordeler: The staff was very friendly, always greeting us and trying to help us.. The staff who picked us up in the Pier and took us with the long boat to the resort were also very helpful and took our bags without any hesitation. They helped us reach to the resort with a smile on their faces. When we had a leaking problem in the toilet and a light that wasn't working very well they took less than a minute to fix it. The breakfast included a wide range of options and the prices for lunch and dinner weren't very expensive. Affordable for being in that island and also with the views of one of the best beaches of the island, Long Beach. I'd definetely recommend the place cause we also had TV & Internet.

Ulemper: I would have loved a different access to the beach but that's nothing related only to the resort, it's more an Island Improvement. We came on a low tide and rainny day so the long boat couldn't reach to our resort itself so we had to stop in a different place and walk from there. The excursion was a bit hard for my 60 y.o. mum basically because she wasn't prepared for that mentally and with the clothes and we didn't know what to expect. We dind't read much about it before hand. But we are very happy of the whole experience.

Ulemper: no Transport facility . the hotel demand the money .

Fordeler: Views were the main point why we decided to stay here

Ulemper: Showers were in severely poor conditions and there wasn’t even warm water. There is no pool available.

Fordeler: The location of beach is private. Very nice and clean. I loved it very much. The long tail boat transfer service from the pier to the resort is very good and free. Very friendly staff, enthusiastic, helpful

Ulemper: I appreciate the dedicated service and help of resort staff except receptionists. they give you enough information about the room you have booked and do not get any help if you want to know more and rarely to see them smile,almost very seriously. Very beautiful and private beach, the sea in absolute! But there is a minus point about it that there is no one bar or restaurant open as well as no one entertainment service there. very sad about the evening

Fordeler: You really feel yourself in paradise. The resort is just on the beach as well as the restaurant in front of a crystal clear ocean water and a white beach. Really aprreciated the free pick up/drop by to the pier at arrival/departur (the resort also sent me an email to ask by which ferry I should have arrived).For the evening if you wish it needs 20 minutes walking to the crazy Tonsai or 100 bath day/150 at night by longtail boat. We had a full day tour around the Island which was fantstic, I really suggest it.

Ulemper: There are no beach chaisr in front of the resort. Understand because of the tide, but it timetable is well known and the nearby resorts have

Fordeler: Jeg elsket utsikten, stillheten og stranden.

Ulemper: The staff were not kind to us, they laugh at our noses and take as for fools. If the receptionist didn’t want to answer something she just ignored I was there. They didn’t pick up us from the port and then wanted to charge us for the boat when we did the check our, supposed was free. The place is full with cats, which sleep at your door, the restaurant was pretty dirty and the staff in it where not properly trained. They didn’t pick our meals when we ate dinner, they just left when they had to close and the cats where all over our plates. It is difficult to get there, I got my foot injured and they wouldn’t take me on a boat to town. The prices of the restaurant are much better in town, and the plates where pretty not enough to get full. Terrible staff. Too high price for the service they provide. At least they could have been polite, but even that wasn’t possible.

Fordeler: Very clean and nice property!! We were so comfortable and felt at home. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Ulemper: Restaurant staff were miserable, so we ate elsewhere.

Fordeler: The room was clean and spacious. The facilities was not bad compared to hotels around. Minimart had a bunch of cool stuff.

Ulemper: The breakfast was useless. The Pillows were not good. The bed was very hard. No beach chairs as advertised online. No proper bar as well.
